BH Events catered our engagement celebration, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice . We initially wanted stations and a raw bar, but Savio suggested offering small plates, like mini entrée portions. We embraced the idea, and it was a lovely success. The presentation was stunning, and it allowed us to offer a variety of different options.
As a picky eater, I truly appreciated how the menu was crafted with my preferences in mind, and I absolutely loved every single dish served. We're eager to work with them for our wedding as well. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, especially when doing it yourself like I am, but having a caterer I trust is a major win. -

Perfect choice for our wedding.
BH catered our friends' wedding at the Lyman Estate, and as foodies, we immediately fell in love with the delicious food. Fast forward almost a year and a half later, and there was no doubt in our minds that we wanted them to cater our wedding. We got married at my grandparents' property down Cape Cod, and everything was so special.
During the planning process, I asked Savio if my grandmother could provide some hush puppies for the cocktail hour, this was my favorite thing she made when I was a child. Without hesitation, Savio agreed. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away a few months before the wedding. When Savio found out, he contacted my mother to get the recipe, and he recreated my grandmother’s hush puppies to perfection.
This small yet incredibly thoughtful gesture moved me to tears, tears of joy. Somehow, I felt my grandmother was with us in that moment.

My partner and I cannot express our gratitude enough for Savio and the BH team. With several allergies in our immediate family, including my own celiac condition, we faced challenges finding a caterer who could accommodate our needs. Many caterers did not even respond, while others offered bland and uninspiring options. However, Savio exceeded our expectations by transforming our favorite dishes into not only delicious but also safe culinary delights for our guests to enjoy. The care and dedication shown truly made our day perfect. We are thrilled that my brother will be having BH cater his wedding next year, and we eagerly anticipate savoring Savio's delicious creations once again. -

BH Catering catered our wedding in Somerville, and they truly transformed our venue—a challenging blank canvas—into a stunning reality. Savio and the entire team worked seamlessly with our planner, fully embracing our specific ideas and vision.
What truly won my heart, though, was the food. It was every bit as delicious, if not more so, than what we experienced at our tasting. The fact that they managed to deliver such incredible taste and quality from a storage room, without a proper kitchen, is nothing short of impressive. Our family and guests couldn't stop raving about the amazing meal they enjoyed.
A heartfelt thank you to Savio, Thiago, and the entire BH Catering Team for taking care of us and making our wedding truly memorable. -

Excellent service food presentation
Events by BH catered my son’s engagement party. This event was supposed to be outside on the water but last minute was switched to my house due to a storm. Every step of the way in planning this event was a pleasure. Raphael and Savio made sure they understood my goals for the event and delivered beyond my expectations. I’m quite particular and couldn’t be more pleased. Most of my 50 guests have been asking for their contact information. The food was delicious and plentiful. Savio is is truly a master chef. Raphael manages the event meticulously with an unbelievable presentation. They’re lovely and their staff so lovely. I never worried about anything and truly enjoyed the event. They so easily pivoted with change of venue. The process was lovely from beginning to end. Food delicious presentation classy and service lovely. -

I love these guys! The Ravioli they made for my wedding was better than my Grandmother's! Just don't tell my Grandmother!
The Menu options were perfect. The budget and setup for flexible and specific for us. We loved that. We had a destination wedding and wanted to ensure our family and friends were fed the best food. And we got it too!
My Aunt and Uncle still ask me about the food and how I found the chef. My wedding planner had set up the tasting with them and it was all very natural and easy for my Wife and me. Thank you again!
I wish we lived in the Boston area so we could hire them again for parties and get-togethers! -

We absolutely loved working with Savio for our wedding this year. He went above and beyond what we would have expected, helping us out with even some non-catering-related details and planning along the way, and he and his team were instrumental in helping our day run smoothly. And the food was incredible! Savio worked with us to create a unique menu, found/developed pie recipes to fit our dessert vision, and executed our signature cocktails beautifully—our guests are still raving about the food and drinks. Savio was also super accommodating and careful about some food allergies we had among our guests, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely recommend Events by BH to anyone!
