Where do we even begin to say thank you for such an amazing wedding experience at Europa Village?
When you start planning a wedding or reception, you picture something beautiful in your mind and hope it can come to life—the setting, the food, the ambiance—those magical few hours that reflect months of planning. Europa Village didn’t just meet those expectations—they exceeded them in every possible way.
Working with the wedding team, Katie and Kayla, was an absolute pleasure. They are truly dedicated to bringing your vision to life, and they do it with patience, kindness, and professionalism every step of the way.
Chef Hani completely outdid himself. From the stunning presentation to the incredible food stations (a perfect alternative to the traditional plated meal), everything was beyond exceptional—honestly, a “12” out of 10! The salsa display and the “dessert land” were unforgettable highlights, and the addition of the Italian gelato cart was the perfect sweet ending to an already magical evening.
Everything was PERFECT. There are moments I wish I could go back and relive that night—yes, even with my tired feet!
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Europa Village for creating such an unforgettable experience.

Ongoing communication, prompt reply back, beautiful wedding venues, welcoming ambiance, staff is super friendly and has a great vibe unlike most uppity and snobby Wineries out there. An absolutely amazing venue!

As a local wedding planner, I have had the pleasure of working at many beautiful venues, however Europa Village is one of my absolute favorites! The various options for ceremony and reception are beautiful of course, but what keeps me thrilled to keep returning to coordinate weddings at Europa is the amazing staff that works so seamlessly and professionally with each other, myself, and all of the other outside vendors as well. Corinne and the rest of the team are incredibly responsive even with how busy this venue has gotten and all of the staff is very helpful and professional. The waitstaff and bartenders do a perfect job of executing smooth service and they are always staffed appropriately for groups of any size. I am always thrilled to book a wedding at Europa Village because I know we will be set up for a successful and beautiful day!

We were blown away with our experience at Europa Village. Not only is the venue stunning, but the food and staff were incredible. This was such a memorable day and we highly recommend Europa Village to anyone!

We just had our wedding on Friday, 05/20/2022 -- the Europa Village team was an absolute pleasure to work with and the venue was delightfully picturesque. Of course we initially fell in love with the aesthetics of the winery, but the friendly, attentive and professional Europa team is what made us lock-in our venue decision. With each and every visit leading up to our wedding (initial consultation, wine & menu tasting, engagement photoshoot) we fell more and more in love with the venue and team.

Our favorite venue features were (1) an extremely spacious and beautiful bridal suite, (2) delicious food - received multiple complements from the guests, (3) a beautiful gazebo for the wedding lawn alter, (4) comfortable outdoor dining area for cocktail hour / reception, (5) delicious and wide variety of wine, and (6) variety of photo/video spots (rose garden, cafe area, wine cavern, vineyard)

The key Events Team members we worked with were Yesika (initial consultation), Yvette (planning) and Leann (day-of-coordinator). I was naturally anxious leading up to the wedding as I tend to over-plan and over-worry. However, each email and conversation I had with the ladies gave me complete comfort that we were in good hands. I especially appreciated: (1) transparency in prices, (2) thorough and timely responses to all of my questions, (3) their calm, positive and patient demeanor despite my anxiety level, (4) organization to avoid confusion in wedding layout or timeline, (5) patiently accepting the numerous changes I had with the layout and menu decisions, (6) being kind and friendly to all guests, family and vendors, (7) hosting a great rehearsal, (8) showing up at lightning speed anytime I called them on the day of, and (9) going above and beyond in making sure all guests were comfortable, including bringing out heaters in the middle of spring. We really can't thank them enough!

We got married at the Cest La Vie property at Europa Village on 11-5-21, and it was an absolute dream come true. I still cant believe how lucky we were to have been able to be surrounded by such beauty on such an important day in our lives. I felt like It could have been in wedding magazine, and this was all achieved on a budget!

The process leading up to our wedding day was absolutely seamless. The venue staff truly take their jobs seriously, and will do everything in their power to make your vision a reality. Any question I had/any email I sent, was responded to with urgency, and I felt very confident going into the big day. The day went very smoothly, and any issue that arose, (which is always inevitable) was dealt with in a very professional manner, and was kept away from my husband and I.

Anyways, if you are considering Europa Village for your wedding, look no further. One step into this beautiful venue, and you will know its the one! :)

Can’t say enough positive things about Europa! The venue as a whole is so beautiful, so many different options for backdrops for photos (vineyard, garden, Spanish architecture, and more). The first thing our photographers said when they saw it was, “Wow!” The events team is responsive to any of our emails and very professional (shout out to Yesika and Yvette!). Our special day was just as we wanted and planned. Not to mention, the food & wine was all a crowd pleaser. Thank you for making our wedding just what we wanted!

I had my wedding here in June, and it was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone complimented me after on my venue selection. The vines were gorgeous, the set up was gorgeous, the flowers were gorgeous, the gazebo was gorgeous, everything about it was just so beautiful!! Not to mention Kirstie and Yesika also made planning my wedding and the day of the wedding as least stressful as possible, they were always answering my questions with such clarity and patience it really helped out so much I can't even explain how grateful I was for those two! My wedding day at first did not go super smoothly because of some outside factors but Kirstie was so on top of everything that at the end it all worked out and she did everything she could to make sure the schedule was followed and that everyone and everything was taken care of. She really went above and beyond my expectations. The only thing that I can say about the venue is that it is smaller, as it is a smaller winery so before the day of the wedding I wish I would have gone to scope it out a little bit more and plan each activity like picture spots and so on ahead of time so I and other people weren't so lost when it came time to take pictures or exit but this had absolutely nothing to do with the coordinators, again with it being smaller some activities you may not be ready to interact with guests but you'll be within sight so people will be calling you over or not where they are supposed to be. I also had just never been in a wedding before and we skipped out on the rehearsal. So that's my small piece of advice to anyone considering getting married here, is to plan out everything beforehand. But other than that, is was a truly amazing venue and the people that work there definitely care to make your day as special as possible.

Europa Village is not only a stunning venue, but has an amazing staff! Yesika and Kirstie helped me plan my wedding from across the country and made the process effortless. They were so helpful prior to the wedding and the day of. I had a gown emergency and they were ready to help. Chef’s food selections were nothing short of fine cuisine. I highly recommend Europa Village as a wedding venue.

