    Huge Selection and Custom Products when needed

    I was looking for a specific pipe & drape layout, and a ceiling drape for our venue. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Jose from Event Decor Direct could help fit a custom ceiling drape design and figure out how it could be installed and removed easily.     quality products - quick shipping

    I placed my order on-line for my pipe and drape kit about a week ago. I selected free shipping option (so I was a little worried about the arrival date) but it came quicker than I expected. I set up my backdrop today. It went up quick, easy and works perfectly. Tons of products on this site, I am looking forward to adding more to my inventory. Big thanks to customer service for the advice.

    Great selection of products. I ordered the gold taffeta drapes and they met my expectations. Event Decor Direct did forget to include my linen hanger with my order, but quickly resolved the issues and expedited the missing item to me.

    I ordered a few items for my wedding and I had an overall great experience choosing Event Decor Direct . They managed to make my deadline and everything that I ordered was as beautiful as it looked on their site. The decorations were bold and stood out and I had no complications nor complaints. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a perfect wedding.

    The best Quality

    My company is Bella Vista Creation at bellavistacreation.com. The quality of the products are the best. Yes a bit higher but you get what you pay for. The quality is like non other. I always purchase my supplies through them because I know I will receive my product on time and the customer service is the best if every I have any problems. I also got my accreditation through IWED institution that first introduced me to this company.

    I couldn't have asked for better quality and service when planning my big day! The girls at Event Decor went above and beyond to make sure that everything arrived on time! I had questions on lighting the day before (I am not tech-savvy) and they walked me through the user manual and got me the exact colour I was looking for!     I am a wedding decorator in Florida and I have ordered from Event Decor Direct many times. I've always had a good experience and been happy with the products. Last time I ordered I needed my products really fast, they worked with me and got the shipment out THAT DAY!

    Great experience with this company. Purchased a backdrop kit, table skirting kit and colored LED lights. Their website said it would arrive in 1-2 weeks but i needed it sooner. When i called in Stephanie said she could make it arrive a week later and it did. No extra charge.

    Quality was very good...better than i expected actually. The only downside is that the backdrop didn't come with instructions but after a few tries i figured it out.

    Ordered some pipes, drapes and a few chandeliers. Products were exactly as pictured and delivery was relatively quick (especially considering free shipping!). One of the chandeliers got damaged during shipping and they sent a new one right away. Happy with all the products and customer service - would recommend!

    I ordered materials for my wedding last month and these guys were great and the price was right! We bumped up the date by 6 months, because we really wanted a specific venue and had to rush order everything. EDD did it with no trouble. They had specialty fabrics that worked perfectly with my theme and the customer service was outstanding. I can't wait to throw another party, so I can order from them again!

    I ordered a couple strings of gems, submersible LED lights, and a couple diamond rolls. They all came right away. I thought the service was great and the products were nice too!

    As an event designer, I have used this company less than a dozen times for items that might have been hard to find elsewhere. The last order I placed I cancelled because it was over two weeks before they contacted me to let me know the echeck did not have all the proper info. The order prior I called them after three weeks with no shipment date. I also left a review of their manzanita branches on their website (the branches were very flat, did not bend and were poorly spraypainted) only to have the review removed from the site (pretty unethical). Bottom line, if you have time to wait for not great quality products, this should work for you but if you are an event professional - there are better, less expensive options elsewhere.

    The worst Wedding Vendor we've had out of many

    Although the website makes it look like a legitimate site, when it comes to customer service it was awful. I purchased $150 worth of supplies for my Covid wedding. When I went to check out, I entered my billing address with a different shipping. A couple days later I received my supplies but at the wrong address. They had sent everything to my billing address in Massachusetts instead of my shipping address in North Carolina. That's a pretty far way to go and with covid restrictions I can't get there without quarantining. I checked my profile on their website and sure enough my "default shipping address" was NC with my "default billing address" is in MA. I called and spoke to a "manager" who refused to help me. Her advice was "ship it to the correct address yourself". When i asked for a shipping label to fix their mistake, her response was "we don't pay for returns." I also explained that I never received an email confirmation so it looked like there might be something wrong with their system. The prices maybe goodish during a holiday but pray there isn't a problem because THEY WON'T HELP YOU and they definitely don't care about the hardship covid has had on any couple trying to make it happen. Ultimately, it's not worth buying from this store spend the little bit of extra cash and buy it somewhere else. Like anywhere else. I've purchased things from all over the knot, etsy vendors, tablecloth factory, amazon, efavormart and there hasn't been any issues at all, until this place.

    Disgusted with this company!

    Still waiting, since September! Three out of four string lights did not work,One was wrong color!
    I have called numerous times! Took six weeks to receive order, they never sent labels to ship back twice! So told them they could replace lights, said 5-10 days! Three weeks still haven’t got them! I am calling The Better Business Bureau! This is ridiculous! Never Never order from them again!

