From the very beginning, Larimar exceeded every expectation we had for a wedding planner—and honestly, then some. During our initial conversations, she took the time to truly understand our vision, while also setting clear, realistic expectations for planning a wedding in the Caribbean.
This was a destination wedding for us, as we don’t live in Puerto Rico, but Larimar made distance feel like a non-factor. She was always available, proactive, and made the entire process feel seamless no matter where we were.
Throughout the entire process, Larimar never once came to us with a “no”—only solutions or thoughtful alternatives, even when challenges came from outside her control. Whether it was organizing video visits to venues, sourcing vendors for unique requests (from a dog sitter to a cigar roller to even custom coconuts!), or coordinating every moving piece, she handled it all effortlessly. She even attended tastings with us and provided honest, thoughtful feedback—never hesitating to speak up if something wasn’t fully aligned with our vision or expectations.
She planned every second of our wedding weekend with incredible attention to detail. We had structured timelines, consistent planning calls, and full support with vendor coordination and payments. She also made sure we were prepared for anything—backup plans for rain, power outages, and everything in between—which gave us complete peace of mind.
On the wedding day, it truly felt like she was everywhere at once. Larimar is calm, organized, and always smiling—anticipating needs before we even had to ask. Her team is just as incredible, and by the end of the weekend, both Larimar and Willy felt like part of the family.
Our guests are still telling us it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended, and that is 100% thanks to Larimar and her team bringing our vision to life so flawlessly. Most importantly, the bride—who had her moments leading up to the big day—was completely at ease and spent the entire night dancing and enjoying every second of the reception.
We can’t recommend Larimar enough. She became so much more than our planner—she became a trusted partner and now, someone we’re proud to call a friend. -

Queremos tomar un momento para agradecer profundamente a Larimar, Willy y Andrea por hacer de nuestra boda algo simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento demostraron un nivel de compromiso, organización y dedicación increíble. Todo fluyó tal como se planificó: se cumplieron los horarios a la perfección, cada detalle de la decoración estuvo hermoso y cuidadosamente trabajado, y el ambiente que lograron crear fue mágico.
De verdad, sin ustedes nada de esto hubiese sido posible. Su profesionalismo, las atenciones tan especiales y el trato tan cercano hicieron que todo el proceso fuera mucho más tranquilo y significativo para nosotros. No solo hicieron su trabajo, sino que realmente pusieron el corazón en cada detalle, y eso se sintió.

From the very first conversation, Larimar completely set herself apart. You don’t just hear her passion, you feel it! She showed up with so much energy, confidence, and genuine excitement that we instantly felt at ease and truly cared for. It felt like she wasn’t just planning an event, she was investing in one of the most important days of our lives. She understood our vision so naturally, the feeling we wanted to create, and made it clear from day one that she was going to bring it to life in a way that felt like us. If you are even thinking about planning a wedding without Larimar, you are genuinely making one of the biggest mistakes you could make!
Throughout the entire planning process, she went above and beyond in ways we didn’t even realize we needed. She created the journey a phenomenal experience for us! There were so many moments where we felt supported, understood, and taken care of, and that made all the difference during a time that can easily feel overwhelming.
On the wedding day, everything flowed so effortlessly because of her. We were able to be fully present, to soak in every moment, and to truly enjoy our day without worrying about anything behind the scenes. That kind of peace is something you can’t put a price on. Her professionalism, calm presence, and attention to detail were felt by everyone. We received so many compliments from our guests about how incredible she was, and it meant so much to see that others experienced what we felt the entire time.
Larimar, her husband, and their team are truly special. The way they work together, support one another, and show up with so much heart is something we genuinely admire as a newly married couple. You can feel that this isn’t just what they do, it’s who they are!
Larimar didn’t just meet our expectations, she went far beyond them! She gave us an experience we will carry with us forever and played such an important role in a day that meant everything to us.

