We absolutely LOVED this company!! We wanted a photographer that could help pose us and they were able to make the photos/video look so natural! We got so many high quality pictures to pick from, it was hard to narrow down our absolute favorites, we just wanted to use them all! The photographer and videographer were really good about getting a feel for our style and making it come to life in our shoot instead of just picking what they wanted. It was really great to have the shoot tailored to our wants and needs! Any bump in the road we came across, the owner Matt was quick to think of a solution and keep things stress free! If you’re looking for a photographer or videographer then this is the place you need!! 10/10, this is the one :) -

onestly no words can describe how much care and time they take into capturing your memories.
The day of our save the date and our wedding day went by so fast but our photographer and videographer were amazing and made sure everyone was comfortable with a camera in their face and got the best candid photos of everyone.
They captured so many angles that I didn’t know I needed and looking back at my photos I can definitely say they were there for all of the background things me and the groom could miss but they captured it.
I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is getting married or need someone to capture the moment for you they were amazing and I am so glad I chose them.

Matt and his team at Ever After are absolutely amazing!!!! We could not have pictured a better film. Our documentary was perfect... just like a Hollywood movie!! spectacular we cannot recommend them enough! If you are getting married this is the only company i would trust! -

Ever After Studio was a delight to work with on our big day! We have used them for several other very important events to be able relive special occasions. (Announcements, Gender Reveals and Family Heirloom Videos) I can’t express how much these movies have meant to my family. Not only do they capture a special memory but they tell a beautiful story that we love to watch over and over again. Such a pleasure working with you guys! Amazing work from this team of professionals! -

Our struggles with Matt Krittell / Ever After Studio began when it was time to receive what we paid thousands of dollars for.
After about 5 months, I began asking for status updates on our documentary. I usually would not get a response. If I did get a response, it was "I will reach out to you next week" then would never hear back until I or my husband initiated the conversation again. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
A few months went on with unsuccessful attempts until finally we got an excuse from Matt and the excuse was "Covid." I guess I can understand that, BUT YOU HAVE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT DROP THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON YOUR SERVICES.
The LACK OF COMMUNICATION and LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM is what the problem is with this company. It was completely up to my husband and I to HOUND this company to get the items we paid for, and TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED EVERYTHING IN MY CONTRACT AND IT HAS ALMOST BEEN AN ENTIRE YEAR.
I am STILL pending USB delivery of my digital items. I should not have to scroll through Facebook to access my teaser film and highlight film, so I am STILL CHASING AFTER THIS COMPANY FOR THE ITEMS I PAID FOR.
I will say, the final product was very nice, but as a customer I have ZERO TRUST for this company AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to friends or family.
I also recommend reading your contract VERY CAREFULLY before you sign. Items were left off my contract and i had to contact them several times to get it right. This company haphazardly throws their contracts together and IS UNORGANIZED.

PLEASE, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! MATT IS A TOTAL ! THE WORST COMPANY I EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH.
My husband and I hired Ever After Studios for our wedding on October 21, 2022. We paid for the Platinum Film + Forever Photography Package. We started making payments back on February 27, 2022, thru July 1, 2022. We paid the total amount of $5304.25, three months prior to our wedding date. Soon after we finished the payment, Matthew, the Creative Director of Ever After Studios, became very difficult to contact.
The day before my wedding, I had to make multiple calls to make sure that the photographer and videographer would be there. On the day of my wedding, the photographer doesn't even know where to go when I sent Matt the location months before my wedding.
After waiting for many months, we finally got our pictures. It was very disappointing because I didn't even have a solo picture of myself when I was walking down the aisle. Their excuse was that the pictures they took were blurry. There are many issues with a lot of photos.
About a month after our wedding, we started making phone calls and texts to Matthew, asking when we would receive our video. We have never received a response from Matthew until months after that. On April 5, 2023, Matthew and his assistant at the time, Amanda, responded, stating that they would finish the video on our 1-year anniversary. Fast-forward a year later, and we still have not received the video.
On November 20, 2023, I contacted Matthew again, and he told me to contact his assistant, Chris, about the video. Chris stated that according to their terms and conditions, they have up to 18 months to finish the video. He also promised us they would start working on the video and should have it ready by January, well before that 18-month deadline. We have audio/video proof of the phone conversation I had with Chris stating that our video will be ready.
18 months and 12 days later, we still have not received our video. I contacted Chris again on (May 4, 2024) and got no answer. Soon after, I contacted Matthew and asked him about our video and said it was posted on our online portfolio. This is not true because as I was on the phone with him, I was also looking through our online portfolio and did not find the video. Quickly after, he said that he would call me back and hung up the phone. I have not received a call back since.
According to their terms & conditions under 7. Editing & Delivery:
If the final videos and/or photos are not delivered within 18 months of the date of the event, without cause, then the client will be refunded no more than the amount paid.
However, we didn't get any refund, and Matt had BLOCKED MY NUMBER, so I can't connect him. Chris, on the other hand, he would not respond to my messages as well.
Please report them to Better Business Bureau so they'll stop scamming people.

This company is awful for all brides, so please beware. The customer service is horrible. They didn't do anything we asked them to do, we got the package with Drone footage, and there is none. We had to beg by texting and calling and didn't get our footage for over a year after our wedding. When we did the quality was so horrible it made all of us cry because of how awful it was and how many memories were not captured. We spent so much time planning and practicing our Mash-up dance and expressed to them how important it was that was captured. During the dance, the video was so shaky it will make you dizzy. The cameraman appears to have forgotten what he was doing several times because it goes to the ceiling. That dance was so important to use, and it is the only video we have, and it is horrible. They have promised to fix it and haven't, and they ghosted us several times. I can go on and on about how horrible this company is; please do not use them.
