    Great rentals!

    Event Rents was wonderful to work with from start to finish! Their staff was so friendly, helpful, and thorough, making the entire process of selecting our rentals a truly fun and enjoyable experience. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating with all the changes we had to make along the way, which made a huge difference during the busy planning process.
    The quality of their linens and tablescape items are outstanding — everything looked beautiful and added such a special touch to our wedding reception. The dropoff and pickup of the rentals was a seamless process as well. Event Rents truly helped bring our vision to life, and we’re so grateful for their professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

    Best Rental Company! 5 Stars!

    We used Event Rents for our wedding. Everything they provided was in great condition and looked amazing! We rented their Edison tables and they really made the whole look of our dining area. The staff in both the office at Event Rents and onsite the day of our wedding were such a pleasure to work with! Amazing customer service!

    Great options!

    Great experience!

    We had to use Event Rents as a venue requirement, but I would use them again for future events! They let us come to their showroom to see various linen colors and combinations to see what looked best in different lighting. They also provided a beautiful dance floor.

    Best Rental Company!

    I rented from Event Rents in Denver and it was such an easy and fun process. I was worried I would had a hard time deciding what I wanted but I was able to go visit their warehouse and the entire process took maybe an hour? It was super organized and I was able to see multiple settings which made it easy for me to make decisions. They really just let you go and play around! There were no issues with set up or delivery and everyone is still raving about the decor at my wedding. It all came together beautifully!

    Great service!

    We used Event Rents for a tent and tables/chairs/chargers/glassware. The rental associate helped us to bring our vision to life! We got a peek into the warehouse and we’re blown away by how organized and clean the inventory is kept. The tent set up and rental delivery was so smooth and easy for us and we were impressed by how everything was packaged (every chair had cover, chargers were tightly packed with bubble wrap, etc). We did have an issue with the lighting in the tent when we tested it at night, and they were so accommodating to come and fix it the morning of our wedding! I appreciate everyone we worked with at Event Rents so much!!

    Seamless and High Quality

    We chose Event Rents for our rentals because it was a required vendor for our venue (Spruce Mountain Ranch). Because of this, we knew that they would be trustworthy, reliable, and high quality. We scheduled an appointment to come to the show room to pick out our rentals. They have a large showroom with every possible rental item and color to see. We started in our own separate room to pick our tablecloth. Once you pick your material, then you can pick your color. They are very upfront about the pricing and showing you the next steps up or down. They have a sample table and place everything that you end up choosing on the table to help you pick what you like best and see your vision. Next was the napkin color. They have drawers full of plates and silverware to choose from. They have lots of shelves to choose your water goblets. They also show you a few different napkin folding styles (who knew that was such a small detail that you have to make a decision for!) We worked with Ashtyn this day and she was helpful and friendly in answering our questions. She put together our quote for us and emailed us. Luckily, they work super close with Rocky Mountain Catering (our caterer) so our event manager for RMC had access to and could change our quote/order for us to make things a lot easier. When we had questions about our order or wanted to change something, we emailed and Mike responded quickly to our questions over email and calling. Know that there are a few things that you don’t plan for when you budget for your rentals. Not only do you have to have enough linens for your guest tables (and make sure you have the right size of the tables at the venue) but also for your catering tables, DJ table, and cocktail tables (luckily the caterer knows these table sizes and how many there are/need to be). If you want your cocktail tables to have a pop of color and be cinched, then you need to order chair sashes. We loved the natural chairs at our venue so we didn’t need to order chair covers or chair sashes. The damage waiver is an extra added cost. It is one of those things were you are kind of forced into, because you don’t know if spilling some candle wax on the tablecloth will have you paying more than the damage waiver itself, and it’s just safer to pay it up front and cover yourself from any problems. The same goes for delivery and pickup. You are able to pick it up yourself, but know that it is quite a lot of items, many of them breakable, and what happens when the items are dirty at the end of the night. Therefore it saves a lot of headache when you don’t have to even touch the rentals as they are seamlessly delivered and picked up for you. They have a nice online sign and pay system making it easy to pay, however it wasn’t working for me for some reason, so they were able to process my payment over the phone for me, which was helpful. Overall, there are loads and loads of choices and budget to play with here. I would recommend them for a seamless, high quality rental experience.

    Easy Company to Work With!

    We really appreciate all of the help received from Event Rents! A week prior to our wedding, we were required to find a new venue. The old venue didn't need linens, but the new did. They were quick to help us out and provided all the linens needed. It was great! Thank you again!

