I hired them to do the decorations for a wedding reception. Whatever I asked them to do, they responded very quickly and did so without any hesitation. They made the location look extremely elegant and special! Everyone was wowed with how the placed looked! They were also able to make a needed last minute addition, and they accommodated swiftly!

I hired the team to drape my wedding venue, they did an exception job. While setting up day of, the people I hired for my stage backdrop had a major accident and my backdrop fell and shattered 3 hours before my wedding. From the time that we inquired with Adrian at XL until the day of the wedding, we were extremely impressed with this vendor. Adrian was responsive throughout the planning process and extremely knowledgeable about the lighting requests we had. On the day of the wedding, the coordinator spent extra time to let us pick the exact color we wanted for the uplights and also have input on the spread of the gobos. This went above and beyond what we expected. We were able to create the exact ambiance we dreamed of because of how well they worked with us. XL Entertainment is awesome.Adrian was really quick to respond over SMS and delivered exactly what we asked for on our wedding day.
We were able to save $5 dollars a chair vs what our venue was asking for which was really great and the timing wasn’t all too late for them considering it was about 3-4 months out.
They were really detailed in all the decor we had sent them pictures of and they worked well with our flower vendor when certain decor needed it. Cleaning up was also very simple for them. Although I couldn't remember the night at the end, they were right on time to tear down and clean up because I was still dancing on the floor we rented from them!

XL came to the rescue...TWICE in one week/weekend!
Adrian and his team at XL came in to save the day at an event that needed lighting last minute. He quickly provided pricing, and was honest about what he could and could not make happen. Ultimately, it worked out and the day of they were quick and flexible with some of the chaos that took place with the "hurricane weekend." That same weekend, we had a pre-contracted event that had to postpone and just as before, he was quick to answer/respond and sought to help find ways to ensure the couple could have the best of what they could provide on such a short notice. They are kind, hardworking and it's evident that they have a passion for this industry! Looking forward to crossing paths again soon!

Adrian was so easy to work with / reach. I had quite a few revisions to make (dimensions, number of chairs) & add-ons (initially, it was just drapes but then added on uplighting and chairs), and he was so responsive, helpful, and understanding. The week or two before, he gave me a call to verify the information we discussed and reassured me that he will make it happen; he said he'd take care of it and make sure it looks as nice as possible. The tone of his voice was so reassuring and he delivered. I loved the drapes (they really do change the room) and how he pinned them.
He provides a great service at a great price & offers so much so you can book 1 vendor for so many things!

Stunning and elegant!
Wow! Wow! Wow!!!! I didn’t even know this existed…I was interested in drapery behind the sweetheart table. One company said they could provide but wasn’t floor to ceiling. I called XL Entertainment and he said that was not a problem and suggested I do the entire room…. Sent me pictures and I said yes instantly. We had blue up lights and the entire room draped floor to ceiling…. It was stunning… it took my breath away and added the elegance I wanted for the start….

Adrian from the very beginning responded immediately to our inquiry. He was attentive, reliable and detailed in working with us to make our rustic-chic wedding come to life! Leading up to the big day Adrian made sure everything was ready to go, even came to the property to preview the site so that no issues would come up later. On the day before the big day his crew arrived and began setting up. They were super professional and courteous and work extremely quick and proficient!! Even the next day when they came to break everything down they pitched in to help us clean up as well. XL Entertainment completed transformed our wedding venue and made it so beautiful!
We hired this vendor for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. The services we selected were draping, uplighting, chiavarri chairs, dance floor, farmhouse table rentals, and a lighting technician. We’re so happy with the work they did and highly recommend them for your party. We received so many compliments on the venue, especially from those who saw the before and after transformation. I wish we had pictures to upload to this review but we haven’t gotten them back from our photographer yet. Adrian was extremely professional and helpful, their customer service is exemplary! Highly, highly, highly recommend!

