Eva was both professional and relational - I can't say enough about how much of a joy it was to have her be a part of our day in this capacity. Her work is phenomenal - she gave me exactly what I was looking for in both hair and makeup and I felt fully like myself but with a little magical touch. She has a warm, peaceful, yet fun vibe about her that makes her presence so welcome and enjoyable. She made me feel relaxed and prepared on my wedding day. From the planning process to the day of my wedding she was there every step of the way going above and beyond. She pays so much attention to detail while maintaining a frame of reference for bringing your whole vision to life...and she's "just" your hair/makeup artist! I'm so grateful and I can't recommend her more highly! Book this amazing woman! -

I have never felt more beautiful than I was on my wedding day!
I had an absolutely incredible experience with having Eva Marie do my hair and makeup for my wedding 5/24/2024. She was incredibly sweet and flexible the day of (even tolerated my mom's many changes she kept asking for related to her hair/makeup), and brought a very calm kind energy to the room. It felt like having my hair and makeup done by a friend :) She was super open to my thoughts of hair and makeup changes to the trial we had done months earlier, and absolutely nailed the most perfect, romantic hair and makeup I was hoping for. I HIGHLY recommend hiring her as your wedding MUA. Her prices are very reasonable, she is a pleasure to work with, and immensely professional. -

EvaMarie did my hair and makeup for my engagement shoot and for my wedding and she is incredible! She really listens to what you want and if, like me, you were unsure of how you wanted your make-up done, she will walk you through a series of questions to find your “style.” This is also an incredible asset if you’re having older relatives get their make-up done like parents or grandparents who aren’t going to be scrolling through Instagram or Tiktok for inspiration. She’ll make sure everyone feels like movie stars but still looks very much like themselves. She also did an amazing job making me feel relaxed. As soon as I sat down in her chair, she helped me let everything else go and just enjoy the moment.
Both EvaMarie and one of her regular partners, StaciLyn Beauty, moved through 18 services in ~7 hours on my wedding day and they stayed completely on time. Everyone was beautiful, had a chance for touch-ups, and were photo ready exactly when needed. My family mostly includes long, thick, curly hair and they still managed to stay on time and treat all of our curls with the love and respect they deserve! I had a low bun style and my hair stayed in and secure throughout the entire day and night despite the June heat/humidity and having an entirely outdoor wedding (ceremony + reception)! She often uses more conditioning products than hair sprays for curly girls and that helps your hair look and feel just as nice the next couple of days! If you’re a curly girl and struggling to find someone who understands your hair needs, definitely talk to EvaMarie! -

I honestly cannot recommend EvaMarie and her team enough. As someone who has never been happy getting my makeup done, I was so resistant to hiring a hair and makeup team for my wedding—but decided to do so at the request of my bridal party.
I did two trials with EvaMarie prior to my wedding day due to my indecisiveness with what I wanted, but both times my hair and makeup came out amazing. Her technique is so natural and made me feel like I still looked like myself, just better.
I had such a diverse group of bridesmaids, some with curly natural hair, some with super thick course hair, and the Earth Tones team made everyone feel beautiful.
EvaMarie also has such a calming presence that it was such a good energy to have on the hectic morning of the wedding. We all had so much fun getting ready, we were ahead of schedule and didn’t need to rush at all. There was plenty of time left for touch-ups before we needed to leave for the venue.
Thank you so so much for making me feel beautiful on my day. I can’t wait to continue to and already have recommended you to family and friends! -

Eva did makeup for myself and my wedding party this past April and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her work! I am not someone who wears makeup regularly and was actually skeptical about getting makeup done for my wedding. I could not be happier that I decided to go for it and bring Eva in. She was patient and listened to what everyone wanted, and was attentive to the diversity of preferences and comfort with makeup among myself and my wedding party. Her work was also GORGEOUS. Everyone looked amazing and their makeup looked impeccable the entire night. My wedding party members were all raving about how much they liked Eva's work and about how much they enjoyed working with her. I even purchased some of the products she used because I liked them so much. I 100% recommend Earth Tones and would absolutely hire Eva again if I ever needed makeup for an event! -

We had a wonderful experience working with Earth Tones! My dream look was Hollywood glam curls but I have very fine, hard-to-curl hair so I was nervous this wouldn’t be an option. During our consultation call together, EvaMarie was confident she could pull this look off (without extensions too!) and even offered suggestions for how to compliment my hair just from what I described. It was clear just from that call that she had a vision, which was so reassuring. I knew we would be in good hands. The hair and makeup trial was an absolute blast! EvaMarie came to my home and we worked through a few hairstyles…ultimately settling on the glam curls I had envisioned which looked stunning! She also created an incredible full coverage but natural glam makeup look that made me feel so beautiful and truly like myself. The trial made me so excited and confident for wedding day! On the day of, we worked with EvaMarie and Jeannine. They arrived promptly and created gorgeous looks for my bridal party, mom, MIL and myself. We even ended a bit earlier than anticipated which allowed for final touchups. I felt so beautiful and my curls lasted all night long!! Cannot recommend Earth Tones highly enough! -

I worked with EvaMarie for my 10/10/21 wedding and she was so great! I often struggle with getting my makeup done because I look way too "made up" and not myself and end up in lipstick I hate. She listened all my concerns and completely nailed the perfect balance of looking like myself and super glam at the same time. Day of she was so chill and sweet which puts us all at ease. We had two wild moms and two screaming flower girls and she was so accommodating with switching up the schedule and pivoting as needed. Also loved that she uses clean products and was affordable compared to alot of other options we looked into. Can't recommend her enough - I felt like a queen all day thanks to her! -

