I am SO glad I went with Events Unlimited for our wedding at Mount Gulian Historic Site in Beacon, NY!! To start, meeting Lisa at the showroom was beyond helpful for the planning process. We had a small budget and she was never pushy nor did she ever make us feel out of place. We were able to take our time and figure out the rentals piece by piece (we had to bring in everything to the venue - it came with nothing). We needed tents, tableware, linens, bars, etc. The prices were very fair and Lisa worked with us to make sure we had just enough and weren't paying for unnecessary duplicates. The rentals themselves were beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. I was on-site when the crew set everything up - they were quick, efficient and took care with everything. Thank you so much to Lisa for being so kind and helpful! I have already recommended Events Unlimited to so many! -

Events Unlimited provided all of the rentals (tables, chairs, bars, dance floor, all serveware and tableware) for our June wedding. From our initial walk through with them to make our selections until the end of our wedding, working with them was seamless. All of the rentals were great and everything came together under the tent perfectly. Would highly recommend them for your wedding rental needs! -

We had a great experience with Events Unlimited. Our caterer (Mike at Simply Gourmet) handled 99% of our coordination and communication with Events Unlimited, but we did have several conversations with them which were all pleasant! Thanks for a seamless wedding day at Nostrano Vineyards. -

We rented all of our rentals for our wedding from Events Unlimited. From the tables/chairs to heaters, tent and lighting. Everything was of excellent quality. The real stand-out was the clear tent we got and the lighting. No one who attended our wedding had ever seen something more beautiful. It really was magical. Thanks for everything Events Unlimited! -

Sarah Sent on 10/15/2015We used Events Unlimited on the recommendation of our day-of coordinator, and we were so happy with the results. We had a barn venue and so we had to bring in EVERYTHING-tables, chairs, plates, glasses, etc. Our tables looked so beautiful and we got so many compliments on how everything looked. We were able to get some more unusual items from them, such as rustic farm tables for our dessert buffet and X-back style rustic chairs (instead of the usual Chiavari style) for the reception. We also rented our table numbers from them. Would recommend them highly. -

User1305208 Sent on 07/15/2013Events Unlimited Party Rental provided our Chiavari chairs for our wedding event. The best part about them was the price, as they were pretty reasonable as compared to other chair rentals we called around to ($7 per chair, including cushions). They were able to fit us into their schedule somewhat last minute (booked the chairs only about 3 weeks prior to our event) and were able to work within the time constraints that our venue provided---delivering in the morning on Friday and picking up before non on Sunday. Overall, I was fine with my experience with them but they did have two major flaws: 1) They were supposed to deliver the chairs, unstack them, and set them up. However, they delivered the chairs and no one unstacked them (even though we paid for it..but ended up getting money back) and we had to set them up ourselves. 2) They were okay to work with, but often times would interrupt me during phone conversations and did not allow me to complete my thoughts before they chimed in. I would probably recommend them for someone looking for chair rentals for a reasonable price, but I would request to have very clear terms for rental delivery/pick-up and ideally, work with the owner directly if you can. -

We took a day off work to walk through their showroom, selected everything with the salesperson, and a few weeks later many things we were sold were “no longer available.” Lots of back and forth with the quote and contract that made me wish I could afford a wedding planner to deal with it. Day of, four cocktail tables were delivered without tablecloths, which were never on our original order, so our fault I guess, but what was the point of a salesperson when left totally on our own to figure out every little thing and we were definitely shown the tables with tablecloths when selecting them. In the end they were hand delivered (as guests were already arriving) and we had to write a check for them. Yes they still charged us the additional hundred something dollars for four table cloths. This seemed very petty in the moment and definitely added unnecessary stress to our dyi event. -

I was excited to book my wedding rentals from Events Unlimited Tents & Party back in early 2020. Unfortunately, like so many other couples, the pandemic changed our wedding plans and we were not able to have the dream wedding we envisioned. After postponements due to COVID, we ended up having a mini wedding with just our parents and siblings, and canceled our scheduled large event with over 8 months of notice to Events Unlimited and our other vendors.
Events Unlimited refused to return our deposit of over $1,600, which is a large deposit for rentals, but we never questioned it at booking because the idea of having to cancel our wedding due to a pandemic was not in the realm of possibility. Although the contract states that in order to reserve equipment and items, a 30% non-refundable reservation fee is needed (and the deposit amount was inflated because per Events Unlimited's recommendation, we reserved a higher quantity of items than we would actually need to prevent shortage) , Events Unlimited were entirely unsympathetic throughout our exchange and are retaining our large deposit without having provided any services and despite the unprecedented global pandemic. We’ve reached out to Events Unlimited multiple times to reach a fair resolution, but the owner Marty is unresponsive. I would recommend steering clear of this rental service.
