Viviam and her team were outstanding

Viviam and her team were outstanding. I couldn’t be more grateful for her and her assistant who took care of everything during my wedding. They went above and beyond to make the venue & ceremony come to vision. It really was everything I asked for and more. The flowers and arrangements were absolutely gorgeous! I don’t regret hiring Viviam at all. She really has made it memorable, pictures don’t don’t justice for all her hard work. Till this day my husband and I can’t stop talking about how awesome they were. All so nice and patient. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Eric and I truly appreciate you and your assistant.

Events by Us Saved Our Wedding

Viviam made our entire wedding possible! We are beyond grateful for her services. The week leading up to our wedding presented all sorts of challenges. Our minister had to step down, Viviam found us a replacement. My mother in law was in charge of decorations and could not deliver, Viviam stepped in and made it all beautiful. She took the lead and we couldn’t be more happy with everything she did for us. She went above and beyond and gave us a wonderful experience. We are forever in her debt.

Fantastic Team 4/13/19 - Wedding

Viviam was a true professional - Ensuring that all was perfect for our special day. From changing venues 5 weeks before the wedding to last minute dinner changes Viviam handled all. Great execution and communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend Events by Us, me an my wife were very challenging on our requests. One of the many challenges was the one for the Fedora and fan display, and Viviam and her team knocked it out of the park it was amazing!!! We were truly blessed to have Vivam as our wedding planner, without her and her team our special day would have not been the Hallmark event it was. May God continue to uphold the dedication and gift that Viviam has to make couples dreams come true. Hands down Viviam is the best in PR at what she does. Thank you for everything!

Book with Events by Us

I went through so many event decorators before deciding on Events by Us; their designs were so modern and chic that I knew they were who I wanted to be a part of the biggest day of my life. I worked with Viviam, she was communicative and patient. I made some last minute changes to my package and she was more than accommodating. 2 days before the wedding, she met with my husband and I and went over the seating chart. I also chose her because their photo booth was like nothing I've seen before. On the day of, the decor really brightened the day. It was beautiful !! I WILL attach pictures later. What I also liked was that she included me in the decor plans by allowing me to choose the table overlays and inspiration for centerpieces. I could go on & on, just book VIVIAM & EVENTS BY US!! You won't regret it.

En el proceso de planificar mi boda fui muy selectiva con todos los suplidores y puedo decir que EVENTS BY US fue la mejor opción para un día tan importante. Desde un principio Viviam pudo captar lo que queríamos para nuestra boda. Nos sentimos tranquilos por su profesionalismo y lo mas que me encantó es que ellas se encargan hasta del más mínimo detalle. El día de la boda marchó bien gracias a ella y a su equipo de trabajo. Muy organizadas y la decoración quedó espectacular!

El servicio fue excelente. Fue una experiencia de “photo booth” diferente al haber utilizado el espejo interactivo y los invitados se divirtieron mucho tomándose fotos repetidas veces. Nos encantó que trajeron una gran variedad de “props” y prepararon un “template” para las fotos que se ajustaba al tema y colores de la boda y las fotografías resultaron ser de muy buena calidad. Además, fue muy valioso que nos proveyeran un enlace con todas las fotos que luego pudimos compartir con todos los invitados.
The service was excellent. The interactive mirror was a very different experience and the guests had a lot of fun taking photos repeatedly. We loved that they brought a variety of props and prepared a template for the photos according to the theme and colors of our wedding and the photos turned out to be of very good quality. It was also very valuable that they provided us a link to all the photos which we could then share with all the guests.

Viviam, I do not know where to begin. She is so very easy to work with and can help you get out of a pinch within seconds. You can tell that they have been doing this for a long time, because they are very good at it. There were moments where I started to panic a little because I was trying to do a lot of my wedding planning myself. Viviam helped me find a local florist so I could put together my arrangements which turned out so beautifully. At one point I was concerned about how I was going to travel to Puerto Rico with all of my gear to set up. She offered to let me ship most of my things needed for the wedding to her home and met with me a couple of day before the wedding to give them to me. She even hand delivered the floral that I ordered to the hotel I was staying at! On wedding day it was both Viviam and her assistant Maria, together they made our day run so smoothly. We cannot thank you both enough for being there and helping us create such grand memories at the Hacienda. This will be a night that will forever be cherished!!!! Muchas Gracias!!!

