Great to work with!

Eventfully Yours was so easy to work with. We worked with Cora on our wedding's lighting, dance floor, and some overhead draping. Everything went off without a hitch! Definitely recommend.

Complete Transformation

Our rentals from Eventfully Yours amplified the event space! From the lighting, lanterns chairs, sweetheart table, lounge areas – my guests were blown away by what they saw! They completely transformed Fort Zach's beach Cafe for our wedding day!

Beautiful Lights & Even Better Customer Service

We rented additional string lights and lanterns for our outdoor, nighttime wedding over the weekend. On the morning of the wedding, Eventfully Yours emailed me to say that when they went to install the additional lights, they determined there was plenty of light already at the venue. They installed the lanterns and then refunded us for the lights. This was such an unexpected and pleasant surprise. They absolutely could have just installed the lights anyway, (or not and we probably wouldn't have even noticed), but instead they were honest and we got a little money back in our pockets. The lanterns they did put up looked absolutely beautiful and fit the vibe we were going for so well. Thank you Eventfully Yours!

Beautiful selection and easy to work with

I rented farm tables, bistro chairs and woven lanterns from Eventually Yours for my Garden wedding at Old Town Manor Key West. I was recommended to EY by my wedding planner, Vicky Furman. They were easy to work with and had a great selection of items to rent at fair prices. I would highly recommend EY to anyone looking to rent decor for their wedding in Key West.

We used Eventfully Yours for our wedding rentals and had nothing but good experiences with them. We didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day because we knew we were taken care of! Amazing Decoration and Services!

We chose Eventfully Yours to provide lighting and a dance floor for our Key West Wedding at the Fort Zachary Taylor Fortress. They were very easy to work with during the wedding planning process!
Their team set up the lights and dance floor prior to the wedding and also cleaned up very quickly following the wedding. Everything looked great and exactly as we imagined!

Flawless execution!

EY did our lighting and fans for our August wedding at the Southernmost Beach Resort. They were fantastic. I was indecisive about several rental items and they were always quick to respond with updated quotes. They were on time the day of and returned to tear down promptly after our event. Highly recommend.

Great price for Chivari chairs!

Everything was stunning!

We are so happy we chose Marianela and Eventfully Yours! Marianela was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative through the entire planning process. We rented two farm tables for the bridal party, chiavari chairs, string lights, charger plates, and a clear tent (thankfully, because it rained a ton!). She was a joy to work with and everything turned out beautifully!

Beautiful Rentals!

Eventfully Yours had everything I needed to make my centerpieces and sweetheart table look amazing! I was in love with our sweetheart table that had white wingback chairs and a gorgeous blush pink sparkle overlay as a tablecloth. They accidentally ended up delivering my rentals to the wrong venue the morning of my wedding, but they resolved the issue with no problems and they arrived with plenty of time still to set up before the ceremony.

Perfect experience

Eventfully Yours supplied wicker lounge furniture for our wedding. Lovely set with great little accents. The furniture was set up before we arrived and taken away after the reception ended. Easy peasy! Great experience.

Beautiful!

I rented my lights, dance floor, and chairs from Eventfully Yours. Everything was set up beautifully and looked amazing. It made the night that much more magical. I will say that the dance floor said that it could hold 100 people and there was no way that that was true. I had 60 people and not everyone could fit on it. The invoicing for the tent deposits were also a little confusing but overall they did a great job!

Helping to Make the Magical a Reality

When my daughter and her fiance told me that they would like to have their wedding reception at Fort Zachary Taylor in Key West I wondered just how I could pull that off and have the event complement the fortress and look elegant at the same time. Our wedding planner recommended Eventfully Yours and we met with them to make sure we had enough lighting inside the fortress and around the dance floor which would be set up outside, under a clear tent. Marianela was a pleasure to work with, and when we asked for a display table for family wedding photos and the gifts, she came up with the perfect fit. She knew the venue, the power supply requirements, and everything needed to coordinate with the other vendors.
I highly recommend Eventfully Yours for your special event. Their creativity and visions are exemplary and very tasteful!

Eventfully Yours made planning decor for our destination wedding from afar a breeze. They are responsive and easy to communicate with and delivered on everything we needed! They even worked with our florist on a few things that needed to be coordinated. I highly recommend them!

We worked with Guadalupe on the rentals and décor for my daughter’s wedding at the Hemingway Home. First, the wedding took place five weeks after Hurricane Irma and Guadalupe still found time to be available and responsive to all of our needs – she was amazing. The lighting, chairs, linens, table décor, dance floor, all of it looked beautiful in the venue and the experience was seamless. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would use Eventfully Yours again without hesitation. I give them my highest recommendation.

