My (now) husband and I had an amazing experience with Stace as our month-of coordinator for our wedding! I am very type A and was on the fence about hiring a coordinator for the day of, but I am SO GLAD I DID! If you are on the fence, do it, it’s worth it because you will enjoy your wedding way more. We clicked right away with Stace - she has this personality where she’s calm and easy going but at the same time you know she means business. She went above and beyond on our day handling both the bridal party and the vendors. She cares A LOT and has an incredible attention to detail. She even brought a folding chair for my mom to sit on in between photos since she can’t stand for long periods. She was everywhere I needed her to be but also I didn’t notice her at all during all of the festivities. I truly don’t think our night would have gone as smoothly as it did without her. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND STACE!!! -

Stace is an absolute rockstar. My partner and I were able to truly enjoy our wedding day entirely thanks to Stace; her planning, attention to detail, and ability to calmly handle the various hiccups that inevitably popped-up on our big day, really helped our day run so smoothly. She had never worked at our venue before but you would have never known it, she seamlessly coordinated with the venue coordinators and all of the local vendors like they had been doing this for years.
We hired Stace for month of coordination but it really felt like she did so much more for us - she joined calls with all of our vendors in the months leading up to the big day to make sure everyone was on the same page and asked questions to ensure all of the little details were thought through in advance. She provided design guidance and input on our florals when I wasn't too sure what would look best. Furthermore, on the day of the wedding, there was a bit of a snafu with our transportation company and they were running almost an hour behind schedule, she stayed so much later than we had planned (nearly 1am) to ensure she could close out with this final vendor - just constantly going above and beyond.
If you want a coordinator who is super reliable, an excellent communicator, and an absolute pleasure to work with then you should without a doubt hire Stace to help you with your big day. -

Stace was amazing! We could not have pulled off our big day without her. She helped with day of and month of wedding planning as well as styling for our reception. We had a very small event space to work with and her styling made it the most beautiful elegant and intimate evening we could have asked for.
Her vision and organization helped keep us on track throughout the planning process. She was also instrumental in the day of timeline, set-up and take down. She dealt with all the details on our wedding day, so that we were able to enjoy the time with friends and family. We could not have done it without her! -

Stacey-Ann and her team are top notch! I came to Stacey-Ann after I thought I had the heavy lifting done ( venue, catering and dress) but it was so many things I didn’t realize I needed or I didn’t think of and my wedding books didn’t mention but she was on top of it! She’s organized and detailed and kept me on track! Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and stressful but it was even more overwhelming trying to plan from out of state but Stacey-Ann was a lifesaver! The day of my ceremony Stacey-Ann and her team were simply incredible; I didn’t have a worry in the world! I had the ability to disconnect and only focus on our day, our moment; Stacey-Ann and her team handled everything with ease and grace! I can not imagine what the day would’ve been like if we didn’t have them there; people will try to pull you in so many directions but Stacey- Ann didn’t allow it! I truly can not thank her and her team enough! My wedding day is the first day I felt like I could unplug and hand over my phone as the bride lol and just enjoy our day. Right after the ceremony of course we took photos with our photographer but Stacey-Ann ensured we had the time and space while ensuring our guests were cared for! Our ceremony and reception flowed amazing and our guests had an incredible time and I largely have to thank Stacey-Ann for helping make that happen! -

We loved working with Stace. From our first meeting, she was positive, helpful, and responsive. She really understood our vision and helped us execute it perfectly. Day of, we didn't have to worry about a thing. If anything did go wrong, Stace made sure we didn't see it! Absolutely 100% recommend. -

I and my wife would unequivocally recommend Stace for anyone looking for a wedding planner! We hired her as a month-of wedding planner, and she went above and beyond in helping us prepare and helping us to execute our special day. Even prior to the month-of, Stace actively engaged with us and my wife’s parents in helping plan all of the key events of the day, and actively engaged with other vendors that we hired (she went above-and-beyond, in attending our meetings with the caterer and the DJ). The timeline that she put together ended up working absolutely perfectly (she even put together a convenient, condensed timeline PDF document that we could share with everyone participating in the wedding, including vendors). Our wedding was fairly complicated, involving 3 separate locations (getting-ready hotel, church for the ceremony, and a museum banquet area for the reception), but Stace’s timeline and her orchestration of events made it all execute flawlessly.
On the morning of, Stace worked with the florist and photographer to make sure everything ran on time at the getting-ready hotel…from there, we were on schedule to then head to the church. At the church, she worked with the manager and organist to keep everything on time for an absolutely beautiful ceremony. At the reception, setup occurred simultaneously during the ceremony time, and Stace’s assistant was able to work with the catering team to make the reception venue look stunning and make everything operate smoothly. Her team took care of every small detail including specific, nuanced flower, photo, and wedding favor placements that we requested. Stace worked professionally and seamlessly with every single vendor we hired. One of them reached out to us later to say of Stace…”my interactions with Stace were wonderful…she was incredibly pleasant, professional, and prepared…”. And I and my wife can say the exact same thing…Stace was an absolute pleasure to work with, and helped us both plan and orchestrate an absolutely perfect wedding day. Thank you so much Stace!

