We used Escort for our wedding in September. The entire team was easy to work with, professional and the limo and executive bus were great. New fleet, very clean and everything went according to plan. Would definitely recommend. -

Escort Limousine Service is absolutely stellar! We booked them for our daughter's wedding on 6/18/22. From the first interaction to our last, they were so friendly, accommodating and responsive. The day of the wedding, they were unable to provide the Escalade we booked due to a situation out of their control. They called me several hours in advance with their back up plan and sent their Porsche Panamera as a replacement! The wedding party absolutely loved it but most of all, each them commented on the driver, Ovid, who was funny, attentive and extremely personal. He seemed to share in our excitement of the day and went out of his way to be helpful and kind. If you are looking for a limousine/transportation for your wedding, do yourself a favor and call these guys. They give professionalism new meaning! -

They were on time. They waited until the bridal party was ready to go. They were very accommodating. And the drivers were very helpful and nice. They upgraded the bride and groom to a limo and the bridal party had a party bus. -

The driver arrived on time and when I handed him the final payment and tip, we sat there for a few minutes. I went up to the front of the limobus to make sure everything was ok, and he said that we were short (which I know we weren't, b/c I had JUST counted the money). I asked for the balance, counted the money again and handed it all back to him- minus a few dollars (which would have made his tip a bit nicer) for his error in counting the money the initial time.
I think he took the long way to the venue, but we made it, so it's ok. I would still recommend to a friend b/c the front end customer service was awesome! -

Escort Limo was great to work with throughout the wedding planning process. They were responsive, affordable, professional, and flexible with our proposed routes and schedule. On the day of the wedding, the stretch hummer was early and the trips back and forth from the hotel went smoothly and proceeded on time! The driver was very professional and accommodating and the limo was equipped with water and champagne glasses as advertised. Our two complaints: 1) I was asked to pay and sign receipts while getting into the limo in my wedding dress on the way to the ceremony. I think the company should allow for payment either before or after, electronically, so that brides or grooms do not have to fumble with credit cards outside the limo as they're on their way to get married. 2) The stretch hummer bluetooth and aux cable did not work, so we were unable to play music while riding between the ceremony and reception with the bridal party. We were pretty pumped to celebrate a bit, and were disappointed that those capabilities were not working.Escort Limousine Service's reply:

We hired Escort Limousines due to trying to manage costs for the wedding and thought they had the best value. However, we did not have the best experience with Escort Limousines .. one, they ask to receive final remaining payment on the day of the wedding - the last thing the bride or the family should be managing (they should do this in advance if anything). Also, the bus we had did not have any AC and our wedding party was sweating during all transportation segments we had. Also, our driver of the smaller limo seemed a bit clueless... he smaller limo started driving away as one of our family members was still getting in the vehicle. Would not recommend this company. -

They were a half an hour late picking our groomsman up. They ruined the grass at the house we were staying at. And the limo the wedding party took back (which was supposed to be a treat!) had a malfunction with the lights and the entire limo was strobing for our twenty minute ride and the bride got sick. We asked the driver to pull over but he refused. We ended up getting a refund from the company for the damages, but I would not recommend this company to anyone.Escort Limousine Service's reply:
We are sorry that you had a bad experience with our service.
But you were clearly aware that the road at your reception site was extremely narrow for any large vehicles to make a turn around specially with stretch SUV's and buses. For the convenient of your guests the driver made the attempt to get them as close as possible to the building since it was a dirt and muddy road, otherwise we had to drop them off far from the building. Yes, there were some tire marks on the grass for obvious reason which we ended up paying for the damages as you claimed.
As you know the control panel for all the lights and accessory were conveniently located in the back and you and your guests had the full access to it. There was no malfunction with the strobe lights as you mentioned it was simply turned on by one of your passenger. You asked driver while he was in motion to turned it off and his reply was that you had the full control of the features. We will be very cautious next time when we go to places with narrow roads / driveways and asked the client where they would like to be dropped off without causing any damages to the grass. -

This company sounded nice on the phone and was rated highly on the knot and or wedding wire. They were however not flexible and not clear with discussing money dues and times when they were due. They called the bride on the night of the wedding when they arrived. Once me and my husband got into the limo they wanted payment. And were persistent; taking away from our just married bliss. The cost was too much for the quality. I would not recommend them.Escort Limousine Service's reply:
We are sorry that you were offended by our driver when he asked to collect the remaining balance on the day of your service. By no means this was a surprise, as you were clearly notified by our email confirmation that the "charter payment is due upon arrival of your limousine". Prepaid arrangement could have been made should you choose to do so. Your driver was 30 minutes early for your pick up and an upgrade limousine was sent to you for your wedding day.