Europa Village is the perfect wedding venue! I just got married there and I cannot even express in words how grateful I am to the venue, the event coordinators, chef and all staff members. The day was magical and our guests are still raving about it! The space is intimate, charming, rustic and elegant. My mom and I had visited quite a few wineries in Temecula, but when we met Yesika and we toured the site, we instantly felt a connection. Yesika, the event manager, was professional and she is a complete expert. Her priority is knowing her brides and ensuring they are happy every step of the way. We had a guest list of 175 and not a huge budget, but Yesika helped us to get a lot of bang for our buck. Everyone at Europa Village is so friendly and warm and that is what we wanted for our guests. Chef Dean, who manages the Europa Inn and cooks for the weddings, delivered exceptional appetizers and a spectacular dinner. We are big foodies, and we would highly recommend the food at Europa. Yesika and Kirstie were on it and managed to get 175 meals out super fast and hot! Guests wouldn’t stop talking about how good the food was. The wine was also exquisite and there is a great variety available.

I feel like Europa Village is a well kept secret that needs to get out. If you are looking for a wedding venue that comes with exceptional food, drinks, accessibility for guests, and coordinators who are smart, flexible, and 100% committed to making your day everything you envision, Europa Village is the place. I had a specific vision of how I wanted the venue to look and feel, and they did everything they could to help fulfill my vision. Kirstie and Yesika were so professional and always a step ahead.

Several guests stayed at the Europa Village Inn and so did we. The service was top notch, breakfast was included and was incredible, and the views from the Inn are stunning. You can drive on a gold cart down to the winery in just 1-2 minutes. Our guests kept saying how beautiful and how picture perfect the whole experience was.

At the winery, there was plenty of parking and guests were able to keep their cars overnight. There is also a really nice bridal suite on site with plenty of room and amentities. We feel so lucky to have found Europa Village and there is not one thing we would change about the whole experience. We are forever grateful to Europa Village for giving us the wedding of our dreams!

Europa village looks and feels like something out of a storybook. As soon as we toured the grounds months back, we knew this is where we wanted to say our “I dos”. From the wedding lawn by the vines, to the Italian wine cave for cocktail hour, it is truly an experience for you and your wedding guests. Not only is the winery and landscaping breathtaking (you really don’t have to add much to it!) but the service was exemplary. Kirstie was our coordinator and went above and beyond to help make the process easy and our wedding day run smoothly! The event staff was so friendly and attentive during the reception. And the food, AMAZING. People are still talking about how good our wedding food was (you don’t hear that very often!)

My review comes a little late! My husband and I got married at Europa Village on October 29th and the wedding was nothing short of amazing! We had been looking for an outdoor venue in the LA area but nothing was really striking us as "special". Temecula wasn't too far away (and I had actually never been there so I didn't know what to expect) so we decided to make an appointment and check out Europa Village. From the beginning Yesika was such a joy to speak with. When we arrived at the venue I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and intimate it felt, it was love at first sight! Our first meeting with Yesika was wonderful! she was so friendly and warm, as corny as it sounds we instantly had a connection. She went over every single detail about what was to be expected and or included in the pricing (which was perfect for the 150 people I was planning to invite), I loved that everything was all-inclusive and there were no hidden fees nor surprises. I literally was done looking, that was the place we were going to get married! The whole planning process was breezy, most of the communication we were able to do over email or phone, finalizing any details and questions/answers in our couple of in-person meetings. We also had the opportunity to work with Jessica who was just as friendly and warm and a pleasure to work with and help coordinate the most special day in our lives. On the day of our menu tasting, Yesika allowed my husband's aunt to be part of it and share in the experience. This meant so much to us since she is basically his mother figure in the west coast with my mother in-law living all the way in NJ. When our wedding day finally came, Jessica was on top of every single detail. We had so much going on in the 5 hours we had the venue, there's no way that I would have been able to remember what was next or who was doing what! I was able to relax from time to time and just enjoy the experience, and rely on her to come find me. I would do it all over again!

Europa provided above and beyond quality service. Jessica S. did an amazing job and was wonderful in helping us plan and coordinate our themed wedding. It is a beautiful venue, delicious food and amazing ambiance. This location was reasonably priced and is absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I are so glad we got married here, and you will be too!

I could not say ENOUGH kind words about Yesika! From the moment I first spoke with her on the phone, I felt entirely comfortable, not stressed and very excited to have her planning the event! When Andrew and I first visited the venue, at the moment when she said "so this is where we'll get married" I knew she was the planner I wanted. She truly invest so much time, energy, and LOVE into all of her events and my wedding was extra special because of her. She was easy to work with, had great communication and was entirely open to working with our budget. I can honestly say that we never visited another wedding venue and that she helped make our wedding day THE BEST day of our lives! I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of an amazing, organized and sweet planner. She will make your day. I know because she did for me.

The venue at Europa was SPECTACULAR! Everything from the service, to the food, to the wine, to the event staff on the day of! The event went of seamlessly! We stayed at the Inn with all of our family and friends, where Chef Dean made a gourmet breakfast each morning that everyone raved about! We also had our rehearsal dinner up there which was great! I can't say enough about this venue and everyone that took the time to make the wedding weekend amazing! I can't wait to go back and have many anniversaries there :D

Europa Village is the perfect combination of rustic, whimsical, and elegant. My husband and I had a tuscan-style wedding and Europa created the perfect backdrop for it. We got married in the wine cave, held Cocktail Hour in the garden area and had our Reception on the veranda. The cave felt so intimate and had such a romantic and dreamy feel to it. Between the garden area, the vineyards, lights and drapery outside you hardly need any other decor.

We were lucky to have Candice as our Coordinator and she was excellent in communicating with us and accommodating our schedules. She was thoughtful, personable, professional, down-to-earth, detail-oriented and always got back to me very quickly which I appreciated so much. We are so grateful for all of her help throughout our planning process.

