5-Star Review for Randy and Jodi Leichman of Everlasting Sounds

From the very beginning, Randy Leichman was the obvious choice for our wedding DJ. He was incredibly professional, highly organized, and clearly experienced. After our first conversation, we didn’t feel the need to interview anyone else. Randy checked every single box we had and then some. His calm confidence and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind about the music and vibe of our day.
When we mentioned we were struggling to find the right day-of wedding coordinator, Randy suggested his wife, Jodi, could help. From our very first conversation with her, we knew she was a great fit. What we didn’t realize at the time was just how exceptional she would be.
There are average day-of coordinators, and then there is Jodi Leichman. She didn’t just coordinate our wedding. She elevated the entire experience. Jodi was attentive, proactive, and incredibly thoughtful in ways we never expected. She anticipated things before they even happened. That is the true sign of an experienced and outstanding day-of coordinator. We are so impressed.
She was constantly present without ever being intrusive or stepping on anyone’s toes. She made our special day feel effortless and seamless so we could truly be present and enjoy every moment. Our guests even noticed how on top of everything she was. One guest mentioned having a headache, and before we knew it, Jodi had discreetly brought them Advil. When my daughter kicked off her shoes on the dance floor, I turned around to find a spot for them only to see Jodi already reaching out with open hands to take care of them for me. These small but meaningful gestures made such a big difference.
Randy and Jodi are super connected in the wedding business and have quality referrals for every need. They referred us to Folchi’s for tux rentals and connected us with our wonderful officiant. Honestly, our wedding was elevated beyond our imagination because of Randy and Jodi.
Thanks to this amazing husband-and-wife team, our wedding was not only beautifully executed but truly memorable. Randy handled the music and energy perfectly, while Jodi made sure every detail behind the scenes was taken care of with grace and care. We couldn’t recommend Everlasting Sounds more highly. We would recommend Randy and Jodi to all of our family and friends who are in need of a DJ and day-of coordinator. If you want professionals who will treat your wedding like it’s their own, look no further.

Absolutely Amazing DJ Experience

Everlasting Sounds was a fantastic choice for our wedding! From the moment we booked with them, they were organized, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. They met with us multiple times leading up to the big day to ensure every detail was covered. Their online music library made it so convenient to pick songs for every part of our wedding, and their detailed planning form helped everything run flawlessly.

We had DJ Team Alex and Jessica, and they were outstanding! They helped us fine-tune our timeline, checked in with us throughout the night, and played awesome mashups that kept the dance floor full from start to finish. Every request we made was honored, and they truly made our ceremony and reception unforgettable.

The best choice

Both Randy and Jessica were so helpful with our wedding! Not only did they DJ, but they also served as a day of coordinator which was so helpful with keeping us on track with the wedding! They did an absolutely amazing job picking out music for our wedding that matched our personality and with the overall energy of the event! We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ team!

Incredible dj experience!

Our experience with Everlasting Sounds was amazing!! We feel so lucky to have worked with Jessica and Scott. Both of them had the perfect mix of professionalism and fun, which made them really easy to work with. Jessica's coordination made the whole night run super smoothly. When our venue coordinator wasn't taking charge, Jessica stepped up and directed everything. We couldn't have asked for better service. Scott's MC and DJing was phenomenal. We got so many compliments from our guests, and no one wanted to stop dancing at the end of the night. Scott listened to all of our music wants and needs, and took on the challenge of sneaking in random sound bites from our favorite shows and movies throughout the night. Overall, we had a blast, and Scott and Jessica were the perfect team to make all of our wedding dreams come true!

Great company for those with themed weddings

Jessica McDaniel & Scott Reed helped with a perfectly timed out ceremony for our wedding and reception. Scott made a custom playlist and threw in some star wars elements to make it unique to our theme. Overall 5/5.

A DJ experience to remember!

My husband and I cannot recommend Everlasting Sounds enough. We had the pleasure of working with Jessica from the very first meeting to discuss services to our wedding day, she was extremely helpful and resourceful from day one. She invited us to come and visit their booth for Everlasting Sounds at the wedding show we planned to attend and we are so glad we did because she then introduced us to our photography company. One of the DJ’s at EL is also a photographer and Jessica was happy to make the introduction. She is so personable and really cares about you as a couple. Jessica was our emcee for our wedding day and Scott was our DJ. Due to factors outside of everyone’s control - there was a wreck that stopped traffic and caused all of our vendors to arrive later than expected. As soon as Jessica and Scott arrived, they immediately jumped in and offered help wherever needed aside from their duties. Jessica helped with the timing of walking down the aisle and keeping the night on schedule. Scott ensured that the environment was kept happy and light. Everyone was on the dance floor - from small children to our elderly grandparents. He kept the vibing going and knew just when to change songs. They go above and beyond to ensure the happiness of the bride and groom. They even took the role of photographer after our regular coverage had ended for the night. I cannot recommend these two enough!

More than just an entertainment service!

We were lucky enough to work with Hayley and Scott for our wedding day. Hayley really kept us on track during our reception. She was great with prior communication and was so kind & professional! Scott was equally as amazing! He listened to every request we had and played the best music. The dance floor was never empty. He even went above & beyond and helped my (now) husband with a particular remix for his dance with his mom. Both Hayley & Scott were so personable and really added our to wedding experience. We didn't have to worry one bit about their services, we knew they would do a fantastic job- and they lived up to the hype! Communication with the company as a whole was wonderful. Jessica, Hayley and Scott are all awesome humans. We would recommend Everlasting Sounds to anyone!