Viviam was so great to work with. We booked her to be our coordinator for our destination wedding in Puerto Rico. She was affordable and most importantly very professional. She's very timely with email responses which was super important for me especially since we were planning from NYC. I was able to send her a shipment of some items for the wedding and she was a big help with the favors. Her and her assistant Maria were absolutely wonderful the day of the wedding and everyone spoke highly of them. We were super happy with the outcome and would highly recommend her to anyone planning their destination wedding in PR.

My husband and I decided to get married in Casa de España, Old San Juan, on January 15, 2016 which is the same weekend of San Sebastian Festival. We have been together for 11 years so we had higher expectations of our wedding. After searching for few wedding planners Viviam was the only one who sounded confident and made us feel comfortable on making sure that everything will go well on our special day. We planned our wedding from New York. We had some ideas of what we wanted our wedding to be like and Viviam helped us to finalize them. She is a very experience, organize, confident and reliable person. She also helped us locate few of the vendors we were missing and gave us a fantastic idea for our wedding favors (all our guests love the different flavors of Pitorro. Until this day everyone talks about it). Even finding a hair/make-up artist which was so difficult for us to decide. We cannot thank Viviam and her assistant enough for everything they did in our wedding celebration. Overall we did an excellent choice selecting Viviam Salib for our wedding coordinator. Thank you very much for making our dream come true. It was very beautiful, magical and successful. All our guests had a wonderful time. We strongly recommend Viviam from Events By US to be your wedding planner in Puerto Rico.

Vivian was outstanding! The wedding went on without a flaw. Her and her team also dealt with all issues so that we did not have try to resolve anything ourselves. When I started planning my destination wedding, it was a hard process. I didn't know where to start. I started browsing wedding Wire and I saw Events By Us. All their reviews were impressive, so I was hesitant, it was too good to be true. After a few calls to Viviam I was impress with her service. She was very honest of what to expect with the limited budget we had, and recommended the best vendors to meet that goal. The day of the wedding came and I was more impress, Viviam and her assistant were there on time and on top of everything. We were so happy and impressed.

We were planning our wedding from Pennsylvania and were terrified that things would not go according to plan! Thankfully we had Viviam from Events by Us who responded to our every call (which were quite a few) especially as the day of the event was approaching. Her professionalism made us feel confident that everything would turn out great and we were able to relax and dance the night away. Events by Us did not overlook any details. Viviam is very responsive, flexible and accommodating. My husband and I both have very demanding jobs and work long hours, and Viviam was always able to accommodate herself to our schedule. She is always at reach and takes advantage of all technology out there to make herself available; mobile, email, media texts, pinterests, WhatsApp, you name it and she will use it to get the job done proficiently. Her recommendations and suggestions for vendors were excellent and right on point.

The flower arrangements and decor of the church and reception were simply amazing and very tasteful. When I arrived to the church it felt like a dream, the flowers and decor of the Church exceeded our expectations. We have attended numerous weddings prior to ours, and thus, we had plenty of recommendations and feedback from our friends regarding other vendors they hired. Nonetheless, after seeing the results of our wedding, there is no question that Events by Us really provides the best value for your money, their pricing is just unbeatable.

Viviam knows how to work within the budget established. If there is something that you would like to have that does not fits the budget, she will let you know right away and she will offer alternatives to keep it under control. Viviam has an exquisite taste and has an innate talent to deliver a great decor and ambiance for your wedding reception without breaking your bank. You can expect full disclosure at all times with no surprises at the end as far as hidden fees or extra costs that were not agreed in advance.

Most importantly, Viviam is very honest and high-principled, these qualities are very important and very hard to find in a wedding industry that is saturated of vendors trying to take advantage of your inexperience. With Event By Us you can have the peace of mind that your event is in great hands.