Prior to the wedding, we had our tasting at the Inn. We decided to have a plated dinner with the Chicken Grand Mere and the Tempranillo Braised Beef which I HIGHLY recommend. The food was amazing and was executed just as well, if not better, on our actual wedding day. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food selection so we have to give a huge THANK YOU to Chef Dean for that!

All in all, our wedding was everything we hoped for and more. Europa will forever hold a special place in our hearts; I can't recommend them enough!

Ask lots of questions, make sure they have everything that you want and doesn't hesitate to ask for things you want.

My daughter just had the most beautiful wedding at Europa Village Winery on April 9th, 2016. Yesika, our wedding planner was amazing!!! Being a member at the winery, I watched her week after week working so hard on putting events together to perfection. Yesika definitely convinced me that she was the only person I wanted to make our day special. She was so professional and charming, putting us all at ease with every detail. Even though we had grey skies and a few raindrops, the wedding was gorgeous and so well-done, thanks to Yesika! The location was ideal, the ceremony was spectacular, and the reception was absolutely wonderful! We all had such a great time and were blown away by the beauty at this venue!!!

Europa Village was the perfect venue for our wedding on August 29, 2015. Our wonderful coordinator Yesika Lavyn-Grose was super helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly and seamlessly during the wedding. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure we were happy. Yesika was professional, very friendly and a genuinely kind person all around. We are very happy to call Yesuka a friend, and can't wait to visit her and the rest of the staff at the winery again soon. At our first meeting with Yesika, she gave both my fiancé (at the time) and I glasses of wine of our choice, and walked us around the grounds. We were instantly "sold" on the wine, the venue and her services. We could tell that she loves her job and helping couples plan their weddings! The winery (and the wine! ) were exactly what we were looking for- sweet and charming, just like a little piece of Paris. We had recently been in Paris and were instantly in love with the similar atmosphere of Europa Village. The Parisian style tasting room is beautiful and has a wonderful gift shop. I even bought a couple decorations for our wedding! We had our wedding ceremony on the lawn, and under the beautiful veranda we held the cocktails and dinner. The temperature was a high of 98, and around 90 when the ceremony started. The misters and fans dropped the temperature about 10 degrees! The dry temperature felt great, and was not too hot even in a wedding dress :) We opted for a buffet style dinner so the 130 guests would have more choices. Chef Dean's food was simply amazing. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests for mainly vegetarian dishes. My husband's family is Indian, so Chef Dean made a wonderful spicy dahl and a delicious vegetable curry. My favorite dish was the Chicken Piccata with Pinot Grigio-Caper Sauce. Amazing! My husband and I are so very happy we chose Europa Village for our wedding celebration. Thank you to Europe Village, Yesika and Chef Dean for making it unforgettable!

I recently had my wedding at Europa Village and could not be happier! Yesika is by far the best! She made everything look absolutely perfect. Everyone at the winery is so helpful and accommodating. The food was delicious and heard nothing but great things from my guests. I would recommend getting married here to any newly engaged couple!

We searched for the entire Temecula Valley for a perfect location for our wedding ceremony and reception. We fell in love with Europa Village, the location and vineyards are just beautiful. Lisa Ferguson is professional and her goal was for our special day to be a huge success! Lisa along with the staff far exceeded our expectations for perfection. Everything was absolutely magnificent! Chef out did himself . We selected Chicken Piccata which was amazing! Everyone is still raving about the wonderful food. From the first day we met with Lisa to the last dance at our wedding, everything was perfect!

I had my dream wedding at Europa and my husband and I are so grateful to Lisa and her team for their stellar service! With a long engagement I had 2 years to plan and Europa was one of the first things I'd booked. With a wedding so far in advance you'd think maybe I wouldn't have been given the same attention as someone with a sooner wedding date but that wasn't the case. Lisa answered question after question I had, coordinated not only with myself, but my parents and my Day Of Coordinator to make the day absolutely perfect. The food was fantastic and they even made accommodations when we wanted something changed a bit. She went above and beyond to make our day seamless.

The venue itself is GORGEOUS. As a Temeculan, I'd been to many of the wineries but Europa has a special charm that's great for a more intimate feeling wedding (with 150+ people). We had our ceremony in the cave which was intimate and romantic and beautiful. Very dreamy! The reception on the veranda was so gorgeous! The grounds are so well kept and picturesque you really don't need many decorations or flowers. Europa will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we can't wait to visit again as husband and wife!

Brandon guided us thru the planning process and Yesika later took over as our wedding coordinator at Europa Village. My husband and I loved their attention to detail, responsiveness and flexibility . Food and wine tastings were exquisite, fun and enjoyable. I can honestly say we LOVED our planning process at Europa Village, we didn't really feel stressed because they gladly took charge. My husband and I clicked with Yesika she takes her job extremely seriously and doesn't give "no" as an answer, she and Europa Village staff made things happen. It rained for a couple of hours on our wedding day and since it was completely unexpected we didn't plan for a tent. Yesika accommodated our guest by starting our reception earlier and jumped thru hoops to make our wedding magical. She alongside our DJ took charge and didn't come to us with obstacles they faced the day of, they made the right choices/changes and didn't break a sweat doing so. We loved working with Yesika and feel extremely blessed to have had her as our wedding coordinator.

Europa Village could not have been a more perfect venue for our dream night. The entire process from start to finish working with the team was fantastic. We had many creative/design/food/wine/organizational meetings - with my planner being more patient and kinder each step of the way. When it came down to crunch time, mini crisis were handled with ease by the amazing team at Europa village. On the day of - I nearly didn't see or hear from the staff. They handled EVERYTHING and when I came out of the suite - what I saw was a dream come true. They were there if I needed them the entire day - but working completely behind the scenes. Everything went off without a hitch and they even put up with my not only crazy navy husband's friends but also wild New Yorkers from my side of the family. And just because the wedding is over, doesn't mean our relationship with the folks at the vineyard has stopped! They won't let us go away - offering constant tastings to come up, chat, and just catch-up. I would recommend this venue to anyone and am so grateful my husband and I could share our special night here with friends and family. We truly enjoyed the night of our lives :)

After having visiting many venues in San Diego, San Juan Capistrano, and Temecula, my now husband and I settled on Europa Village. The venue is beautiful - the grounds are on the smaller side but wonderfully maintained and charming. Europa creates an air of "old world Europe" and the site feels very romantic and almost garden-like even though it is a winery. Europa was so beautiful naturally that we didn't have to do much in terms of decor and were still very happy with the ambiance of our wedding, as well as our photographs.

