  DJ That Goes Above and Beyond

  Our DJ, Max, was truly amazing. He played great songs that got the crowd and us hyped up, he helped control the chaos, and during the planning he was so supportive and helpful. He provided so much reassurance.

  The best night

  DJ Koert has been nothing short of amazing! He reached out to us a few weeks before the wedding and helped us with our itinerary which gave us a piece of mind. He played all my must plays and didn't stray from our playlist. Everyone was on the dance floor and having a great time! Thank you so much DJ Koert and Essen Entertainment.

  Shout out dj koert & essen entertainment!

  Working with Essen Entertainment was by far one of the best decisions of our wedding day! From my initial conversation with JJ Essen, I knew we were in good hands. Our big day was held at some family property near Round Top, TX and we were assured that the travel and set up portion would be doable (I was VERY anxious about it). He connected me to DJ Koert Knights for our big day on October 7th. Koert was SO amiable, patient, kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process. He helped us organize and execute on all of our wedding playlists, even helping me custom mix my aisle song! A VERY talented DJ and fantastic investment towards the success of our party! My husband, planner, guests and I were so thrilled with his service and I hope we will meet again soon! Thank you again JJ & Koert!

  JJ is incredible!!

  JJ was honestly incredible - I told him the night of that he was a 10 out of 5 and it couldn't be more true!! We personally had the most anxiety about selecting a DJ for our wedding as I've seen the music at weddings make or break the experience for everyone so we spent a lot of time trying to ensure we had the perfect DJ. JJ was absolutely that in all aspects! He personally took the time to work with us to make sure that the music selection was exactly what we were looking for, while sharing his experiences to help us craft the perfect wedding playlist. Whether you have a pretty set list of songs in mind or are looking for a DJ to take creative liberty, we cannot endorse JJ more. His ability to read the room/crowd was perfect as well, keeping the momentum going strong throughout the night - the dancefloor was packed the whole evening! We had multiple friends and family come up to us after the wedding saying that was the best music they've ever heard at a wedding and that's truly a testament to JJ's ability to read the room and his years of experience! Seriously, if you are looking for an amazing DJ for your wedding, don't overthink it - going with JJ is absolutely the right choice!

  Fantastic experience

  We hired Essen Entertainment for our outdoor wedding, From start to finish a 10/10 fantastic experience. Essen entertainment was super user friendly. They contact you immediately after an inquiry, the price is great, the service is even better. Our DJ was DJ Charles, he was so kind, great at keeping in contact with us, very flexible on any changes or requests we had and most of all he was an outstanding DJ. We will be using DJ Charles for all of our events from now on. Highly recommend this company.

He communicated clearly and gave us great ideas to work with, while also making sure we were the ultimate decision makers on the details of our big day. He was easy to get ahold of throughout the whole process, and he did not add an ounce of stress to the planning. If you’re getting married, JJ will make that day extra special and fun!

  Perfect evening

  JJ was perfect for our wedding. Did a wonderful job planning with us and making suggestions to ensure our wedding was perfect. He did a wonderful job during the reception reading the crowd and keeping the energy up while also working in everything we had asked.

  DJ Arnold was amazing!! We received so many compliments about our music and dance floor. The DJ was one of the hardest choices during our planning process, because we wanted to make sure the music we loved was played (and no cheesy wedding music, top 40, etc). Arnold and JJ had us create our own playlists for each portion of the evening, and incorporated every song we wanted to hear (and never played anything we said no to!). His singing talent was an extra special bonus that our family absolutely loved. Arnold worked hard to make sure our ceremony and reception flowed smoothly, and he absolutely nailed it!!

  Great Wedding DJ

  JJ was great to work with from the start, reliable, professional. He coordinated carefully with my daughter and her fiance to put together the music for the ceremony and the reception. He did a great job, there was something for every generation to dance to at the reception. I heard from so many guests what a wonderful time they had.

He was already familiar with my venue and ran through a tentative timeline with me. After I hung up the phone, I thought WOW this guy knows his stuff! The day of the wedding itself our DJ, Adrian showed up ready to make our night one to remember. He was easy to work with and definitely had a role in making our wedding reception FUN! If you're even considering a DJ, I would highly highly recommend Essen Entertainment. They're professional, fun and well versed in wedding receptions!

  Hired instantly from our consultation call. He was very charismatic and friendly from the beginning and helped us with wedding questions, even if they didn’t pertain to music for the event. At the event itself, he read the crowd and knew which songs to keep everyone on the dance floor all night. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

  JJ with Essen entertainment was the best choice we could’ve made for our DJ and photo booth. Everyone had the best time at our wedding, and we truly wouldn’t change anything. Our wedding was the best time, and our guests keep telling us the same thing. If I could give them 100 stars out of 5, I would.

  Essen Entertainment exceeded all expectations for our wedding day. They were so professional and quick to respond during the planning period and the day of the wedding was a breeze! DJ Adrian was so amazing at keeping everyone on the dance floor all night long! He took requests and was great at keeping the flow and schedule moving as planned. Javier was our photo booth attendant and he was a blast! Our guests loved the photo booth! We are so happy we booked with Essen Entertainment and highly recommend everyone do the same! They will give you a party you and your guests will NEVER forget! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

  Perfection, it was fantastic!
