  Outstanding rental company!

  We had an amazing experience working with Event Rent for our wedding rentals, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. We rented chairs, linens, plates, glassware, a stage, and a dance floor, and everything arrived in perfect condition, adding an elegant touch to our special day. The quality of the items was outstanding, and their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From the seamless logistics of delivery and pickup to their attention to detail in accommodating our requests, Event Rent made everything stress-free and effortless. Their exceptional service and beautiful rentals truly elevated our wedding, and we highly recommend them to anyone planning an event!

  This company was VERY easy to work with! We did almost everything over email, and the longest I ever waited before I got a reply was 2 hours. The value was great, and they were very helpful with making sure all of our stuff was there in the same small time frame we needed to set up in and actually showed up early! Highly recommended!

  Event Rent made our daughter's Quinceanera just beautiful! We loved the variety of colors and fabrics to choose from. They gave us some great advice on a variety of table styles that made her event complete. Spend some time with them and they have some excellent ideas.

  We rented a dance floor, a chandelier, heating pans for our food, and bistro lighting from Event Rent! We were very pleased with their service and would rent from them again in a heartbeat! They were so helpful in helping us figure out the best option for hanging our bistro lighting and we couldn't have done it without them! They are very reasonably priced and have many options!

  My order was done perfectly. has a contract with Sawtooth Winery so they delivered for a cheaper price and rented items for a cheaper price. Winery did set up and take down.

  Great people to work with and knowledgable! They worked directly with 3 Girls Catering and they have a great working relationship with our caterers, so this made the whole planning process that much easier. They had what we needed and were able to order the one linen color we needed and did not have. Their prices are competitive, they were helpful with answers to our questions when they came up and everything turned out exactly as expected.

  Nice showroom to help give you an idea of what you need for your wedding. Informative and helpful staff - very professional. Reasonably priced and they have everything you'll need. I would highly recommend this vendor!

  Their prices were very affordable and what they provided were very clean and looked very nice and new. They were prompt and helpfull and did anything we needed done for the day. They were accomodating and easy to work with.

It was frustrating having to ask friends and family to do this job. I wanted our guests to be able to enjoy the wedding without requiring them to do any work. The linens were absolutely beautiful. We chose a light gray color.

  Event Rent was great to work with. We didn't have a ton of advance notice in purchasing our rentals, so a few things were unavailable. I did have to call twice to receive my confirmation email. With that being said though, everything ran smoothly and I was very impressed at their quick follow-up.

  Communication was hard, partly because of email issues and partly I think it was just slow, but the service ended up being great! We rented heat lamps and some smaller items from them, and it ended up being very flexible with pick up and set up, and we enjoyed working with them.
