  Absolutely AMAZING!!

  I am writing this review about Ep event group the level of professionalism, customer service, and sheer talent was displayed from day 1 of our planning process. We were referred to Nick by a preferred vendor list in Westchester that we were considering, we did in fact choose a different location due to date conflict (Villa Barone is an incredible place! )We highly recommend! We scheduled a call, and then met Nick & John at their showroom. It was loaded with lighting speaker photo booths - our heads were spinning- They even did a sparkler display for us ! We the comfort level was immediate, the package we were able to create was exactly what we wanted and Nick had taken the liberty to include a First responders discount (as I am a nurse wanted the best wedding possible on a limited budget) Nick and John made that happen. We wanted to book them on the spot, Nick told us he would hold date until we shopped around some more as he was the first company that actually responded the same day we called. 2 weeks later after meeting 3 and speaking with over a dozen companies - we chose Ep. We decided that the multi-service package with the discount worked perfectly. We had our Dj & MC team David & Nick we hired 2 photographers- Nick explained that 10 hrs full coverage & 8 hours 2nd shooter would work with our timeline in end we needed 11 hrs - (no additional charges were added by the way) Noah & Stephan were wonderful to work with,
  it was raining all day and they somehow captured all of my photo requests.
  
  We chose Henry & David as our videography team, seamless is all we can say we had our video within 3 months fully edited! and on a side note, we agreed to pay for the video after completion, as we were only booking photography, after speaking with my family we added video - did not have the money for it - Nick and Henry said payment can be made 3-4 months after wedding, we were estatic! Video was sent and done so beautifully we are so glad we decided to include. We needed 2 more months to pay the balance, that was not a problem with this company. Nick performed for us at our request- He actually performed with his Sax player, our wedding song Come fly with me!- guests were amazed to say the least, actually thought he was lip syncying, until our names were put in the song. Family and friends still talk about it. David was our DJ he was playing all of our requests- We had specific start and end times which was a bit confusing but he was spot on - we were concerned that the music would be loud but it was not. All in all the level of communication along with the customer service we both received was incredible. We are so happy we chose this company for so many reasons. Thank you Ep for making our day more than we could have imagined

  Engagement Party

  Nick and his team were fantastic!! They made sure to follow the agenda and Nick also went above and beyond to fix our video in order to show it at the event. They care about their clients and aim to please! My daughter and future son-in-law enjoyed their services so much they want to hire them for their wedding. Nick also works with your budget and customizes your package to satisfy your needs. They are awesome and know how to throw a party! I highly recommend them, you even get a nice little treat when he performs Fly Me To The Moon by Frank Sinatra.

  Choosing EP is a no brainer!!

  EP Event group was terrific to work with. Nick was there for us and all of our questions from beginning to end! We used EP for all our wedding photography, videography & DJ needs. Being able to use one main vendor for all these was extremely helpful because it was really only one person we had to reach out to confirming details and especially with so many things going on working with EP we didn’t have anything to worry about that they were handling! The whole staff was a pleasure to work with. Working with EP truly was a no brainer for us with all they can offer we felt so lucky to find this one stop shop for our wedding needs!!

  Amazing services and very accommodating! One stop shop for all wedding needs

  We hired EP Event Group after meeting & speaking to at least a dozen companies, some were even referred. We found them accidentally as we were visiting friends in westchester and happened to see their store front next to a pizza shop in a small plaza, We took a card of the door and went about our day. A few days later we went to the website and were impressed by the options and
  videos and photos we had seen - We called and spoke with John who was very plesaant and informative. We scheduled a visit and once meeting John and Nick
  after 20 mins we knew we had found the company! They offered us a first responders discount as I being a nurse. A complimentary social sharing photo booth too!
  They also worked out a package that included Photo and Video-
  We had looked at so many photo video packages ( very expensive ) But EP
  made it workout for us.
  The wedding was amazing!!! We all had an added bonus- Nick performed "Young at Heart" by Frank Sinatra- he sang amazing and made everyone smile. Thank you Nick ! DJ David was excellent as he played a great mix of our favorites - that we were able to share with him prior to the wedding. Our photographer was Noah, he was so accommodating and wonderful to work with.
  We are so glad we stopped for pizza that day -

  Great music, fun photo booths!

  EP Event group was great. It was seamless! Everyone communicated well and answered promptly. The GIF photobooth was very popular at my wedding. Nefty, the photographer, was determined to make sure that I got good pictures, even though the weather was not the best. I can't wait to see his final product & see the video!

