Cassie is the best!

My husband and I had to cancel our original destination wedding out of the country due to Covid. We wanted to keep the same date and still get married, but did not know where to start. Our morale was low and we had little to no motivation to plan a second wedding in such a short amount of time. I started to reach out to wedding planners and as soon as I had my initial consultation with Cassie, I knew that I wanted to work with her! She is so so sweet and gave us hope that a wedding during a pandemic can still be special while remaining safe. Cassie's communication and professionalism throughout the planning process was exceptional. She was always responsive to any questions that we had. She reached out to multiple venues that matched our criteria and she ended up finding the most perfect venue in Palm Springs for our small intimate party of 15. She coordinated all the vendors and took care of all communication between them. She served as our advocate and made sure decisions were made in our best interest and she always made sure to stick within our budget. In just a little over a month, Cassie put together such a special ceremony and dinner reception for our immediate families. The day was seamless and my husband and I had zero stress on our wedding day thanks to Cassie! The wedding that she put together in such a small amount of time was above and beyond what we had imagined and to say the least, it was perfect. Both of our families were saying that our small intimate micro-wedding ended up being better than our original destination wedding! We cannot thank her enough and highly recommend her for anyone in need of a wedding or party planner! :)

So knowledgable and wonderful

From my first conversation with Cassie, I knew I had found someone who could help make my dream wedding a reality! She is friendly and super organized. Her experience planning weddings helped take a lot of stress off of us. I love lists and really enjoyed using the Aisle Planner software through Cassie. It was an amazing resource to stay organized and know what to do next. Cassie organized and communicated our wedding day timeline to vendors, the wedding party and family, which saved me soooo much headache. It would have taken me forever to figure out how to plan out the day and this felt like one of the best payoffs of having a wedding planner.

The wedding day went off so well! In fact it felt perfect. I learned later about a few hiccups and was thankful that Cassie and her team handled everything with ease. To be clear, nothing that happened was their fault and they knew who to communicate with to get things resolved and not get me involved. What bride doesn't love that? Austin and Zaire were there to set up and assist on my wedding day and they were so awesome. The venue was set up exactly how I envisioned it and tear down felt like it was done in record time.

Cassie is truly wonderful to work with! I'll recommend her to anyone I can! She's sweet, thoughtful, organized and takes charge. Plus she is so knowledgable about weddings! Thank you Cassie, Austin and Zaire!!

Where can I begin? Cassie stood out from the rest of the wedding planners that we interviewed due to her awesome personality and industry knowledge. We were amazed that every wedding vendor we spoke to before selecting a planner knew who she was. This gave us confidence and assurance that she’d be the right choice for us.

We were very stressed out when we started the process as we chose a rapidly approaching wedding date. We honestly thought we wouldn’t be able to swing our dates, but Cassie quickly assured us that we would be ok, despite not even having a venue selected! She was very patient with us and helped us every single step of the way. She provided recommendations within our budget for everything from venue to the wedding cake and she nailed every single one of them! Her “day of” assistants were also phenomenal and made sure our wedding went smoothly and that all our guests had a great time.

We are so happy that we chose Events by Cassie and so will you!

Cassie Howard is by far one of the sweetest and most thoughtful planners I have ever met. As a Bride, you want someone who can guide you, genuinely listen, support you, encourage you and bring your dream wedding to life - Cassie did exactly that!

She was always willing to answer any and all questions we had during the planning process. She looked through contracts for us, gave incredible advice and handled any issue or conflict that came up with professionalism and kindness. She has an incredible eye for design and knew exactly what my husband and I wanted even with us giving vague descriptions ;) She has relationships with all the best vendors in the LA/OC area making it so easy to find the right people for us. Cassie truly made the whole process fun and exciting! She is extremely organized and uses an incredible program called AislePlanner to keep everything on track for you. Throughout the 12 months of planning, she always made us feel special and completely focused her attention to our wants and needs every time we met or talked.