Fantastic wedding DJ!

Randy and Hayley were an amazing team on our wedding day! They were both very easy to work with and had a high level of professionalism. Randy made time to fulfill two special requests of my husband and also helped out our videographer in a pinch- which was a lifesaver. Hayley checked in multiple times throughout the night to make sure we were taken care of. We would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Dynamic Duo!!!

DJ Team Jodi Leichman, Randy Leichman at Everlasting Sounds were a dynamic duo! With Jodi pumping the audience over mic as Randy spins those records, my dream wedding was a hit!! It is not just about getting everyone out of their seats to dance, but rather, the intricacies it took leading to the big event. From picking the songs that correlated with the first dance, introductions, bouquet/garter toss, to the welcomed voiceovers during the father-daughter and mother-son dances that left a heartfelt message to our parents while intriguing the audience.

Our theme was 1920s Gatsby so with Randy playing 20s music during the elegant dinner while Mimes roamed the venue interacting with guests, the ambiance came together beautifully and gracefully.

Everlasting Soubds is second to none!

Everlasting sounds were very attentive from start to finish. They quickly responded to questions or concerns. They helped to ease the stress of planning and executing the perfect reception! We cannot say enough good things about Jessica and Eric! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Jessica helped ease mind so much, before and during the wedding. Cannot recommend enough!

Jessica and Alex were incredible!! They honestly blew us away with how much they did for us. When we first contracted with them they informed us that they also consider themselves to be coordinators, and they absolutely were. I was entirely relaxed at my reception knowing they had everything handled (timeline, announcements, music). They were so responsive and supportive in both the planning process and on our day. 10/10 recommend. They will have your guests on the dance floor all night!

Randy and Jodi FTW!

Sure weddings are stressful and expensive, but with Randy providing the beats and Jodie at my side for logistics and timing, it was all seamless! Or…. At least it looked that way! Jodie knew and listened to my every wedding wish and forced it into reality to the best of her ability. After this experience, I can’t imagine ever doing something like this without them! As a result this particular vendor won our best of the best award for 2/24/24, which also happened to be Randy’s birthday, so Happy belated birthday Randy, here is your review! Hiring Everlasting Sounds was the best decision

We contracted Everlasting Sounds for the music at our wedding, and they did a FANTASTIC job! The music and lighting were great, the microphone setup for the officiant worked perfectly and Jessica was so helpful with everything that people were asking me if she was our wedding planner!

Simply outstanding

Absolutely fantastic. Scott and Jessica were simply amazing. Their communication prior to the wedding was fantastic, and my wife and I both knew that we had a winner. They were completely prepared in good time before the event, and were in liaison with our venue, photographer and officiant throughout. On the night, they did more work than our wedding organiser, keeping the event on track, and even helped with our wedding photos (their picture of my wife and I dancing was outstanding!). We cannot recommend Jessica and Scott enough-they made our night perfect.

Amazing Experience

Everlasting Sounds Review
We were very impressed with Jessica McDaniel and Kevin Siefker from Everlasting Sounds. They did a fantastic job from our first meeting with them through our big day! In our final meeting before the wedding, the pair helped us pick songs for various parts of the ceremony and reception, as well as teach us how to enter the dance floor for our first dance that would show off my beautiful wife’s dress, as well as how to properly hold the cake knife for the cutting of the cake. What’s more, Jessica met us at the end of the aisle with a drink after the ceremony, and read off custom introductions that we wrote for the bridesmaids and groomsmen. They also made us feel so important and gave us such attention to detail that was very impressive, as well as recommended a “starlight dance” that created a great picture (taken by Jessica). 10/10 would recommend!

We could not recommend Everlasting Sounds more! DJ Scott and Jessica went out of their way to make our wedding an unforgettable night! The BEST DJ Experience

Everlasting Sounds was everything we could have asked for and more! DJ Scott was great on the sticks, and Jessica was wonderful at making sure everything was smooth. They are the total package. They were proactive, friendly, warm, and humble in all of our pre-meetings. On the night of, they did a great job making things happen the way we wanted but also going with the flow. Simply Amazing

No need to look any farther, BOOK EVERLASTING SOUNDS!! When planning my wedding my fiance and I met with countless DJ's and finally decided to go with Evertlasting Sounds. Must have for keeping your evening moving smoothly!

My husband, Blair and I are so happy we hired Everlasting Sounds as the DJ for our wedding reception. Initially, Blair was very hesitant about getting a DJ over a band due to our very eclectic taste in music, but we are so glad we did. Kevin and Jessica were so attentive to what we wanted as far as music choices and how we envisioned the night being organized. They offered fantastic experience and insight on overall organization of the evening and how to keep things moving, upbeat, and fun. They were also very attentive to our needs throughout the night offering us drinks and keeping us updated on how much time we had before certain things were going to happen, etc. It honestly made the entire reception go so smoothly and in turn, we had such a blast and enjoyed the entire experience so much. Amazing!

Everlasting sounds was fantastic! They were so helpful and kind during the wedding planning process and the actual event. Neither myself, bridal party or family members had to worry about anything during the wedding because the DJ and team that came along handled everything. Also the DJ nailed to music taste and vibe we were going for. My husband and I never left the dance floor. I even forgot to purchase flowers for my flower girls to throw and they went out and got me some right before my ceremony. I could not have asked for a better team or experience working with everlasting sounds. Highly recommend!! I had Brian Bays as my DJ and Jessica McDaniel and Becky Lovins as my team.