My wedding would have not looked the same without the drapes, light and white dance floor. It made such a HUGE difference. Best thing you can do for the wedding. Adrian and his team were incredible! They provided the lighting, draping, chairs, stage, and dance floor for our wedding in DTLA and everything came out beautifully and exactly as promised. Beautiful Decorations!!
Working with Adrian and his team was such a pleasure. XL Entertainment decorated our wedding venue in October 2021. We draped the entire ballroom which was not a small task to complete. They also provided uplighting and the alter tapestry. Everything turned out so beautiful, that even the venue coordinator mentioned that he's never seen it done so well! Don’t skip on the lights for your big day!
XL entertainment did an amazing job with the lighting decor for my outdoor wedding. The initial process from start to finish was quick and easy, Adrian is very responsive. They absolutely nailed the style and design we requested. It was even more beautiful in person than I could have imagined from the photos. The lights really set the mood and ambiance for the evening, and made the venue feel much more elevated and elegant. Thank you!

Adrian was extremely responsive the entire time. They were on time for set up and pick up. I really wish I hired them for table rentals as well since the other vendor (Ooh La La) arrived 4 hours late. Very professional and offered the sharpest pricing. Highly recommend. Lights, Drapery, Dance!
Adrian was so awesome to work with! From the very beginning with the inquiry, he was quick to respond - and he was as such all the way to the wedding, quickly responding and accomodating to all my questions, additions and changes. This was my first go around to throw a wedding for my daughter. Adrian was so helpful, insightful and helped us bring our vision to life. He met us at the venue, he got there first. It was a blank slate for an outdoor wedding at the groom's family residence in La Cresta, Murrieta. I loved Adrian's confidence and wedding design knowledge to help me make my daughter's day "My daughter's DAY!" I left that meeting completely trusting in Adrian and feeling good about my daughter's wedding day - I missed the set up date, but I was there for the pick up. He and his team came at the estimated time. We just sat back and he and his team drove in, packed up the next thing we know, he's driving by waving goodbye. I did stop him as I had to personally thank him for everything! Adrian is so professional, so helpful, super easy to work with. Must Hire For Your Wedding!!
We hired XL Entertainment for our daughter’s wedding on September 3, 2021. I cannot say enough about how amazing everything turned out. My wife and I had a vision for how we wanted the venue to look. Our vision required a large amount of drapery to soften the rustic appearance of the beautiful outdoor vineyard setting. Adrian listened to our vision and he nailed it!! He even exceeded our expectations by making suggestions to place and beautiful bride and groom canopy with chandelier, and create amazing diamond shaped background draperies in the dance hall and photo area that blended flawlessly with the surrounding ambience. The result was nothing short of spectacular!! Adrian and his crew are extremely talented at what they do. The setup was on spot and on time. My wife and I were truly blown away and we are forever thankful for the part that XL Entertainment played in making our daughter’s wedding a dream. Thank you again, XL Entertainment! Well done!!

Very responsive which is great when there can be so many questions going back and forth. When I had questions regarding last minute stage covering, he was honest and forthcoming. Unfortunately that additional cost was out of our budget, but he gave a cheap DIY alternative and gave an honest opinion that the stage was probably better off without anything in our case. He didn’t try to upsell me, so I appreciate it. And he was right, didn’t even notice any issue with the stage without the covering on our wedding day.

Adrian and his team are FABULOUS!!! They did draping, up lighting and installed a white dance floor with a gold monogram for our wedding. Our venue looked perfect and was everything I imagined. Twinkle Lights were a dream!
Adrian from XL Entertainment was wonderful to work with! He met us at our venue and walked us through the options we had for lighting. He guided us through what would look good and made some great suggestions! He also provided chivalri chairs at a cheaper price than our venue.
We had no issues with rescheduling due to COVID and he even offered some minimony packages for those who needed it.

