  Erica is an amazing baker but even more talented designer. All cakes have amazing flavor and are gorgeous to the eye. Almost sad to cut any of her cakes. She has done various cakes for different events and with different themes and ALL have been stunning. She definitely listens to what you want and delivers even more than you expect.