    As a planner, I’ve worked with event rents for the last 7 years. So when it was time for my wedding day, I knew exactly who to call. They are SO reliable, on time, everything with the order is always accurate, they are easy to work with, have a huge team to back them that are friendly and responsive (especially Mike, Maria or anyone you get) and have high quality items. My wedding venue was in the middle of nowhere and they came out for a site tour to ensure that everything ran smoothly. HIGHLY recommend!!     Great rental company

    Event rents is super professional, has tons of options and is so easy to work with. They will drop everything off, pick it up, and set up certain items (like chandeliers). They were great to work with and made the day stress free and easy.

    Lovely Linens

    Incredibly flexible letting us pay over the phone and send people to help us with pickup. I looked everywhere to find something I loved as much as their floral napkins and I couldn’t; the perfect touch.

    I mostly worked with Event Rents through Epicurean, my caterer. However, they were so efficient and seamless that I had absolutely zero issues. They have a storeroom that has everything they rent and I highly recommend going there to look at all the linens etc. They will even set a little table for you so you can truly visualize your choices. I highly recommend them due to the options available and the fact that they were absolutely invisible the day of, everything was just there.

    Our caterer (Tony Rosacci's) helped coordinate our rentals for our wedding through Event Rents. She met us at the design studio and assisted us in picking out the items that would best fit our theme. All of the items from ER were of a great quality and really helped create a magical atmosphere on our big day. We had no problems whatsoever, and everything ran very smooth on the big day.

    Event rents provided amazing chairs, table cloths, and dishes for my wedding. All of my guests kept talking about how amazing the table cloths were. They were extremely flexible and even came a day early to help me set up so I could see the final look before my guests arrived the next day. Wonderful staff!

    Mike Wheeler of Event Rents was an excellent help in planning our wedding! He was extremely patient with emailing back and forth. We live out-of-state and were able to visit the beautiful showroom during one of our visits! We got to few their products and make decisions on what dinner wear and glass wear we were using!

    They have the highest quality of dishes and glasses. We were very pleased! They delivered everything on time and it all added so much personalization to our wedding! Their prices are reasonable and you can customize any event to your needs with their wide selections!

    We rented out chair covers, sashes and 3 different colored tablecloths from Event Rents. They all looked in good condition and clean. They set them all up right and did it in the time frame that we gave them. We were very happy with everything from them and would use them again!

    You cannot go wrong with Event Rents! They have something for everyone... they even had bright orange linens for our wedding! They were prompt, everything was set up, and to our knowledge everything was cleaned up properly. They really were extremely easy to work with and we would definitely recommend them.

    They were really great and helped provide everything we needed. I needed a tent at the last minute and literally called them the day before and they were able to provide it (after some frantic faxing!), they really did an outstanding job!! the decor looked great, although it was a little pricey, but definitely worth it!!

    Made wedding planning easy (or at least less difficult!)

    We rented from Event Rents Vail/Aspen for our June 2022 wedding in Carbondale. I visited their warehouse in Englewood in December to pick out what I wanted for our reception space — tables, chairs, linens, plates, utensils, glasses, etc. I was pleased with the selection and was able to make all of the rental decisions with my planners right there in the warehouse, in under an hour. Given how long so many wedding vendor decisions take, this was a relief!

    I opted for the farmhouse tables, wooden cross-backed chairs, no chargers ("like setting money on fire," my planner said — and I agree), blue goblets, blue velvet napkins, and gold cutlery. It all came together beautifully and I don't think I would've made those selections if not for the ability to go in person and see it all come together.

    The Event Rents delivery truck arrived and got right to work the day before my wedding, and everything was great! The only thing is we ended up with 6-inch and 8-inch plates (dessert and salad plates basically) instead of 8-inch and 10-inch plates (salad and entree plates). It was an error and oversight on mine and my planners' parts, but I feel like Event Rents should have caught that and questioned it. Anyway, it all worked out and I was very pleased with the quality, price and service we received.

    Event Rents provided the perfect finishing touch to our decor

    Event Rents gave us the perfect finishing touches to the decor at our wedding reception dining tables! We ordered royal blue table runners and linen napkins to add a touch of our wedding colors at each place setting, which turned out beautifully. I would like to give a special shoutout to Mike Wheeler! Mike was amazing to work with - he was always attentive, responsive, and personable, and made sure we were happy with the items we ordered. We were also pleased that the day after our wedding, Event Rents picked up our rentals from our venue for no additional charge due to an event they had at our venue the following day! Use Event Rents for your event and you will have just as special an experience!