My husband was traveling for work majority the planning process ands bummed he couldn't be at most of the meetings but Cassie always made him feel included and that it is as much the Groom's decision as it is the Bride's which I loved!

She has a team of awesome assistants that were so kind the day of our wedding - helping in any way they could with a smile. I'll always remember that special moment Cassie and I shared before I walked down the aisle - she gave me a big hug and said let's do this!

I consider Cassie now a dear friend and I cannot imagine our wedding day without her!

Amazing professional. I met Cassie while working an event and got back in touch when I got engaged. Throughout the process, we realized one of our priorities was to make sure someone was able to coordinate the day of and make sure things went smoothly. She certainly delivered! We had a year and a half to plan and so was so responsive when I asked her questions and wanted opinions, incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring. There were times when I was getting overwhelmed by vendors' questions and she totally stepped in and relieved the pressure. Her pricing is very reasonable, beyond that her service was priceless. We were able to enjoy our day, she prompted us when we needed to be present for dances, tosses, etc. We were able to rely on her to get us through one of the most important amazing days of our lives. I would recommend her services to EVERY couple getting married, so worth it! I managed the budget and would much rather cut expenses in other categories rather than not have her services. She is one-of-a-kind. A true professional for ANY event! I will use her in the future for more milestones to come!

Finding a wedding coordinator was like hiring an employed for my business. You must meet and interview them. This is the most important day of your life and if you don't bond with the person in charge of executing your day you got issues. I met/interviewed a lot of wedding coordinators but when I met Cassie there was an immediate connection and understanding.
I planned and did a lot of dyi decorations for my wedding. Cassie did a great job executing and organizing our wedding day. She took care of the all the little details that you don't think of when planning your wedding . That's why you hire a professional.
During the wedding she did an amazing job Letting me know what happens next and always being there when we needed her. She stayed till the very end to make sure everything was packed up and put away .
Cassie is a must for your special day !!!!

I wanted to do all my own wedding planning but our venue required that we have a day of coordinator, so my photographer recommended Cassie. Cassie was a pleasure to work with. Her pricing was within my budget and she pretty much started working right after I signed my contract, 8 months before my wedding. She attended both our menu tasting and final details meeting with us and answered any question I might have via email leading up to our wedding. On the actual day of I never once felt stressed and I was able to fully enjoy my day. She kept us on our timeline and made sure everything ran smoothly. At the end of the night she made sure everything was cleaned up and packed in my sister's car. I know I didn't use Cassie to her full potential since I had booked almost all my vendors before booking her, but she did just what I needed her to do.

Cassie made the planning and day-of our wedding SO much easier!! We are so thankful that we had her to help us throughout the entire process. Anything we needed she was exceptionally responsive. She brought a full team the day of the wedding that we never even noticed, but obviously made everything run smoothly. So many things to consider while planning a wedding and Cassie helped us to remember all of the small details. Thank you!!

Hiring Cassie as our Wedding coordinator was the best decision we made during our planning process. Cassie took the stress and planning pressure off our shoulders and ran with it. Cassie is a true professional and she really knows what she is doing. If you are a new bride to be, I know it can be stressful and we want everything done NOW ... But I promise you that you can have faith in Cassie and turn it over to her and she will get it done ! There was a swim meet where our venue was and we could not access it until 3pm to set up for a reception that started 2 hours later at 5pm .. We showed up to our reception and it was like a showroom floor masterpiece. Everything was set up beautifully and perfectly. I swear if I didn't know any better I would have thought she had a magic wand !! Cassie took care of the smallest details that we would have never thought about if we were doing it ourselves. We had a perfect postcard wedding and reception. Our guests are still talking about how great everything was that day and it is because Cassie knows what she is doing and she helped make our wedding day more special and more extraordinary than we could have ever imagined. My expectations were exceeded above and beyond. Thank You Cassie for everything. We could not have done it without you !!