We worked with Brandon, one of Europa's wedding coordinators, to plan our wedding. Brandon was incredibly sweet and accommodating. We peppered him with countless questions via e-mail, in person and over the phone and I'm fairly certain that we never received a "no" answer from him. Brandon went out of his way to help make our wedding day exactly how we envisioned it, and was a delightful person to work with throughout the planning process. I would highly recommend Europa as a venue and would definitely recommend working with Brandon, he was truly wonderful.

One last tidbit - people who offered us friendly advice said to really focus in on the things that we (my husband and I), valued when planning our wedding. For us, what was very important to us was that we had good food, good drinks, and that our guests felt comfortable and had a great time. My husband and I had our tasting and found that Europa's food was delicious (not just "good for wedding food" but actually good) and that their wine selection was great. We received compliments from many of our guests on the food and wine and were very happy with our choice.

Lisa and everyone at Europa Village made it possible for my husband and I to have our dream wedding! They were so professional and friendly, it was just an amazing experience. It is an absolutely stunning venue, and I can't imagine a more ideal place to have a winery wedding. Thank you so much for making our big day unforgettable!

I held my son's rehearsal luncheon at Europa Village in Temecula, CA and it was WONDERFUL!!! I live almost 500 miles away from the venue but had no problem with the arrangements. Brandon Parkhill was a dream to work with! Incredibly friendly, efficient and full of ideas. After a few phone calls and e-mails back and forth I was confident that we would have a nice experience. What we ended up with was so much more than I could have imagined! The Cave Room was wonderful and so beautifully decorated, the service was exceptional (so many staff just for our event!), the wine was delicious, and the food was absolutely amazing. There are not enough words to describe how exceptional our experience was.

We had our perfect wedding at Europa Village a couple months ago. My husband and I have known each other since we were in the 7th grade and were both previously married before. Because we were already a mixed family and on a budget, we wanted a small, intimate ceremony. When I first started scouting venues it was so hard to find one that would accommodate such a small wedding. It "wasn't worth the money" for a lot of wineries. A good friend had suggest europa and it was perfect. They made it very affordable for us,and so easy to plan. Lisa is amazing, we absolutely adore her and her doggie Austin. She worked with us bringing the kids and trying to plan. She helped us work out details I just couldn't seem to find a solution to. My wedding day I was in awe. Between the venue, Lisa, and our florist FIFi, it was everything I had dreamed of and actually better. Everything went smoothly and the food was to die for. I have been to some grand weddings and I liked what we had Better. All the guests had an amazing time and still are talking about it. We just love europa and will continue to frequent there for wine tasting.

When my now husband and I got engaged, we agreed we wanted an intimate wedding celebration for family and close friends (< 100 people total). After touring many of the facilities in Temecula, we stumbled across Europa Village and immediately fell in love with the site.

We booked Europa Village for our wedding and reception, as well as the Inn for the weekend and rehearsal dinner. Alyssa Ruiz was our event coordinator; she was helpful, responsive, super fun to work with and even my friends and family just adore her (in fact, all of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful too). The food was incredible - Chef Dean is a gift. At the rehearsal dinner we had the Libido braised beef, and my husband's uncle said it was the best meal he'd ever had. And the food at the wedding reception was absolutely perfect.

Our goal for our wedding was "a fancy picnic in a vineyard" and we got exactly that. Our guests keep complementing us on a great wedding, saying it's the best they've ever been to, and that they could have sat around the dinner table eating, drinking wine and enjoying the views of the vineyard while celebrating the bride and groom and catching up with loved ones all night long.

If you book Europa Village, you will not be disappointed! We will definitely be back to the Inn and winery to celebrate anniversaries in the future!

When we first visited Europa Village we fell in love. The venue is very warm and welcoming, the staff very friendly, and everything is beautiful. Alyssa was available to show us around the venue and answer our questions. We left that day and arrived at home knowing we wanted to have our wedding at this place. Best of all, they had the date we wanted. We did not waste anytime, and emailed Alyssa and before we knew it we were planning our wedding which was to take place in 8 months! From beginning to the end Alyssa helped us through the process. When Alyssa was not available Lisa also assisted us. Both of them were very responsive by email and by phone and were very patient. The times we had to go the venue we really enjoyed. We would just hang out and relax after our meetings. It was very exciting to do the menu tasting with Chef Dean. He also is very kind. After the menu tasting we did the wine tasting, which was also a lot of fun. The staff were all open to answering our questions. It was quite nice that each time we went to the venue staff remembered us. The day of the wedding went by so fast. Really I wish time would have slowed down just so that I could soak in more of how wonderful this day was. We went back to the venue after we returned from our honeymoon in Spain. We for sure will continue to come back. We have built very good memories from the time we first stepped foot on Europa Village and looking forward to many more memories there. We had our reception in the Wine Cave, it was so romantic and elegant. The food was delicious and the wine was a hit. I wanted to acknowledge Alyssa, Lisa, Brandon and Julia. What great employees to have! Super professional, super sweet and super talented. Alyssa and Julia were with us during the reception.....AMAZING! Thank you Europa Village, you will forever be in our hearts:-)

I got married on April 26 2014,& I didn't want the day to end. Europa village is magical. The staff was 5 star from the very beginning. The food,wine,service was more than I had expected. Chef Dean is a 5 star chef,the food was delicious & served big portions. Lisa & Alyssa were so helpful & kind to us. The day of the wedding they took care of putting all my wedding crafts & items where they needed to go. Getting ready in the bridal suite there was stress free,fun, & relaxing. We even get to be a part of their wine club with all the perks for a year! I highly recommend them if your looking for any party needs or even going to do wine tasting.