    Event Rents –
    We utilized Event Rents for our table and place settings for our wedding at Villa Parker. They had a wide selection and their studio in Centennial was great because we could actually visually test out options to see what we wanted. They worked with us to ensure we stayed within budget and were helpful in explaining delivery and logistics of the items ordered. They delivered very early the day of the wedding so we did not need to stress about that. The one cautionary thing we will say is that we gave our final guest count and there are really things you don’t think about; had we not had the support of our wedding planner at Villa we would have likely ended up with more quantities of certain things we didn’t need. Our wedding planner saved us nearly $200 the week of the wedding cutting down our list of quantities/needs. So make sure you review your numbers carefully; and include vendors when thinking about things like plates/glasses/silverware/napkins. Overall a good experience; simple and not stressful. We enjoyed our experience with Event Rents and appreciate their service.

    They have everything you could possibly need and they deliver and pick up. They were willing to work with us bringing our own vintage cake plates and forks. We discovered we were missing our special "I Do" fork and they found it - that showed us that they went above and beyond the call of duty!

    We are so glad that we used Event Rents for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding last month. They had a HUGE variety of products and a fun, hands-on showroom where you can put a sample table together. We worked with Leah, and she was extremely helpful, diligent, and quick to reply to all communication. I even mentioned a deal that I had found with another company, and Event Rents was willing to match it. Another great thing about Event Rents is their flexibility with delivery times. Our rehearsal dinner was on a Thursday, but we were able to hang onto the rentals until Sunday. It was actually nice to have a few extra tables and chairs around with so many relatives popping in and out of the house. Because of Event Rents, we were able to create the perfect ambiance for both events. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    Event Rents staff was easy to work with- they were flexible and easy to get in touch with. They helped us answer questions regarding best deals for flatware and tableware, and gave us an idea of linen trends and what may look good in our venue.

    I'm so glad we worked with Event Rents instead of one of the larger party rental companies in the Denver Metro area. Their prices are very competitive, their website is easy to navigate, and they have a great selection of rental items. They came out to the reception site beforehand to make sure the tent would fit perfectly, all of the items we received were in great condition, and they set up and tore down quickly without damaging the lawn or disturbing the neighbors. Best of all they made sure we didn't pay for any extras that we didn't need and they were very flexible with our setup and tear down times. Highly recommended :)

    They were reasonably priced from what we could find, and everything went smoothly. They allowed changes until 24 hours in advance, which allowed us quite a bit of flexibility, and they have a physical showroom where you can come look at all of their rental items, which is nice.

    Event Rents was great to work with. My venue required them, but it turned out great! Although I ended up purchasing my linens (as they were cheaper to rent since I was getting basic ivory), I rented plates, silverware and cocktail tables from them. I visited their showroom a couple of times to try out a few combinations and they were super friendly and helpful. Ordering was easy. I would recommend them to others.

    I did not have a lot of contact with Event Rents while planning my wedding, but that's because they were very efficient and easy to work with! We were very happy with everything we received from them and did not have any issues with quality. The driver got lost finding our wedding location (it was a private home), but still made it on time. I would use them again!

    Event rents was great! All of our rentals were beautiful and showed up on time. The only thing I would say is it seemed super pricey for what we got. Easy to get ahold of and very responsive staff.

    We used Event Rents through our caterer. I worked with Natalia and she was extremely helpful. I was even able to go into their showroom and "create" a mock table with dishes, tableclothes, chairs, napkins, etc. to actually see what I was getting before I ordered it, which was amazing. I would definitely recommend this company!

    Good Value, but selection is just okay

    They are adequate. They have your basic rentals for a wedding at good prices. I personally think their table linens and napkins were lacking. They seem to have a lot, but a lot of what they have isn’t very nice or the color is off. We made it work, but I would have preferred something other than what they had available, but it ultimately wasn’t worth the money to ship something from a linen company to us. Also, they brought the wrong colored table runners the day-of, but they refunded us for this error. Also, we didn’t get chargers because a lot of their options were plastic or didn’t look good with our plates.

    Rented products were good

    We rented 2 fire pits (and our venue rented all the ceremony seating from this company). The products were as expected. The cost was slightly higher than expected. Our recommendations to this vendor would be to update the items on the website, with availability and pricing. In addition, during the day of the wedding, I was called by the delivery person who was unsure of where to take the chairs. I think they should have contacted the venue (as it's a hotel, they could have even asked the front desk or concierge) before asking me to meet them and take care of chairs. Luckily, someone else stepped in, but it would have been nice if they would have taken care of it since they work with our site often.

