    Great food and great service

    We ordered fajitas for our wedding. They had an ample amount of staff serving at the wedding, the staff was professional, and the food was great. At the end of the night they packaged our food for us and placed it in the fridge for us to take home at the end of the night.

    Great Spot for Our Intimate Wedding Reception Dinner

    We chose Joe T's for our wedding reception following our ceremony at Marty Leonard Chapel. We had a smaller, more intimate wedding and wanting to be in the main restaurant for the ambiance that we loved. Jody, Leah, Sidney and staff were all so helpful and made sure that the event went off without a hitch. The food and drinks were amazing, venue was laide back and just perfect. They even made sure that my husband and I made it home with full plates since they knew we were up entertaining most of the time. Would have done it all the same if we got to choose again. 100% recommend.

    We had our rehearsal dinner at Joe T.'s. Our family is not from the area so it was their first time and everyone was blown away. We rented a private room for lunch and it was just beautiful. The walk through the patio to our patio room is gorgeous and our room was very accommodating as well. Everyone I spoke with helped coordinate it to be perfect even though I was planning from a different state. We showed up and everything went off without a hitch. Our families loved the food! I would definitely recommend using Joe T.'s for a private event.

    Delicious and very affordable! Callie was amazing to work with and they even offered a free tasting for my groom and I. The day of was perfect and yummy!

    Joe T's is obviously very casual so it may not be for everyone, but it was perfect for us. Private room was perfect. The service and food was fantastic. They were extremely accommodating. I would love to use them again for an event. THANKS JOE T'S!

    Joe T. Garcia's was an amazing place to have our rehearsal dinner. They were so well organized when talking to them over email or phone. They were very accommodating when we were at the venue. Many out of town guests could not believe we were in Fort Worth with the gorgeous landscaping. The staff was so helpful and let my (now) husband and I decide the perfect timing for appetizers, dinner, and dessert.

    Joe T. Garcia's is famous for a reason!! With delicious, authentic Mexican food, beautiful gardens, room for dancing, excellent service, and reasonable prices, Joe T.'s is the perfect reception location. Jody is an absolute pleasure to work with. She knows her stuff and covers all the bases, all while encouraging you to make the celebration your own, relax, and enjoy every minute. I can't imagine anything less than a fun, fantastic celebration at Joe T.'s!

    Love this place. Waiters were friendly and very helpful with making sure we stayed with our budget and we were happy. It is beautiful here, so little need for decorations.

    Have you been to Joe T's? It's family-owned and family-run... that means they are invested 100% in their business. We were taken care of from the moment we walked in the door. Jody and Lea helped us with all the pre-wedding preparations, and the staff flawlessly executed our wedding reception. For the money, Joe T's can't be beat. The margaritas were a HUGE hit with our guests!

    We had our wedding reception in a private room at Joe T Garcias in Fort Worth Texas. The coordinator Jodi was great to work with. She was very professional and explained every detail. We met face to face twice and she showed me the room, asked how I wanted tables arranged, where I wanted the cake table, let me choose the color of table linens, and the menu selection was very simple. We had an open bar and the cost was still rather reasonable. It is definately worth paying extra for a private room and your own waitstaff. We had 2 people and a bartended working our party and the service was excellent. The food was fantastic and everyone thought it was great. We had a lot of older people from up north who have never eaten mexican food, and even they loved it and want to go back for dinner! The atmosphere at joe T's is gorgeous and really unique. If you are looking for a location that is really special, this is it. Go there for dinner, meet with Jodi and see the different options they have. It's a great location.

    Joe T’s was a great place that everyone loved. The food was good, the service was excellent and we had our own private room to dine in. It was VERY busy, so being able to skip the line is always nice! Two drawbacks – it’s a cash only system and the parking is awful. As long as you are aware of those two things upfront, Joe T’s is pretty great.