Best power couple ever!

Booking everlasting sounds was the best thing we could have done to elevate our wedding to the next level. Randy and his wife, Jodi, who we booked as our wedding coordinator made the whole process great.

As a young engaged couple, navigating what we wanted out of our wedding. We just wanted to party hard all night but Randy helped us navigate the best way to maximize our ideal night. He helped us choose and coordinate a great balance of slow songs, dance songs, and intimate moments.

Randy knew how to read the crowd and change the music to keep the party going. He was a fantastic MC. It was really important for us to have our guest use our after-the-tone guestbook and he made multiple announcements to make sure we got that.

If you are ever looking for a DJ for your dream wedding these people are the one.

Perfection

Hi! I am the bride for reference. If I had to describe Randy and Jodi in one word, it would be perfection. Our family came up to us when we arrived to the reception and told us how amazing they were when everyone was helping setup. They told us how Jodi was even willing to run out to buy us a backup wedding cake if our bakery had forgotten to deliver ours. I mean, that’s just one example of the many things they would do to make our night perfect. It was the level of dedication, and their attention to detail that was extremely refreshing and appreciated. I truly did not have to worry about anything the entire night they kept people on the dance floor, and the events in between rolling so it didn’t feel like there was any wasted time. Randy really understood the type of music we were looking for and we got so many compliments on how fun the night was! It was funny because we live out of state and was looking for a DJ and I was reading through reviews and decided to take a chance, and I am so thankful I did. We really got lucky and I truly don’t think we could’ve gotten anything better. They are the best of the best.

Fabulous and Fun

My daughter got married at The Collection on Palmetto in Clearwater, FL on 12/3/2022, Randy and Jodi are a husband and wife team that made the day go smoothly and also it was the BEST day for the bride and groom!! I highly recommend using Jodi as your day of coordinator! She made my daughter’s dreams come true and the day was magical! I don’t think anyone got off the dance floor as well! Wedding Day

We chose Everlasting Sounds for our wedding and it was one of the best choices we made in the wedding planning process. Their attention to detail, communication and planning process through their app/zoom calls made us so confident going into our big day. The day of the DJ and day of event coordinator were so accommodating and took care of everything for us from our pictures, to providing up lighting, to getting us drinks, to making sure our ceremony and reception ran as smoothly as possible. Incredible team for our wedding night

Scott and Jessica did our wedding this past October '22 and were incredible. The quality of the DJ and the music was really important to us going into our wedding and they knocked it out of the park. Amazing and Professional

Mike Sanders and Sarina Sanders were amazing. Mike took care of the music and lighting and sound and Sarina was our private wedding coordinator. The music was perfect. Sarina did not miss a beat. She helped the bridal party from the beginning of the wedding to the end of the reception. Sarina told the bridal party when it was time to walk down the aisle which was a HUGE plus for my daughter's wedding. At the reception Sarina was by the brides side carrying her plate of food so she wouldn't spill anything on her dress. Sarina also came around to my husband and I asking if we needed anything. Sarina even brought us drinks to our table so we wouldn't miss being able to talk to our guests and enjoy the moment. The lighting that was used in the reception took a dark room and turned into a majical event. I would recommed Mike and Sarina to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Flawless & Perfection!

Mike and Sabrina did amazing for my wedding day! Not only did Sabrina do so well on making sure I didn't stress out about little things that may have been going behind the scenes, but she also worked so well with my maid of honor! Mike did amazing keeping people on the dance floor and livening up the place while my husband and I were out taking pictures or not being with our guests! I have gotten so many compliments on how amazing the atmosphere felt with those two working together! I love them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is getting married in the near future!

Jay Downs and Hayley Walsh were both fantastic and made the day seamless and so much fun for us and our guests! "Best wedding music and dancing we have ever had" - Several Guests

Let us start by saying that several people told us at our wedding that it was the best music and dancing they have ever had at a wedding. Hard to top that.

Everlasting sounds was recommended by a work friend that got married 5 to 10 years ago. We called and were put in contact with Mike and Sarina Sanders. My wife and I felt very confident that they would do a great job from the first meeting we had. Mike and Sarina are kind, funny, and they truly do listen to you. They can take a mix of specific songs and genre ideas to make a great playlist.

Mike and Sarina showed up early to the venue to ensure sound quality and music equipment placement. Our ceremony music had very smooth transitions. Our voices could be heard in the back. Everyone who has been to a wedding with poor volume knows how that can affect the experience. Our cocktail hour music was spot on. During the reception, the music was not too loud. It was just loud enough to add to the ambiance.

Mike was the DJ, while Sarina helped with the wedding coordination. Having two people was sooo nice. While Mike killed it on the DJ board, Sarina brought us food and drinks. She made sure we were getting exactly what we needed when we needed it. She kept us on schedule for the formalities like cake cutting, first dances, and speeches. She was always one step ahead of us.

Fast forward to the reception and dancing. Somehow Mike knew our taste better than we thought. We had a ton of throwbacks on our playlist as every wedding does, but we also had some EDM on it. Mike threw in some unbelievable drops and some heavier dubstep a couple of times. It was absolutely electric. By far one of the highlights of the night. He will not play anything if you have it on your do not play list. Mike even allowed us to get on the DJ board and play a song for the guest. His speaker and DJ table setup is nice. It is all white and contemporary and it went very well at our venue.

