  Absolutely AMAZING!!

  I am writing this review about Ep event group the level of professionalism, customer service, and sheer talent was displayed from day 1 of our planning process. We were referred to Nick by a preferred vendor list in Westchester that we were considering, we did in fact choose a different location due to date conflict (Villa Barone is an incredible place! )We highly recommend! We scheduled a call, and then met Nick & John at their showroom. It was loaded with lighting speaker photo booths - our heads were spinning- They even did a sparkler display for us ! We the comfort level was immediate, the package we were able to create was exactly what we wanted and Nick had taken the liberty to include a First responders discount (as I am a nurse wanted the best wedding possible on a limited budget) Nick and John made that happen. We wanted to book them on the spot, Nick told us he would hold date until we shopped around some more as he was the first company that actually responded the same day we called. 2 weeks later after meeting 3 and speaking with over a dozen companies - we chose Ep. We decided that the multi-service package with the discount worked perfectly. We had our Dj & MC team David & Nick we hired 2 photographers- Nick explained that 10 hrs full coverage & 8 hours 2nd shooter would work with our timeline in end we needed 11 hrs - (no additional charges were added by the way) Noah & Stephan were wonderful to work with,
  it was raining all day and they somehow captured all of my photo requests.
  
  We chose Henry & David as our videography team, seamless is all we can say we had our video within 3 months fully edited! and on a side note, we agreed to pay for the video after completion, as we were only booking photography, after speaking with my family we added video - did not have the money for it - Nick and Henry said payment can be made 3-4 months after wedding, we were estatic! Video was sent and done so beautifully we are so glad we decided to include. We needed 2 more months to pay the balance, that was not a problem with this company. Nick performed for us at our request- He actually performed with his Sax player, our wedding song Come fly with me!- guests were amazed to say the least, actually thought he was lip syncying, until our names were put in the song. Family and friends still talk about it. David was our DJ he was playing all of our requests- We had specific start and end times which was a bit confusing but he was spot on - we were concerned that the music would be loud but it was not. All in all the level of communication along with the customer service we both received was incredible. We are so happy we chose this company for so many reasons. Thank you Ep for making our day more than we could have imagined

  Engagement Party

  Nick and his team were fantastic!! They made sure to follow the agenda and Nick also went above and beyond to fix our video in order to show it at the event. They care about their clients and aim to please! My daughter and future son-in-law enjoyed their services so much they want to hire them for their wedding. Nick also works with your budget and customizes your package to satisfy your needs. They are awesome and know how to throw a party! I highly recommend them, you even get a nice little treat when he performs Fly Me To The Moon by Frank Sinatra.

  Saved Our Wedding Day

  EP Event Group is a phenomenal wedding vendor. They made our wedding experience truly magical and honestly saved the wedding for us. They started out as just our DJ and phot booth vendor which we were incredibly happy with the process, pricing and communication with Nick. When we learned that our separately booked photographer was cancelling on us last minute (within the week of our wedding) Nick and his team stepped in without hesitation to help find us a new photographer and videographer. Within one day he had connected us with some top notch talented professionals. Our photographer Stephen and Videographer Nefty were absolutely amazing! Our DJ Jerry was absolutely incredible, he was so easy going, fun, and put up with out crazy family's demands and requests. My husband and I combined with our guests were so blown away at his talented singing voice as well. Nick, his team, EP Event Group went above and beyond for us and treated us like we were family. I can't say enough in words how grateful we were to have found their services and to be lucky enough to do business with such honest, professional and compassionate people. The wedding industry can be difficult to navigate there are a lot of options out there, but I can't recommend EP Event Group enough. I would use them 100x over again and choose them every time!

From the very first interaction, it was clear that they are not only professionals in the event planning space but also absolute experts when it comes to capturing moments on film. Their video skills are truly exceptional, and meeting Nick in person only solidified how passionate and dedicated he is to his craft.

