Amazing & Responsive Decorator

Victor with EOS Designs is such a pleasure to work with. Super easy to communicate with and executes everything exactly how you envision. He was so nice and accommodating when we needed him to decorate our rehearsal dinner with a month notice. I didn’t have my phone with me to take pictures of all the wedding decor but I will include my bouquet and rehearsal dinner pictures!

Over the Top! Highly recommend EOS!

We loved working with Victor! Communication was key, since we had a destination wedding. Victor was great with communicating and making our day exactly what we imagined. We sent over photos of what we were looking for and he came through big time! Our guests were blown away by the flowers and decor. He also set us up with a coordinator who went out of her way to made sure that our day ran smoothly! Victor and his crew at EOS are the best!

The ABSOLUTE best Designer in PR

OMG EOS Events transformed my wedding and it was nothing like I've seen before. Everyone loved the decor and said it looks like something you would see on TV. When I walked in down the aisle I was floored and when I saw the reception area and the room where the tables were set up it was magical. I highly recommend Victor with EOS Events. If I have another party or event in PR I'm calling Victor first!!

Magical Wedding

Victor & his team we’re amazing! Having had to reschedule and plan our wedding because of hurricane Maria we were stressed about finding decor that fit our needs. From our first interaction Victor knew exactly how to bring our vision to light. He was so responsive, professional and always wanted to make sure he was going along with what we wanted. We couldn’t have picked a better company to contract for our decor. It was our dream come true and our decor was to die for.

Finding a florist for my big day was the toughest for me - I vetted several florists/decor specialists based in Vieques, San Juan and even NYC but did not feel great about anyone (for a variety of reasons) until finding EOS events. Victor's responsiveness and flexibility to create something together truly put me at ease.

I hired Victor & Team for flower decor for my wedding in Vieques and I am so happy I did!

It was such a great experience to work with him and his team - As I am based in NY, we never had the chance to meet until the day before the wedding but via email/phone/facetime, we brainstormed decor for the big day and the actual finished result was better than I even could have imagined. Overall their responsiveness, flexibility and their attention to detail was wonderful.

Flowers were gorgeous - fragrant, fresh and arrangements were so chic. I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking for a florist in PR

I had the pleasure of working with Victor, and his team at EOS, for our destination wedding in Vieques on October, 29th 2016. We live in Chicago and when we first started planning our wedding I was nervous about choosing a decorator long distance. Would the decorator be able to understand my vision over the phone or through email? The answer is YES! Victor went above and beyond to create our dream wedding down to the very last detail! I have to admit, it was even BETTER than what I asked for. It takes someone special to be able to connect with creatively when we were over 2,000 miles apart. Victor was a true professional when working with my wedding planner in Chicago and the other vendors on site. EOS has the highest level of professionalism, communication and quality. I would highly recommend working with Victor for any event. I would like to thank EOS again for our dream wedding!

I found EOS here on wedding wire and I don't have enough wonderful things to say about their services. Victor was amazing he went above and beyond in every way possible. The price was very reasonable for what I wanted. EOS went out of their way to make our day perfect, the flowers were of icredible quality, the decor was exactly what I wanted very elegant and tasteful. They were very responsive, any time I had questions or concerns they were readily available and answered me right away. When things changed they adapted quickly, they were incredibly accommodating and very flexible. Victor was the utmost professional throughout the process and even did things that were the wedding planner's responsibility.

I would recommend Victor and EOS with my eyes closed, they couldn't have done a more incredible job. Whether it's a wedding or special event trust them to take care of everything you need. You won't be disappointed.

I cannot express who amazing EOS Events is! Planning a destination wedding is hard enough but when trying to find a vendors it makes it tougher. From the very beginning till the very end Victor and his team were very responsive to all my emails. I sent Victor a picture of the bridal bouquet I had wanted and the bouquet he created I thought looked even better than the picture. The colors and quality of flowers that he used were extraordinary. Victor and his team gave us our dream wedding! I had a vision for what I wanted everything to look like and Victor exceeded my expectations. Our ceremony looked like something out of a magazine. Planning a destination wedding can be very stressful, but after meeting Victor Ortiz we knew we were in great hands! He was very responsive to all our emails and truly captured our vision - simple but elegant! As soon as we took our first steps into the reception hall our breath was taken away at how gorgeous everything looked. From the incredible centerpieces, to the beautiful lighting and a sweetheart table that every bride and groom dream of, Victor made all our decorating wishes come true within our budget. Our guests were absolutely wowed! We wished we lived closer because everyone wanted to take the centerpieces home with them but fortunately we were able to reuse them at our farewell breakfast the next morning so we could enjoy them for one more day!

