We got married in October 2020 and Dawn was absolutely amazing! She was so quick to respond to emails and we were STUNNED with how beautiful the floral arrangements were. Dawn provides great professionalism and is so personable! We really appreciated her attentiveness to all of our requests and how she went above and beyond to give us more than we asked for! She even stayed until after the ceremony just to make sure our reception was beautifully decorated to match our inspiration photos. We highly recommend her to other couples!

Dawn Cofer from Everlasting Flowers was beyond awesome! Everything was picture perfect on our wedding day. From her arrival to setting up of all the arrangements, everything went so smoothly. Her designs were exactly what I was dreaming about when we met to discuss my vision. Dawn captured my ideas, and her creative touch made everything elegant and beautiful beyond words. Working with Dawn was so great! We had to make some last minute changes to our order, and Dawn was extremely flexible as we navigated updates. The biggest compliment is when all your guests comment on the arrangements' beauty. I highly recommend Everlasting Flowers for quality, customer service, and a stress-less experience. Perfect Touch of Elegance for Our September Wedding
Dawn was amazing to work with. She is one of the nicest people I had the pleasure of working with while wedding planning during a crazy time. My husband and I decided early on that we were going to have an intimate wedding, but did not want to spare any elegance while on a budget. I saw Everlasting Flowers’ portfolio online and fell in love with her designs. Dawn created an amazing wedding arch, ceremony space and even lent her creative touch to the downstairs reception area outside. It was everything we needed and more than we could have ever envisioned for our wedding. Thank you a thousand times over for making our day so beautiful and special!

Dawn Confer of Everlasting Flowers is a consummate professional. She is truly gifted and the flowers were nothing less than magnificent! She used very fresh flowers and they remained so for at least a week after the wedding. Everyone was still still talking about their beauty many days later. We would recommend her to anyone who really wants to make the beauty of the day spectacular. -

AMAZING- Highly recommend!
Dawn is absolutely amazing. I have been to SEVERAL weddings with her as the florist and each one is gorgeous. She is extremely knowledgeable and can help you find exactly what you want but also make suggestions for where you can swap things out to save money and get the most use out of our flowers! -

Everlasting flowers provided a bridal bouquet and boutonniere for our small family wedding ceremony. The flowers were beautiful all day and into the evening for our pictures. We will definitely reach out to everlasting flowers again. -

Going into my meeting with Dawn I had no idea what I wanted. I gave her a few small details that I wanted but other than that she did everything and the flowers turned out amazing. She was very flexible (with being a covid bride) and we could not of been happier with the final product. Highly recommend her! -

She was patient and client-focused, warm and kind, and she made every effort to make my "vision" happen within our budget. I am so grateful to her. Flowers Were Even More Beautiful Than I Expected!
Dawn at Everlasting Flowers was great and did a beautiful job on our wedding flowers. She turned around the proposal very quickly and made any changes I requested. On the day of she executed beautifully and my bouquet was even better than I had imagined! (As well as the rest of the flowers). Highly recommend working with her for your wedding! -

Dawn was absolutely wonderful. We had a vision for what we wanted for our banquet. Dawn not only carried it out; she also improved upon it, carrying out the theme when she decorated our chuppah (a Jewish wedding canopy.) What's more, she was very creative. Our ceremony was outside and it was a windy day. She and our wedding planner came up with a way to bolster the canopy -- otherwise it would have blown away. Everything was just perfect and beautiful and wonderful, etc. All done at a very reasonable price. -

Lara Sent on 11/26/2017Dawn Confer, owner/operator of Everlasting Flowers has a calling and a natural talent to bring a brides’ floral vision of her perfect day into a visual reality. From the perfect bridal bouquet to all the floral arrangements, Dawn demonstrated her joy and natural artistic talents as she created the large floral arrangements that defined the wedding ambience to all the smaller table arrangements that perfected the perfect day. The wedding photographs look like a magazine layout and I contribute much of that to the beautiful floral arrangements.
Dawn’s commitment and professionalism was evident from the first meeting, when she drove all the way to the winery to meet us. We shared a glass of wine and she asked many questions about how the bride envisioned her wedding day. She was friendly, relaxed and prepared as she showed some photos to help with ideas. As Dawn learned more about the plans she suggested a special bridal bouquet that incorporated the raw silk and buttons from the mother-of-the-bride’s wedding dress. Needles to say, the bouquet was not only incredibly special, it was unbelievably beautiful.
As we discussed other floral arrangements and placements it became evident that Dawn had a flare for the perfect, feminine, rustic yet simplistic look that was just a dream to us. That day Dawn brought all those dreams into reality. The large floral arrangements on the wine barrels were flowing, simple, feminine, rustic, and a perfect frame for the entire ceremony.
The entrance arrangement, at best was a perfect representation of a half-baked idea expressed to Dawn. The table arrangements were as cute as can be and perfectly placed.
In my opinion, Dawn jumped inside my head and took a mental photograph of my version of my perfect wedding day.

