From the first phone call with Nick, we knew he was our guy! Nick had everyone at the wedding on their feet, dancing, and engaged. From his Frank Sinatra songs to our favorite techno beats, Nick and his crew were amazing. We even booked our photographer and videographer through him. Hiring EP events for our wedding at the Thayer was the best decision we could have made. I was very particular with my music choices and they let me have free rein and honored all of my requests. They handled our ceremony music and uplighting as well. The space was absolutely beautiful. We had cold sparklers and dry ice which they timed perfectly for our first dance. Everyone had so much fun with the photo booth. Nick Jr. played acoustic guitar before the ceremony and during our cocktail hour which was such a special touch- he is so talented, everyone loved the music. Even Nick Sr sang a few songs when things slowed down while we were waiting for dinner to arrive. They really knew how to keep the party going. When our after party plans changed due to weather they happily jumped in to assist and accommodated adding another two hours onto our services at the last minute. The entire team went above and beyond, we couldn’t be more grateful. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them- simply the best team.

I hired EP Entertainment for my mother's 60th birthday party and they were extraordinary. Nick provided me with a wonderful package deal. Nick is exceptionally professional, highly effective.
Whenever I called him or texted, he immediately answered. Nick is the best ! Ronnie the
photographer is incredible! Captured every detail of the party from the smallest to the biggest aspect.
Dave the DJ was great. He had the dance floor full all night from the beginning till the end. If you're hosting an event and seeking exceptional service, I highly recommend EP Entertainment. They will not disappoint!

I truly loved having EP Event Group as my DJ and MC. Nick was very helpful with the whole process and during my planning for my wedding. He helped me with my timeline of the reception but also adapted when things changed in my timeline. We also had a final meeting before the wedding to go over any additional information we either for forgot to plan or making helpful suggestions to song options. One of the best things he did was for the important moments of the wedding (ceremony music, first dance, mother daughter dance, ect) he would reverify day of that the songs we had decided were still correct! I found this such a nice touch that wasn’t necessary but so thoughtful. Lastly, please have them do a live performance. It was such a fun party of the night that was so worth it! We used EP event group for our wedding for our DJ, photographer and videographer and could not be happier! Nick was a pleasure to work with from booking to planning the wedding. They have a great customer portal to create your wedding day vision. The DJ’s had a great energy, played all our selected music and kept everyone dancing. Our guests absolutely loved the 360 photo booth too! Our photographer Henry was AMAZING-so personable and created all the best shots. Our videographer was amazing as well. Nick and his team are amazing! They literally had everything we wanted and worked with us at prices that fit our budget. We only had two months to plan our wedding and nick was so kind and flexible with our tight schedule. From the dj for the wedding, the live musicians (nick’s insanely talented kids), Jerry (our amazing dj for our rehearsal dinner and his crazy good singing), the Photo Booth, lights,
photographer/videographer, and so much more! And of course nick and his singing that blows us away every time! We couldn’t ask for a better price, package that included literally everything we wanted and team of talented people. Nick, you are an amazing singer, manager, father and mc. EP Event Group is a phenomenal wedding vendor. They made our wedding experience truly magical and honestly saved the wedding for us. They started out as just our DJ and phot booth vendor which we were incredibly happy with the process, pricing and communication with Nick. When we learned that our separately booked photographer was cancelling on us last minute (within the week of our wedding) Nick and his team stepped in without hesitation to help find us a new photographer and videographer. Within one day he had connected us with some top notch talented professionals. Our photographer Stephen and Videographer Nefty were absolutely amazing! Our DJ Jerry was absolutely incredible, he was so easy going, fun, and put up with out crazy family's demands and requests. My husband and I combined with our guests were so blown away at his talented singing voice as well. Nick, his team, EP Event Group went above and beyond for us and treated us like we were family. I can't say enough in words how grateful we were to have found their services and to be lucky enough to do business with such honest, professional and compassionate people. The wedding industry can be difficult to navigate there are a lot of options out there, but I can't recommend EP Event Group enough. I would use them 100x over again and choose them every time! -