The Best Decision
Where do I even start with this amazing group of women. Earth Tones was hands down the best decision I made for my wedding. From the start, EvaMarie made everything stress-free and made me feel like I was her only priority. Then, working with Natalie and Charli was one of my favorite parts of my wedding day. Natalie made me feel so comfortable during my trial and made me look absolutely flawless. I am not someone who wears a lot of makeup to start so I was anxious about how my makeup would turn out. After my trial, I knew I had made the best decision. My bridesmaids (13) and mothers (2) were all gushing over their make up. Throughout the night many guests asked me who did the makeup for the bridal party. I cannot recommend Earth Tones enough! -

Natalie was great!
I really wanted to feel like myself on our wedding day because I don't normally wear a lot of makeup. That is what brought me to Earth Tones. I felt beautiful and comfortable all day and so did my bridal party. Natalie is great and made everyone feel comfortable even though most of us had never had our makeup done by someone else. EvaMarie did makeup for me, my mom, and bridesmaids on my wedding day, and she did a fabulous job on all of us. I didn't want anything overly-glam but more wanted a soft and natural look and it turned out absolutely perfect. She was punctual, professional, and so sweet. She took her time and we never felt rushed. The products she used were comfortable to have on for many hours, and even at the end of the night, my makeup looked great. She was flexible with me using my own mascara and lipstick too. I would definitely recommend EvaMarie and Earth Tones Artistry!! -

Working with EvaMarie of Earth Tones was a fantastic experience from our initial conversations, trial, to my wedding day. I had a small but diverse wedding party and it was important to me that everyone receiving hair and makeup services felt comfortable and beautiful on the big day and Earth Tones was very clear about their ability to meet that request from the very beginning, which they absolutely did! Their use of environmentally conscious products was another key factor in booking them. Not only are the brands and products they use environmentally friendly, but long lasting! I cried all throughout the sweetness of my wedding day and nothing budged! EvaMarie went above and beyond throughout the experience and even stayed late to make sure my veil was on and secure. They also made sure to honor any changes/requests I had from between the trial and the big day, and I felt so affirmed and like myself on the wedding day.
We had so many compliments on our hair and makeup services, and one of our guests asked for their information so they could inquire about using their services for their own wedding!

I felt like the most beautiful version of myself on my wedding day and I think that’s the most important thing. I’m not one to wear a lot of make up or do my hair on a daily basis, and Eva Marie understood that and didn’t make me someone I’m not. I loved that she used sustainable and ethical products so I could feel good about that too. When Eva Marie arrived at our Airbnb morning of my dad said “I think one of your friends is here” so she fit right in and made all of us feel comfortable and at ease that morning. Loved Earth tones!
My bridesmaids and I loved our experience with EvaMaria! I had a great trial with her and she was so open to listening to how you like your makeup and hair to look and really making sure to tailor it to your taste. I'm not big into huge glam and she did a perfect job of making the makeup look natural but also stand out in the best ways. She was so personable and we had a great time chatting with her while we got ready in the morning. She also did my mothers hair and makeup and did a wonderful job on a mom who can be picky about her look ;)

Amazing Experience
Getting married in the middle of a pandemic is anything but easy and stress free. After rescheduling 3 times and cutting the guest list to 18 (including us) we were finally going to get married. Having EvaMarie there was one of the most relaxing parts of the day! She was so easy to work with and made getting so enjoyable, and this includes having 2 cranky toddlers in the room. I am so happy I found EvaMarie, she was the perfect choice for my wedding. I searched desperately for a hair and makeup artist who had a chill vibe, amazing skills, and created looks that were unique, pretty, and natural. Earth Tone was it! EvaMarie was extremely flexible and accommodating with schedule changes. She helped make the getting ready process so fun as she fit right in with the crew.
I gave EvaMarie a vague collection of adjectives to describe the look I wanted. Somehow she read my mind and gave me an absolutely gorgeous look that was more than I could have ever dreamed of. My girls were also obsessed with their looks. The hair and makeup looked stunning throughout the night.

Having Eva do to the hair & makeup for me and my bridal party was the best choice I made! She was amazing to work with, efficient, professional and SO, so talented. I had 8 girls in my bridal party and her (and her assistant) handled everyone/everything with ease. There was so much to juggle in a short time frame and Eva made everything go so smoothly. Not to mention how AMAZING our hair and make up looked! EvaMarie was an absolutely dream to work with! She is an incredibly talented make-up artist and hair stylist. Within moments of EvaMarie doing my trial, I knew she was the one. EvaMarie is a great makeup and hair artist with a knack for creating effortless yet glam looks. She is a great listener and comes fully prepared, is very professional. I had tried 2 artists before but they couldn't get my skin tone correct, that was my only ask coz I don't wear much makeup anyways but wanted to look my best (not dramatically different) at my wedding reception. Eva did a wonderful job with my hair and makeup both at the trial and the day of. She gave me her full attention even at he trial and went overtime and beyond till she was herself satisfied! I was fortunate that she had an opening just a month before my wedding! I read her profile and knew I could trust her, and meeting her in person confirmed that. She is very sweet too! As a bonus she cares a lot about sustainability and uses specific earth friendly products. I ended up buying the foundation myself after. -

EvaMarie was my hair stylist, and she was great! She had no issue with me changing my mind last minute, and she was very responsive whenever I reached out. She even traveled out of her way for my wedding when no one else would. My final hair look was beautiful! -