Lisa and her staff were always available for us, also when I asked to add an event that they did not normally do she made it happen. We just had a wonderful and memorable wedding. Lisa was there for us right from the start, the day of our wedding when we arrived everything was in place and the venue at Europa was perfect. The Food was great and the service was over the top. We had a brunch the day after at the Europa Inn and Chef dean and lisa had our family brunch ready to go. Our families are still talking about the wedding from the cocktail party before to the dinner and what fun they had. Thank you sooo much lisa. Malia and Margaret.

I would not have changed one single detail of our wedding. Our wedding at Europa Village was exceptional. I truly do not have the words to explain how impressed we are with everything. Lisa, our wedding planner was wonderful to work with. The staff went over and beyond to make our experience top notch. The view was incredible... The vineyard was the perfect backdrop. Everything was set up exactly as requested. I had a large bulletin board to display the wine charm place cards I had made. I put everything together before set up to make it easy on the staff, but the breeze knocked it over, spilling the tags everywhere. Lisa and her team painstakingly put everything back (which was very time consuming) and I would have never known it had happened if I hadn't seen it on my way to pictures. Any problems that came up were solved. Any glitches in the plan were promptly resolved by the Europa team, and I was never even aware that they had happened. I thoroughly enjoyed my day knowing that the logistics were handled by the amazing staff.

As far as the food went, as someone who has experience in the event and meeting industry, I have had a lot of banquet food in my life. I can tell you that it usually doesn't taste that great. It takes skill to be able to make delicious food for a large group. Chef Dean is one of the few who have mastered this skill. Our food- from start to end- was mouthwatering. The chicken (chicken thigh, stuffed with homemade chorizo and wrapped in bacon) was so flavorful and the beef (steak with a cilantro chimichurri sauce) was beyond expectations. Our guests, who are a bunch of foodies, loved that Chef introduced the meal. Our meal was flawless.

Our parents were so impressed by our venue choice. My husband and my expectations were surpassed. Our guests were blown away by the service and hospitality. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Europa Village, because they certainly deserve it.

All I can say is WOW! We had our ceremony and reception at Europa Village on March 22, 2014. It was absolutely beautiful from beginning to end! Lisa and Alyssa were wonderful to work with and I knew all the way from the beginning planning stages through the last moments of my reception that we were in good hands! So many of our guests commented on how beautiful and magical our wedding was and I have to agree! Lisa and Alyssa responded quickly to questions and helped me with planning details and vendors all along the way. Alyssa stayed during the ceremony and reception to make sure everything went smoothly (which it did!) All I had to do was relax and take in every moment. Both my husband and I are so grateful to Europa Village for making our day so truly beautiful and special. Thank you!

It's almost 2 weeks since our daughters wedding and I'm still hearing what a wonderful time our
guests had, how superb the food was, and how everything flowed magically. Our daughter had searched online for venues and narrowed it down to a list to visit. It was the unique character of Europa that made it her choice. There were no flying golf balls, farm smells, barrel rooms, or corporate ballrooms. -More like a little of Europe. The wood overhead structure with market lighting facing the vineyard was just what she had envisioned for her outdoor wedding experience. -Great venue for photography too!! After the vows our guests were treated to appetizers and wine on the courtyard patio just before entering the "Cave Room" for a gourmet dinner and dance party. Our daughter and her fiancé had a private "tasting" with Chef Dean and selected 2 entrees to offer their guests who pre-selected. The food servers did an EXCELLENT JOB of getting the hot entrees of choice to each guest at the table all at once. The lighting, acoustics, and ambiance in the "Cave" can't be found anywhere in Temecula except Europa. You have to see it at least in pictures set up for a wedding to know how special it is. Working with Lisa and Alyssa was easy thanks to their great communication skills and an obvious desire to please our daughter, her fiancé, and us as well.
Every vendor they referred us to did a great job from the florist to the DJ to the cake baker.
Our daughter enjoyed the convenient bridal suite with friends and bridal party while getting her hair done and the dress on. Their nearby Inn perfect for the guys dressing and "First Look" Photos, not to mention the "First Night Married" in the Cabernet Sauvignon Suite with fireplace and hot tub.
Thanks to the staff at Europa our daughters wedding day was unique, classy, delicious, and a little rustic. - just the way She wanted it! Time now to start thinking about our vow renewal for our 25th Anniversary coming up......

The events staff at Europa Village were wonderfully accommodating and genuinely excited and willing to be a helpful part of my most special day. I will never forget how they came along side me in ways I did not even expect to make the little details shine so brightly in my wedding. It was magical.

We got married at Europa Village last weekend. It was the most AMAZING experience I could have ever imagined. Lisa, the wedding coordinator was a huge asset to our wedding. She worked with us for weeks before to make sure everything was planned to our liking. She ran our rehearsal and offered us advise that truly made the ceremony special. The day of, Lisa and the entire staff made our day run without a hitch! The winery went above and beyond to make our night perfect. And finally I have to say that venue itself was breathtaking. I would recommend this venue to anyone who needs flexibility, is on a budget and is looking for a very romantic setting.

Our sincerest thanks and appreciation to Lisa and her staff for making our family event a night to remember. Il Cave is a beautiful, intimate venue, Chef Dean outdid himself and the wine was exquisite. This will be a wonderful memory for all of us. Again, thank you, Europa Village.

Everything about the wedding was so wonderful! The venue was beautiful! Everyone was extremely helpful and the event went flawlessly. Even when there was a little hiccup where one of the ladies who was coming to do the hair for me and the bridal party was a few hours late, everyone at Europa worked to find a local hairdresser who was able to come and help out! I highly recommend Europa Village and all of the staff there. They truly went above and beyond in order to make sure every part of the wedding went smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue!

We had the most wonderful wedding at Europa Village Winery.

The venue was beautiful - hardly had to decorate at all, just some linens and flowers here and there and the tables of course - and the vineyard leaves were just starting to turn colors, which was so beautiful and made for some great pictures. We had so many comments on how beautiful it was. Also, the Italian "cave" (it's all right there - well laid out little venue) is a really cool spot for the cocktail hour. And one of the best parts was having the whole place to ourselves the whole night! Oh, and the bridal suite is awesome and air conditioned (but I was the groom, so...).