I am writing this review about Ep event group the level of professionalism, customer service, and sheer talent was displayed from day 1 of our planning process. We were referred to Nick by a preferred vendor list in Westchester that we were considering, we did in fact choose a different location due to date conflict (Villa Barone is an incredible place! )We highly recommend! We scheduled a call, and then met Nick & John at their showroom. It was loaded with lighting speaker photo booths - our heads were spinning- They even did a sparkler display for us ! We the comfort level was immediate, the package we were able to create was exactly what we wanted and Nick had taken the liberty to include a First responders discount (as I am a nurse wanted the best wedding possible on a limited budget) Nick and John made that happen. We wanted to book them on the spot, Nick told us he would hold date until we shopped around some more as he was the first company that actually responded the same day we called. 2 weeks later after meeting 3 and speaking with over a dozen companies - we chose Ep. We decided that the multi-service package with the discount worked perfectly. We had our Dj & MC team David & Nick we hired 2 photographers- Nick explained that 10 hrs full coverage & 8 hours 2nd shooter would work with our timeline in end we needed 11 hrs - (no additional charges were added by the way) Noah & Stephan were wonderful to work with,
it was raining all day and they somehow captured all of my photo requests.
We chose Henry & David as our videography team, seamless is all we can say we had our video within 3 months fully edited! and on a side note, we agreed to pay for the video after completion, as we were only booking photography, after speaking with my family we added video - did not have the money for it - Nick and Henry said payment can be made 3-4 months after wedding, we were estatic! Video was sent and done so beautifully we are so glad we decided to include. We needed 2 more months to pay the balance, that was not a problem with this company. Nick performed for us at our request- He actually performed with his Sax player, our wedding song Come fly with me!- guests were amazed to say the least, actually thought he was lip syncying, until our names were put in the song. Family and friends still talk about it. David was our DJ he was playing all of our requests- We had specific start and end times which was a bit confusing but he was spot on - we were concerned that the music would be loud but it was not. All in all the level of communication along with the customer service we both received was incredible. We are so happy we chose this company for so many reasons. Ep event provided us with all of our ceremony cocktail hour, and reception needs. We utilized the dj, photo-booth, uplighting, speakers, sparklers and cloud machine.
When we meet with the owner Nick, we knew we didn’t have to go anywhere else. We trusted him from our first meeting and we never had to worry about anything. Nick was also understanding to our financial situation and was flexible with our payments.
The team is professional, on time and gave us the best wedding party ever!!!!!

EP Event Group took care of our Wedding this past weekend. They Supplied us with the BEST DJ & Photo-booth. Joey (The DJ) was so much fun! He had everyone up dancing as well as laughing and enjoying themselves. He was the nicest guy and SO Accommodating. John worked the Photo-Booth for us and also Accommodated everyone. We people of All ages at this wedding and there wasn’t not a dull moment for anyone. I highly recommend using their services for any and all special events. Leading up to the wedding they happily answered all of our questions and had solutions for us. They always replied quickly and were always understanding & helpful. They made hiring a DJ simple. It was definitely one less thing for us to be stressed over. They were a Complete Pleasure to work with. Again Joey & John were amazing and I will recommend them to everyone I know from now on. I had to postpone my wedding last year due to the covid pandemic and had to find a photobooth package last minute as the company I originally hired was unavailable. Nick at EP event group was able to come to our rescue. He was very nice, knowledgeable and was able to explain to me the full range of services his company had available. You can get your services for photographer, videographer, photobooth, etc under one company. I went to go visit his showroom and he was able to offer me a reasonable price for the interactive photobooth, which was a big hit at the wedding. I also had last minute issues come up, as we were trying to figure out setting up sound for the DJ and the band, as the venue did not have a sound system. Nick was able to work with me and take care of that and set up the sound system on the stage so the DJ and band could hook up their equipment/ instruments and play seamlessly. Nick even included the sparklers which was a big surprise that we were not expecting. Nick and his team were professional and made sure everything was taken cared of. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Thank you so much Nick! Our wedding was amazing and we appreciate you and your team! -

I wish I could put into words how grateful I am for Nick and his company. Planning a wedding during a pandemic has been overwhelming to say the least. Nick has made this whole experience so INCREDIBLY smooth. He has continually worked with me, understood what I was going through and what we all are going through, has worked within my budget, and his attitude has been nothing but positive! Nick gets it all, plus his daughter's getting married this year.... SO HE TRULY gets it.
Our wedding is in 8 months, but I already know NOW that I chose the right company and person for my special day. I am confident that Nick will deliver everything and more for my wedding! Every time I talk to him on the phone I get more and more excited! Thank you Nick for being an outstanding company during this time!

Excellent Valued Service
I've know Nick and his company for about 2 years now. As an event planner & designer, I was looking for an entertainment company that did the whole 9-yards (Photography, Videography, Photobooth, Live Music, Lighting, etc.) EP Event Group is the way to go. They pay attention to details and will turn your room into whatever you might want (exp. under the sea theme). They are on the top of my list when my clients need entertainment. Our DJ was David. He made our NYE wedding one to remember. Our guest never wanted to leave the dance floor and have not stopped raving about the evening. We gave a few songs as "must play" and then asked our David to feel out the crowd and take it away. He went above and beyond what we could have asked for. He kept our guests happy and did great with our entrance announcements, important dances, and keeping our guests informed about events happening through the night. I’m writing this almost a year after my wedding because it still haunts me and my husband to this day on how this company truly let us down and not only made our reception incredibly awkward and unprofessional with the DJ, ruined any chance of wonderful pictures and video, and on top of it made the entire wedding day incredibly stressful throughout- but then was treated even worse and called crazy after trying to solve the issues of the day.
I’d be happy to share more privately - but after this review that serves AS A WARNING to other couples - we’d like to forget about them completely. We couldn’t do that without at least sharing (and warning) about this company.EP Event Group - Full Service Entertainment Company's reply:

Our team did what was requested of them - Music was an issue due to the fact our Dj was taking direction from 2 family members as well as doing his best to follow the music list provided. We apologize to you both but there is only so much he can do to please all involved. You accused my photographer of being rude, he is and has never been rude to anyone in the past ever.
