    I used event rental for chairs at my outdoor wedding. Their chair pricing is very competitive and they were so easy to work with. Yvette would respond to my emails quickly and everything was booked online. The chair set up looked perfect and the take down portion was seamless. I highly recommend event rental for your chairs.

    Event Rentals provided all of our tables, hi-boys, and dance floor. Because we hired Caroline Parrone's day-of coordination at Stella Plantation, she took care of all the interaction with Event Rentals. Overall, we were very happy with the dance floor and all the tables provided.

    I've worked with Jeanne on several events and she never fails me. They did a great job! From hanging festoon lighting, tables, chairs, linens, and lighting. Very timely, professional, and really worked with me to make this event the best it could be. They really go above and beyond!

    Jonathan at Your Event Delivered was a pleasure to work with, very professional and helpful! He was accomodating in adjusting our contract a few times with minor changes, and was able to add on some last minute items that came up as the wedding day neared. They are great to work with!

    We rented candlesticks from this company, and they were great to work with. We chose to pick them up at their site in Gretna to save money. Everything was timely and professional. I worked closely with one of their designers to get the design that I was hoping for and it turned out perfectly. Overall, they were wonderful and affordable!!

    This was a last minute decision because my venue had no selection and I had forgotten about this detail until my wedding planner reminded me. They have a great selection, I was able to get what I wanted to make the room look special and not generic. Their website is great too, you can get an idea of pricing before you commit.

    Kevyn is absolutely fantastic! She's very responsive and helps a bride on a budget get what she wants without breaking the bank. She was also able to get her crew out to Jackson Park the week before Mardi Gras(a VERY crowded situation) to do chairs for my ceremony very inexpensively. Linen was beautiful! They really set a high standard, as other rental agencies couldn't or wouldn't be bothered with doing a wedding for 40 people(Fleur de Lis rentals cancelled on me less than 2 weeks prior to the wedding)THANK YOU a thousand times over!

    I rented beautiful gold candelabras for my center pieces and they were beautiful and delivered on time. Response time was quick whenever I emailed. Thanks!

    Responsive customer service, great products and helpful staff. They are a bit expensive if you are doing anything outside of business hours. Their after hours fee is large. However, they are the most flexible in the NOLA area with the most selection.

    The linens I picked out weren't the ones at the wedding on the tables. Otherwise Tiffany and the team worked very hard to make my day special

    It took several months to get anyone to call me back for my rentals, and by that point I had gotten my wonderful wedding planner (Plan B) involved who got me set up with her contact. Her contact was pretty responsive and flexible with regard to certain things, so I hold no fault to her, but on the day of the event they had inventory issues with draping. At least they gave a refund. Not the greatest experience, although they seem to be the biggest source in town for rentals.

    Overall the price is good for what you get. But the guys who dropped the furniture off were less than helpful moving them to where they needed to be. They also did not pick up when they said they would pick up, so we waited around for them all of Monday only to get a phone call at 6pm saying that they were not coming. We had to leave the property by Monday night, so we told them that we were going to leave the rental stuff out and they could get it, but we were not liable because the contract said they would come get it Monday. After some hassle on the phone, they agreed to that and picked it up on their own. Besides that, they were on time and everything was as expected. They are not the cheapest for all rentals, but for chairs/tables and some other things they are pretty good.

    I spent nearly $6k for my wedding rentals from YourEventDeliivered. Their delivery services and workers were AMAZING. They did everything perfectly for such a large job. But the responsiveness from the offices, especially considering the amount of money I spent, was neither prompt nor appreciative. I was constantly worried that they'd cancel my order because I had to get pushy and cranky to get a response. They forgot a couple tablecloths (delivered the next day) and a microphone that I paid for, and the bubble-blower which I imagined would be pretty awesome, only half of it worked, and that broke after about 20 minutes. They have a great selection, so I'm torn. The headache probably wasn't worth it if you can find somebody better who can supply all of the stuff you need.

    We used Event Rental for our wedding band's stage and the cake stand. The cake stand was somehow delivered but the band's stage wasn't delivered because they were across town on another job and were not going to make it to our venue in time. It honestly did not impact the night at all and it was kinda fun to be right in front of the band but I am glad we didn't rent anything that was critical to the day from them. They did refund us the money for the stage.

    This company has some really great items for rent, but I had A LOT of trouble getting things correct...errors were made over and over and I was told things and promised things that did not come through...they tried to make up for it, but when you get your hopes set on something it sucks when it doesn't happen.

    Event Rental has not been a pleasant vendor to work with. They make you feel as though you are bothering them when you try to make an appointment to discuss decor. They tout that they help create your vision, but they don't. Everything is seemingly reasonably priced, but then they hit you with every kind of upcharge possible. The chairs are not well maintained.

    Terrible experience. I went for a walk thru of the venue explaining where the tent should be set up, and in the end they set up the tent in the wrong place. Then I was not able to get in touch with them the day of the venue to move the tent. Overall the responsiveness throughout the process was a struggle, and I should have trusted my gut to change vendors once I got a glimpse of their M.O.

    Do not expect this vendor to deliver the items reserved. Three days before my daughters wedding I was told that the chairs and lighting I had place a deposit on were not available. Champagne flutes delivered instead of wine glasses. The office is closed on weekends so problems can not be resolved. They simply do not care.
