Joyce Wilson certainly worked hard for this event but the end result was worth everything to our daughter, new son-in-law and to us as her parents. Everything went as planned. Venue was beautiful, ceremony led by Reverend Marcia was amazing. The servers were wonderful, food was delicious and plentiful, bar service and drinks were great too. Everyone who attended said how great everything was and we couldn't agree more. Thank you Evergreen Country Club and Joyce especially for making sure our daughter's special day was even more special.

We can not express enough the amount of gratitude that we have for evergreen and it's staff!!! They were all so friendly and attentive the day of. Joyce the wedding coordinator is amazing!! She is thorough and accommodating. She made sure that everything went well and smooth the day of even with a personal attendant :). O would highly recoy this place. The places for pictures is incredible.

Evergreen provided us such amazing service for our wedding reception. Leading up to it, Joyce was quick to respond to all questions and available to meet when we needed. We were at ease knowing her and the team were so organized and responsible. I cannot compliment them enough on the day of service we received. Joyce’s assistant, Kasandra, checked on us throughout the night to make sure everything was ok. The bartenders handled open bar with a large crowd like absolute professionals. As the bride, they always had a drink ready for me when I walked up to the bar. The food service was quick and smooth and the servers even seemed to be enjoying themselves a bit when the music kicked in! If you are looking for a gorgeous venue, Evergreen is it!

Had our wedding here in September everything was amazing! The ceremony was there with reception to follow, everything went smooth and accommodated everything I wanted to make by big day special! Highly recommend!

Amazing venue! We really could not have been more pleased! From the beginning of the planning process up to the day of the wedding, Joyce Wilson, Wedding Coordinator, was accessible, helpful, and all around fantastic to work with. She worked closely with us the entire time to help achieve our vision of transforming the reception room into a woodland wonderland. The ceremony outside was absolutely breathtaking! So many of our guests told us that this was the best wedding they had ever been to!

I can't say enough about Evergreen. It's a beautiful setting. It's affordable. They made it so easy to plan. Plenty of options to choose from, easy transportation to the local hotels for wedding party and guests if needed, catering through the AMAZING Gooseberries in Burlington several bar choices as well. They executed our plan perfectly and really made it fantastic. The wedding ceremony and reception went without a hitch. Big thank you to Joyce, the wedding coordinator who dotted every 'i' and crossed every 't' and made everything go smooth as silk. She's amazing. SO you have a beautiful venue that's affordable, delicious food and a fantastic planner to set everything up for success on the Big Day. No wonder why they are so busy.

This venue was a great choice for us. The coordinator was very helpful and active in the process. The food was fantastic. The outdoor ceremony space was beautiful and smoothly transferred to the indoor space that comfortably fit our 150 guests for dinner and reception. Almost most importantly of all, we were able to enjoy all of those things in no small part because of the fair pricing that allowed these experiences to fit within our budget.

We loved everything about our special day!!! Evergreen was so great to work with, especially Joyce. She made everything happen that we wanted and she went above and beyond in all she did!

Our wedding experience with the Evergreen Country Club couldn’t of been any better. The entire staff was super accommodating and made our special day go smoothly. Joyce from the first day we met with her we knew our wedding day was in good hands. She was so helpful and communication was great. The day of our wedding exactly what we had I envisioned it to be. We can’t thank the Country Club enough for making our day one we’ll remember a lifetime!

From initial meeting with Joyce - we were absolutely impressed and knew we were in great hands at Evergreen! She is fantastic to work with ! The facility for a wedding is gorgeous - absolutely can't say enough about my daughter's wedding - was beautiful at Evergreen! All staff is great! We did not look any further for a reception venue after meeting with Joyce!

We had an especially easy time working with this venue. They were able to accommodate everything we wanted. Even at the last minute due to a flood in our town, they were able to accommodate 40 people for a rehearsal dinner, and it was amazing. Everything about this venue and the wedding coordinator were exceptional. Highly recommend having your wedding here.

Joyce the wedding planner was absolutely wonderful, on top of every detail we could not asked for anything more! I had compliments for the next 2 weeks on the meal, how beautiful the wedding was, how perfect the day was, it had been along time since I had so much fun at a wedding. All those remarks how could you ask for anything more ...

Evergreen and Joyce made my special day possible! Everything was perfect. They were accommodating, friendly and Randy's food was to die for !!!

Hiring Evergreen Country Club to host our wedding was one of the best decisions we made as a couple. Joyce, the wedding coordinator, was prompt, professional, accommodating and so easy to work with. From the first time we set up a meeting, she was so personal trying to figure out what we exactly wanted and she built a great relationship with us from day one. Randy, one of the head chefs/caterers, tailored a southern bbq menu for us because NO ONE around our area would allow us to either bring in a caterer or had a bbq menu available. Every single person at our wedding commented on how delicious the food was and are still talking about it to this day. The staff at Evergreen was professional and friendly, making sure not one detail was left out. I didn't have to worry about a single issue, the staff took care of it. I even tried to help clean up and they respectfully told me go have fun, it's your wedding night! I would hire the staff at Evergreen Country Club again and I have gone back for their Friday night fish fry because they were that spectacular! Professional staff, beautiful hall, gorgeous landscaping and a personalized touch....you will not be disappointed!

