We cannot say enough wonderful things about Erin. From the very beginning, she brought a sense of calm, organization, and professionalism that made the entire planning process so much easier and more enjoyable.
For the months leading up to and on the wedding day, she handled countless details, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure we could truly be present and enjoy every moment. Whenever a question or challenge came up, she already had a solution in place. Erin also single handedly organized and designed our welcome party the day before for our out of town guests with beautiful florals and delicious charcuterie.
What impressed us most was how much Erin genuinely cared about making our wedding feel like our wedding. She listened to our vision, respected our priorities, and helped bring everything together beautifully. Thanks to her hard work, our day felt effortless, joyful, and stress-free.
If you’re looking for someone who is talented, organized, responsive, kind, and exceptionally good at what she does, we wholeheartedly recommend Erin! She was an invaluable part of our wedding, and we are so grateful for everything she did to make our day unforgettable.

Highly Recommend!!
Erin was absolutely amazing! She is so professional, knowledgable, responsive, and calming. We absolutely could not have pulled off our wedding without her guidance and assistance. Our wedding day felt so smooth and I know its because Erin was behind the scenes working her magic! She was there for us from beginning to end. She relieved us of a lot of pressure throughout the process, which was much appreciated. She goes above and beyond and we will forever be grateful for her! Highly recommend! -

Erin is the reason our wedding was so spectacular!!!
I cannot say enough about how amazing Erin was at planning our wedding! She was so detail oriented, she knew all the right vendors, was strategic and patient when we had some venue issues, and knew exactly how to handle difficult family dynamics! I felt like there were multiple occasions when I would call to update her about something, but she had already called the vendors herself for updates- she was super on it on every last detail. I could not reccomend her full service package enough!! Thank you Erin!! We could not have done it without you -

Working with Erin was a dream!!!
I could not have asked for a better wedding planner than Erin! She was always available to answer any questions I had, she was great at keeping me on track with tasks and quick to anticipate my needs the day of the wedding. I had no stress on my wedding day knowing I was in good hands. 100% recommend! -

Beyond Grateful for Erin!
Erin helped me achieve my dream wedding! I hired her as my day of coordinator, but her help began far beyond the day. While I hired most of my vendors independently, she made recommendations of the best people in the area. Her connections in the wedding community allowed me to secure a fabulous caterer at a rate that was much more affordable to our tight budget. Erin helped me feel confident in the choices we were making and thought of things we didn't know to consider or ask about. Our wedding took place at my husband's family home and Erin support allowed the whole family comfortable with hosting a big event. On the day of the event she was a cool, calming presence who allowed us to relax and enjoy our family and friends and be in the moment instead of worrying about dealing with vendors, or remembering the order of the event. Her assistant on the day was also lovely and very helpful! Couldn't recommend Erin's services more! -

Thank you Erin!
Erin was so great and helped make our wedding the most amazing day. She was very helpful in giving us all the information ahead of time and had answers to all our questions so we were very comfortable leading up to the wedding. Her direction in set up kept everything smooth and we had no issues come up day of. She worked so well with our vendors and the work her and the florist did blew us away. Everything was perfect! It was so great to enjoy our day knowing we were in such amazing hands with Erin. I would highly recommend her to anyone! -

Erin made our planning process and wedding day stress-free and truly incredible. Throughout planning, there are so many unknowns and things that you don't even know you need to think about. Erin always had an answer, a recommendation, or guidance. And that eliminated any stress- knowing I had an expert to rely on who's opinion and taste I trusted. She also managed the relationships with vendors, which was incredibly time consuming and laborious before my 3-month package with Erin began. On day-of, Erin solved problems and coordinated everything so smoothly, allowing us to enjoy every moment. She did all this while being so friendly and relaxed even when there was stress and stressed out people all around :)
I'm so grateful for Erin and highly recommend her to any bride/couple- she's wonderful and gets it done. -

Union Hill Inn wedding 06/19/2021
Erin coordinated our wedding at Union Hill Inn this past June! She was great to work with, and picked right up where our previously hired coordination left off. I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and she made the vision that I had come to life. Her communication was great through the whole planning process and made everything so easy. The chapel where we were married looked beautiful and her and her team transferred our florals to the reception hall. My husband and I got married during the heat wave and it just so happen to be 109 the day of our wedding, needless to say it was tough especially at a venue without AC. Erin helped everything flow smoothly despite the heat. My only suggestion would be to be very specific about some small things you may want that I didn’t know were things. Unfortunately my florals were sent to the chapel and the bridal party didn’t have any of their boutonnières or bouquets in our earlier getting ready photos. This is not something that we had planned for as we thought they would have been provided. Like the pinning on of the grooms boutonniere. We did a first look so I am not sure if that’s why it was staged that way, but it is something we would have liked to have. Aside from that minor detail we highly recommend Erin and her team she’s super nice, easy to work with, very organized and made our day come together as perfect as possible! It was beautiful, thank you erin. -