Don't even get me started on how good the food is!!! Chef Dean is world class. The wedding party stayed at the Inn at Europa Village, which was excellent to say the least! Chef Dean runs the Inn with his wife, cooking a beyond delicious breakfast for everyone each morning; and it was a perfect venue for our rehearsal dinner - not only convenient, but a beautiful setting with stunning views at sunset.

And anyone who's hung around Europa much will know how wonderful the staff is. It began with sweet Brenda showing us around when we were searching for our venue. Then, our event coordinator from the winery, Danielle, took it from there and was a relief to have the day of, keeping everything on schedule and making sure the place was decorated properly. And the event manager, Lisa (the boss, haha), is amazing. Lisa (and Danielle) was so flexible working with us and really made things happen. Lisa is just so practical and pragmatic. That is just priceless and saved so much headache in our planning. And there were some great, fun servers/bartenders at the wedding as well!

You really get a good bang for your buck at Europa Village. We made the short drive up from San Diego, where similar quality venues cost as much as 50% more from the beaches to North and East County.

Lisa is the best. She is the penultimate multitasker juggling all the items and tasks required of her with charm, respect, warmth, and professionalism. My daughter's rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception were all celebrated at Europa Village with Lisa Ferguson at the lead, she was AND is spectacular.
No only would I recommend to a friend, I already have.

We were so lucky to find Europa Village for our wedding venue, not only are the grounds gorgeous but Lisa Ferguson and her staff of villagers are nothing short of amazing!
After a long day of visiting the best wineries and wedding venues in Temecula and Fallbrook, we got home exhausted and quiet frankly feeling like we just got back from shopping for a used car. I ran across Europa Village online and it seemed beautiful, so I emailed to get pricing and information. We first went up to Europa on a Friday evening and although it was winter and the vines were empty, the grounds were stunning. Everyone was so friendly, it gave that familiar feel you get when you visit home. Our first visit and every other visit after that, exceeded our expectations. The very next day we decided to go with Europa. Europa, Lisa, Chef Dean, Chef Damian and the Villagers made my wedding planning experience everything it should be. The coordination and genuine regard from Lisa made me feel at ease as the plans moved forward. Even when we encountered bumps in the road or when I had my few bridezilla moments, Lisa helped to make sure everything worked out perfectly. We also rented out their gorgeous Inn, where Chef Damian provided an amazing stay. It was so fun to have both my husband’s family and my family staying there and getting to know each other. It made for a perfect place for my husband and his groomsmen to hangout while the girls were getting ready in the bridal suite! Not to mention the gorgeous “First Look” pictures. Europa was a perfect backdrop for our wedding, especially the sunset behind me as I was walking down the aisle. The food was amazing! There was not a single issue the day of the wedding i just remember being the happiest I have ever been. We have received so many compliments on what a beautiful wedding we had and we owe that in great part to Lisa and her staff! After it was all said and done, we would pick Europa every time!

From the moment we pulled into Europa Village we felt ourselves transformed to Italy and more specifically the rolling Tuscan hills. This feeling was really important to us given that we were going to be spending our honeymoon in these regions.
The scenery is gorgeous, the staff is attentive, friendly, and compensating, and our wine which is made old world style is top notch! As a Bride-To-Be during those crazy unorganized days, I loved coming up here to discuss my always changing wedding plans and ideas with a glass of wine and a little snack from the B&B kitchen on the top of the hill prepared by Chef Dean. The Chef takes you on a Trip Around the World for your breakfast when you stay for the weekend. As always, AMAZING flavors will awaken your taste buds and you are full for the rest of the afternoon. For our Anniversay this year we are spending a week up at the Inn just to enjoy Chef's menu!
I recommend EVERYONE stops by just to savor the atmosphere and let Europa transform you to another part of the world to a time long past where wine, beauty, and village life rejuvenates your soul.

Europa Village made our Wedding and Reception INCREDIBLE! They recommended a flower person, who we used. When the flowers were in place with the table settings and linens they recommended and the candle lights hanging off of the vines inside the cave room, everyone just stood in awe at how truly amazing everything looked. It was like a Romantic Fantasy, it was a Romantic Fantasy! Chef Dean catered the event and the Europa staff paired the wine. All I can say is, "mashed potato bar". Oh my!! We had appetizers outdoors and Chef had a mashed potato bar set up where guest could indulge and we did, again and again. By now the wine was flowing and we moved indoors to the cave where as I said before, incredible. Dinner was a 3 course meal with wine paired throughout the dinner and desert was to die for, chocolate mousse. The event, the friendly staff, the food, the wine and then the dancing by the Little lies Band, which they let me pick, it was well into the night before we stopped and people just kept praising my Wife and I as if we had anything to do with it. It was a night we shall remember forever and at a price that I still can’t believe. Lisa, John and all the staff, THANK YOU!

Lisa Ferguson at Europa Village was a dream to work with and everything was exceptional! It was the most beautiful, warm, and romantic place to have my son's wedding and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had our wedding here and I would not have changed a thing! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The venue is SO beautiful all on it's own. You really feel like you are in Tuscany or somewhere far away. The food is delicious too! Chef Dean is a worldly chef combining ingredients you would not think to put together, but are amazing! It was a top notch wedding on every level. We rented out the entire Inn up on the hill which was great and really convenient. I would do it all over again! Love this place! :)

Having our daughter's wedding at Europa Village helped make it her dream come true day! Lisa , their event planner was so helpful every step of the way. The venue was a beautiful wine country setting and so convenient to have the bed and breakfast for out of town guests. The food prepared by Europa's own chef was superb. I would definitely celebrate another event at Europa Village Winery. They did an awesome job!

The venue at Europa is OUTSTANDING. We had not only a great location, but the staff was excellent and provided lots of insight as well and being friendly and responsive. Lisa, the wedding planner, was fantastic and helped out in more than just your ordinary planner. She gave great advice and helped with finding the right cake, minister and other details that made the day very special.
In summary, I was very very happy with all aspects of the wedding and it made our special day even more special.

