Jolene and the rest of the crew at Estes Park Shuttle were a huge help on our wedding day. Communicating with Jolene was very easy and efficient. Once we gave Jolene the info of who and where guests were to be picked up to go to/from the venue she put together a schedule within a couple of days and sent it over. We had even changed some info and she was so easy going about modifying the schedule. All of our guests had nothing but great things to say about the timeliness and personality of the drivers. They helped to get our guests where they needed to be on time and safely. We would highly recommend using Estes Park Shuttle for any events you have going on! -

Estes Park Shuttle was easy to use, affordable and accommodating. I had to update the pick up time twice prior to the wedding and on our wedding day. They were on time and friendly. I highly recommend them! -

We used Estes Park Shuttle Company for transportation services for our wedding in August. They were very professional and flexible and met all of our requirements. Pricing was reasonable also. They showed up when they were supposed to and were easy to work with. I'd recommend them if you need transportation services in the Estes Park area! -

We used Estes Park Shuttle for transportation of our wedding guests to and from the venue. Jolene was very responsive to emails and easy to work with, booking was a breeze! I emailed them a week before our wedding to verify pickup times and locations, and then didn’t have any contact with them the day of the wedding. They got all of our guests to our venue on time and were very useful at the end of the night for taking intoxicated guests back down to their hotels. My only real complaint is that they require a final count of how many people will be using the shuttle two weeks before the event, which would be fine if this had been a normal event but as the bride I had no idea how many of my guests were planning to use the shuttle and tracking down 100+ people for travel plans was not something I had the time to do. Jolene was understanding and I ended up just giving an arbitrary estimate, and as far as I know there were no problems on the day of. Overall, they were very easy to use and great to work with! -

Overall our experience was great. We had confirmed our schedule a week prior to the wedding, but the day or there was a miscommunication apparently. 30 minutes before the end of our wedding (1 hour before they were contracted to finish) the driver came into our wedding saying he wanted the last shuttle. He was told to bug off until the wedding was over and the wedding party was ready to load. He was disgruntled but left. He was supposed to return 30 minutes after the end of the wedding to get our wedding party back to the hotel after they were done packing up. He never returned. 50 minutes later the wedding party figured out a carpool with the few sober drivers they had. HOWEVER, when this was brought to the owner? Manager? They made it right and comped the remaining hour that hadn’t been used. Overall pleased, but make sure your schedule is clear. -

I tried to cancel my ticket 5 days in advance and they told me I could not get a partial refund, even though their policy clearly states they will give you a refund 3 days before the travel day. The person I spoke with on the phone told me 'cause my boss told me so' and refused to give me a partial refund. And there was nothing I could do. Extremely unprofessional. -

Extremely disappointed in the Estes Park Shuttle after years of being a customer locally. They left my elderly mother stranded in Estes Park yesterday with little to no apology, causing her to have a full blown panic attack and unable to reach the Denver Airport. Jim, the driver, reached out to my mom 3 separate times & still managed to get it wrong. The first time, he told her to be ready by 3:15 pm for the 4:00 pm shuttle. She was ready to go by 3:15 pm at the LOCAL residential address provided and indicated as so. The second time, he called to say it was going to be another 40 minutes (!!??) before he could come get her. The third time he reached out, he called her saying he was in the Safeway parking lot (?) and that our instructions said that's where he was supposed to pick her up (they literally did NOT. We put a residential address in Estes Park that was on the confirmation emails and have literally had no issues being identified by other drivers in the past). She asked him what the problem was at this point, and he said there was no issue. He said that Beth had given him the wrong instructions, but he had the right address now. Safeway is a 10 minute drive away, and he said he was on his way to our correct address and would be there shortly. Mind you, he's over an HOUR late for pick up at this point...My mom made her way outside into the heat and was waiting out there on the street for him and he never showed. 20 minutes later, we get a call from Beth, the receptionist, to tell us that the driver accidentally went to Loveland and can't turn around to get my mom.... I obviously was livid on behalf of my mother as she was now going to be late for her flight and I called Beth back to aggressively demand a resolution that my mother was unable to speak for on her own behalf as she was having a panic attack, and Beth HUNG UP on me. Yes, she refunded the shuttle, but made no arrangements to refund the flight my mom was about to miss or provide alternate transportation options. She didn't even provide an explanation for why the driver, Jim, was so lost or take accountability for having been the one to give him the wrong instructions. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This service caused an elderly woman to have a full blown panic attack, and a very costly mistake that we don't have the means to absorb. Will have a very hard time as a local recommending this service to anyone ever again and will continue to pursue action against Estes Park shuttle to take accountability for this very costly and traumatizing mistake.