    Do not buy from this company!

    I ordered the GSM# : 48 Size:  40 Foot Long X 10 Foot Wide ( 1219cm Long x 300cm Wide) Sheer Voile Draping fabric.

    This is what was stated on this specific item on their website "We are proud to offer our signature sheer voile draping fabric by Eastern Mills now in Fire Retardant by the piece with a large 4" rod pockets on each end.   The sheer features natural edges and is the same super-premium quality used in our backdrops and ceiling draping. For best appearance when using as drape, we recommend using 4 or more pieces of 10ft wide sheer for every 10 feet of pipe."

    What I received in the mail was NOT as advertised "sheer features natural edges and is the same super-premium quality used in our backdrops and ceiling draping" they had holes on the ends, the edges were damaged and there were damaged fabric strings coming off edges. I called customer services, who said that based on where the drapes are cut, some costumers may receive damaged drapes, based on where it is cut. I received a damaged and defective product, not as advertised, and they still wanted me to pay them and Re-order it at my own expense, and hope that next time I would not get a defective product! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

    As mentioned in my email to you, this is the natural edge that you will find on all sheer voile fabrics. It is done by the weaving machine during manufacturing. This is definitely the natural edge. We offer different styles of edging online for those who chose not to have the natural edge. In your case, we have decided that we will refund you in full for the product. In future, please be sure to purchase fabric with one of the finished edge choices available to our customers.

    I ordered 5 pipe and drape kits for a wedding I was contracted to decorate. Two of my workers installed it and placed sandbags on the posts and within less than 30 minuted the entire gazebo fell. My workers reinstalled it thinking they were to blame for its failur to thrive, but it fell again. They attempted to reinstall again with no success as they noticed the poles were bent and the end caps were in disarray and unreparable. Guests as well as the bride and groom and their families were present and witnessed the entire fiasco. I made the purchase from Event Decor Direct as they stated they guaranteed their products and that they would replace anything that was broken or defective but they did not. As there was no follow-up I spoke with them again today, specifically Danielle Tabino, and I was told that we should not have used any of their products outdoors and that it was our fault that several pieces if the gazebo fell, became warped and unusable..wear and tear" alhough this was our first time using it. So for all of you who plan to buy backdrops and Gazebo's or any other products from Event Decor Direct do not believe them when they say they "guarantee" their products and "will do anything in their power to satisfy the customer because it is not true. They told me I had to REPURCHASE all of the broken pieces and as a courtesy would give me a discount which only covered tax! I will never trust them again. Be Leary of people who "guarantee" and in the same breath "deflect fault." I hope everyone who plans to order products from this company reads this review and proceeds with CAUTION...especially if they plan to spend thousands of dollars like I did. I can't explain the agony I felt when I was unable to provide my client "bride and groom" with the service they had paid for. My staff and I were utterly humiliated and embarrassed by the performance of the product that Event Decor Direct claimed to be "heavy duty." POOR PRODUCT PERFORMANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    I'm an event decorator and this was my first time ordering from this company but I will never do business with them again. I ordered a 2 panel backdrop when I received it there were a lot of dents and scuffs on all the pipes but because I needed it for an event that was very soon I had to use it. So I didn't use the backdrop again until about month or so later and then I'm trying to assemble it and there is a problem with the center extending pipe that it would not stay at the height I need with the 2 side ones. I finally shoved a folded piece of cardboard to jam it to stay at that height. I finally call the company and they say they can't replace or repair it so the only thing to do they say is for me to purchase a new pipe for about $70 Then I ask can you at least offer me a discount and they say no they can not.

    I gave this company the benefit of the doubt (yes, even after reading these horrible reviews) and sure enough I had a horrible experience. I ordered a candelabra with this company and crossed my fingers that it would be worth the money. The centerpiece cost me over $100 and was delivered with dents, scratches, and the base was so uneven, that it wouldn't stand up straight.

    When I called to complain they had me send pictures of the damage product before they could agree to any return. After sending pictures, they had the nerve to offer me 10 percent discount and asked me if I could try to bend out some of the dents myself. Really???? Was this a joke??

    They told me that they would consult with their warehouse manager and make sure that the replacement would be packaged properly. When I received my replacement, it was even worse than the original. I called immediately and they told me they would schedule a pick up. They have yet to pick it up and I have yet to see the money in my account.

    worst company i have ever dealt with....order one roll of diamond roll and had not shipped for two weeks before attempting to cancel the order....I've been charged already which most companies never do until the item actually ships....hopefully i can get my money back....

    I'm an event planner and order from many online vendors and this is the worst.

    Terrible service. Placed an order almost a month ago, still waiting for it. The company keeps promising to ship it but after two phone calls, I've been unable to reach them. Wonder if I can at least get my money back. Hope no one finds themselves in the same position.