    Would Recommend to Anyone

    Although our table cloths came a bit stained and we had a glass that was chipped, our entire setup was absolutely beautiful. I got so many compliments on the dinnerware and table linens. Event Rents was extremely flexible about drop off/pickup times and their delivery guys were awesome to work with. We ended chatting with them the entire time-- very friendly. The rental was fairly expensive for what we got but I would recommend their services to anyone.

    We used Event Rents for our wedding and they were very nice to work with. They have a large linen selection in any color you can imagine. We went to their showroom to pick out our linens and china and I wish they would have had a book with pictures of table ideas, etc. I had no idea what I wanted so seeing some ideas would have helped. Also, make sure you know who you're supposed to rent what from, we had a mix up between event rents and our venue. Other than that, they are reasonably priced so I would definitely recommend them.

    The selection was great and the prices were wonderful. Plus they have discounts for DU students, staff, faculty, alum, etc.

    This review is being written by the mother of the bride.

    Event Rents was the required rental vendor for the venue we selected. We visited the rental office and were able to look at all of the various alternatives for glassware, table cloths, and other items. They did a great job of answering questions and we liked the products that were available.

    However, on the day of the event they did not show on time, as apparently they do not deliver on Memorial Day (the day of the wedding). The order was placed through the caterer, and I confirmed the order personally a couple of weeks before the event, because I had decided to add some items to the order, so while I had them on the phone I confirmed everything.

    Needless to say, it was very distressing when they didn't show - no wedding arch, no tablecloths, no cocktail tables. I'm not sure where the breakdown occurred, but to their credit, they sprang into action and got the items (except for the arch) delivered 30 minutes before the ceremony began. Everyone worked feverishly and got everything set up, and the bride did not know anything had happened until we told her the next day. And they made a financial adjustment to the contract to compensate.

    It's hard to score a vendor who did a great job but missed their delivery time, and then worked very hard to make it right.

    I've been told my several people that the miss was very unusual, and I think they are probably a solid company that fumbled, and did their best to make it right. So my advice to you is, VERIFY your dates.

    Hard to get ahold of.

    Difficult to get a phone call back. Was told I’d get a catalog and was never sent one. Had to call back. Expensive.

    Great variety of selection and even had what we needed for the rustic chic look we went with! knocked off a few stars because 2 hours before the wedding my event coordinator realized they forgot half of the linens and then asked if someone could come to pick them up from THEM! In the end they re-delivered what was missing and everything worked out but they should have offered to rush over the missing items right away!

    Their prices are higher than most but they were able to match rental prices. I was a little discouraged that they wouldnt match the delivery fee which was $50 more than anyone else. They were quick to respond to emails and calls. The delivery was quick and painless. I didnt even realize they picked up the rentals the next day. The tables were dirty. I might or might not use them again, only if I was in a pinch.

    This one is very hard to rate. The price was good, the delivery driver was nice and apologetic, but that was all. They were an hour and a half late and I had to call them to see where our tables and chairs were. We had to change our venue at the last possible second and they were fine with that but didn't let me know that there was going to be a change in the price, they just charged my card 3 days after the wedding. All in all, it was not a good experience and I don't think I will use them again.

    im not sure how i feel about this. we went here to book for our wedding and we didnt feel as a priority. We made an appointment months in advanced. I didnt feel the true passion from our rep.

    Beware and stay away from this Business. My wife and I used their services for our wedding. We rented chairs, table clothes, plates, silverware, and other eating/table supplies from them. On the day of the wedding, event rents told us they had to run back to the warehouse because they "forgot 15 chargers". We were busy with our wedding and thought nothing about it, we just let them do what we hired them to do. A few weeks after the wedding, we got a notice saying we were missing some forks, knives, and spoons, and... 15 chargers! Weird. So we called to inquire about a possible mistake and the manager said his inventory was fine. Seems pretty fishy to me. My wife and I both feel as if we're being jerked around by this company. It's very odd how we are missing 15 chargers that we're forgotten at the warehouse in the first place. It also seems weird how we were supposedly missing 11 forks, 10 knives, and 11 spoons, when event rents staff collected all silverware and plates from the tables. Attempts to work with event rents has failed and almost $1,000 has been charged to our bank account for what seems to be their mistake. I highly recommend going with another company, or you may end up being charged a good deal of money for a mistake you didn't cause.
