Simply amazing!

Dom is an incredible DJ and such a genuine person. My husband and I were searching doe a DJ for our micro wedding and the moment I spoke to Dom, I knew he would take care of us. He was always available for any question that arose. He need an amazing job communicating and offering additional services that normally aren’t the responsibility of a DJ. He played a wonderful mix of music at our event and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I couldn’t have picked a better person! Highly recommended.

Amazing DJ for Destination Wedding

Dominick did an amazing job at our wedding. He kept constant communication throughout the event. He was able to get everyone dancing and even stayed a little late to play a groomsman's special request. I couldn't have asked for better. His transitions were flawless. Amazing job.

Amazing experience with Dom the DJ!

Dom was everything we could’ve asked for, and more! He was professional, prepared, diligent, and enthusiastic the entire time, all for a very reasonable price. He kept us calm during the ceremony and kept the party going during the reception. He was an absolute blast to be with and our guests raved about how fun the evening was. Dom also did an incredible job MC’ing the reception as everyone commented how smooth, funny, and entertaining the sequence of wedding events went. Finally, Don even helped us out with an incredible recommendation the week of when we had an issue with one of our vendors. We would absolutely recommend Dom to DJ your wedding in the future!

DJ Dom was such a great find!

Dom was super professional, fun and reliable. We knew we made the right choice during our first meeting with Dom when we could tell he was so excited about the event and helped us start planning for music. Our venue had some interesting challenges, like no power at the ceremony site. Dom showed up extra early to make sure he was all ready to go and brought all of the necessary equipment. We also had a special request for our "grand entrance" song that Dom absolutely nailed!
We received great feedback from our guests on the wedding day who thought that Dom was doing a great job. He helped call the tables for the buffet and did a great job making sure my husband and I were happy with the song selections. He happily took recommendations from guests, but would also have the guest ask us if he thought we may not like the song (which was SO appreciated!). I can't say enough great things about Dom.. He was the perfect DJ for our event and I have already recommended him to a few friends!

June wedding

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. The music choice was on point and Dominick was so personable! Planning was very stressful at times and Dominick made sure that we covered any possible event details, which I was very thankful for! If I could relive that night over, I would a million times! Thank you for everything!

Dom is the BEST!

Dom was the DJ at my sister's wedding a couple years back so when it came time to pick out our DJ there was no question who we wanted! The dance floor was never empty and everyone had an incredible time!! We just wish there was another wedding coming up so we can hang out with Dom again :)

Very professional

DJ Dom Killed It! Great wedding with great music!

Dominick was amazing. We first met with him to discuss what we wanted and what type of music we wanted to play! He then had us fill out a form with all info/requested songs, etc ! He even came out to our backyard venue to scope it out to ensure he could deliver the best service ! It was such a good turn out and even with weather he powered through and it was seamless! All of the songs we wanted to play were played and it was a great time from start to finish! Couldn’t have happened with out him!

Amazing Experience!

There are not enough words to describe Dominick. He is professional, flexible, and gets involved in all aspects. He helped us all along the way of our planning and the day of the wedding he went above and beyond. From helping with our timeline, to checking in with us to see how we were holding up to even helping with one of our guests. We are so happy to have picked him to celebrate our special day. He is 100% recommended!

Best DJ Ever

Seriously this guys will do it all. We had him for our wedding this winter during the snowiest day of the season and he was amazing and very reliable. He set up in different areas of the venue for different parts of the wedding. Extremely flexible and able to accommodate all music types. Metal, classical, rock, edm, jazz, anything. Everyone at the wedding loved him. Book him. You won't regret it. DJs can make or break a wedding and this guy made ours.

This guy is the best!

We hired Epic Functions for our daughter’s Bat-Mitzvah and he was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish.

From our first meeting to our last Dominic did not disappoint. Our first meeting was just to feel him out and to see if we even liked him. He took notes and asked a ton of questions before we even signed a contract! He’s easy going, super sincere, and a really really nice guy. He met with us twice prior to the event and kept constant contact via email. He listened and followed through with everything we asked of him, especially during the event itself when we were stressed and more than once indecisive.

He’s so easy to work with. He adjusted to everything we asked and was a continuous source of positive energy and in a contagiously good mood. The sound system sounds amazing and the lighting made our boring event room looks amazing. Dominic took the time to setup the sound and lighting system and hide the wires with black duct tape, he’s attention to the small details are outstanding.
He managed the games for the kids and adults and ensure the entire event had a positive fun mod. He’s music skills and ability to mix the songs and to follow the songs we picked was amazing. He did everything we agreed on and more during the event. After the event the guests complimented on how good he was and several guests are planning to hire him for their event.