It’s rare to find a video team that doesn't just point and shoot, but one that takes the time to understand the vibe, the emotions, and the little details that make your event unique.   Nick and his team are amazing! They literally had everything we wanted and worked with us at prices that fit our budget. We only had two months to plan our wedding and nick was so kind and flexible with our tight schedule. From the dj for the wedding, the live musicians (nick’s insanely talented kids), Jerry (our amazing dj for our rehearsal dinner and his crazy good singing), the Photo Booth, lights,
  photographer/videographer, and so much more! And of course nick and his singing that blows us away every time! We couldn’t ask for a better price, package that included literally everything we wanted and team of talented people. Nick, you are an amazing singer, manager, father and mc.   Highly recommend ep event group

  EP Event group is amazing. Nick is so profesional and responsive, ensuring I could rely on his team. They provided sound, lighting and photobooth services and everything was done seamlessly, timely and Timothy was so nice too! They completely elevated the room with uplighting and understood the vision without being told - it was amazing!!! so happy to work with them and couldn't recommend more!

  EP Event Group is all class!

  EP was fantastic. Nick, Joe, and Henry were. Nick as Emcee was amazing, he brought great energy and a classy feel to the whole night. His singing was a huge hit with our guests! Joe and Henry were professional and did a great job with DJ and video. We couldn't be happier with EP Event group!

  Choosing EP is a no brainer!!

  The EP Event Group were incredible for my wedding. I am so happy I was able to work with them and highly recommend them for your next event. They offer a wide array of services and are willing to explore new options with you. From brainstorming ideas of entertainment to negotiating the final contract they were always thinking of us and how to make it a great night and they delivered!

We found them accidentally as we were visiting friends in westchester and happened to see their store front next to a pizza shop in a small plaza, We took a card of the door and went about our day. A few days later we went to the website and were impressed by the options and
  videos and photos we had seen - We called and spoke with John who was very plesaant and informative. We scheduled a visit and once meeting John and Nick
  after 20 mins we knew we had found the company! They offered us a first responders discount as I being a nurse. A complimentary social sharing photo booth too!

  Great music, fun photo booths!

  EP Event group was great. It was seamless! Everyone communicated well and answered promptly. The GIF photobooth was very popular at my wedding. Nefty, the photographer, was determined to make sure that I got good pictures, even though the weather was not the best. I can't wait to see his final product & see the video!

  EP Event Group -Amazing Wedding Experience

  We are so glad we chose Ep Event Group. As you may know planning is stressful. From the start Nick & his team were incredible! All the others were concerned about payment deposit , not Nick, his policy was pay what you can when you can - we opted for his Photo Video Package (which was the best we found out there) He allowed us to pay payments up to 6 months after our wedding as we just could not afford all at once- Both professionals Noah & Henri had completed our photos & video which was incredible and sent to us 2-3 months after our wedding. We did not even finish paying for it ! The wedding was flawless, We wanted Nick to perform for our grandparents as they are in their 70's. He did and even put their names in the song. The joy and smiles he brought to their faces was priceless. His DJ & MC Team led by Jerry & David quite honestly was so wonderful and accommodating . All our requests were played our introductions were done perfectly. Our wedding also involved 7 children 3 with special needs, They were all requesting songs and they did their best to keep them pleased - Cotton eyed Joe was on our do not playlist, but requested by one of the children. Jerry actually asked our permission to play which of course was fine with us- It was to say the least a hit for the kids & adults on the Dance floor! We cannot say enough about the level of service -communication, flexibility with pricing and payments, just a great celebration all around. Our guests were blown away by the level of entertainment Nick & his team brought to our wedding. We would recommend this company to everyone!!!! - 10 stars !!!!!

It was very affordable and they worked with me on a payment plan. I will use them every party and recommend them to everyone. A OK so hired with ty hem a great photographer/video Grapher. And photo booth. Everything was perfect and very professional.

  Nick and his team are amazing! For all crowds and events! I’ve use Nick for weddings to nursing home events and it’s been great every single time! Knows his crowds and plays appropriate music for all! If you use them, you will not be disappointed! 10/10 recommend!

  I was so impressed when I connected with Nick about planning my son’s bar mitzvah. We immediately booked him and I sent in my deposit. Suddenly, plans changed and Nick was so generous as he fully refunded my deposit, even though he didn’t have to. That made a huge statement to me and I will definitely hire EP for our next event! Highly recommend.

  Ep event provided us with all of our ceremony cocktail hour, and reception needs. We utilized the dj, photo-booth, uplighting, speakers, sparklers and cloud machine.
  
  When we meet with the owner Nick, we knew we didn’t have to go anywhere else. We trusted him from our first meeting and we never had to worry about anything. Nick was also understanding to our financial situation and was flexible with our payments.
  
  The team is professional, on time and gave us the best wedding party ever!!!!!