It's not often that you live out your dreams. But, that happened for my husband and I at Europa Village. Our wedding day was perfect. Lisa Ferguson and her staff of Villagers treated us like royality. Lisa's responsiveness and help during the wedding planning was terrific. The whole experience from beginning to end was seamless. The winery looked amazing; what a wonderful backdrop for our photographs. The entire staff was friendly and nice to our guests. The food was excellent. Our compliments to Chef Dean! Even our vegeterian guests were happy. Our stay at the INN topped off a perfect day. My "hard to please" Aunt called me yesterday and stated "That was the wedding of the Century!" I would not have done anything differently if I had to do it again aside from staying at the Inn as well. We did not--only as we had the accomodations prior to finding Europa. The Inn is lovely sitting atop the hill with panoramic views. The rooms are so well appointed and cozy at the same time.

Europa Village is an amazing venue! The event coordinator, Lisa Ferguson, is professional, accommodating and is outstanding in providing the best service possible! She made sure my day was amazing and coordinated everything to flow smoothly. The grounds are picture perfect and the food that was served was super delicious! We are still getting compliments from our guests stating "best wedding ever attended". It is definitely a venue where SUPERB service, food, wine and setting are all part of your special day!

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a cozy, intimate, yet elegant and romantic venue. We had our wedding at Europa and it was everything we wanted and more! The space itself is so beautiful and eclectic that it really doesn't need much more added. We did very little in the way of decor. We even had a fire pit lit during the reception, which added so much to the comfort and coziness! Lisa was also wonderful to work with. I am so happy that we found Europa and chose it as our venue for both our ceremony and reception. We even had some unexpected weather that forced us to make some quick decisions about moving our ceremony inside, and things were still beautiful and none of our guests had any idea that we had made any last minute changes! The cave ended up creating the most romantic and intimate ceremony ever! I've had many compliments about the venue, the service and the overall feel of the space. We had some minor snags with very small things (our cake topper, plate and server went missing for a while, but was found just in time) but what event goes perfectly?! Europa is the perfect fit for any couple that is looking for a space/property that is beautiful on it's own and doesn't need much added. If it's important to you to be the only event happening on the property, this would also be a good fit. The food is excellent and the wine, or course, is fabulous. I think we may have even converted some beer lovers into wine drinkers!

A MUST SEE VENUE for those couples planning their WEDDING!!! We must admit the website for Europa Village didn't have us fully convince until we visited this venue.

First of all, we live in Virginia and we were planning our wedding to be in California since we are both from Orange County, Ca. Before taking our trip to California to do our wedding venue search, we narrowed our search to three venues in the Riverside County area and we both fell in love with the location and style of Europa Village. This winery is very unique (it transfers you to Spain, Italy and France-All in one location) that made it different from other wedding venue's. Europa Village's Events Coordinator, Lisa Ferguson, was very helpful throughout our whole wedding planning by recommending us great vendor's and responding to all our questions via phone or email promptly. Our wedding turned out be a great success and ALL our guest loved the food, the decor, and location of this venue (they are still talking about it). In addition, Europa Village has an Inn with a beautiful view and a great Chef that makes a delicious and unique breakfast. We definitely recommend this wedding venue:)!! Have Fun!!!

My wife and I had our destination wedding at Europa Village in May 2013 and we couldn't be happier about it! Lisa is the event coordinator there and was great to work with. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she and my wife exchanged emails and phone calls almost daily. Once we were there, she took charge of wrangling the vendors, staff, and generally taking care of all the little things that are needed to make an event like this happen. She really went out of her way to make everything run smoothly.

The venue grounds, surrounding vineyards, and the inn are all well kept and charming. Several people have told us that our wedding photos look like they were taken in Italy.

Chef Dean prepared the food for the wedding and everyone loved it. My wife and I are vegetarians, but most of the guests were not and the menu was all veggie except for a salmon main course for the majority of the guests. We had savory tofu that was delicious.

Weddings are incredibly expensive and it becomes increasingly difficult to judge value the deeper you get into planning. We toured 7 venues in the area before deciding upon Europa Village. EV wasn’t the least expensive, and was nowhere near the most expensive. Ultimately, we felt that the combination of a beautiful venue, a day-of coordinator, great food, great wine, on-site lodging, privacy, flexibility and a willingness to do what was needed to make the day perfect was well worth the asking price.

We also booked the entire Europa Village Inn up the hill from the winery for the weekend of the wedding. By booking out the whole inn, it became a private retreat and "mi casa es su casa" was the rule of the house. Chef Dean makes a gourmet breakfast every morning and is very accommodating of dietary needs. Dean and his wife are the innkeepers and went out of their way to make our stay easy and most importantly, fun!

Conclusion: If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing.

I loved getting married here! We got married in the Vienza Cave and had an outdoor reception right outside the cave. I was scared of having an outdoor reception during winter but there were many heaters provided. The staff and coordinators were so helpful. The whole process was easy and the staff are attentive, patient, and very friendly.

Where to even begin! This venue was nothing short of incredible! From the beginning stages of panning our wedding, to the day of our ceremony, Yesika and Jessica were absolutely amazing. Any time we had a question or request, they were there with a response almost immediately. The grounds are flawless and beautifully kept. The staff are wonderfully pleasant and willing to help with everything. Honestly, if I were to have my wedding again I wouldn't hesitate to have it at the Europa. I could not recommend this site more highly. Every aspect of our wedding fell perfectly into place and I have nobody to thank more than the staff at the Europa. They became part of our family that day and we will never be able to thank them enough.

Beautiful venue and very accommodating. Candice was always very quick to respond and was very helpful during the planning process. We couldn't have done this without her. Our wedding was perfect.

The venue was very quaint and charming. You really can't go wrong with a Temecula winery backdrop.
The tasting with Chef Dean was fabulous. Every bite being more decadent than the next.
However, I think they lacked in paying attention to some detail. We had told them that there were family members with specific food restrictions and instead of remedying the situation, they still served the food with eggs. As a bride joining a new family, I felt that it did not reflect well on me. Furthermore, I found emails where I had specified that there were family members with those restrictions. The venue coordinator brushed it off as a miscommunication but really they should have offered my husband's family new food. I also observed a server misplacing the entrees. When I told her that, she said its because I probably made a mistake. That was poor attitude towards a new bride. All in all, everyone had a good time, but just beware of the little details. If you have dietary restrictions, it's best to remind them a few times right before the wedding.