My wife and I had the best experience with Everlasting Sounds. Having two people was so convenient and made the wedding go smoothly. We highly recommend Mike and Sarina.

We couldn't have asked for better!

We found Everlasting Sounds after our original DJ we had booked canceled on us and they were one of the last DJs available in our area on a busy Memorial Day weekend. I am SO GLAD that we found them! They put all of my hesitations at ease during our first meeting! Scott and Jessica were a blessing to have at the wedding! They provided music and sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Even while we were off taking pictures, they got the dance floor started and kept it going all night long! The music selections and quality were amazing and their MC skills were on point! We couldn't have asked for a better night!

Great DJ team! Thank you Mike, Sarina, and Randy!

We had our wedding 2/19/2022 at Franklin Park in Columbus OH. Mike & Sarina Sanders and Randy were our team and we could not have asked for a better experience! Not only were they great at keeping the party going, they incorporated our guests in special ways to have that more personal feel to the night. One thing that was super helpful in our planning process is that they have tons of "suggested lists" you can draw from (like "first dance songs", "cocktail hour songs", "top 'last song of the night' song, etc.) that reminded us of songs we love that we were able to request them to play. They also offered a lot of help along the way and even reached out the week of our wedding to see if we needed anything, and Sarina even sent me photos afterwards of some dancing shots (thanks girl!).

Last, one thing our planner said about dj's is you have to remember they are the emcee's of the night too and keep the pace / everything going. Our evening went so smooth and they made all of the special announcements we asked (like shuttle info, organizing our sparkler exit, etc.) which is another aspect we took for granted but appreciated so much the day-of. Overall 10/10 would recommend.

All around excellent!

We had an amazing experience with Everlasting Sounds. Jay Downs was our DJ and Danielle Alexander was the coordinator. From the time we met with them, it was great. They were so nice and helpful. There was only one song played during our reception that we were not huge fans of, and when we let Jay know, he seamlessly changed it. Our friends and family have constantly said how much fun they had dancing and how great the music was. Dani was also amazing. She worked well with our planner and our venue coordinator and made sure we were on time and kept up with our desired schedule when it came to dances, cake cutting, etc. Also, she was so attentive to my husband and me. She made sure we had drinks (lots of water), she went through the buffet line for us so we could keep talking to people, and she was all around awesome. We had a large bridal party (18 people) and she kept us all organized and having fun. I would HIGHLY recommend Everlasting Sounds to anyone. They were so easy to work with and they made our reception the best it could be. I appreciate everything they did for us and they definitely made our reception one our family and friends will not forget. Thank you, thank you!

Christine and Thaddeus Made our Wedding Day!

Christine and Thaddeus made our vision of our reception come alive. From our music choices, keeping things on track with timing and making sure everything went smoothly I would highly recommend Christine and Thaddeus of Everlasting Sound to DJ your wedding or event. No detail was too small. From Christine getting us wine or drinks so we wouldn't have to wait in a line to Thaddeus ringing in the new year with an awesome countdown and playlist. Truly our NYE wedding would not have been as successful if it wasn't for them. We are forever grateful and will be singing their praises for years to come. We even joke we need an anniversary party already and we would hire them back! Perfect DJ Duo

Jessica McDaniel and Thaddeus Eppley did an amazing job at our wedding. Thaddeus communicated frequently over text and email before our planning meeting. We met Jessica for the first time there. They were instrumental in helping us to pick music and the timing of events. At the wedding itself they kept everyone and everything on schedule. Highly recommend!

Our wedding was in Lexington, KY and we were so glad we found Everlasting Sounds. We worked with Thaddeus throughout the planning process and our DJ/Coordinator team was Matthew and Jessica.
Thaddeus was so accommodating and flexible with us from the moment we first started communicating. He worked to put together a package at the exact budget and services we were looking for. On top of all of that, we had to postpone our wedding twice due to the pandemic and he was so quick to reschedule at no additional cost to us.
Matthew and Jessica were also awesome to work with. They listened and helped us iron out our final details and brought everything we wanted to life. Our dance floor was SO MUCH FUN, and all of our family and friends have not stopped telling us how amazing the music was!
Unfortunately some of the staff at our venue caused an issue at the end of the night, and Matthew and Jessica helped us handle the entire situation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Everlasting Sounds!

Book everlasting sounds!