    I had my reception in the garden at Joe T. Garcia's and it was a blast! The place is absolutely beautiful so we didn't have to spend a lot of money on decorations! We were at the back of the garden and it is secluded so it felt like we were the only ones there! The food was great and the staff was friendly. They even helped me put out my decorations and then take them down and to my car! The great thing about this place is that there is no rental fee. You simply just pay for the cost of the food, which is very reasonable considering what you actually get. A nice dinner for everyone costs about $16-18 a person, whereas at other places, you could get a basic cheese and fruit tray for that price. The margaritas are also a definite plus! I would recommend this place to anyone! They book up fast, so you should schedule with them early.

    This place has been the location of all big events in my family for over 30 years so I am thrilled to be having my rehearsal dinner here as well! Beautiful place, great staff, and yummy food and margaritas!

    Joe T Garcia's is an awesome and affordable place to have your reception! My husband and I booked the back garden. We were able to seat all 250 of our guests and set up a live band! BOOK EARLY!!!!!

    Great food and atmosphere

    We loved our experience! We had so much fun. Good was delicious and staff was friendly! They are strict on exit ideas and decorating. Other than that, we had a great time!

    Joe T's was perfect for our rehearsal dinner. Our guests loved the atmosphere, and the food was fantastic of course. Though it is louder for a private event out on the patio area (a Friday night after all), it goes well with the open cantina style. Joe T's was the obvious choice for our rehearsal dinner at a Fort Worth wedding weekend.

    Joe T's is a Fort Worth tradition. Despite being July, we decided to have our rehearsal lunch there anyway. We reserved a large patio area that was sectioned off (sort of enclosed) just for us, so it felt private. There were fans blowing to keep some air moving. Margaritas on the table, servers taking other drink orders. The menu there is simple (two choices: enchiladas or fajitas), and it came out great. You always get a ton of food there! I think that everyone enjoyed themselves, and it is a gorgeous patio.

    We had my daughter's wedding reception in the private room. It was a blast and everything was wonderful. However, I had two issues that I think everyone should be aware of before booking here. First, you have to pay for a large amount of liquor (before cash bar is opened) in the package. Second, our event was on a Friday night at 7:00 p.m. and there was absolutely NO PARKING. Our guests parked several blocks away. We had driven by on Thursday night and the situation was the same so I called Friday to see what we could do about it and was told they will not reserve parking for an event.

    Joe T. Garcia's is a huge restaurant with a gorgeous outdoor patio available for renting. This was the perfect spot for my rehearsal dinner as many of our guests were from out of town and enjoyed the Tex/Mex meal!

    A Fort Worth Tradition!! We had our engagement party at Joe T's in their private outdoor courtyard area. The private area was perfect for out party. While many restaurants private areas feel very stale and "party roomish" that is simply just not the case with Joe T's. It really feel like a little piece of a beautiful Mexican resort in the middle of Texas! While they don't offer a large variety of food and my no means it is the "best Mexican Food You will ever have." But the location and atmosphere make almost any event perfect. And they have WONDERFUL margaritas!

    Wedding Catering

    We knew we wanted to go with them for catering since the we got engaged. Communication at the start was very rough, we were in communication with multiple people and most of the time the receipt was always wrong. At the wedding, we didn’t receive the proper chicken fajitas. Don’t get me wrong.. the food was excellent (aside from not getting the correct style of chicken fajitas).
    The wedding coordinator had to ask them 3 times for plates for the bride/groom in the span of 20 minutes.

    Joe T Garcia’s - Reservations require $400 minimum non-refundable prepayment

    Called in advance to make reservations, but were told must make minimum non-refundable payment of $400 for 20 people, if less than 20 people come, minimum is still $400. Restaurant only takes cash. We decided not to make a reservation. Arrived 15 minutes early to get in line. Go table for 10 quickly. Good food, average price. Did not get drinks quickly and slow on refills, but a nice, interesting venue for out of town guests.
