Fabulous and professional

I purchased a diamond band and ordered it in rose gold. It is spectacular and the gentleman I worked with was kind, professional and fun! I love my ring and would go back to purchase more jewelry any time.

I bought the “Polka Dots” hoops at the ERAVOS website to wear them with a black and gold evening gown. They were just stunning! Very elegant looking, comfortable to wear, good closure and lightweight. Very pretty and perfect for what I bought them for, and for I´m wearing my hoops now, to go to the office, for outdoor sports, fishing, boating and kayaking without the dangling. They are perfect size for that, they are very shiny and I’m in love with my earrings.

I cannot say enough great things about ERAVOS. I went there based on a reference of one of my colleagues. About a year ago I purchased the engagement ring for the love of my life and the service and professionalism was outstanding! Their selection and quality of diamonds coupled with the knowledge and courtesy of their staff, make this the diamond store to shop at Vienna, Virginia. Not surprisingly, when I decided it was time to purchase diamond earrings for my now wife, I did not even consider going anywhere else but to ERAVOS jewelers. The second experience was just as great, if not better than the first. This place is a true class act and my Jewelers for life.

The earrings “Gemini” from ERAVOS are small but absolutely stunning with all those shiny diamonds on both sides, My husband bought those for me for our anniversary and I’m is obsessed with them! I’m confident that we are buying quality because ERAVOS gave us the third party certification and appraisal without any additional cost. I really recommend this jewelry store online.

Compré mi pulsera de diamantes en Eravos, “Leaves of Paradise” y sencillamente la amo! Quería conseguir una pulsera que pudiera usar para ocasiones especiales, y esta ha sido la mejor opción por el precio y la calidad. Como no conozco mucho sobre diamantes, recibí asesoría telefónica y por correo sobre todas las características y descubrí que en Eravos estaba adquiriendo una pieza de alta calidad, sus diamantes además de brillar muchísimo porque tienen un corte excelente, tienen una claridad y pureza muy buenas! Y el servicio es excelente! Mi pulsera llegó por correo y de verdad superó las expectativas que Yo tenía, además recibí el certificado de garantía gratis. Recomiendo comprar los productos de Eravos.

Everything about Eravos has been extraordinary. We've worked with Ash, and he has been professional, empathetic, and helpful through every step of the process. He has helped us with our engagement ring and our wedding bands. We entered the process as complete strangers to everything about "diamonds," then we learned a lot and we were able to buy with confidence our wedding jewelry. My husband and I had an excellent experience at Eravos, my husband had seen the Eravos engagement rings online and for he was ready to pop the question, he knew he had to made an appointment to Eravos for our wedding rings! They helped us choose the diamond, setting, and made changes along the way.
My engagement ring is "DROP DEAD GORGEOUS"! I am excited with my splendid ring! We also bought the wedding bands from Eravos, and those are just beautiful! additionally they gave us the jewels certificate without any additional cost.

We wouldn't change a thing, they have made us customers for life!

I highly recommend them!

Yo estaba de viaje en los Estados Unidos y una prima que vive en Miami me dijo que ella había comprado en la tienda online de Eravos varias joyas, que me animara a comprar el anillo de compromiso y los anillos de matrimonio. Gorgeous jewelry, the service is astounding. I recommend buying online from Eravos. They helped me with all the doubts that I had before buying my girlfriend's engagement ring. Eravos sent me the ring in time, the shipping and the jewelry certificate was for free! The best part was my now fiancée's face when she saw the ring, she just loved it! We are 100% satisfied!

I love the Eravos’ jewelry, and I buy it every time I want to indulge myself. I’m more than happy with Eravos, its website pictures are super clear and sharp, so I can see every detail in their diamonds. When I have doubts about the characteristics of the jewel that I want to buy, I just have to call them or send them an email, and they clarify all the doubts with a lot of patience and knowledge. The best of all are the engagement rings and wedding rings! My husband bought me the engagement ring through the Eravos website. Then, when he proposed to me, I loved the ring, after that we also bought the wedding rings from Eravos. Since my husband's ring was a bit big, we sent it for adjustment and in two weeks the ring had been sent to us again, and it was perfect. I love buying on Eravos’ website!

Eravos is the best! My fiancé bought my engagement ring following the advice of the Eravo's Team. It's EXACTLY what I wanted. It's one of the shiniest rings I have ever seen. I get a lot of compliments a day on what a gorgeous ring it is.! Eravo’s owner is extremely knowledgeable and always offers us options that will fit our budget. We have found that Eravos sells quality diamonds and jewelry at a great price. These guys are well worth it. I highly recommend them! I love it!!

