I can’t even begin to describe the beautiful wedding Ellena helped bring to life! Every minor detail was carefully looked over. She even went out of her way to make sure that I had the last minute decor that I wanted the day before the big day with no hassle. Ellena is not only incredibly professional and sweet she also treats your event with as much love and care as you do! Couldn’t recommend her enough 💜 -

If you are looking for a wedding planner in Kefalonia —look no further. Ellena is detailed-oriented, kind, solutions-based, and accommodating.
My now husband and I wanted to do our wedding in kefalonia because of the friendliness of the people, the beautiful beaches, and our love for Greek cuisine. However, we live in the United States, so coordinating all of the wedding festivities on our own posed to be a difficult task.
My wedding photographer, whom I also highly recommend, Dionysis Petratos, suggested we reach out to Ellena for help. Her prices were incredibly reasonable, especially for how much blood, sweat, and tears she put into our wedding.
We wanted to do a boat day (highly suggest you do this) for all of the guests, since they were flying in from the U.S. and a wine tasting. All of which, she was able to plan for us. After our wine tasting, we did a reception dinner, which was the romantic setting in Lefkada. Go with what Ellena suggests here because you will not regret it!
Well ran into an issue with finding a hair person for our wedding as all of the hair people were booked.. Ellena quickly found a solution and brought in one of her great friends to do my hair. I will tell you, this woman is a MAGICIAN! Since there was a slight language barrier, Ellena kindly stepped in to translate and help my English speaking guests what they wanted. I will tell you: I have never felt prettier in my whole life! If I could, I would have the lady who did my hair live in my house for free just so I could have pretty hair every day of my life. I want to be this woman’s best friend.
When it came to the day of the wedding, I was shocked about how many things we didn’t discuss during our meetings over the course the year were just done for us. For example, Ellena put together a custom sign in book for the guests, monogrammed cups, a fabric banner, etc. It just all looked so perfect and magical!
Outside of Ellena’s professionalism, she is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She genuinely cares about what the couples want and will go to the ends of the earth to make those dreams happen. I truly feel like I have a lifelong friend in Ellena!
With that being said, what are you waiting for? Use Ellena for your wedding planner! You will not regret it!!

Engagement Proposal
EP Wedding helped arrange our engagement proposal. Ellena was informed that I liked natural colours and was likely to prefer a more low-key and private set up. Ellena arranged a bohemian set up in a tucked away corner on the beach which was absolutely spot-on with a perfect view of the sun going down, I loved it. There was champagne kept cool in an ice bucket and after the proposal, Ellena brought us lovely desserts to enjoy. The candles were a great touch as these really lit up as the sun went down. All of this made the proposal that bit more special and Ellena absolutely nailed it. I would highly recommend EP Wedding to others - thank you so much. -