Larimar was absolutely the best— I couldn’t recommend her more. Her attitude and planning was so appreciated, as someone who started planning their own wedding without a planner she was able to help me bring all of it to a planned and organized point. She helped bring our wedding day vision together and covered so many details I missed or forgot when I initially planned on my own. From the very first meeting, my mom felt completely at ease, and from that point on, the planning process was seamless and stress-free. All of the vendor suggestions she made were phenomenal, we absolutely loved every single one. Having Larimar as our day of coordinator truly made all the difference!!! -

Eventos Larimar was everything I dreamed, hoped for, and needed in a wedding planner. From start to finish, Larimar went above and beyond on several occasions and always made me feel like our interests as bride and groom were at the forefront. Larimar noticed things I didn’t, leaned in when I didn’t even know how to ask for help, and stepped in with solutions that gave me peace of mind. She was especially supportive when vendor discrepancies came up—always handling them with professionalism, grace, and a positive attitude.
At first, I wasn’t sure if we were the “right” client for Eventos Larimar. The photos on their social media and website didn’t really reflect who we were as a couple, and I hesitated. Looking back, I am SO glad I didn’t let social media dictate our decision. I would have missed out on a blessing. Working with her showed me that her focus is not on creating one type of wedding, but on bringing your unique vision to life with excellence, care, and heart.
She also worked hard to ensure that our budget needs were met. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming financially, but she helped us maximize every dollar and guided us to make smart decisions that gave us incredible value for our money without sacrificing quality.
Her professionalism, calm demeanor, and “rockstar” work ethic made me feel supported every step of the way. She truly became my anchor in the process. If you are looking for a wedding planner you can trust—someone who will keep your best interests at heart, fight for your vision, and deliver with excellence—I cannot recommend Eventos Larimar enough. -

Larimar López se ha convertido sin saberlo en parte de una histórica unión de dos culturas, dos familias … además de ser una mujer de fé , una hermana en Jesús, organizó con mucho amor y mucha dedicación todo el proceso de la boda . Cada detalle , cada adorno , cada trazo … entre llamadas, preguntas , empeño en que todo sea de calidad pero con naturalidad. Recomendamos sin dudarlo para las bodas . Miracle worker
Larimar and her team are truly amazing miracle workers. I contacted Larimar a couple months before my wedding and she made it happen somehow! She never once doubted in our timeline, she never once made us feel stressed, and she was there daily as needed. From day one until the day of my event she and her team were extremely supportive. The professionalism on the day of was perfection. She kept everyone on schedule! I’m sure the behind the scene had a lot of moving parts but I simply showed up and enjoyed my day. I am extremely grateful for her and her team. I wish I could relive this day! Our guest said it was the most amazing wedding they’ve attended and I agree! Her hand selected vendors, her team, her vibes, her love….perfection!!! Estamos tan tan tan agradecidos por todo!! Y habla el inglés y español perfecto! Made this super accommodating for my diverse set of guests. She also surprised us yesterday with a reel of our wedding!! So special. -

Puerto Rico Destination Wedding
Larimar is the Best Wedding Planner Ever!! She is such a kind, compassionate, creative soul. Ours was a destination wedding and she was very flexible working with our work schedules and the slight time zone difference. Working with her it was obvious that event planning is her truly her passion, she cares so much for her clients and making sure that everything runs smoothly. She is truly the perfect collaborator, listening to and executing your vision. She works so incredibly hard and it shows. She suggests many vendors at different price points to ensure that you find what you are looking for within your budget. She is beyond punctual and professional, and is amazing at putting you at ease through this process that can easily become stressful. We could not recommend her and her lovely team more!! Les cuento sobre Larimar, es la mejor por su manera de comunicarse con sus novias, la manera en que encuentra absolutamente todo lo que deseas para tu día especial, siempre pero siempre te ayuda a tomar la mejor decisión, te escuchá, puedes ver lo dedicada y lo mucho que tu boda significa para ella y su equipo.
Su esposo, quien es parte de su equipo, también es el mejor en su area de seguridad y todos se encarga de esos detalles que parecen no importantes se hagan a la perfección. Les digo que son el mejor duo!!!

Decir que Larimar y su equipo son excelentes es poco. Es tan detallista que estoy segura que cualquier evento con ella seria éxito total. No solo durante todos los meses de preparación si no también en el dia del evento. La organización, la puntualidad y su manera de manejar cualquier percance son dignos de admirar. Yo la recomiendo a ojos cerrados. Cada uno de nuestros invitados estuvo sorprendido con su trabajo y todavía a un mes de nuestra boda hablan de lo hermoso que todo quedo.