I am a wedding planner and I first worked with Adrian last year. XL Entertainment was incredibly efficient, on time and set up everything the way we envisioned. I had the pleasure of working with them again a couple months ago at the Hilton in Santa Monica and they arrived early, double checked the layout with me and did a beautiful job with the pipe and drape. The WOW factor for that special event
XL Entertainment are truely hands down the best lighting and drapery specialist around. XL Entertainment provided my daughter with the very best draping and decor looks. The final touches Adrian and his team provided added an additional level of class and elegance to the event. Adrian was always responsive to my inquiries, and provided great service. When I needed to add a few last-minute touches (dance floor and chandelier) Adrian came through with flying colors. Everything was beautiful. The bride and groom were happy and I couldn't have asked for more. Couldn’t have been more please with XL entertainment. Our dance floor/ draping at the Surf and Sand Resort for our wedding turned out absolutely perfect!!! I highly recommend. They deliver the best price with amazing service! Thank you XL! I attached photos of draping and dance floor/ decal!

Working with XL Entertainment was a breeze! From the moment we first sat down to speak about what we wanted, they already knew the venue well enough to make suggestions on details we hadn't even thought about. On the day of the event, in a timely fashion, they carefully installed the drapery and lighting without disturbing the table settings or any other vendors. I would highly recommend XL Entertainment to anyone whether their event is big or small!

Made the most difference
Of all of the things that can completely transform a venue, nothing is quite like draping and lightning. XL was amazing. They transformed our reception space which was already beautiful into a fairy tale. We keep hearing over and over again how beautiful our wedding is. Most importantly, it was low stress. Which is most important when going through the very stressful wedding planning process. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Amazing vendor
They made my wedding absolutely perfect ! They went above and beyond my expectations. They answered my questions quickly and we’re very patient with me. They had worked at the Brea community Center before so they sent me pictures of what they had done. However, pictures do not do their work justice. Compared to other vendors their pricing is really good especially for the amazing customer service and great quality of work you get. From the bottom of my heart thank you! I will use and recommend your services every time.

Made my wedding vision come true
My wedding venue was not the prettiest of places. It was old and honestly hadn’t been renovated in years so I decided I wanted to drape the place to make it look more decent. I found XL entertainment on wedding wire and I am so so happy I did. They honestly brought my wedding vision come to life. They completely transformed the venue. It was better than anything I could have imagined— it was gorgeous. I couldn’t believe I was at the same venue. Adrian was the nicest gentleman and he really listened to what my vision was truly exceeded my expectations in every way.
I would recommend them to anyone and hope down the line I can work with them again.

Great communication
Adrian set up beautiful outdoor lighting for our wedding. His bistro lights and chandeliers really gave our venue a romantic feel and look.

Adrian is awesome to work with. I was looking for vendor for decor for my wedding at Pasea Hotel and Adrian not only gave me the lowest price quote vs. my other vendors for decor, lighting, and flooring but he threw in additional items for free. I would highly recommend XL Entertainment System.

Great value that works with your budget!
I would recommend Adrian and XL Entertainment Systems for drapery and back light for their wedding. Adrian was nice enough to meet with me at my wedding venue to give me a visual of how he would setup the lighting and drapery in the ballroom. Adrian was very attentive when I would email/text him and he gave reasonable prices compared to other vendors. There's a reason he has a business that does around 5 weddings per day because his business is huge and he has multiple fleets to serve his clients.

All I could say was Wow!
I didn't know what else to say but WOW. Adrian and his team at XL Entertainment Systems did an amazing job! The drapes and up lighting really transformed the space into a beautiful wedding venue and was exactly what my husband and I envisioned. Adrian was very professional and stayed in contact with us through the planning process. Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely beautiful
XL Entertainment Did such an amazing job at setting up and taking down the wall draping at my venue. The place I booked for my wedding had bare walls and what they did transformed the whole place into what felt like a whole different place. I would definitely recommend XL Entertainment to anyone having an event and will definitely be using them again in the future.