I met Cassie from my best friend and local photographer Jaime Davis Photo. Needless to say I didn’t just hire someone I gained a friend! She was there to help me along the way to coordinate and guide me through this process and it was a journey that I will never forget. Cassie and I talked, texted and always bounced ideas off one another! I trusted her with so much and really let her take a handle on things. From phone calls to late night texts and many questions and emails, I can say the BIG day was worth all the sweat and tears. She got every detail in place and even helped me with the highs and lows of the process. Her drive and determination and dedication is something I very much admired. And I’m so thankful for her creative mindset and for helping me find a great floral company SWD FLORAL to give the day a POP of color. Cassie I can’t thank you enough for your hard work and for your friendship. I am so blessed to have shared my legacy with you and to have gained such a loyal person in my new life as a married woman. Anyone who books with you will love their experience and would not just be blessed but be honored to have you there to calm them down and make sure they breathe and not drink champagne for breakfast as a food haha. I can not say enough kind words about Cassie, Heather and the rest of her team. They helped me achieve a more calm and organized wedding. Cassie was there for every question I had during planning and Heather was the unlucky one that got to coordinate my day-of!

Cassie was spot on with understanding my vision/vibe for the wedding. She made awesome suggestions and vendor recommendations. While Heather put up with all the craziness and drama of my wedding day with utter grace and poise.

Cassie and Heather also helped my then fiancé to plan a surprise for me. He wanted to coordinate a cellist to perform music for our ceremony. With the ladies help he managed to do so with out me finding anything out. I had absolutely no idea what was going on until I was approaching the alter and heard the amazing music! Cassie and Heather did a wonderful job at helping my fiancé out and I can only imagine what all craziness they had to deal with for just that surprise!

Cassie coordinated our wedding on January 9, 2016. She organized our timeline, got us on a schedule, helped us make decisions, made sure everything ran smoothly with all of our vendors, oversaw setup and breakdown of the venue, and helped us relax and enjoy our wedding day! I am someone who tends to worry about details, but with Cassie I was able to just let go, knowing that she would anticipate and take care of any loose ends. I'm so happy we found her for our wedding! Thanks to Cassie, everything went smoothly and ran on schedule! My husband and I didn't have to think about logistics and were able to just be in the moment. I highly recommend Cassie!

Cassie was very professional and made sure I was taken care of throughout the evening. Before the bog day, she was always available via phone or email. She also drove to my venue a week before the wedding to talk with all the vendors to make sure we didn't forget anything. I felt that she was easy to work with and the other vendors were able to get all the accurate information in a timely manner to make my special day go off without a hitch.

Cassie was an AMAZING wedding planner! I hired her for "Day-Of" services - which was beyond worth it and included her and an assistant for my wedding day, rehearsal the night before, and unlimited calls and emails throughout the process of wedding planning. I will definitely be recommending her to every friend who gets engaged! She was very sweet, professional and thorough (you can clearly tell she has experience). The wedding industry is INSANE and if you are not smart - you will get taken advantage of! Cassie always had my back - especially when my banquet manager tried to increase my cost-per-guest (by a factor of 3!) only a few weeks before the wedding! Cassie knows her way around contracts, vendor agreements and everything else you are not used to because you have probably never done this before.
My words of advice if you want to have an enjoyable, stress-free wedding day: Keep Calm and Call Cassie!!!

Cassie was a great "day of" coordinator for our wedding reception. I had a certain image in my head that I wanted for my reception venue and she was able to pull it off to perfection. Cassie was referred to me by our venue coordinator and I am so glad that I got that referral because I was thrilled that it all came out perfectly. I didn't worry a single bit about my reception or my vendors. I had full confidence in her and it made my day perfectly relaxing and enjoyable. She is the BEST!!!

Cassie is a SUPER STARS!!!!!
The first time I met up with Cassie to discuss my wedding I knew I just had to book her, because she's the perfect mixture of fun and professional, and it was evident that she's a pro at what she does when she was telling me about her process which made me feel at ease and assured me that I can trust such an important day to her so I booked her then and there and it was one of the best decisions I made!

