People still talking about the food
EVents With Taste catered both our daughter's weddings - one in December 2016, and the other last September 2020. Our girls were breathtaking, their dresses were stunning - but the thing our family and friends comment on about these weddings is the food. They blew us away. -

EWT handled all aspects of my sons rehearsal celebration. The food selection provided a variety for all guests (vegetarians in attendance) and was incredible. The guests all commented on how delicious the food was. EWT worked with our venue to set up the celebration, the staff worked continuously throughout the evening and cleaned up the venue before leaving. I would absolutely use EWT in the future -

Absolutely AMAZING we were served a 6 corse meal and it was just delicious! I was so impressed! The food was so good, the staff/servers were so professional and friendly it was so impressive how quick we were served and each corse came out as perfect as the last. I would highly recommend Events with taste! -

Michelle and Lily at Events with Taste did an amazing job catering my daughter's wedding at The Church on Main!! We started working with them about a year prior to the wedding to come up with the perfect brunch menu. The food was amazing!! We still have people a week later telling us how great it was!! I can't say enough about the service and the professionalism of the staff!! We had a flip between the ceremony and the reception for approximately 220 people and they were able to complete the flip in less than 45 minutes!! And it looked EXACTLY as the vision that we had planned out!! Truly amazing! -

Hanna Sent on 11/20/2015Amazing food! When we met with Michelle, I really had no idea what kind of food that I wanted at my wedding. Once I told her I had no idea what I wanted she basically asked me what kinds of foods I liked, what foods I didn't like, what I like to order at my favorite restaurants along with many other questions. When we was leaving she told me that she would come up with a menu. Once I received the menu i was blown away at what she came up with from what I told her. She is AMAZING, I cant say that enough! The food at our wedding was to die for. I have talked to some of my quest after the wedding that told me that was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding! Events with Taste will not disappoint! Amazing! -

We really enjoyed our experience with Events with Taste for our wedding reception on July 6, 2019. They have you do a food quiz and then they make a custom menu. We ended up doing food stations and our final menu was so incredibly perfect for us and what we like to eat. Everything was cooked to perfection and people were giving compliments all night long. Besides the food, Events with Taste provided bartenders and a staff to bus tables. The whole team was great and easy to work with and made our reception very good. Thank you! -

My daughter was very specific about one aspect of the food for her wedding. She wanted a duck fried rice dish from one of her favorite restaurants. The owner of events with taste went to the restaurant twice with her husband to taste the dish and then recreated it for our June wedding. This effort to please the bride is how Events with Taste approaches their business. We were extremely happy with the food, service and drink/bar service! And definitely plan to use this company again in the future.
PS: I attended the 3-day Chattanooga Motorcar Festival this past weekend and was very impressed with the catering at the VIP tents. When I asked who the caterer was, I was not surprised at all that it was Events with Taste! -

Michelle and her crew are so talented. I enjoyed working with them from start to end. My husband and I filled out a food questionnaire of our favorite foods and Michelle made us an amazing menu with the exact food I was looking for. I told her I wanted to cater to everyone, carnivores, vegans, gluten-free, without it seeming like it was restrictive or too health-focused. She ended up doing it so well with amazing Mediterranean, Mexican, Asian, and southern comfort food station. She also put a beautiful touch on our linens. She chose some fall color linens for the napkins and cocktail tables and I was so excited when I walked in after the cocktail hour. I felt like she really helped out the week before the wedding and I got to concentrate on other items. She coordinated with all of our other vendors, riverside spirits, and the planner so I didn't have to! It's really nice to have such talented vendors that make you feel relaxed before your big day. I would hire events with taste again in a heartbeat. Michelle- Way to crush it during a crazy busy time of the year. Thanks again!! -

Annual Company Dinner Was A Hit!
I was tasked with scheduling our company dinner earlier this year. I did my homework on this as I did not want to disappoint 60 people. I read reviews, made phone calls and received multiple quotes for our catering needs. The common denominator was Events with Taste Catering! Michelle and Ted were great to work with. From Passed Hors d'oeuvres to the Desert and anything else that went on the table the experience was amazing. I wouldn't do it again without them! -

We were SO thrilled with Events with Taste as the caterer for our wedding. From the get go, Michelle and her team were fun and easy to work with. Their questionnaire to find out our food preferences resulted in a spot-on menu that perfectly reflected our favorite foods in an event-ready style. Events with Taste was so flexible with us with our pandemic date changes, which we are so grateful for.
As soon as we went to our catering tasting, we KNEW we had made the right choice, and our guests totally confirmed that! So many people told us this was the best wedding food they had ever had, and we and our families are still enjoying the leftovers! (Which Michelle and her team so helpfully packed into our car for us after the wedding). Michelle is the perfect combination of creative and competent. Any wedding food that includes chicken fingers, soft serve ice cream, beef prime rib, taquitos, shrimp and grits, a biscuit bar, and lobster Mac and cheese is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
ALL of this, and our catering cost was still under budget. I cannot say enough good things about this catering team - would highly highly recommend! -

Lily Jones and her staff catered my daughter’s wedding. They exceeded all expectations. The food and service were spectacular and I felt that the team were professionals every step of the way. They helped me plan the event if my dreams and were so patient as I changed my mind several times! I cannot recommend them highly enough! -

There is never a question whom we call when something important/fun/festive is going on. She even drove 2.5 hours to Nashville to beautifully cater a wedding for us. Call Michelle if it matters to you!! You’ll never be disappointed!!

Events with Taste is the absolute best catering team we could’ve chosen for our wedding. They are truly experts at what they do and took a lot of the planning work off of me during catering planning. They excellently provided food for our wedding meeting our dietary needs that all the guests enjoyed! I am so glad I chose Events with Taste! The food was phenomenal, and the service and partnership with this vendor was perfect!! -

Events with Taste catered my remote wedding in Cloudland Canyon. Not only were they communicative, extremely reliable, on time, the food was also out of this world! Michelle and her team were so professional and kind and they really took care of me and all mu guest. Every guest came up to me and complimented the food. We had our guest served family style, with lots of sides, passed appetizers, plated salads and tableside wine service, and Events with Taste didn't miss a beat! If you can dream it, they can do it! They even made sure to include vegan options that were so tasty everybody enjoyed. Cannot recommend Events with Taste enough! 10/10! -

Events with Taste catered my sisters wedding a few weekends ago and the food was equally as beautiful as it was delicious! They also had great and professional service. We were served a six course meal, which was fun, delicious, and had something for everyone between all the various courses. My favorite was the sweet potato brussels hash! -
Christen Sent on 03/08/2018Michelle and her staff made my wedding reception one that guests are still talking about! She is so much more than a caterer! She helped create a beautiful and elegant reception space as well! My reception was at the Hunter Art Museum and I told Michelle that I wanted a 'dreamy' entrance - one that covered up the gift shop and the front desk. She took my word 'dreamy' and turned it into a breathtaking entrance - complete with crystal chandeliers! Because she works so closely with Luma Designs, she knows what they can create and knew just what it would take to create this amazing entrance to the reception. We wanted a head table that was substantial and she suggested an estate table complete with mirror top which reflected the candles and flowers so beautifully! But the food!!!!! The custom menu she created was incredible! She used fresh ingredients, many from local farms, and had such a great variety for all guests to enjoy! Many of my guests said they had never tasted such great food anytime, much less at a wedding! I really appreciated how she worked on so many areas of my reception to make it complete. She isn't just a caterer - she can create and execute a VISION!
