I highly recommend Epic Affair Photography/Videography to anyone looking for phenomenal service! Darryl was by far the best photographer that we have ever worked with, and we have hired several professional photographers over the years. Darryl provided us with spectacular service and made himself completely available to us leading up to our wedding. Both he and his staff were amazing and made our wedding extra special, brilliantly capturing every aspect of the ceremony and reception. Darryl surprised us with a same day edit of our wedding that we were able to share with all of our wedding guest. He executed with expert precision from the moment we hired him. Epic Affair is the photographer every couple needs to go with for their wedding! -

He accommodated everything I needed and the wedding video was actually my favorite investment in my entire wedding. He gave DVDs and all of the raw footage, even came to my job to pick up my storage device and dropped it back off. He is amazing! He stayed for my whole wedding and broke up the 2 hours I could afford to include the events from the wedding that I thought were most important. He captured the most special moments in my highlight video and I couldn't wait to share my video with everyone! Darryl is the best!!!!!! -

Lori Sent on 10/03/2012Darryl and his assistant are great to work with. They showed up on time and ready to work with a great attitude. They shot great footage and completed a beautiful same day edit to a song we provided a couple days prior to the event. Darryl’s experience and creativity is evident in the way he seamlessly matches footage to the music – his transitions are professional. Darryl’s assistant (Kevin was his name I think but not sure) was even kind enough to hold up traffic to help guide the limo driver out of the parking lot so that the groom and groomsmen could attend to more important matters. That’s professionalism! Doing more than which you are paid for. Epic Affair show a clear passion for their work and it showed through the service before and on the day of our wedding. The same day edit was amazing. All at a reasonable price. Amazing work by Epic Affair, thanks again for making our wedding day so special and memorable! -
User1299262 Sent on 08/23/2013We hired Darryl Yee of Epic Affair after debating whether or not we needed a wedding videographer. We talked to several vendors and it just seemed so expensive to hire someone for the entire evening when we really just wanted to capture the first look, the ceremony and the toasts, but with all the time in between (like who cares it the cocktail hour is filmed?), it's expensive!
Then I found Epic Affair. They do things differently where you can select exactly what time you want them, and you aren't charged for the downtime in between. I thought I misunderstood at first because this seemed too good to be true. So we hired them for just three hours total and Darryl filmed 30 minutes for the first look, 30 minutes for the ceremony, and 2 hours for the grand entrance, dances and toasts. It was right around $1,000 compared to much more than that for other companies.
Other companies also suggested, and sometimes required, two videographers, but Darryl sets up several different cameras and manages them all, so you get the same effect. He's very discreet too so we never even noticed him.
While Darryl was incredibly easy to work with, very responsive, professional and easy going, it took well over 6 weeks to get our video and every week he told us it would arrive the next week. Our wedding was in May though, and I assume he was booked throughout the summer and that everyone may not experience such a delay. That was literally the only negative aspect of working with him, and when we got the video, OMG it was amazing!!!!! He even designs a DVD cover and sleeve with pictures from your photographer, and it looks like my husband and I starred in our own movie. It's awesome. We've gotten so many compliments when showing it to friends/family. The quality is just outstanding. He also will give you the entire raw footage if you just send him a 64G flash drive, and he doesn't charge you for the footage!
I highly recommend working with Darryl at Epic Affair!!!