She is very nice to work with, she's very patient with all the questions that i would text her at randomly. She also has a lot of great suggestions when we were figuring out some of the details.

She's been very awesome from the day we booked her, but on our actual wedding day was when she really unleashed her super powers! Everything went smoothly and she executed everything so perfectly

I am so grateful that Cassie and her team were there for us so we wouldn't have to worry about anything. I am extremely happy to have made the right decision to book Events by Cassie and her team are awesome! Her timeline was detailed and she was great at communicating with other vendors to make sure everything was in place for my reception. And the best part about is that she will always have a big smile on her face, no matter what the situation is. That is probably the best trait a wedding planner can offer to their clients.

To any and all brides-to-be, I would HIGHLY recommend---no I would *URGE* you to book ASAP . You will definitely not regret it! Thanks again Cassie!

When my husband and I finally set a timeline for a wedding date, we had no idea where to start. Cassie was there from the get-go to provide us guidance. She understood our desire for the inexpensive, not-your-typical-wedding event and helped us create the wedding that fit "us." Her creativity and can-do attitude really helped us remain positive throughout this emotionally exhausting wedding planning period.

Cassie's coordination on the day of our wedding proved invaluable. While my husband and I were individually getting ready for our big moment, Cassie was handling vendor arrivals, set up and reception decor. Before the ceremony began, I got a sneak peak of the reception hall and instantly felt amazed and relief. Everything was done and gorgeous! As I stood waiting to walk down the aisle, I felt ready to let go of any concerns I had and enjoy every moment that was to come knowing Cassie had everything under control. We are so grateful for Cassie's help in making this a successful and memorable event for us. Thank you, Cassie!

Cassie assited me with the day of coordination at my recent wedding reception. Being in the industry myself, it was difficult for me to step back and let others take control on the day of my wedding. Cassie was amazing and in trusting her to take care of the details, I was free to enjoy my day as a bride. She paid attention to detail making sure everything happened the way it should and professionally handled any inevitable little hiccups along the way. She was even able to convince my 2 year old nephew to walk down the aisle when the time came for him to filfill his ringbearer duties - phew! I would absolutely reccommend Cassie to anyone including my closest friends and family :)

Cassie was great! She had a ton of great ideas and asked a bunch of questions and pointed out a lot of things about the wedding I would never have even thought of. She took so much stress away from the entire event and she oversaw so much of the set-up, organization of the ceremony, clean-up, etc. I really didn't have to worry about anything all day as I knew she had it covered. Her price is also very reasonable especially considering the amount of work she puts into each wedding.

Both Cassie and heather were amazing on my big day and made sure it went smoothly. Cassie made an extra effort to help me with my dress (which wasn't quite cooperating!) and ensure I has little to stress about as possible. Heather was detail oriented when setting up both the ceremony and reception. She even did so much as to calm my frantic mom! Thank you both so much!

Cassie went above and beyond her contract limitations and was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. From making sure we got the best deals and vendors surprising us with additional accents on our wedding day, we were repeatedly thankful for her guidance and services. We were so happy with her that we ended up extending her contract so that she could design our venue layout. We loved working with Cassie and highly recommend her for your wedding or event!!!

Cassie was the best! I hired her for day-of wedding coordination and she went above and beyond to make sure that the wedding went off without a hitch. She met with us in site to do a walk through, reviewed all of my vendor paperwork, confirmed all my vendors, ran the rehearsal, and made sure everyone--family, friends, vendors, and bridal party were all in the right place at the right time. We had a mini-disaster when our desserts didn't show up, and Cassie handled it wonderfully so I could enjoy dancing at my wedding. It was great knowing I didnt have to worry about a thing because I knew Cassie would handle it. Not to mention her prices are soooo reasonable. My sister got married the week after, and Cassie was hands-down better than her wedding coordinator, it made me so glad I picked her!

