My original wedding day was scheduled for May 2020, but my old venue had cancelled it due to COVID. I was in a Facebook group when I saw a post from Evergreen Ranch advertising their venue was available and open. They mentioned they wanted to help a bride who had been affected by the COVID shutdowns. Many brides had their hopes up for this huge day and it was a huge disappointment to see it all fall apart. Even though my venue had canceled, that doesn’t mean all the other vendors do; which means I wouldn’t get my security deposits back if I chose to cancel. Evergreen gave me the opportunity to still have my wedding and completely saved the day. Not only that, but it ended up being better than my original. It was so naturally beautiful and the perfect size and set up. They were wonderful to work with, responsive and kind. They even let my in-laws visit early for a tour. Overall they were just a great family who went out of their way to make sure my wedding day was amazing. Very, very happy I chose this venue to have my special day! -

Where do I begin?! From the very first time we got in touch with Richelle and Hank about their venue, they were amazing to work with. They are beyond flexible every step of the way. It is great feeling when business owners see customers as people, not just a payment. They went out their way to check on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t need anything. All of our vendors loved the venue and owners. This venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding. We are so thankful we found it and thankful for great owners.

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. We planned on an outdoor ceremony and had to change to inside last minute due to rain and it still ended up being even more beautiful than we could have imagined. 100/10 recommend for any type of event. -

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our big day! Richelle and Hank were not only incredibly sweet and professional but also made sure everything was perfect and did all they could for our big day to be absolutely everything we wanted! Highly recommend Evergreen Ranch to any and everyone for any party event! We were beyond pleased and thankful with our experience here and with them! -

Evergreen Ranch, YES YES YES!
If you need a magical place to get married, Evergreen Ranch is the best choice! Such a quiet, country setting, modern barn that gives you both the feel of rustic and the wedding of a lifetime! Richelle and Hank are such wonderful people and bent over backwards to help and to make sure that every detail was just the way we wanted it! I couldn't have imagined a better wedding/reception for me! -

Dream Wedding
Absolutely loved Evergreen Ranch. Richelle and Hank were amazing from start to finish. They are very professional, respectful, helpful and kind. They were very responsive to any questions we had. We had more people than we were anticipating and the day of the wedding Hank quickly helped us set up more chairs for the ceremony and more tables and chairs for the reception. The venue is absolutely beautiful, from the grounds to the barn. So many options for your ceremony and reception set up. The Barn had stunning tables that were hand made that were a huge favorite of mine and what made me really fall in love with this venue. Many of our guests raved about the venue and how beautiful it was. I 1000% highly recommend Evergreen Ranch!!