If you are unsure of your DJ, STOP right now and read this post to its entirety. 1000% recommend Everlasting Sounds- Thaddeus and Christine. I am BLOWN away by all they have done for us on our wedding day. To start they met with us prior and really got to know us as a couple to know the vibe we wanted for our wedding day (classic wedding turned into a HUGE party). We were able to customize any music we wanted played which we gave some must play songs and then we knew we could trust them with the rest – which I am glad we did because they NAILED our style and chose songs better then we could of. They edited our first dance songs exactly how we wanted it. I walked down the aisle to a song where it had to be perfectly timed with a wedding party of 29 people. Christine had the timing planned out to the second which nailed my big entrance- it was impeccable timing. Aside from timing music perfectly, Christine was able to wrangle my ridiculously big rather wild wedding party of 29 people and ensured the entire night flowed and everyone was where they should be. Christine somehow memorized my bridal party by name and if you met my bridal party it was almost laughable because I have NO idea how she was able to get them together so smoothly and fast when they needed to be. I would have never been able to do that. My wedding party called Christine “the goat” (slang for the greatest of all time). Christine and Thaddeus were way beyond a DJ. They coordinated my wedding so I could maximize my day the way I dreamed of. The little things they did were EVERYTHING to ensure the wedding ran smoothly. Thaddeus draped the ceiling and placed up-lighting around the venue to set a romantic tone. Christine told me when to go around and say hi to guests and then would warn me when I had 10 minutes left so I could make it around to 210 people and I was able to say hi to everyone. At one point before the ceremony, dirt got all over the back of my dress and veil from pictures outside. Within a flash Christine was scrubbing my dress with club soda, a rag, and other things. I almost had a moment of thinking ‘omg my dress has mud all over and I haven’t walked down the Aisle’ but I couldn’t even process that because Christine lifted the stain in 5 minutes. Then my eye lash was falling off and she had an entire emergency kit with her with eye lash glue included. I was about to send someone from my bridal party out on a mission for eye lash glue because of how noticeable it was but she saved the day. The number of compliments I got from Christine coordinating and Thaddeus running the music was INSANE. Everyone was on the dance floor having an absolute blast. I seriously mean EVERYONE it was a GIANT PARTY! My wedding has been coined by many of my guests as one of the most fun wedding they have ever been to. I truly know this is because of them. Music and the flow of a wedding is EVERYTHING. Having someone prepared to handle the unpredictable things that go wrong on the wedding day took so much weight off of me. If I could bottle these two up for any event in my life I would. They were beyond easy to work with and I genuinely enjoyed having them at my wedding. Like STOP what you are doing NOW and book them! I promise is it worth EVERY PENNY AND MORE!

Danced the Night Away

Thaddeus and Christine were the best DJ/MCC I could have asked for. They were organized, professional, flexible, and so incredibly helpful. They worked great with my other vendors and surely helped my husband and I be organized for the night when it came to the dancing and music. They were able to work seamlessly with my wedding planner as well. Once the dancing started, it never really stopped. I would highly recumbent them to anyone who asked because they are amazing!

Best DJ and coordinator ever!!

Randy and Jodi exceeded our expectations! They were both so awesome! Randy killed it as the DJ , had everyone at the wedding dancing all night. Jodi was THE BEST coordinator , she knew EXACTLY what to do and how to get it done. So many great tips and tricks from their experience doing this. Our final call with them a week or so before the wedding gave us a true peace of mind. We could not be happier that we chose to work with them them. Job well done! Best DJ Duo!!

Kevin and Jessica were the perfect DJ duo. I would highly recommend getting the DJ + coordinator package. Communication was amazing pre-wedding as well. We had a full setlist that we gave them the reigns to choose when to play, and you could tell they knew what they were doing. They played the perfect songs and read the room for when an upbeat one was needed. And having Jessica checking in on us all night to see if we needed a drink—amazing perk! 10/16 Wedding

Randy and Stacy were absolutely amazing DJs for our 10/16/21 wedding! They were able to get everyone out on the dance floor which was my main goal of the night! Stacy went above and beyond by ensuring me and my groom always had a drink in hand and never had to take the time to go up to the bar ourselves. She kept the whole night on track and made sure every event of the reception ran smoothly. She even helped fix my bridesmaids dress when the strap broke! Randy was also awesome and really listened to all of our requests. We did a special Bulls themed intro and he really made it fun for everyone! The BEST DJ Team You Could Ask For

Thaddeus and Jessica were one of our favorite vendors to work with the day of our wedding! Our wedding day ran smooth only because we had Jessica going above and beyond coordinating with the venue, photographer, videographer, and even family members. She made sure we had decorations in the right place, heaters at our ceremony, and drinks in our hands. Jessica even stayed with me, the bride, before the ceremony and made sure I was ready to walk down the aisle. We had several last minute changes these two seamlessly rolled with. Thaddeus was everything we hoped for and more for a DJ as well. He graciously declined requests at our event like we wanted and made sure to play all of our favorites while we were on the dance floor. We truly cannot thank these two enough!!

Best Day of our Lives!

Dani and Jay made our wedding day amazing! The planning process was so easy giving Jay and Dani free rains with the music selection. Getting to know them made us feel like we didn't have to worry about a thing. They both have years of experience and amazing life's outside of working. For our wedding all we had to do was pick a few songs for our ceremony and reception. Iv hear nothing but great things about how flawless our ceremony was and how awesome the music selection was for the reception. They paid great attention to every detail even before the wedding even started. Dani was defiantly a brides bestfriend being there at every step that I needed her, she even gave me a quick dance routine before our first dance to get it started flawlessly (My bridesmaid even asked if we went to dance classes). Incredible

Thaddeus and Kari worked our wedding on 10/23/2021 and if you are planning a wedding and Thaddeus and Kari are available for your date, you MUST hire them!! Thaddeus made sure everyone was able to hear the ceremony, the vows, and the Trio that played during the ceremony/reception. He then proceeded to keep the party alive all the way until the end (11:30). He didn't just have a playlist and let the songs play out- he mixed the songs with seamless transitions. This aspect was really important to us! Kari was so kind and helpful and pretty much acted as a second day-of coordinator. She made us feel calm in moments when we were nervous. Both were engaging and interactive without being intrusive whatsoever. The wedding ran perfectly and I have no doubt Thaddeus and Kari had a big role in that. Thank you thank you!!