Lastly, and maybe the most important was his contract. Easy to read, straightforward and fair. Verbiage is equal to both parties and not just one sided. We hired several DJ’s in the past, some cost way more than Dominic, and they don’t come close to Dominic.

This guy is the best! I just want to go on and on complimenting him and hope that anyone reading this review meet with him and of course hire him, because he’s so worth it!! 100% recommend.

Epic Functions gets the party started!

Dominick is great!!! He had the whole dance floor pumped. As videographers, he was wonderful to work with and helpful. He knows how to set the tone and is easy to get along with. We highly recommend him!!!

My partner and I could not be more pleased with DJ Dominick / Epic Functions. He was very professional and responsive from the very first time we contacted him right up to and including the day of our wedding. Music selection was super fun, equipment sounded great, and Dominick did a great job of helping to facilitate our wedding / reception so that we could just enjoy being there with our friends and family.

There is not enough good things that can be said about Dom & Epic Functions!

Dom WAY exceeded our expectations! From the bridal party entrance (which we made complicated) to the reception (with tons of German songs and surprises) - Dom KILLED our wedding reception! All of our guests still comment about how great our DJ was… THE DANCE FLOOR WAS PACKED THE ENTIRE TIME! I mean, that is almost unheard of! Not to mention how great his communication was prior to the wedding! (He is seriously the best!)

Thank you so much, Dom, for everything! You are 100% the best DJ in Colorado and we are so lucky to have had you make our special day the best day possible!

Dom was the perfect DJ for my wedding! He made sure he understood our schedule of the day, and planned the best music for each portion of the day. Dom was in communication with us throughout the whole process, and even during the reception he checked in with us to make sure we liked the music and we're having fun. I highly recommend Dom to anyone looking for a DJ in the Denver-area. He was professional, super friendly, and did a great job engaging with the crowd and keeping our reception moving on schedule. He also went out of his way to obtain a few different songs we were debating between for our first dance. Great variety of music. Top notch DJ!

We are so happy we picked Epic Functions (DJ Dom!) to DJ our wedding celebration. We were able to plan songs we wanted (and didn't), the vibe we were going for (nastalgic bluegrass during dinner, anyone?) , and DJ Dom took care of the rest! Everything from set-up to end went seamlessnessly. Our time came to an end and we didn't want him to stop! He was accommodating, friendly--really cool to work with. Our guests appreciated being able to request songs (and so were we--as this kept them dancing!) and Dom was just great.

I'll be honest, I think my wife and I are picky customers. The expectations are often set high by us and many times we are left a bit disappointed by the experience we actually receive. However, with Dominick of Epic Functions our expectations were met and then some.

Truly, we cannot be happier with how awesome he did. On top of that, he was incredibly affordable. His professionalism, overall ease to work with, and incredibly friendly and upbeat attitude made him great to work with as we planned our special day. The day of the wedding he arrived hours in advance, and from the start of the ceremony until the very last minute he nailed every part of it. His musical selections kept our wedding reception of 55 guests dancing for 3.5 straight hours. Simply put, look no further than Dominick and you will not regret it.

Wow, there is truly not enough words to explain how great Dominick was at our wedding! Literally from the first meet and greet we knew he was going to be our DJ. He has such an easy going and chill vibe and was very thorough in interviewing us so he would know the exact vibe we were going for. From the value of service to the consistent quick responses while planning and of coarse the music he was perfect! He helped this DIY bride get the day of time line figured out and without him I would have been lost, the entire day flowed so smoothly because of him. He also had great equipment, we were bumping pretty hard, and he read the vibes throughout the day and night and always seemed to play the perfect song at the perfect time! All of my guests had nothing but awesome, positive feedback and we all partied like rockstars! Thank you Dominick so much for be such a pivotal park of the best day ever! If you want to have an epic and flawless night seriously pick Epic Functions, he definitely holds true to his name!