We used Events by Stace for month-of coordination. Stacey and her team made the day-of flawless for us. We had a logistically complicated wedding with buses and water taxi transportation and everything went perfectly. She and her team are so friendly, approachable, so quick to respond, and very professional. Stacey has such incredible attention to detail and made the day completely stress-free for us! -

I highly recommend Stace for her "month-of" coordination services! She was exactly what we needed to ensure our wedding day went as smooth as possible. After speaking with our friends and family who've been married, it appeared that the ones that did not have a coordinator regretted it. While we interviewed and compared several coordinators; Stace's passion for what she does, thoughtfulness, and experience stood out from everyone else. She is worth every penny! I also really liked her use of e-mail communication to ensure our requests were properly conveyed, and her virtual progress meetings. She was on top of that communication as well, responding in a timely manner. Stace even went out of her way to help when things took an unexpected turn during the wedding ceremony by keeping people from interrupting our ceremony (the church unexpectedly booked another event immediately after the wedding, and people wanted to come in and set-up for their event while our ceremony was going on). She took care of that in a professional and courteous manner. I can go on-and-on about how amazing Stace was and how she made our wedding day as smooth as possible. -

Words cannot describe how happy we are that we had Stace as our wedding coordinator! She went above and beyond and helped make sure our wedding day went smoothly. Throughout the entire planning process she was always available to answer any questions we had, give great advice, and help solve any problems we ran into. She is very organized, detail oriented, and responsive and her energy is very kind and calming, so we always felt we were in very good and capable hands. On our actual wedding day, we know she did SO much but we really didn't see any of it because we were actually able to just have fun and enjoy the wedding! She was totally on top of everything - kept things running smoothly, made sure all our guests were happy and things were set up as needed. We honestly cannot recommend her enough! Stace and her team are amazing. We were going to try to go it alone. Big mistake. We decided month of coordinating would be best. Stace was everything and more in a coordinator. I was a bridesmaid in a beautiful ceremony and Stacey was the event coordinator and planner. She is the behind the scenes magic to make your day run and look effortless. There were multiple moving parts and she made sure that everyone has clear expectations and roles. On a stressful day she made sure to ease any jitters with he warm heart and soul. You can tell that this is more than a job that she genuinely cares about all the details. Her ability to make my fiends vision come alive warmed my soul.
She made sure to communicate constantly which is so helpful when you have friends and family coming together.
I would not hesitate to hire her again. -

However, her level of empathy, patience, & genuine support was unreal. We had a fairly large wedding party and she handled us and all our vendors with ease! Stace really helped pull me and my fiancé through the constant changes that COVID-19 forced upon us. I found it really helpful to have her along my wedding planning journey especially as we got closer to the date. On the day of, everything went well and I knew that I didn't have to worry about a thing because Stace knew to anticipate everything. Stace was our coordinator for our wedding recently. I do not know how she does this job and stays sane! She is amazing and made our day so very beautiful!

Stacey was professional and calm, she kept me on track when I was getting overwhelmed and started to procrastinate. Our wedding guests are still commenting on how much they enjoyed themselves and that it was a wedding to remember. Despite my last minute changes. Stacey was able to get everything done within very short timescales, she found solutions to every obstacle that cropped up and executed our wedding plans exceptionally well. Nothing was too much for her to do.

We genuinely appreciate Stace and all of her hard work. She went above and beyond to help us with our planning process and run the day-of coordination. She's extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable and offers great suggestions and advice. She provided us with several resources and materials to help in the planning process; they were super helpful, clear and concise, and easy and to follow. She's also very kind, patient and personable, so we enjoyed working with her.
During the big day, not only did she alleviate wedding-day stress, but she also really went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our day was as successful as possible. She worked effectively with all vendors to ensure the timeline was followed, and troubleshot issues as they occurred, including racing to a nearby store to buy a replacement instax camera, when the one we had for our polaroid/guestbook station suddenly stopped working! We would not have been able to resolve that without her.
Future brides - When you meet and discuss your expectations and needs with her, you will know you are in good hands. She is a great listener and be detailed in your requests and vision, as well as be open to her suggestions/advice to help ensure a smooth wedding day.