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Thaddeus and Christine from Everlasting Sounds. Christine was an amazing MC. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout the reception and her attention to detail prevented any potential hiccups. Thaddeus did an excellent job of keeping the dance floor active. Power Team

We used Thaddeus and Christine for our DJ and they were nothing but amazing!!! Christine is a super woman and helped make the day go flawless and always made sure we had what we needed. She is someone I never knew I need for the wedding day but going back we couldn’t have done it without her! Thaddeus played all the music we had requested and kept the dance floor going! Amazing!

Everlasting Sounds was INCREDIBLE. I don't have enough good things to say about them. They were so professional and helped to give us the wedding of our dreams. Our guests were so impressed with our DJ and we got so many compliments. We had a multi-cultural wedding and we were VERY specific about the music we wanted to be played and Thaddeus delivered everything we wanted! I would not want to have had my wedding without Jamie, she was THE BEST. She was my right hand woman the whole night and as a bride, having someone there for you for WHATEVER you need throughout the night is priceless. Having both Jamie and Thaddeus there allowed the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception flow effortlessly. Everything was done on time, everything was done in order, and they came PREPARED. Everlasting Sounds was awesome!

The team at Everlasting Sounds made our day great! We met and communicated with our assigned team (Kevin & Jessica/Diana) multiple times prior to our event. They were very flexible, attentive, and they effortlessly perceived/helped create the vision we had for our ceremony/reception.

We had an outdoor event with rain in the forecast up until the final hour before our ceremony. Kevin calmly helped us evaluate setup options, and as we got lucky with a break in the rain, he got all equipment organized and ready on shorter notice than usual.

Kevin, Jessica, and Diana were a joy to work with, and we highly recommend their, and Everlasting Sounds', services!!!

Best dj company ever!

If you want top-notch service, look no further than Everlasting Sounds! Randy and Jodi are friendly, detail oriented, and FUN!! All my guests commented on how Jodi was "in control" of everything and how much Randy kept the dance floor rocking. I have been in the wedding industry for over 20 years and this was my first time being the bride! Let me tell you, it is very different when it is YOU that the attention is focused on. Randy and Jodi knew what my fears and anxieties were/would be and took care of them and anticipated what "could go wrong" and corrected it before it ever happened. I couldn't have picked a better company to make my day all that it could be.

Above and Beyond

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin and Kari who worked with us as our DJ team! The dance floor was packed all night and Kevin did a great job announcing group photos and dances.

Kari was AMAZING! She anticipated our needs before we even realized them ourselves, was always by my side when I needed her, and helped give me a heads up when important moments were happening so that I was prepared. She was on top of everything and so sweet! She provided a really above and beyond service

We had to postpone due to covid, and Thaddeus + everyone else we interacted with at Everlasting Sounds were so easy to work with. I recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

Dynamic Duo!!

Thaddeus and Christine were the dream team on our wedding day!! We were very particular about our music and the vibe we wanted for our wedding and Thaddeus nailed it! He was able to keep the dance floor full and the party going! Christine…let me just say, this woman can own a room! She ensured everything ran perfectly from pre ceremony to the last song of the night. She was on top of every aspect we asked of her and things we didn’t even think of! My husbands father is a wedding emcee so he was somewhat weary of us using someone from a larger company but he was thoroughly impressed with them as well! We received several compliments from guests about Christine, her presence, and how well she kept everything flowing throughout the night. I can’t say enough about this dynamic duo. If you are hesitant to use everlasting sounds, don’t be! We loved working with Thaddeus and Christine from the moment we met them and they over delivered on our wedding day. I don’t even have the right words to say about Thaddeus and Christine. They were AMAZING! Our dance floor was packed from the moment it was open until the end of the night. The dancing never stopped!

Everlasting Sounds - specifically Jamie and Bob, were fantastic for our June 12, 2021 Wedding. They were so incredibly organized and helped plan the entire event, from the ceremony to the last song. The minute we walked back down the aisle Jamie had cold drinks of choice waiting for us, and many nice touches like this. The planning process and song selection was easy and straight forward. They played all of the right songs at the right time. They have great recommendations and really could read the room and the audience. We were fortunate enough to have Bob and Stacy DJ at our wedding reception this past June! This husband/wife team is easy to work with, thoughtful, and incredibly organized. We met with Bob and Stacy ahead of the wedding to review songs, a timeline of events, and any special requests. Party Power Team!

Jamie and Matthew made our reception an unforgettable party! They met with us ahead of time to make sure every detail was covered and we felt so taken care of. We highly recommend booking Everlasting Sounds as your wedding DJ! In our pre-meeting with the team, we asked Thad to keep the people on the dance floor & he delivered! Best DJ/MC in Dayton/Cincinnati!