Our wedding was December 2nd and we ordered our ceremony chairs and farm tables for our kings table. They were great at communicating and had amazing suggestions and their tables were incredible. No one else can offer and deliver what they can.

Marianela and her team were amazing! The lighting they provided for our wedding was absolutely GORGEOUS! The provided beautiful string lights around the pool at our venue, as well as a stunning chandelier hanging over the dance floor. They also provided the seating for our ceremony. If we decided to use a tent, we also would have rented that from Eventfully Yours. Everything looked beautiful, and Marianela was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Eventfully Yours as the rental company for your Key West wedding.

The team at Eventfully Yours was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. We rented chiavari chairs, farm tables, fans, and linens. The farm tables looked gorgeous for our beach wedding! I sent a picture of a napkin style I liked and they were able to locate it and order it for us. They truly went above and beyond to help make our wedding so special. This place is amazing. We did all of this from the phone and I never checked in. On our wedding day it was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them and from someone who is extremely picky and expects the worst this place exceeded my expectations and then some. The tables and lights and decorations were absolutely stunning!!!

When planning my wedding in Key West, I contacted a handful of vendors. I narrowed it down to two. The prices were nearly the same but I ended up going with Eventfully Yours because the communication was EXCELLENT. Guadalupe was quick to reply to e-mails and always courteous (the other company often took days). One evening, I shot her message around 11 p.m. She replied within the half hour! Amazing. They accommodated last minute requests, set-up early, and made the space look absolutely beautiful. The items we booked them for were string lights and lanterns, a dance floor, and (contingency) tents. Highly recommended!

My wedding was at the Hemingway House, which you rent the outside space, and it does not come with any decor, dance floor, or weather back up. I compared a few companies to rent the dance floor, have lights strung and reserve a marquee in case of bad weather. I chose Eventfully Yours because they allowed you to cancel your marquee closer to the wedding. Other companies you had to decide by one week prior. Anyone from Florida knows how the weather forecast can change rapidly, so I was not comfortable with the one week time restraint. Eventfully Yours allowed us to decide either two or three days prior, I can not remember exactly, but it made much more sense. We ended up cancelling the tent, which saved a lot of money, and the weather was perfect. Everything ran smoothly, they set up on time, broke down on time. No issues.

We utilized Eventfully Yours for lighting, tables, dance floor, and vintage furniture for an outdoor venue. It was beautiful and Marianela was very accommodating. We were very happy and thought the pricing was very fair. We highly recommend them. The only thing they could not provide was a photo booth but we found one at another vendor. We would rent again from them and highly recommend them.

Eventfully Yours was a joy to work with. They were the most responsive out of all my wedding vendors. If I had a question they would answer within minutes! I planned a destination wedding so it was stressful to not see anything in person ahead of time, but they eased all my fears and the end result blew the wedding party and guests away. They were affordable, professional and such a valuable part of my wedding. I'm so grateful for them! Definitely work with them for your rental needs, no need to look anywhere else :)

I had the pleasure of working with Marianela and Eventfully Yours for my destination wedding in Key West. I honestly felt that I had nothing to worry about while working with them! I had never even been to Key West, and Marianela's knowledge of the area, the venue (the Ernest Hemingway Home) and the town culture truly helped my process. Not only did she have great ideas, she didn't force any up-selling on me whatsoever. The last few days before the wedding, the weather forecast had a 60% chance of rain, so I end up using a tent. I was worried that this would take away from my beautiful outdoor setting, but the tent actually gave it such an elegant and glamorous feel (WITH an added chandelier over the dance floor for only around $100) and our guests were thoroughly impressed! I had a floor plan of the wedding reception layout and Marianela quickly drafted a sketch to-scale of the tent addition so that I could visualize the decision. We rented a tent, dance floor, string lights, chandelier, tables & linens. I would highly recommend this vendor!