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Erin as our planner for our wedding at Union Hill Inn! We were both incredibly busy with work in the months before the wedding, and Erin helped make sure that we had checked all of our boxes before the event. She helped to wrangle our crazy wedding party during our rehearsal and make sure everyone knew what to do. On the day of, she took care of everything, including the many details that my husband and I forgot to figure out! Our wedding went smoothly all thanks to Erin. She even saved the day with a safety pin and some tape when my wedding dress strap snapped right after the ceremony. We would give our highest recommendation to Erin as your wedding planner! -

Professional, smart, with great knowledge of the local vendors. My daughter had to cancel her first wedding date due to Covid. Erin was immensely helpful in getting everything rescheduled a year later. She's great. -

Erin and her staff were great! They she handled every little detail and fire that occurred on the day of the wedding. We had a group of groomsmen that were a little rowdy and she kept them all in line - where they needed to be, when they needed to be and let them have a little fun too! Erin was always available any time of day whenever I texted her with questions. If she didn't know the answer or if I needed vendor quotes she was super resource full and quick to respond with answers and quotes. Erin was also very professional with advocating for us with the venue and mitigating issues with the venue. I would recommend Erin to any and all of my friend and utilize her again in a heart beat. -

Experienced, knowledgeable and efficient!
My husband and I got married in Sonora at the Union Hill Inn on 12/07/19. Erin is one of three of their preferred planners. After our first meeting with her I knew we made the right choice. Erin is so knowledgeable! She was always able to answer our questions and offer solutions. We are from Stockton, about an hour and 20 minutes from Sonora, so we thought choosing vendors was going to be a challenge, but not with Erin! She made the best recommendations and made everything go so smoothly. I took comfort in knowing that she wouldn’t let anything slip through the cracks. She sent me reminders and made sure everything was taken care of. The day of we didn’t have to worry about a thing! When it came to bumps in the road or any stress, Erin remained cool, calm, and in control. It wouldn’t have been our dream wedding without her! -

We found Erin online, she was willing to travel to our venue in Yosemite Valley and provided references which was great. We threw a lot at her, our wedding was pretty over the top and had a lot of details and she handled it well and the wedding turned out beautifully. Best of all I didn't have to worry about anything on my special day. She was organized and helped us secure a few last minute rentals. I would recommend Erin for your big day. -

We love Erin! Planning a wedding isn’t easy and can bring on a lot of stress (and I plan events often). Erin’s a breath of fresh air! Literally takes away any stress you may have! Last summer Sean and I tied the knot at Union Hill Inn. We were excited, but overwhelmed. Holding a destination wedding is not an easy feat but Erin Betts Events made it feel effortless! Erin’s attention to detail was exactly what we needed. She’s an expert in the field. She was able to help us focus on what mattered most to us, show us what worked and didn’t at weddings last, while also giving us room to create.

Erin was the easiest and best decision I made for my wedding day. She is very responsive, organized and warm to work with.
She created a timeline that made it easy for the wedding party to see how the day would unfold and answered any questions the bridal party had. She was also there to greet vendors and deal with any issues.
Erin scheduled our meetings with my busy life in mind and was always timely and transparent. She had wonderful ideas and we drew from her many creative experiences to make our day that much more special.
I can honestly say that nothing went wrong and I was beyond satisfied. Erin was on top of things from the very beginning and on the day of, I did not have to lift a finger or navigate any kind of issue. She did it all with ease and grace.
I can not recommend her enough. It will make your wedding day everything you dreamed of. -

Helpful, calm, prepared
Erin was wonderful to work with. We used her for my daughters wedding 10/22/22, at Union Hill. My daughter had a specific vision, Erin allowed us to execute it, navigating us to make everything smooth. She offered great advice, solutions, and gave us personal referrals for needed vendors. We had to make a last minute change from an outdoor reception to indoors do to rain, the day before wedding. Do to weather, it was stressful, Erin remained calm, helped us switch gears and make a beautiful transition. She was a delightful mediator with our difficult venue staff, and helped make the day special with an exceptional attitude. High highly recommend her services. -
