  Brought my vision into reality!

  We hired Event Fusion for day of coordination and décor for our 2 day Indian Wedding. Suguna and her team at EF was AMAZING! Let me start off by saying the décor for my Sangeet and Wedding day was perfect and was better than I ever imagined. Throughout the planning process, Suguna listened to all our needs and concerns. When I called her 3 months before the wedding to completely change my reception layout, she quickly worked quickly to secure all the items and vendors needed. Our reception was magical and all the changes were executed beautifully!
  
  We also hired Suguna to coordinate the events on our Sangeet and Wedding day. She did a fantastic job connecting with all our vendors two weeks before the wedding to confirm details. She shared a detail schedule with us and coordinated with our DJ to ensure we all were aligned on the schedule of events. A reoccurring compliment from our guests was how smoothly both events were executed!

  Suguna coordinated our event with much grace and poise. It was seamless and immensely classy. No detail was spared to make the event a truly memorable experience. It was such a pleasure to work with Suguna, and would highly recommend her without any reservations to coordinate your event.   Very helpful!

  Suguna and Event Fusion were a life saver for me! Being able to tell her what our vision was and then being able to hand over everything the day of and just let her handle it and not have to worry was amazing. It allowed me to just enjoy my daughters wedding day.

  Far exceeded expectations!

  Event Fusion far exceeded our expectations! Decorations and setups were fantastic. Suguna was super responsive and friendly and took care of us throughout the experience. 100% would recommend for anyone doing any event at any scale!

  Above and beyond expectations

  Suguna is the best wedding planner/decorator! She was able to cater to our needs and was able to plan and execute a beautiful and smooth wedding, during COVID no less! She is very receptive to changes and your desire for the perfect wedding or event. We had a Hindu/Muslim multi-day/multi-event wedding and she was on top of every last detail! She offers great advice through her experience as a planner and decorator. She can create the perfect atmosphere you want for your event. No event is too big or too small for her. She can do it all. We had a mehndi, Muslim nikah ceremony, Brahmin Telugu Hindu ceremony, and a lavish reception. She and her team was able to flip the hall from the morning Hindu ceremony to the evening reception without a hitch! I would definitely recommend EventFusion for all your event needs in the Tulsa area.

  Efficient, Beautiful Decor

  Event Fusion did a wonderful job with decor for both our traditional American reception at a church and our Indian style wedding reception at a home. They fit the decorations to suit the different events so well! Suguna provided feedback and gave input on ideas to help me brainstorm what look I was going for. She arrived on time to help set up and take down. They are a very reliable event coordinator and I would use them again!

  Amazing Event Planner!

  Suguna is super creative and imaginative. Any idea you put forth is brought to reality 100%. She has now done several events in my family including our daughters wedding, reception and our our grand- daughters 2nd birthday. Such a big difference in scale of event. However every detail is important to her. The events have all been huge resonating successes!

  Excellent ,dependable

  I used event fusion for my son’s wedding reception.we were extremely satisfied with the experience .The decorations were beautiful especially the flower arrangements.All the people who attended the wedding reception were so impressed with all the arrangements.Suguna was very helpful worked with me all the way.gave very good suggestions.I recommended event fusion to many of my friends.
