  Epting Events was Perfect!

  Epting Events did our catering, floral and decor and they made our day amazing! Bethany, Casey and Kimberly were so easy to work with. They brought our vision to life and our food was delicious!

  Epting Events is the BEST!!

  Lee and his team are incredible!! We had to downsize and move our wedding to the backyard of a private residence due to the virus. We were searching for a caterer and my fiancé's parents recommended Lee, a longtime family friend. Lee and his team made sure our day was perfect. They were able to replicate all of the food items that were on our original menu (including a raw bar!) and helped coordinate with our rental company to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was literally amazing -- we got so many compliments all night. Lee and his team are also extremely professional; they took care of every detail. Lee's experience in the business and unique ability to plan events really brought a special touch to the whole weekend. Highly recommend Epting Events!

  I recently got married and my main point of contact with Bethany. I will say, Bethany and her team are STELLAR. Hands down, such a pleasure working with Epting. They were the most responsive vendor on our venue's preferred list so we knew almost immediately to go with them. They provided the food, decor, and flowers for our wedding. We were a little nervous because we wanted a very Latin American wedding when it came down to the food. Epting did not disappoint. During our tasting, everything was explained and the food (AND CAKES) were so good. Kimberly was excellent with decor and floral.   Where to begin?

  Epting Catering does more than just food (even though their food is out of this world). They provide unparalleled service, professionalism and care about these events like they're their own. We ended up with a worst case scenario (freezing rain, flooding, etc.), and they rolled up their sleeves to make it a perfect, perfect day. Above and beyond only begins to describe them.
  
  Now for the food... I am STILL hearing people talk about it. Things like the gumbo, fried oysters, pralines. Could not have been happier with everything they provided. Already booked for my sister's wedding in October 2019!!

  We used Epting for our daughter's wedding and could not have been happier! Everything was perfect - from the planning for months to the actual wedding day!. The food was excellent as well as the flowers and all decorations. Bethany was the wedding planner and I cannot say enough nice about her! She was on top of everything from start to finish!!!!!

  I recently used Epting to help with my local Athens wedding. Since I live in California we were looking for a company that could handle a lot of the logistics for us and Epting did just that! We had Epting do the catering, decorations, flowers, etc and we were beyond pleased! We got compliments from our guests on how delicious the food was and how beautiful everything looked! Bethany was an absolute delight to work with and I would recommend her to everyone!!! Thanks Epting!

  After communicating with all 3 potential caterers at my venue, I knew quickly that Epting was the best choice. They were responsive, kind and helpful and made it so easy to figure out my wedding details. In fact, they were so great that I also did the cake, decor, and florals with them as well! I worked with Bethany and Kristen to square away all my wedding details and I could not ask for a better team! They brought great recommendations to the table, were flexible when I wanted to change anything and helped bring my vision to life.   I worked with Epting at a wedding this past weekend (specifically Meredith), and they did a great job! I had a full timeline well before the event, and Meredith and her crew were very on-point and organized when we arrived. Every 'i' was dotted and every 't' crossed, and the wedding went perfectly and VERY smoothly. These guys were great!

  Food was fabulous. Service was top notch. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how wonderful the food was. We also rented draping and lights from Epting and they did a great job of making it look like a fairy tale wedding. The guys hanging it all were very friendly and helpful. This is a great company to work with.

Epting Events did my floral arrangements, bouquets, table linens and all of the decor at the Georgia Theater and chapel and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Epting also provided my wedding cake, grooms cake and catering! It was literally a one stop shop and I loved working with Bethany, Kimberly and Meredith. They did an such an amazing job! If you want an absolutely beautiful wedding with stress free planning and organizing, Epting Events is who you should use.

  Lee Epting and his staff catered my daughter's wedding reception at The Twelve Oaks Bed & Breakfast in Covinton, Georgia. Planning a wedding in Georgia at a distance from Texas can be challenging. They handled everything! The food was wonderful. Loved the Shrimp & Grits! The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every need... even a few we forgot!! Table decorations and settings were outstanding. Words cannot express our appreciation for helping to make my daughter and new son-in-law's reception a Southern Dream!

  I cannot say enough good things about Epting Events. They did everything for our wedding from venue, to food, transportation, decorations. Bethany helped us with every little detail. I received many compliments about the food from our guests. Really enjoyed working with them, and would highly recommend Bethany and Epting Events!   My daughter's wedding was at the Hill in Athens, GA, an event venue owned by Epting. It was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. The Hill is the most beautiful setting for on outdoor wedding, and the weather in early May was perfect. Epting provided many services, but also allowed us to do our own thing for some of the decor to make it personalized. Bethany Dodson is the ultimate professional and made the day of the wedding and reception totally stress-free.

The Hill is the most beautiful setting for on outdoor wedding, and the weather in early May was perfect.   We utilized Epting for our ceremony venue, reception venue, decorations, bridal/bridesmaids flowers and catering. Overall, they did a phenomenal job. The staff is very friendly and extremely capable of putting together the event you've envisioned and more! The catering staff did a wonderful job throughout the reception as well. We tucked ourselves away to have dinner by ourselves and they had our plates and beers already waiting for us. It was also nice that they checked on us several times while we were having dinner to make sure we had everything we needed/wanted.
  We held our ceremony at The Trade Room and the reception at The Cotton Press. Both are in the same building, making the transition from the ceremony to the reception extremely easy. Our guests fully enjoyed the food and atmosphere of the event spaces!

  We utilized Epting for our ceremony venue, reception venue, decorations, bridal/bridesmaids flowers and catering. Overall, they did a phenomenal job. The staff is very friendly and extremely capable of putting together the event you've envisioned and more! The catering staff did a wonderful job throughout the reception as well. We tucked ourselves away to have dinner by ourselves and they had our plates and beers already waiting for us. It was also nice that they checked on us several times while we were having dinner to make sure we had everything we needed/wanted.

  Great wedding experience!

  We hired Epting Events as our wedding caterer for our wedding last month at Yonah Mountain Vineyards. Bethany was a pleasure to work with - she was upbeat, professional, and flexible when we had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID. Probably due to COVID, we felt like our guests didn’t know appetizers were available at cocktail hour and didn’t know they could go back for seconds for dinner. That being said, the staff was very nice and attentive to my husband and I throughout the night! Thank you to the Epting team for making the wedding planning process less stressful than it otherwise could’ve been!