Stace is a powerhouse capable of doing so many things at a level of excellence that is beyond amazing. We planned most of the wedding and hired her to help us coordinate the final time period of the wedding. Once we got her on board, a weight was lifted from our shoulders. She took care of everything that needed to be handled and was in constant communication with us.
She had previously worked with our vendors which made things even more easier, but was great even with the ones she hadn't worked with. She worked with our budget and even let us use some of her decorations or whatever she had.
Stace is the best at what she does and we can't recommend her enough. Our wedding went off without any problems and was the perfect day we had been planning thanks in part to Stace and her team. You will not be disappointed! -

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, stop your search now and go with Events by Stace. We hired Stacey to be our day of coordinator but she really helped us up until the wedding day. She's always quick to respond back to my emails and reached out to us to make sure we were on track as well. On the day of the wedding I needed more eyelash glue for my fake lashes and she ran all the way to CVS to get me some to make sure I felt great. To be honest, that's how she made my husband and I feel the entire time. We felt comfortable that if anything went wrong, we didn't have to worry because we had Stacey. Not only is she professional but she's also a nice person and an overall joy to work with. -

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Stacey for our June 1st wedding. She was very knowledgeable and offered tons of advice about the best way to ensure that our ceremony and reception "flowed" perfectly. She was very responsive to all of our requests, and even helped with set up and break down of our wedding decorations. She collected all of our gifts and decorative materials and delivered them to our hotel room after the reception. She also has a fantastic eye for design, and was able to make every table for our reception really shine! Stacey-Ann was knowledgeable, professional, and personable from start to finish. Our general approach was to plan the wedding and have Stacey do the day of coordination. She was plugged in from the get go, which made day of coordination flow so smoothly. One of the challenges when planning the event and having a day of coordinator is "the handoff." Stacey gave me the sense of confidence that allowed me to let go of the reins and enjoy the day. She ensured the items we brought to the venue got delivered back to our home and then went above and beyond, fetching something that we forgot there, even though it was entirely our fault. Stacey is thorough in her planning, great to work with, and goes the extra mile. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others. -

Mike and I had the pleasure of working with Stacey and her team for our
wedding on September 29, 2018. Even though, we asked her to be our Day of
Coordinator, she really helped us through the entire process. She always
reached out, whether it was just checking in or to give us recommendations.
She also provided a timeline that was very easy to follow and helped keep
everything on track. We really appreciate her and her team's hard work.
Our wedding rehearsal and wedding day were very organized and stress-free.
Her and her team helped with distributing the bouquets, corsages, and
helped put on the boutonnieres. They also took care of the bridal party's
purses and arranged transportation for the bridal party to the reception.
For the reception, she lent us frames for the signage and the numbers for
the tables. She also helped distribute the gratuities to the vendors after
the reception.
Our families and all of our friends had a wonderful time! If you want peace
of mind during your wedding, we highly recommend Stacey and her team! They
are the best! -

She took care of all our day of wedding details and coordination, which allowed us to just enjoy the day. Stacey is every bit of what an "Event Planner/Coordinator" should be. I recently got married and although very cliche, it was indeed the wedding of my dreams. I can start anywhere, but I will start with the floral arrangements.
I'm not a plant person in fact, I can live without flowers. Because of that, this area of planning was the toughest for me. I leaned a lot on Stacey for her expertise. When I tell you STUNNING RESULTS!?! The photo ideas she sent me during the planning stages did not do the actual layout justice. Everything was beautiful from the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres to the ceremony and reception decor. I was extremely pleased and received so many compliments from my bridal party and wedding guests.
There was one thing Stacey did that confirmed I chose the perfect coordinator for my wedding. This, not only, attests to who she is a businesswoman and planner but it also speaks volumes about who she is as a human being. She takes the time to listen to and learn her clients. Stacey went above and beyond to put an extremely personal touch on our sweetheart table and it was a complete surprise to me. It caught me so off guard that I started to shed tears at the oddest moment. Nonetheless, they were happy tears. Very much like Stacey, LaTasha (Events By Stace staff) was also very professional. She was at the reception venue to greet me, escort me, and attend to all of my bridal needs. Birds of a feather...
Stacey and her team took our wedding day and made it into an "Experience". When your event coordinator can do THAT, you've hit the jackpot! Thank you, "Events By Stace"! -