My fiancé and I walked into the ballroom and knew immediately that Evergreen was the venue for us. For one, Joyce, our wedding coordinator, was incredibly friendly, informative, responsive, detail-oriented, creative, and flexible. She was determined to help our families make the wedding reception our own definition of perfect. She also was familiar with many area vendors, which we were equally pleased with, including our DJ and florist. Additionally, we loved having the whole place to ourselves — the bar for cocktail hour, the restrooms, etc. The Evergreen grounds offer several beautiful spots for photography. The ballroom, itself, looked perfect, from the tulle on the ceilings, the white lights, and the linens and chair covers. The bar staff was the greatest, too! Our guests were wow'd by the service, the food, the party ... We would recommend Evergreen to anyone for their wedding reception.

We looked at several very nice venues before coming to Evergreen Country Club, however, as soon as we arrived at Evergreen to look at their facility and to meet Joyce, the Event Coordinator, we felt right away that "this was the right place". Our daughter and her fiance' loved it immediately and wanted us to book Evergreen that very same day...which we did! Joyce is so very pleasant, helpful and flexible; she was a joy to work with throughout our planning process, as were all members of the staff. Over the months of planning, and the on wedding day itself, everything went very smoothly, the room was beautiful, the food was delicious and our guests complimented us on all details right down to the bar and bartenders. Throughout the whole experience, Joyce made us feel as though our wedding was being taken care of by a long time friend or family member who cared as much about it being "perfect" as we did. Comparing costs to other venues we looked at, it was very reasonable. I would highly recommend The Evergreen Country Club for any wedding or special event!

The wedding coordinator (Joyce) was such a great help and very flexible with our changing needs. I wish I would have taken her up on more of the services she offered, the things she handled turned out great and was one less thing to stress about. I would just make sure to discuss how plates are cleared we had multiple guests say that they didn't get any cake because their plates were cleared while they were at the bar and didn't even know the cake was passed out. Overall it was a beautiful venue for both our ceremony and reception and we were really happy with the day!

Joyce and the staff at Evergreen made the entire planning process easy, and our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives so far. Even though planning a wedding can be stressful, Joyce was always encouraging and happy to help with anything we asked about or needed. There are many options available for decorations to make the Evergreen room fit your personal style and preferences. Luckily the rain that was foretasted held off for the day, and we were able to have our ceremony outside on the patio surrounded by the most beautiful gardens. The food catered by Gooseberries was also delicious. I am so glad we choose Evergreen as our wedding venue, and would recommend it to anyone getting married in the Walworth County area.

I would HIGHLY recommend Evergreen for your wedding!! Staff was professional and took care of our every need. Extremely timely communication, friendly staff, and beautiful venue!!! The outdoor patio was a huge hit for our May wedding. It gave our guests a chance to cool off from dancing and get away from the music for a while and the waterfall created the perfect background for our photos. I cannot say enough good things about Evergreen!!!! If you are looking for a venue that has it all, you have found it at Evergreen

All of the staff at Evergreen was wonderful! Joyce made everything so easy to understand and really took the time to listen and make things exactly what I wanted. My guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how accommodating the staff was. I will never forget how beautiful the day was and how flawless it went..thank you Evergreen!

I absolutely loved everything about having my reception at Evergreen! From the food, to the staff, to the overall atmosphere – I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I didn’t have to worry about anything thanks to Joyce and the team. The entire night ran perfectly & smoothly. As a bride, the last thing you want to be worrying about the “little things” and I’m so grateful that I could just relax and enjoy the reception!

Joyce and the team at Evergreen did an incredible job working with our budget and being extremely accommodating for us. I was really appreciative of their flexibility and patience. I actually was planning my wedding from Washington, so my parents, husband's parents, and grandparents were heavily involved. I have a very large family that all wanted to be included in everything. :) I know it was overwhelming at times, but Joyce handled it with grace and patience. Every time I drive past Evergreen I am reminded of one of the best days of my life. They also recommended an incredible DJ that my sister is actually going to use for her wedding in October! Thank you all for making our day so special!

Joyce was amazing!!! She answer every question we had and it went so smooth. She even let us borrow vases, mirrors and pebbles for the centerpieces so that saved a lot of money! The layout is extremely nice and not only did we have the reception there but we also had the ceremony there too! Our pictures came out so amazing because of how green the landscape was! The outdoor area looks so nice especially since they remodeled it this year (in July of 2013). We brought our own harbor and decorated it for the ceremony which was very nice. Seating and dinner was awesome and plenty of room for the dance floor, dinner, cake table, etc. and we had 160 guests. They even did a tasting a month prior to the wedding to finalize the dinner choices. They chef is extremely talented! I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for something reasonable for price, great views, luscious green landscape (great for pictures) and a wedding planner who is there to answer every question you have. Also, we planned the wedding from Arizona so that wasn't easy with everything else but it was easy for Evergreen!

I have only great things to say about the venue and the coordinator. The grounds are beautiful, the food was wonderful, Sue was there every step of the way and ran excellent damage control on the wedding day when my musicians keyboard wasn't working. She became a friend as well as a vendor and I highly recommend this venue.

It was cheaper than a lot of the surrounding venues, considering all that they provided in the package. Also, Sue had great recommendations for all the other things we'd need: florist, baker, officiant, d.j.'s. She had even worked with most of them and was able to give histories and value.