Finding a wedding planner can be a very overwhelming and scary process. This is the person you're trusting the best day of your life to! We were so lucky to have Events By Us help us plan our wedding day, BEST.DAY.EVER. Events By Us was recommended to us by one of our best friends who's known Viviam for a while. We live in NY but we decided to have our wedding down in Puerto Rico. I grew up in PR so my family's already there, we also thought that family and friends flying in could turn their visit into a vacation.
Right from the start, Viviam was able to answer all of our questions (we had a lot!) and guide us through the whole process. She was such a pleasure to work with! She understood the kind of event we wanted and had plenty of pictures and examples of their past events. She made herself available to our schedule and showed us a bunch of excellent venues. Hacienda Campo Rico was the one we fell in love with.
Since we were planning the wedding from such a distance, communication was key. She was able to respond to us through all sorts of venues. Phone, emails, text messages, google drive for documents, pinterest. It made the whole planning process so much easier. They also provided all the dining table and floral arrangements and it looked beautiful.
The vendors that she work with were also very professional, we were thrilled with the service that they provided. The food was excellent, everyone enjoyed it. The bartenders kept the drinks flowing and Viviam worked with them to throw in a surprise Piragua and Ron Caña station, it was so awesome! Viviam's staff was also wonderful to work with, they even helped run the photobooth we had set up on the side, without us asking!! The night couldn't have gone smoother and to this day, our wedding still brings smiles to our faces! This could not have happened without all the hard work by Events by Us.

No bride should hesitate to put the big event in their hands, they will come through, and amaze you.

Me sentí en confianza desde el principio, atendieron mis inquietudes y como estaba indecisa en ciertos detalles me ofrecieron opciones dejándose llevar por mi estilo. El día de la boda llorè de emociòn porque todo sobrepasò mis expectativas. Quedò hermoso y no me tuve que preocupar por nada. I had to move from Puerto Rico to Texas right when we started planning our wedding. Events by Us made the process simple, flexible, stress free and delivered all that I wanted for my special day. My niece lives in Florida,her wedding was in Puerto Rico. Event by Us helped us with every detail to make one beautiful and awesome celebration. Events by US have a great Photo booth new and innovative. It's a mirror and the great thing about it is that you can see yourself and have a good Idea as to how the pictures will come up. These are great keepsakes for your guests and I loved that the team was always there to help. 5 stars from me!!!

Viviam and her team did an amazing job decorating our wedding venue as well as coordinating our special day. The decor was gorgeous, and better than I envisioned. She is very experienced and takes the time to know your tastes and preferences and works with a budget, very reasonable by the way. Our family and friends were very impressed and commented everything was beautiful and reflected our personalities. The best of all is that I fully enjoyed my wedding because Viviam and her team took care of everything and made sure the event run perfectly. Thank you Events by Us!!!

Viviam and her team were excellent. Our vendors were organized and our venue looked gorgeous. The team made sure to keep things running smoothly and they figured out how to bustle my overly complicated dress. The only reason their review lost a couple of points were because the bridal party flowers fell short, luckily her team was resourceful and made it work regardless. Overall, my husband and I felt like they were an awesome support and blessing the day of our wedding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Fue Una excelente experiencia, es un equipo muy profesional, completo, tienen mucho conocimiento y todo quedó justoncono quería. Lo que sí, es que en varias ocasiones sentí que yo era Una boda más, y Para mí significa TODO. Me hubiese gustado que trataran de buscar personalizar un poco más la boda, crear cosas que nos identificaran, detalles creativos. Pero todo quedó excelente, el trato, la atención a Los detalles fueron inigualables!!!

The room decor was stunning, however the ceremony decor lack a lot of things i had requested. Plus the floor was left with water and as i walked down the aisle my dress got wet.
plus the limosine was never confirmed by the planner and i had to arrive in another car(sedan), which was ok, but wasnt what i wanted.
I got the limo money deposit returned because of that
I would say as a planner bad, but as decor and ambiece was ok

Venue wouldn’t refund our deposit since we had to cancel due Hurricane Maria. The Hotel Block in San Juan cancelled our reservations and the AirBNB where we were staying also cancelled our reservation since FEMA booked it for the year. Our guest and us pretty much have no where to stay for the wedding. They expect us to continue with the wedding knowing that it isn’t practical and impossible.
Hurricane Maria probably didn’t destroy their equipment but they were compensated by the US Govt of their business loses, shame!
Stay away from the Greed of this venue. Might happen to you.