Cassie was without a doubt the best value for the fee out of all my vendors. She was quick to respond when I had any questions, and completely took care of coordinating vendors, schedule, and bridal party independently, allowing me to enjoy the time before and during my wedding. She is very professional, sweet, and calming, and created a buffer between me and any vendors, taking on all responsibility. My wedding truly seemed perfect, and if there was any glitch at all, Cassie handled it with ease, without me even knowing.

Cassie did an AMAZING job helping plan and organize my wedding. All of her hard work was evident by the fluidity of the event as a whole. She organized a timeline (which helped keep EVERYONE on the same page and was priceless for me), she communicated with all of my vendors so they knew what to do and when, she found ribbon for my bridal bouquets that was impossible for me to find, she was calm, professional, available, positive, and organized, and she even provided a wonderful assistant the day of (thank you Heather!!!). I found myself in need of assistance when I was trying to take on the planning and set up of my 50th birthday party. As the date of the event was fast approaching I knew I was not going to be able to handle all that needed to be accomplished alone. I found Cassie via the internet when I searched Event Wire. All I can say is THANK GOD! After contacting Cassie she immediately called me and because the time was so short prior to my event we were able to take care of everything via text, e-mail or phone calls. I needed her for day of only to set up displays and decorations for my event. Although my function was what I consider small Cassie treated my party as if it were a large, important wedding. The word professional does not even began to cover her demeanor. She is punctual, professional and passionate about what she does. My budget was small but she not treat me that way. I only wish I had another function pending that I could hire her for.

I honestly can't imagine my wedding without Cassie's help. She was so organized and always knew the right questions to ask my vendors to keep things on track. Cassie made detailed schedules for our large bridal party which helped immensely in keeping even the days running up the wedding smooth She contacted my vendors and was able to make it the most least stressful day! cassie went far above and beyond the call of duty for my family and I. im truly forever grateful in her part in making my wedding the best day of my life.

We used Cassie as our wedding planner/day of coordinator. She was extremely helpful and knew what she was doing and we ended up having the most beautiful and fun wedding day we could have ever imagined. Thanks Cassie!

Cassie was our day-of-coordinator for our wedding. Before the wedding, she answered all of our questions and was helpful in explaining how all everything comes together to make a wedding happen. She visited our venue before the wedding to get an understanding of the layout, contacted our vendors to make sure everyone had the same timeline, and ran our rehearsal with professionalism and a sense of humor.

The day of the wedding, we were confident that Cassie had everything under control. She stopped in to visit the bridal party to make sure we all had our flowers, and she was dressed all in black and looked very professional. When we got tot he venue, everything was decorated EXACTLY the way I had told her to do it. She made some executive decisions about where some of the things should go and it was all perfect. It was a relief to just be able to enjoy our day and not have to worry about all the little details. At the wedding, there were a few hiccups, and Cassie handled them all with ease. She never bothered us with questions - she just let us enjoy our night!

The best part of Cassie's services, in our opinion, is that she allowed us to have a "grand exit" and she is the one that stayed after boxing up all of the décor, working with the staff at the venue to make sure everything was returned to us, and was taken care of. The next day, when we went to pick it all up, it was obvious that Cassie was respectful of our things, and had wrapped all the breakables carefully. She even saved my bouquet!! (I had forgotten it the night before.)

I would highly recommend Cassie to anyone planning a wedding. She is just a lovely person all-around, and I could tell she really enjoyed helping us on our big day. Her prices are exceptionally reasonable. I don't think we could have done it without her!

Girls, I am warning you!! DO NOT hire Cassie. She was the worst. She was no where to be found to help the bride be on time for her sunset wedding photographs. She FORGOT to have the father of the bride give his toast. She was not around during the reception!! Do not hire her!! If you have, make sure you pay in credit card so you can get your money back when she makes her mistakes. It's not IF, she WILL. This girl is in WAY over her head! Pass on the Cass.