Eravos has some of the nicest jewelry I have seen!. Some of my friends who knew that I was about to purchase my wedding jewelry kept telling me to purchase my jewelry from Eravos. I was having doubts because I had never purchased jewelry online neither from this company, moreover of that I didn’t know how the quality and look of their jewelry would be. Then I saw some of the jewelry that my friends had purchased from Eravos, and I eventually decided I would try this jewelry store online. I recently received the diamond engagement ring and the wedding bands that I ordered online, those were just beautiful and came with a third party certificate and appraisal. All I can honestly say is that Eravos definitely has a new client for life, it has wonderful, sparkling, perfect jewelry. I recommend the Eravos Team, they were very supportive with great expertise, taking care of everything I needed.

I had an excellent experience buying a custom engagement ring at Eravos. I went to 12 different jewelries, also visited several online sites, and it was shocking how much more they wanted to charge me for the ring. Mr. Ash de Eravos is the most honest and helpful person I knew during my search, and he helped me get the exact ring that my fiancée wanted for a very reasonable price. The ring came in three weeks, with its Certificate of Authenticity! My fiancée is delighted with the ring. We planned to come back here for the wedding rings, and to buy some earrings for the bridesmaids.

I have found these jewelry store online. They are new to the U.S., and I wasn't sure where to start in the process of buying to my wife a nice piece of jewelry for a gift, I wanted to surprised her in our honey moon. I have been traveling to New York for many years and purchased jewelry there numerous times. As a new experience, after contacting the Eravos team by their website, I was invited by them to their office in Vienna, Virginia, and I was greeted by Karina who offered me champagne. We sat down in a comfortable setting and she asked me different questions about my preferences, and then showed me various jewelry options. she was completely focused on my needs the whole time, wasn't pushy furthermore she was very helpful teaching me about the diamonds characteristics, I learned about the importance of color, carates, clarity and cut. I felt very comfortable through the entire process and ended up buying a beautiful bracelet which my wife absolutely loves. I met the owner and he was friendly too. It's a totally different experience and I will be back for more.

Recomiendo 100% visitar la oficina de Eravos en Vienna, Virginia. Ellos tienen joyas para todos los gustos. Karina es absolutamente asombrosa! Ella intuyo rápidamente lo que yo necesitaba, luego de unas cortas preguntas, la cita fue relajante y ella y el equipo de Eravos escucharon lo que Yo quería para luego ayudarme a escoger el anillo de bodas perfecto para complementar mi anillo de compromiso.
Mi experiencia con Eravos fue tan maravillosa que decidí comprar el anillo de bodas de mi esposo también con ellos. Una vez más, fue un encantador encuentro con Karina, Ash y su equipo. Ellos Ayudaron a mi esposo a encontrar el anillo adecuado para él sin estrés en el proceso y estuvo listo en menos de 2 semanas.

I had very limited knowledge about shopping a diamond engagement ring, having only a slight clue as to what exactly I was looking for. However, working with Eravos was absolutely the greatest decision I made. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable at all the stages of the ring purchase. I never felt in the dark with any of the recommendations they offered, they always had my best interest in their mind. It’s a highly recommended team to work with and I’m truly grateful purchasing through them. My fiancée love the ring since I proposed to her. Eravos’ prices are the best that I have found, and the customer service is top notch. The ring came with a third party appraisal and guarantee which give me peace of mind, the best part is that I didn´t have to pay extra for it.

Working with the Eravos team is enjoyable. They made me feel very special and they quickly became my jewelry advisors, therefore my purchase became an stress-free experience. OMG!! My husband just gave me a pair of beautiful earrings from Eravos, and they are fabulous, stunning but daring. They are all glittery and a have very good size and are so different that they will definitely attract the looks and compliments. The price is phenomenal for the quality. Can't wait to wear them whether it is to just go to the supermarket or to a party. Don't hesitate if you're want to buy earrings from Eravos; they are worth every dollar!!

Lets this serve as a intimation to all the couples. Ash- Ashish Gupta is an absconder from the Indian authorities and has numerous warrant issued against him. The cheques issued by him are retunred unpaid and he will arrested immediately upon his return to India. His Son is left behind by him in India and is facing all the lenders and authortiies. Very unethical thief

I do not write bad reviews, but it has been very hard to stay silent about what I experienced. He makes all these false promises - do not fall for it! I got scammed out of $16,000 and it's truly a horrible feeling I hope no one ever experiences. Do not do business with this jeweler. Be warned about any jeweler that requires full payment upfront, before you even get anything from them, and has a no refund policy. That is NOT the industry standard. Don't give him a penny - find a different jeweler with better policies.