Dominic with Epic Functions was incredible to work with for our wedding. He was extremely organized and catered to our every need. No request of ours was unreasonable for him. DJ Dom was the first vendor we hired after our venue. We met with him one Saturday morning and we didn't need to meet anymore DJ's. He was going to be our guy. He did a fabulous job. During the planning process he made everything so easy and made sure to include everything that we wanted to play and gave great suggestions when we were stuck on which song to play when. Everyone had a great time dancing and the music was a perfect mixture to get our parents out on the dance, to my 18 year old college age sister, to my 2 year old nephew. He even got my friend on crutches out on the dance floor! (Picture below) The lighting he provided was great and made for great photos. You could tell he was having a great time which I think is so important to encourage the guests to have fun and get up and dance. Would 23469/10 recommend.

Dominick from Epic Functions was tremendous in making our wedding reception party central. He was very easy to work with and I was very impressed with how professional he was. He took our input about the atmosphere we wanted at our wedding and ran with it. He also checked in with us several times during the reception to make sure we were happy with everything. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ. He will get the party started and keep it going until you have danced your butt off!

DJ DOM was amazing! He played exactly what we wanted and kept the reception engaged and dancing until the very end! Dom was fantastic to work with and have at our wedding. He was professional and fun. We had him DJ our cocktail hour, dinner and reception and everything was beyond expectations. He even traveled up to Breckenridge. He fit the music well with the night and everyone commented on how good of a DJ he was! The kids and older crowd both seemed to have a great time dancing. He checked in with us throughout the night which was appreciated and he helped with the flow of everything. I would recommend him to anybody who is looking for a great DJ for any event especially a wedding.

Dominick is the absolute best DJ in Colorado!!! He was so incredibly professional from our first meeting all the way till the end of the wedding night. He made it clear he was here for us and whatever we wanted he was there. Hes really affordable, which helps as weddings can get really expensive. The day of the wedding his timing was incredibly perfect and when we were running a little late, he kept the flow going. He made sure he was well prepared and had all the right equipment for what we needed or may need. I wanted to change up the way we entered the reception, right before we were getting ready to go and he made it happen! This guy kept the party going and I’m still getting compliments almost a month later about how amazing the reception was. Every age was feeling the music. It just was amazing! If you go with anyone else, you’d be a fool!

We couldn't be happier with Dom and how he did DJing for our wedding! He made it so effortless for all of our guests to enjoy the dance floor and I think it was the first wedding I've been to that had multiple people on the dance floor from the very first song! He made sure to check with us if he wasn't sure about a song request and kept up with all of our personal requests throughout the night. He even let one of our guests sing a Backstreet Boys song and laughed along with the rest of us. He had a great energy that really made it that much more fun for everyone. Our wedding was at a venue he hadn't been to before so we had asked him to stop by when he got the chance to see it and where he will set up and he had no problem with it. He took the time to fit it into his schedule within a few days, which made us feel confident that he would do a great job. Dom would always respond to our questions and emails promptly and he set up our playlist perfectly. We really had an incredible night and our favorite part was dancing with our friends and family to great music all night! Thank you Dom!

Dominic was fantastic! He was super organized when we met with him prior to the wedding, and he stayed on top of everything all the way through the wedding. I loved that he had a list of songs that we could just say yes or no to - it saved a ton of time not having to create a playlist from scratch. For our reception, he did s great job keeping events moving on time and keeping people dancing. I would go with Dominic every time!

We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Dom at Epic Functions! Our wedding guests are still telling us how fantastic the music was at our wedding. He is extremely organized and kept our ceremony and reception on schedule so we didn't have to worry at all on our big day. During the ceremony, our violinist's music blew over from the wind and Dom quickly got her music back together so my processional down the aisle was not interrupted. Throughout the reception, Dom checked in with us to make sure we were happy and to keep us updated with the schedule. He does well taking guidance on what you want to hear but he also does a fantastic job knowing the vibe of the group and kept everyone dancing! He is extremely professional and affordable. He was even willing to flex his hours with us to make sure we had enough time dancing. We did not want the night to end! Dom just branched out to do his own thing at Epic Functions but has worked at other big name Colorado DJs.. if you look at their reviews everyone raves about Dom and this is him just at a better price point! Do yourself a favor and take the stress out of booking a DJ (and a wedding coordinator) and just hire Dom - you will not be disappointed!

We were so happy to have Epic Functions at our wedding. The time line was really important to me and Dom not only help me set up schedule beforehand, but went above and beyond to make sure the evening ran smoothly. We knew that there were two things that would make our reception incredible no matter what: the bar and the DJ. Our wedding was incredible and Dominick played a huge part in that. From our first meeting it was clear that he sincerely cared about our day. He was always very responsive and helpful in planning and had a bunch of great tools to get to know our music/DJ style and help us plan out the reception timeline. The day of the event he was on time and was the life of the party (as we asked him to be, if we had asked him to be more reserved I am confident he would have been happy to do that as well). Many of our guests commented on the music and Dominick himself and we couldn't have been happier. I can't recommend him enough!