I loved Europa Village from the moment I stepped on the property. It offered the all inclusive pricing which made the decision to book there easier. Candice was very easy to work with from the beginning and was always readily available to answer the questions I had. Everything leading up to the wedding was seamless. My final meeting I was in a bit of shock to see the grounds were under construction and I had not been notified prior. After speaking with several people about the wedding several things were pointed out from our guests; half of the bar attendants were dismissed after cocktail hour leaving very few to help the guests. I have also received several comments that the bar attendants were not very friendly. We (bride and groom) were not served dinner, a guest offered to bring us food when realizing we had not received plates. I also received a comment that water was not offered throughout the evening.
Overall Europa was a gorgeous venue and met most of our needs. I would recommend the venue to any future bride and groom looking for a Temecula wedding.

Europa Village is an absolutely beautiful venue for a smaller intimate event or wedding. We were married at EV, Europa Village on 10/25/14 and shared our special day with 60 of our closest family & friends. EV, nestled in the vineyards of Temecula wine country and has an amazing outdoor patio, seating & ceremony area. We were married on the veranda at sunset and it was perfect. We held our cocktail reception in the wine cave and the reception outdoors on the patio. It was absolutely beautiful! The food was incredible! Everyone loved the old world Europe and Italian design of the winery and its' setting. My constructive criticism is that EV operates with a smaller staff. My recommendation is to engage the assistance of an event planner to help with planning, set up, orchestration and tear down or be willing to do it yourself. We did not and as a result experienced unwanted stress. Additionally, the bridal suite is small and combined (guys/gals) and it also doubles as the storage location for any items for the event which again caused additional stress. We made our decision on EV on a per head basis and gauged against other venues in the area. We didn't do a great job of factoring in the additional expenses we would incur as a result of EV not providing any of the base set up and decor. Although, EV is beautiful as it is and not much additional is needed. In the end, we spent more for our event than we had liked due to not factoring in all the additional expenses/fees in advance. Although we are still happy with our choice and we clearly chose Europa Village because of its unique character and appeal. We were thrilled with our special day at EV and the amazing memories it created for friends and family. Lisa and her staff did a terrific job of creating memories for a lifetime. Thank you to all involved for making our special day AMAZING!

Firstly, our wedding day at Europa was absolutely magical, and the venue itself is stunning. However, our experience working with their team during the planning process was extremely frustrating. Several other brides contacted us during their own planning stages, expressing similar frustrations with Europa's communication and professionalism after seeing our wedding photos posted on their page. It seems we weren't alone in encountering these issues.

Throughout our planning, we found ourselves needing to follow up multiple times on the same questions. Some of the staff members appeared unfamiliar with their roles and were occasionally rude and impatient. Despite the efforts of our coordinators, who were young, kind and dedicated, it was clear they were struggling under what seemed to be inadequate management.

In addition, we paid an extra $2,000 to block off the ceremony space outside the tasting patio, but there were random people walking through during our family photos and private vows. No one monitored the area, and we had to chase people down to get them to move. As a result, we were behind schedule for photos and didn’t get many shots with our family.

We also had to communicate with so many different people, only for them to leave the team. That alone says a lot about the organization. It was unclear who everyone answered to, making the whole process very confusing. Thankfully, we had family with decades of corporate event experience who stepped in to help us stay on top of things.

Given our family's extensive experience in events spanning over 30 years, we were surprised by the overall quality of service. We hope that Europa can use this feedback constructively to strengthen their team and improve their management practices in the future. It sure is a beautiful venue but a very dissapointing planning experience with their team.

The only reason Europa Village receives two stars is because the venue itself is beautiful and the food is very good. Beyond that, our experience was consistently disappointing.

We booked Europa Village through The Knot and expected a level of service that matched the premium price point. Instead, we encountered poor communication, disorganization, and multiple operational issues from the planning process through the wedding day itself.

Our event coordinator was extremely difficult to work with. Emails frequently went unanswered, and when responses did come, only portions of our questions were addressed, requiring repeated follow-ups. Communication became even worse as the wedding approached. During the week of our wedding, responses stopped almost entirely, and we only saw our coordinator briefly on the day of the event.

The hotel operations were equally disorganized. We reserved all of the casitas for our bridal party months in advance, yet hotel staff attempted to charge my husband an additional $2,000 because they could not locate the correct contract on their end. We were forced to prove the terms of an agreement that had already been finalized.

Couples should also be aware that the initial quote provided by Europa Village represents the bare minimum. Nearly everything is an additional charge. While upgrades and add-ons are common in the wedding industry, we found other Temecula wineries to be far more transparent about costs upfront.

The most concerning issues occurred on our wedding day.

We paid to have the Italian Village reserved and closed to the public for our event. Despite this, patrons were still walking through the property and inside the tasting room well beyond the agreed-upon closure time. Areas that were supposed to be private for our wedding remained accessible to the public.

In addition, two large white work trucks were parked directly outside our ceremony location while staff were setting up for another event scheduled later that weekend. This setup was taking place while guests were arriving for our ceremony. We ultimately had to ask staff to stop. For a venue that markets itself as a luxury wedding destination, this level of oversight was unacceptable.

Another issue future couples should be aware of is the bar service. Despite paying for an open bar, the bar was completely shut down for approximately 30–40 minutes during the transition between cocktail hour and the reception. During that time, guests had no access to drinks. When couples are paying premium prices for an open bar package, there should be a plan in place to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the event.

A wedding venue should provide organization, communication, and professionalism. In our experience, Europa Village failed in all three areas. The property is beautiful, but beauty alone does not justify the cost. If I could make the decision again, I would choose another venue. There are many wineries in Temecula that offer comparable scenery with significantly better service, communication, and attention to detail.

I was supposed to get married here and it didn't work out. A month out, we sent them questions for what is allowed, what we can do etc. We drove over an hour to meet with them for the "finalizing" meeting and they had no answers for us. Not only that, they basically said reschedule or we won't host you. Then, to get any answers about a refund, they were nickel and diming us... just like they did after we signed the contract.

Beautiful venue but I think there are places that have more experience in weddings than here.