We cannot recommend these guys enough! For Dj and MC pair we had Jay and Ashley. From our first meeting with them in the office, we could tell right away how invested they were in making our dream come true on our Wedding Day. They put us at ease and even gave us fantastic ideas that turned out so cool and memorable. On the day itself, Jay killed it with the music, transitions and lights. Ashley was busting her butt to make sure the night went smoothly from one step to the next. They always checked in to make sure everything was great and that we had a drink in our hands! They make a difference

Thaddeus and Christine are AMAZING. We used them for our May 2021 wedding and we can not say enough great things about them. They are much more than a DJ team. Starting at the very beginning stages of planning they've been a great help in creating a structure for our big day. You can tell they've been in the industry for quite some time and give their honest advice and feedback for helping make sure the day will go as YOU envision it. We were running a little late to our ceremony from taking photos and as we arrived at the venue Christine was waiting at the door to help remind us that this is our day and everything is going to be great. Our wedding day really would not have turned out so perfect without her. Throughout the night she was our right hand woman from making sure our family was where they needed to be at the right time to ensuring we had a drink in our hand at all times. Thaddeus knows how to keep a party going. He did a great job at reading the room and kept the dance floor going all night. If a song was requested that raised an eyebrow he was sure to run it by us before playing, which we definitely appreciated. Truly, if you have them on your wedding team you'll be in great hands.

Amazing experience

Communicating with Thaddeus and then working with Jamie Rogers and Kevin Siefker was an all-around incredible experience. We were blessed with the most perfect wedding day and given numerous compliments from our guests. Jamie and Kevin met with us prior to the wedding and thoroughly went through the plans to give us exactly what we wanted. On our big day, they were there to make sure all the details were set and ran together smoothly. Jamie even helped wipe the green icing from my face after cake smashing! Above and Beyond

We booked Everlasting Sounds for our April 2021 wedding after hearing about them through another person – and we are so glad that we did! Thaddeus and Christine are fun, professional and incredibly easy to work with. There were so many small details that I hadn’t thought about, but Everlasting Sounds took care of it. They mic’d up the groom for the ceremony, offered lighting options, made sure that the transitions flowed well during different parts of the event, ensured our guests knew when to move from cocktail hour to the reception, helped coordinate timing for speeches, etc. Christine even helped talk us through the cake cutting, gave us tips for the best way to enter for the first dance, and checked in with us throughout the night. I also appreciated how accessible they were in answering our questions, as well as how flexible they were with our changes. Our friends and family members have repeatedly told us how much fun they had dancing and how perfect the playlist was! Everything about working with Everlasting Sounds felt stress-free and very personal - as if we were all old friends! I would highly recommend Everlasting Sounds!

Everlasting sounds is INCREDIBLE! It's been over a month since our guests are still talking about Randy and Jodi. Music was a top priority for us so we spent quite a bit of time looking for the right DJ. After talking with Randy, we knew we had to go with him. He was professional, responsive, and listened to exactly what we wanted. He played both American and Albanian music seamlessly and kept the party going literally all night long. Phenomenal

Christine and Thaddeus went above and beyond. They are a dynamic duo and their love and respect for one another creates an optimal environment to do what they do best. We hired them for our wedding on 2/13/21 but due to Covid restrictions our venue would not allow us to dance or play dance music (dinner music only). We were devastated. It meant a lot to my fiancé and I to dance on our wedding day so we decided to have an after party at a private location. Thaddeus and Christine were more than willing to move to a second location. Thaddeus even came a day early to set up extra equipment and ensure everything sounded superb. They did all of this without asking for more compensation which spoke to how much he and Christine genuinely cared about us enjoying ourselves. They served us so well and we were humbled by their flexibility. We will absolutely be hiring them for any events in the future and we recommend you do as well.

We are to thankful we found Randy and Jodi with Everlasting Sounds! They are so professional and incredibly talented at what they do. There's nothing they haven't thought through or can navigate through with ease. They orchestrated the entire flow of our wedding from start to finish. Randy is great at keeping the dancing going on the dance floor and reading the crowd. Jodi has such a great intuition about timing and is so personable and we just love her! Randy and Jodi are people who you just want there at your wedding!! We recorded our first dance voiceovers with them before the wedding and the experience was truly so special. We surprised our mom and dad with a special surprise message recorded over their songs. They both felt so special and were completely surprised. Randy was able to make our dream first dance experience come true when he recorded our love story from our separate points of view and then weaved them together over our wedding song. It was a moment that had every single guest in tears with goosebumps and when we ask our guests what their favorite part of our big day was, they all say our first dance hands down. This dream team even handled some wedding crashers and I'm sure put out many fires behind the scenes that we never even knew about!

Best Wedding Coordinator/DJ Team!

Everlasting Sounds was excellent to work with from start to finish and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else there on our wedding day. We first met with Thaddeus to discuss the details of our wedding. During our initial meeting, Thaddeus was very nice and super engaged with us. Anytime we needed to reach out to clarify something, he was always quick to respond. When we got closer to our wedding date, our Wedding Coordinator and DJ had reached out to introduce themselves and schedule a final music meeting. Our Wedding Coordinator and DJ ended up being Bre and Sam. We cannot say enough great things about Bre and Sam. From the time we got together to review our wedding timeline at our final music meeting to the day of our wedding, we knew we were going to be in great hands. They far exceeded our expectations when the wedding day actually came. Bre did everything to ensure we had everything we needed the entire reception. She even took it upon herself to ensure our parents had everything they needed. Sam was also a phenomenal DJ. The music was exactly how we wanted it played the entire night. We even had compliments from our guests at how great the music was. We couldn't ever imagine not having Bre and Sam there during our special day. The customer service from Everlasting Sounds overall is top-notch.

Professional and Perfect!!