Dom is awesome! He did an absolutely fantastic job at our wedding despite my all last minute emails and indecisiveness picking out songs :) The dance floor was busy from the fist song to the last - he really knew what the guests wanted and kept the party going. DJ Dom was absolutely incredible to work with!! From day one, he was incredibly responsive and listened to everything we requested. Even more impressively, he hung with all of our (surely annoying) last minute edits to wedding day music. The day of the wedding, he communicated excellently with us (bride and groom) and our photographer to make sure everything ran smoothly. Even though we got off of schedule a little, he worked hard all night to make sure we stayed on track. Our guests RAVED about how great the music was and how nice our entertaining DJ was!! Dom, was the perfect DJ and host for our wedding. We enjoyed working with him from the first meeting where we covered all of our musical interests and needs for our wedding all the way through the day of the event.

Dom comes very prepared with an entire wedding planning form? that helps guide you through the music selection for every part of your big day. He also provides a large selection of popular songs to choose from so that you can build the perfect customized playlist for your dancefloor.

The day of our big event was flawless, the wireless mics worked well from across the venue and we had no issues with audio at all. Dom helped drive the event to keep us on schedule despite having been delayed.

Most of all Dom kept the dance floor alive! We had people of all ages dancing until the lights came on and or time was out. We had such a fun time with the music he played and we've gotten so many compliments from our guests after the fact.

Overall Dom is a 5 star DJ and host! Thanks for the awesome night!

Dom of Epic Functions was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. From our first meeting, we knew he was the perfect dj for our special day. He is personable, funny and makes his clients feel that their event is very important to him.
The week of our wedding, weather created some unexpected complications that we're adding to my (the bride's) stress. Dom made sure I knew everything would work out perfectly, and even arrived early to the venue to make sure set up went smoothly given the weather changes.
During the wedding he checked in with me and the groom and family members constantly throughout the evening. He worked hard to make sure that my now husband and I were getting what we wanted, but also that people, in general, were enjoying themselves. He even got up and led the bridal party in the Cupid shuffle! His energy and fantastic, well thought out playlist really added to our special day.
Overall,Dom was the best possible dj we could have hired. He is considerate, professional, friendly and approachable, and just a great addition to any event. My husband and I strongly recommend Epic Functions and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Dom was amazing and I hope anyone planning a wedding or other event in the Denver area will hire him. I know he will bring incredible care, energy and professionalism to your event from the planning phases all the way through your special day. Cant say enough about how fantastic Dominick was. The whole process from the original meet up a year out, to the occasional check ups, to meeting us for a run through during the rehearsal, to his phenomenal performance the night of was all very professional. Our ceremony went smoothly thanks to his music cues, and kept the party going all night at the reception. Dominick truly was the perfect DJ and MC for our wedding and would highly recommend him!

We found Dominic through our neighborhood website and came highly recommended. He was very reasonable in cost and was absolutely a delight to work with. DJ Dom was our DJ. From our consultation till the end of our wedding night, start to finish, he was amazing. You can tell he genuinely cares and that he loves to have fun. Dominick really helped us out by booking us last minute. our original wedding venue(which included everything) got shut down so we had to find all new people lat minute. Luckily Dominick was free that day so we chose him. He made everything so easy. We could not meet him up in Denver so we just Skyped him. We just told him what music we liked and he put together a play list. The whole night, the dance floor was packed which was wonderful. We also had an outdoor ceremony so he brought his portable speakers that worked great. He was very professional about everything and charges a very fair price. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a dj.

Dom did a great job DJing our wedding and reception. We had a lot of very special and unusual requests for both our ceremony and reception, and he was able to accommodate them all. He showed up on time, communicated well and did everything we asked of him. He even respected our wishes for "clean" music to be played at the reception. If I had it to do over again I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.