  This group jade it very easy to have a great party. The Mc. Nick, the Dj Joey and the motivater (dancer) Rachel kept everyone dancing and having a great time. It was very affordable and they worked with me on a payment plan. I will use them every party and recommend them to everyone. A OK so hired with ty hem a great photographer/video Grapher. And photo booth. Everything was perfect and very professional.

  Amazing to work with, super accommodating!

  Nick and his team are amazing! For all crowds and events! I’ve use Nick for weddings to nursing home events and it’s been great every single time! Knows his crowds and plays appropriate music for all! If you use them, you will not be disappointed! 10/10 recommend!

  From start to finish Nick and his team worked with me on each step. They listened to what I wanted and guided me to what I needed to help make me and my wife’s special day to be perfect.
  Nicks number of years of experience truly shows through his professionalism and understanding of events.
  Not only is Nick incredible at helping understand the process for our wedding day and help planned everything, he even made it that much more special by performing his cover of Frank Sinatra live at our big day.
  Everything was perfect from the sound to the lighting and even the special offers that EP Event Group offers.
  Our first song dancing together on the cloud was a magical moment and that I will never forget and always cherish with my family.

  Open Communication

  I was so impressed when I connected with Nick about planning my son’s bar mitzvah. We immediately booked him and I sent in my deposit. Suddenly, plans changed and Nick was so generous as he fully refunded my deposit, even though he didn’t have to. That made a huge statement to me and I will definitely hire EP for our next event! Highly recommend.

  Ep event provided us with all of our ceremony cocktail hour, and reception needs. We utilized the dj, photo-booth, uplighting, speakers, sparklers and cloud machine.
  
  When we meet with the owner Nick, we knew we didn’t have to go anywhere else. We trusted him from our first meeting and we never had to worry about anything. Nick was also understanding to our financial situation and was flexible with our payments.
  
  The team is professional, on time and gave us the best wedding party ever!!!!!

  EP event group is amazing! They did our wedding and everything was flawless! Nick and his team put there all into our wedding and made sure that no detail is missed! Truly an amazing company to work with! Our DJ was great and listened to what we wanted. Nick is unbelievable, his voice is truly amazing and our family enjoyed his performance so much! We also had our wedding video done by them and it was everything we could have imagined!! Not enough stars to select I'd give 20 if I could!!

  This is the DJ you NEED for your Special Events!

  EP Event Group took care of our Wedding this past weekend. They Supplied us with the BEST DJ & Photo-booth. Joey (The DJ) was so much fun! He had everyone up dancing as well as laughing and enjoying themselves. He was the nicest guy and SO Accommodating. John worked the Photo-Booth for us and also Accommodated everyone. We people of All ages at this wedding and there wasn’t not a dull moment for anyone. I highly recommend using their services for any and all special events. Leading up to the wedding they happily answered all of our questions and had solutions for us. They always replied quickly and were always understanding & helpful. They made hiring a DJ simple. It was definitely one less thing for us to be stressed over. They were a Complete Pleasure to work with. Again Joey & John were amazing and I will recommend them to everyone I know from now on. People are still calling asking for the DJ’s information because they were all so impressed. Thanks again guys. You made The Wedding a Night to Remember! 💜

  Energetic and helpful

  We messaged quite a few event companies and Nick was the only one to call, on the same day, and introduce himself-loved the personal aspect! We decided to go see his showroom that week and he was wonderful, brought a lot of energy to the room and helped answer any questions we had. He was able to put all of our nerves to rest. Can’t wait to see his team at our wedding!

  Yacht Wedding - MC/DJ/Photo/Video/Photobooth

  I used Nick and his team at EP Event Group for our wedding and we were absolutely blown away. We had been working with Nick since early/mid 2020, but then had 2 delays due to COVID. Finally, a year later and a change of venue, Nick and his team made our wedding more amazing than we could've hoped for! Everything from photos, video, music, MC/Announcements, photobooth, etc. was provided at a great price. When Nick mentions that he can, believe me, HE CAN SING. He will definitely tell you how he can perform Frank Sinatra songs during your event, please do you and your guests a HUGE favor and take him up on this. Nick has a phenomenal voice and truly made our guests from out of town feel like they were seeing Frank Sinatra live. He was professional, on time (even earlier than originally planned which was amazing), and ready to rock n' roll once it was wedding time. All of our announcements were right on queue, the microphone and sound systems were working smoothly, and we didn't have to deal with any unforeseen technological issues which was a breath of fresh air. My wife and I would highly recommend Nick and EP Event Group for any of your events that you may be planning, he will definitely make you feel like family and ensure that you have an absolutely amazing time!