Really ever since we first met with Thaddeus about booking our event, everything about Everlasting Sounds has been great! Throughout the whole planning period (when I was a stressed mess!) Christine was there for me the entire way, to answer any questions and ease any stress I had at all! And was always so sweet and willing to help! She was a life saver more than once, that’s for sure!! When it came to meeting about the music and day of details, Christine and Grant were both so great! So professional and so personable at the same time! They were both super helpful answering my many questions and helping with my many uncertainties! Not to mention the day of our wedding!! First of all if Christine wasn’t there, I’m not sure the wedding would’ve gone as smooth as it did or possibly at all! Haha! Jk! But Christine was more than amazing!! Made the night!

Thaddeus and Jamie were an amazing duo! Not only were they so flexible when we had to change our wedding date due to COVID, but they continued to show such flexibility as we made small changes here and there to our ceremony music and pieces of the reception. Jamie was attentive all night long, ensuring that everything was going well. She even helped me pin back up a piece of hair that had fallen out while on the dance floor! Now that is attention to detail! We received so many compliments about how much fun guests had and I absolutely credit this to Thaddeus understanding the vibe of music we wanted and paying attention to the crowd. Not only are they both such kind people, but they truly want to make sure you and your husband/wife have the best night of your lives. We highly recommend!

Perfect day!

We used everlasting sounds for our wedding DJ in September 2020. From the beginning planning process with Thaddeus to the day of with Courtney and Jay, the whole team was fabulous. Thaddeus was so helpful and worked with us on what package and pricing best for our needs. Courtney and Jay arranged multiple google meetings to go over everything and make sure they both knew what we wanted for our day. The day of the wedding, they both arrived with plenty of time to set up and take care of last minute details. Jay moved his set up more than once to accommodate our needs for the night. I gave Courtney a to do list and she took care of everything! Throughout the day and evening Courtney was always making sure I had a drink in my hand and made sure we were taken care of. Jay was a great DJ and adjusted the music according to the crowd. Overall the experience was great, and would highly recommend them!! Thank you so much everlasting sounds for making my day perfect!!

Dream Team!

Where to begin? Everlasting Sounds is amazing! They go above and beyond what I ever thought a DJ company would do. Thaddeus was so knowledgeable and already knew the best way to set up the equipment for our venue at our first meeting. He put us at ease from the very start.

Unfortunately, we were one of the couples in 2020 that had to move their wedding. EL immediately let us know that they could move with us and still be our DJ's.
Matt Cooper and Brenda Clark were incredible, my husband and I can't say enough positive things about them. Matt completely understood our music vibe and his timing for the song I walked down the aisle to was perfect! Brenda was a Godsend the whole day. As soon as I saw her on my wedding day, I immediately relaxed because I knew she would handle literally everything so Drew and I could focus on enjoying our day. There were several 'Oh shoot' moments but she handled them with the perfect mix of grace and leadership that I didn't even know existed. They both were incredibly attentive and just overall made having a wedding during a pandemic a lot less stressful.

Working with everlasting sounds

Thaddeus and Christine were absolutely amazing at our wedding this past weekend. They kept everything running smoothly and kept everyone on the dance floor enjoying the night! They were amazing throughout the entire process and catered to all of our wants and needs. They truly are amazing!

Excellent experience!

It was an absolute delight to work with John and Jodi Barnhill. They are personable, charming, and incredibly down-to-earth. Even though Louie, my then fiance (now husband), and I had to postpone our nuptials and change our DJ a few months before our wedding, the process of planning the flow of the reception was made easy by this dynamic duo. At our initial meeting we discussed the order and timing of events as well as all of the songs to go with major events (such as intro, cake cutting, and first dances). They also gave us a link that allowed us to add songs to our reception playlist up to the day of the wedding. Even though every detail was mapped out ahead of time, John and Jodi were incredibly flexible when things needed to be adjusted at the last minute (such as changes in the intro song and mother-son dance). That evening there was heavy traffic getting to the location of our reception causing my husband, myself, two bridesmaids, and the best man to arrive thirty minutes late; despite this, the Barnhills remained calm and accommodating and adjusted the time schedule to simply run a bit later than originally anticipated. John was an excellent MC and Jodi was the perfect helper behind the scenes making sure that everything ran smoothly and that Louie and I always had our drink of choice in our hands. I cannot recommend this company enough! Amidst all of the stress related to planning a wedding during a pandemic, Everlasting Sounds helped put our minds at ease with their prompt responses, friendly and organized coordinators, and helpful event planning tools.

Great Experience

Kevin and Christine were a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding and on the day of. We were referred by multiple friends and friends of family about using Everlasting Sounds and we are glad we decided on them. They are so organized and it was so nice to be able to add and or edit playlists throughout the planning process. The final meeting was very thorough and they helped make sure we included everything we wanted and had great suggestions on things we were unsure of. I would recommend using them for any wedding or event.

Highly recommend!

We recently had Thaddeus, Bre and Jay as our DJ/up lighting for our wedding and they were AMAZING! They made the evening so special for us and helped keep the entire night on schedule so we didn’t miss any big moments. They also played an excellent mix of songs that all age groups enjoyed. We highly recommend them - especially if you are looking for professional, organized, and positive experience.

Phenomenal Experience

Christine and Thaddeus were amazing!! They truly made our special day one to remember!! There are not enough words for how great the two of them are. They were there throughout the entire wedding process and worked so well with my husband and I during this difficult planning time. Christine was great to have at the reception and kept everything moving. Thaddeus kept everyone entertained on the dance floor and the entire night was stress-free. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend for any occasion!