I was in love with my bloquet and got A LOT of comments on it during the wedding and even after. She will try to incorporate numerous ways to use your florals during your day to get you the best arrangements for your buck! She's super down to earth and easy to collaborate with. Ashley Sent on 09/28/2017To understand how amazing Dawn (the owner of Everlasting Flowers) is, you have to understand how difficult I was to work with! lol I have known Dawn for most of my life and grew up with her sons, so I felt comfortable coming to her stressed out and w/ no vision for flowers. I said Dawn, these are the colors I like, these are the colors I'd like to avoid, and I know nothing about flowers... "Please help me!" lol Dawn wrote everything down and already had a beautiful plan before we even left our first meeting with her. She was more than happy to incorporate some sentimental aspects to my flowers, as well, such as a part of my mother's veil to my bouquet. She is a flower angel sent from above! She also knew we were on a budget but made our wedding look extravagant. This is very hard to find in a florist in NoVa! I even threw some last minute details and/or changes at her and she simply replied with "no problem." So in summary, I had no vision, time, or money when it came to flower planning, but Dawn w/ Everlasting Flowers made our wedding a beautiful flower wonderland.

Amanda Sent on 10/24/2013Prior to meeting with Dawn about our flowers, I had been looking on Pinterest for ideas as to what I wanted for my wedding. After weeks of scowering the internet, I had decided I wanted deep blue dendrobium orchids with white roses, light purple freesia, and blue hydrangeas. The dominating flower being the blue dendrobium orchids. The day of the wedding, Dawn arrived at the venue with the most beautiful bouquet I have EVER seen. It was perfect and exactly what I wanted and more. The corsages for the mothers and my grandmother were white dendrobium orchids. The boutonnieres were the blue dendrobium orchids. I loved Dawn's work! She is a wonderful florist! -

Dawn came to my ceremony/reception site and set up everything perfect. The flowers were beautiful and very high quality. Even after getting back from my honeymoon some were still alive and looking good! Please message me if you have any specific questions but trust me Dawn is great to work with and you will not have to worry about anything. -

She was really quick to respond to me, very detailed in her quote and even gave me suggestions on where to cut costs (like having my own glassware). Only thing I would change is that we had to pay her in cash - she didn't accept credit cards. That was a snag for me but still, overall, amazing! -

Shannon Sent on 07/27/2010When we first met with Dawn, we really liked her and we felt she really "got" what we were going for. I gave her photos of bouquets that I liked, and a photo of the center piece style we were going for, and she really seemed to understand what we wanted. I told her that for the center pieces, we were looking for something very simple and clean, and she improved on our initial idea by suggesting we submerge the flowers and float candles on top. The center pieces were nice, but she put a large amount of the clear glass stones in the bottom of the vase, without asking us, which was totally contrary to the "clean" design we had asked for.
However, the worst mistake was with my bouquets and floral piece for the wedding gazeebo. I had asked her specifically for no pink flowers, though I had said a very light, almost white, blush would be ok. But, again, I wanted very clean and simple, mostly ivory, as I had 8 bridesmaids wearing red. I also asked for no greenery to be included in the bouquets - only flowers. When the bouquets came, they were full of bright pink flowers, and greenery. The arrangement on our wedding gazeebo was also full of pink flowers. However, once the mistake was brought to their attention, they were able to remove the pink flowers before the ceremony (though the greenery remained), which is why I've given them a higher rating. Also, the flowers were beautiful and of excellent quality, and held up well in the 90 degree outdoor ceremony.
All in all, I would not recommend using Everlasting Flowers. The flowers were beautiful and of good quality, but you just don't need the headache of having a vendor do what you specifically asked them not to do on your wedding day, even if they are able to fix it in time. -

Emily Sent on 11/19/2017Flowers were one of the more important pieces of our wedding so when they turned out less than desirable, it was a letdown. The planning process went smoothly and it appeared all bases were covered but a few weeks before the wedding I had requested some changes, most of which were not taken into account. As a change, I requested all white flowers in everything but found pink accent flowers in the centerpieces. It was my understanding that we would do one type of flower but instead got a different kind which made the wedding look cheap. I do appreciate that Dawn stuck around to transition the flowers from the ceremony to the reception – very helpful for the rest of the event team. We ordered cake flowers which never made it to the cake, this could be on the caterer or the florist. The next day my husband and I were cleaning up flowers plucked from the ceremony piece and left on the ground, as well as ribbons that were left behind.
