Hire her right now! She was thorough and thoughtful piecing together a beautiful ceremony where she used our own words to craft it start to finish. Response time, help, and flexibility as we wishy-washed our way through venue options was greatly appreciated. Once we settled on a venue she showed up looking beautiful and professional and led the way in an organized fashion. I can’t say enough good things, we couldn’t have found a better person that fit our vibe. -

Randi was an absolute joy to work with as our wedding officiant at The Pinery. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our ceremony feel personal and meaningful. She took the time to get to know us and helped guide us through the process, which made everything feel so much easier and less stressful.
On the day of the wedding, she delivered our ceremony beautifully. It felt heartfelt, warm, and perfectly suited to us as a couple. Many of our guests commented afterward on how lovely and sincere the ceremony was, and that is a true reflection of the care Randi puts into what she does.

We are so happy to have had Randi as our officiant! She made the entire process seamless, from our initial call through the ceremony writing process and rehearsal. She thinks of all the details! Randi was everything we could have hoped for in an officiant and more! From the very beginning, she was so fun, easy to work with, and incredibly thoughtful. She made the entire process feel stress-free and meaningful, and the ceremony she created for us was truly special and unforgettable.
What stood out the most was how open and respectful Randi was in learning about my culture. She took the time to understand the traditions that were important to us and seamlessly incorporated them into the ceremony in a way that felt authentic and heartfelt. That meant so much to us and made the day even more meaningful.
Her communication throughout the planning process was excellent—clear, timely, and reassuring. On the day of, her energy was amazing! Warm, joyful, and full of love. Everyone loved her and commented on how beautiful and personal the ceremony was.
We are beyond grateful for Randi and the role she played in our wedding. She helped make our day absolutely perfect, and we can’t recommend her enough! -

We could not have chosen a better officiant! Randi was amazing from start to finish. Even from our first video call consultation, we instantly felt comfortable around her and felt like she was an old friend. Randi was super helpful every step of the way with planning, communication and advice. She even gave advice around things not related to her role in our ceremony which we were super grateful for. As a couple from the UK, remote wedding planning was tough but Randi really helped to settle our nerves - even meeting us for breakfast on our wedding planning trip to the states. In the lead up, she also helped us to secure all the correct documentation needed and assisted with a personalised ceremony script and with our vows - she really took the time to get to know our story and bring it to life! On the day (and in our rehearsal), Randi was both a perfect professional and a friend - she made us both feel so comfortable and helped to alleviate nerves. Our ceremony felt relaxed and and personal - centred very much around our journey as a couple which we loved. Thank you so much, Randi! We cannot recommend her highly enough for your wedding! -

Randi Is Amazing!
Randi was exactly what we were looking for in an officiant. She brought a unique and modern style to our wedding that made it extra special. All of our meetings with Randi leading up to the big day were so helpful, and made our wedding so much less stressful. Randi is amazing!
Randi was an absolutely amazing officiant for our elopement ceremony. From our first meeting with her, we knew that her energy and humor was exactly what we needed! She was super responsive, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire process, and very accommodating and flexible to our schedules and request to officiate with a little over a month out from our date. We received many compliments from our family on the ceremony afterwards for her work. I highly recommend Randi as an officiant - her enthusiasm and support for the couple are unmatched!! -

Randi was such a great officiant! We hired her for our micro-wedding after searching long and hard for the right fit for us. And here she was, she made our whole personal story more intimate, meaningful, and sweet during the ceremony. She would create a custom script based on our 10yrs worth of love story with our guests. It was a perfect delivered. Randi’s whole process was extremely organized throughout months, which helped us eased up our wedding planning. I was initially hesitant of hiring Randi due to her price point, like all things we were trying to stay within a reasonable budget and while there were some slightly cheaper options, but the moment we got to speak to her, we knew instantly she was going to be worth it. She listened. She understood. We clicked instantly. She was one of us. My husband and I are kinda quirky and nerdy, we wanted our ceremony to reflect that and boy did she deliver in spades. Randi has been nothing short of awesome through the entire experience. She has been a great source of information and never hesitated when we had questions. She was organized and efficient, working seamlessly behind the scenes with the staff and wedding party. Throughout this entire planning process we have gotten to know each other and have become friends. Of all the great things to say about Randi, it is the ones that speak to her character that should ring the loudest when considering adding her to your wedding. She was simply wonderful and made the entire event an amazing experience and I cannot imagine anyone else I would have wanted in that role. -

Randi is one of the best humans. Sure, she was our officiant and we loved the creativity she brought to our ceremony, but she was so much more than that. Randi became our confidant and trusted advisor during the planning process. She cared about us as people- not just her clients. If you choose Randi (which you totally should), you can be confident that she’ll make the entire wedding planning process that much easier. Randi was fantastic! From our first meeting over zoom I knew she was going to be a delight to work with. She was super easy to talk to, anything i felt unsure about she was reassuring with, and she was extremely flexible as my husband and I's schedules changed. She let us know what the priorities were and helped us with all ceremony related questions along the way. She provided a questionnaire for the ceremony to make the personalization easy and offered workshops/feedback for our personal vows. She supplied a list of options for vows/script/ring exchange/unity ceremonies which was extremely helpful (especially with how indecisive I am). I could not recommend Randi more. Thank you for everything! -

Professional, personable and perfect! Randi tailored the ceremony to us and our needs as a couple, and was there for us all the way through, from helping us come up with vows, to calming us down during wedding rehearsal stress.