Dominic was the DJ we chose for our wedding in May 2016. He was very professional, easy to get in touch with, and a great price compared to the others we looked into. He was so easy to work with and after getting to know us a bit via our phone and email conversations, (we work a lot) he really helped to make our day extra special. He helped give excellent ideas for songs I didn't even think about. (Cake cutting, garter toss, and bouquet toss) we also had a mix group of friends and older family members but he helped us choose music that everyone enjoyed. He had a lot of experience with timeline, music options, and even gave me tips on lighting, decor, etc. My husband and myself have been to many weddings lately as almost all of our close friends are engaged, and we have been asked on many occasions who our DJ was as our guests loved him so much! What a fantastic experience we had with Epic functions for a wedding. From the second we walked into his office (he agreed to meet us on a Saturday afternoon, so great!) we could tell he was knowledgeable and very friendly. The wedding wasn't traditional at all, and Dominic was really great at helping us pick what parts we wanted and didn't want and getting it all organized. On the day of the event, he was right on time and was able to roll with every curve ball we threw at him. Like setting up in a park and running an extension cord from a neighbors house for power. Once the party started he was able to keep up with the mood of the crowd and keep a big variety of music playing. He also knew when to be professional, but also knew how to let back and have fun - it was very clear he loves doing this. My absolute favorite part of the evening with Epic Functions was how great Dominic was with all the kids there. There were several kids that just couldn't get enough of him and were always up there asking him to play a certain song or asking about his equipment. A lot of people would get annoyed and mad at this, but Dominic was not only patient with them but also kind and listened to them. He somehow managed to make the kids and adults happy with the music. The only thing I am sad about is that we don't have another event coming up soon where we could use Epic functions, Dominic was fantastic.

Epic Functions came to us by referral and I'm so glad we used them. Our DJ, Dom is extremely professional and easy to work with. He was wonderful. He kept the music going and made the wedding timeline work smoothly. There was never a boring moment. Everything went smoothly and our friends loved him.

DJ Dom killed it at our wedding. We had an absolute blast, the dance floor was non stop, and he even worked with some of the bridesmaids before hand to set up a fun rap/song performance. He was prepared, replied in a timely manner, and provided us with everything we could have needed to make our wedding reception a success. His prices were very fair, and the quality of service was outstanding. I would strongly recommend DJ Dom/Epic Funtions for any event in the future, and if I ever find myself needing a DJ for any sort of event in the Denver area, he will be the first person I reach out to.

Dominick DJ'd our wedding and we couldn't have been happier. He was organized, energetic, considerate, and chose music that got our most curmudgeonly guests out on the dance floor. He gently helped keep us on schedule and was a vital force in making our night a success. Dominick from Epic Functions was the DJ for a wedding I coordinated in September, and I had to write to tell you what a fantastic job he did! From our initial conversation to the last song of the night, Dominick was professional, prepared, and, most of all, truly created a “epic” evening for my couple and their family! He engaged the guests, and his MC work was a perfect blend of heartfelt and humorous at the appropriate times. And he really showed off his DJ skills by the end of the night (and did I mention his fantastic sound system?) Dominick was awesome to work with from day one. He helped us decide what kind of music we were looking for during our first "consultation" appointment, and answered all of my texts at random hours of the day to ease my worries about everything. Great time in the mountains

We had an amazing time with Dominick. He was super professional at the venue and did a great job leading the night. He helped get the party started and kept it going all night long. We used him for our wedding and my mom has used him for real estate parties. In both cases he was phenomenal. We highly recommend Dominick. If you are looking for a young, hip DJ with awesome lights and music, he’s your guy. Throughout the stressful wedding process, he was calm and supportive. He made us feel like friends.

Trustworthy and Good Listener

Dom was a fantastic partner to have for our wedding day. The most important thing to us in a DJ was to have someone who listened to what we wanted and made sure the experience mirrored our requests perfectly. He did just that. He made us feel comfortable in sending him requests, gave us some good ideas/opinions during the planning process, and created a really fun/inviting experience for our guests on the day-of. We had some intricate requests for ceremony music which required some cutting and piecing together, which he did flawlessly, and during our reception he was a perfect mix of hyping the crowd without being obnoxious, and keeping us on track so things didn't go off-schedule. We would definitely choose him again.

Kept the party going!

DJ Dom was AMAZING! We hired Epic Functions for our wedding back in September and every single guest had nothing but positive things to say about the music. Dom kept the party going the whole night. During the planning process he really took the time to listen to us, locked down the "vibe" we were going for, and accommodated any special requests we had. He was great at mixing the music up and not playing the "stereotypical" wedding songs you hear all the time (unless you're into that). He made the day so fun and we were happy to have him as a part of it! Not to mention his prices are unbelievable. Would recommend DJ Dom and Epic Functions to anyone!