Marianella really helped pull out wedding together! From the string light and paper latern rentals to the beautiful table clothes and over lays, their products are top notch! In planning our destination wedding to Key West, we ran into a few snags with some of our original vendors. Specifically, the original rental company we had hired went out of business and cancelled our contract with a month left to go until our wedding! At first we panicked, but once we found Marianela at Eventfully Yours, we completely relaxed and knew everything would turn out perfectly. Marianela stepped in, took control and put everything right back on track for our big day. She was extremely responsive in getting back to us with information and quotes and sending photos of specific items like chairs and tables since we weren't there in person to see anything. The farmhouse tables and bamboo chairs we rented looked STUNNING at our venue, the Hemingway House, and the overhead string lights really made our evening reception sparkle. Additionally and equally important, Marianela worked seamlessly with our other vendors, from the caterer to the coordinator at the venue to ensure that everything went off without a hitch on the big day. Everything was perfect and we cannot thank Marianela and her team enough for helping to bring our vision to life and in a completely stress-free manner. I would strongly recommend her to anyone getting married in Key West!!!

Eventfully was great to work with. They provided first class equipment at a reasonable price. Service was excellent!! The tent, chairs and lighting were all excellent. We would highly recommend working with Marianella and the Eventfully Yours Staff.

We put together a same sex wedding with a few weeks notice. I called Marianela from Eventfully Yours to provide the tables, chairs and linens. We even had to increase the quanity of all items the day before the wedding. Everything was set up at the time she committed.

About a week before my wedding, I contacted Eventfully Yours for a tent and lighting rental for our reception. I spoke to Marianela and she was very nice. She was also quick to follow-up with additional information and photos via email which was very helpful. When I confirmed a few days before that we wanted to proceed, the process of signing the contract and making payment was quick and easy. I really liked what they provided - the tent, string lighting and paper lanterns fit our theme and overall party vibe.

Eventfully Yours did a wonderful job in terrible set up conditions (wind and rain) but they got it done. The tents and lighting were beautiful.

They were very professional and handled every emergency. The wind had blown part of the tent down the day before and they stayed up through out the night to fix the tent and lighting to make sure the event came off on time and exactly as we had asked. They were the best company I have worked with in the 30 years I have been doing this type of event for a local non-profit.
I highly recommend them for any of your party needs.

We had heavy wind and rain expected the day of our destination wedding and had to call these guys last minuet for a tent to be set up. Not only were they responsive and polite with our last minuet request but the owner of the company was corresponding with us while he was on vacation to make sure we were taken care of. The staff came back in the middle of the event to place sides on the tent. We were incredibly happy with their service- it saved our day.

Dedrick and I got married in Key West on February 17, 2018 and Eventfully Yours handled everything! The set me up on Smathers beach for 70+ people and then did the reception set up at 951 Steakhouse rooftop. the lighting the tent, and everything else - It was absolutely beautiful! The tent was a little pricey but it was worth it in the end. Guadalupe was always available when I needed her and was very supportive when I was indecisive at times. The service was excellent and I had no issues at all. My wedding turned out to be so much more beautiful and magical than I could have ever imagined! Thank you Guadalupe and I will definitely use you again for upcoming events! You're the best

We used Eventfully Yours to rent our reception farm table, ghost chairs and clear chargers and it made our reception space look amazing. They were a late add due to me (the bride) being indecisive but once I made up my mind, I was very pleased with the outcome. all of our guests marveled at how beautiful everything looked. I would HIGHLY recommend Eventfully Yours for your wedding reception needs!

I had an excellent experience with Eventfully Yours. We planned a wedding in Key West and hired Eventfully Yours to provide us with tables, chairs, tents, and lighting for the ceremony and reception. The quality of their furniture and accessories were excellent. I adored the rustic look of the farm tables and chairs. It really made the whole reception come together. I also found their website easy to navigate and their prices to be fair.

Lastly, Marianela was super helpful and worked with our catering company to get everything just right for the wedding. She even came to meet with us for a run-through the day before the wedding, even though we didn't ask her to. Her stopping by to meet with us really made us feel more relaxed and comfortable, and less stressed about the whole event.

Marinela was great throughout the entire planning process. The set up was seamless, as beautiful as I dreamed and the pictures shown to us were consistent with the outcome plus more. The staff was very professional, the bar and servers provided the most efficient service we could have ever wished for at our catered affair....and in the rain!!! We would definitely use Eventfully Yours again and also highly recommend Eventfully Yours for party planning and rentals.

We used Eventfully Yours for lighting, a dance floor, and a tent, the latter of which we were hoping not to use but ended up having to. Everything was great. I do wish we didn't need 48 hours notice on the tent since weather can change so quickly, but in the end we ended up needing one anyway since it rained a lot the day of our wedding. The lighting was beautiful and the checkered dance floor was funky and just the right size.

Eventfully Yours did the tables, lighting and fans for our September wedding at the Hemingway house. The fans were an after thought and boy were we glad we rented them, as it was HOT. The tables and lights were a hit and the team did a great job.