We contacted EOS after looking into other "preferred vendors" on our hotels list for our destination wedding. None of the other companies were flexible or would work with our budget or contact us within weeks of our inquiry. It was very frustrating. I found EOS on wedding wire and reached out immediately. Victor and his staff were so accommodating and responsive. They helped us with recommendations on florals to fit within our budget but also not go "cheap looking". The decor that they provided for our ceremony and reception was breathtaking! All within our budget. They met with us in-site to make sure the vision was understood and were on time for everything which took huge amounts of pressure off. Our guests still rave about the beauty of the flowers and the decor. It was EXACTLY what we had hoped for! Thanks you Victor and team!

Vistor and his staff were amazing. They prepared my wedding in the Marriott Hotel Condado. Their taste is very chic and all their products are of high quality. In addition to bring everything I wanted they incorporated their special touch and everithing looked FABULOUS. I will be planning another event and will not hesitate in contacting them. Aileen was amazing! Puerto Rico moves and responds on "island time" but Aileen always responded quickly and was upfront and willing to work with our budget. EOS is incredibly reasonable and I was honestly not as concerned with decor as I was with other details, but the flowers and centerpieces ended up being a huge highlight and I would spend the money all over again and I highly recommend the EOS team for any wedding! We are both soooo happy with the entire process and even more pleased with the results! Thank you Aileen:)

Amazing, amazing, amazing!! No words to describe how happy we are we chose to work with EOS. Aileen is incredible! I contacted EOS NINE days before our wedding, because we were having difficulties with the vendor we were using. Aileen and I spoke on the phone, I explained my situation and what we were looking for. We exchanged pictures over email, and recieved a quote that same day. I was worried that we going to get a really high quote given the situation, but their quote was actually the best of all the quotes i recieved during search for a florist. I signed the contract immediately and Aileen got to work. She made us feel comfortable, at ease and taken care of. When I talekd to her on the phone it felt like a was talking to a friend. Everything we asked her for was delivered exactly as we wanted. Highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed!!

I can't say enough good things about EOS! I worked with Aileen who did an amazing job! Planning a destination wedding from a distance was a challenge and I only had 6 months to try and pull it off. Aileen was extremely responsive and did a great job taking my vision and bringing it to life. She did the bridal and maid of honor bouquets, groom and best man boutonnieres, as well as corsages and boutonnieres for the parents. Her choice of flowers and colors were great; I really enjoyed her input and creativity! I also rented from her our tiffany blue napkins and the chairs for the ceremony/reception. Her prices were great and saved me money over what the hotel was going to charge me for the exact same thing. I would highly recommend Aileen and EOS to anyone for any event!!! Amazing!

My husband and I were very happy with the service that EOS provided for us. Because we were planning a destination wedding, we were always very nervous. Aileen was always very helpful and always promptly returned my emails. She listened to my ideas and made them even better. When I walked into the room I felt like I was in a fairytale. We got our tiffany chairs from another vendor who did not setup the chairs even though they were supposed to. Aileen and her staff did this extra work for me without even thinking twice about it. Always on top of things. She even skyped with us to show us the table. The linens EOS provided were wonderful as well. We highly recommend EOS for your wedding.

I worked primarily with Aileen and she was great. She contacted me i think within an hour of my planner sending her my info. We talked and discussed my vision and she made several suggestions of things that I loved but hadn't even thought of. She had a proposal to me within a day or so. On the wedding day, everything looked beautiful. They provided chairs, linens and floral. I had my wedding and reception at an eco lodge because of the beautiful view, but the location itself looked, well, like an eco lodge and needed some help. Aileen made it look so elegant. I was amazed. Everything was gorgeous, and *almost* exactly as we had discussed. My only issue(if you could call it that) was that one of the main flowers I liked and wanted to use was pin cushion protea, and there weren't any there. I don't know if there was an issue with getting them or what happened, but I didn't even mention it because everything just looked perfect.

We had a beach wedding at the Caribe Hilton. It was a small event so Aileen helped me to create the perfect venue with white ottomans and pillars with beautiful flowers. She sent pictures with many options so that I could decide. Her support and help was priceless. Planning a wedding from a distance was very unsettling at first but with Aileen's help and assurance I knew it would be taken care of. It was a little rainy on the wedding day and she was so flexible we waited for the rain to pass and the ceremony went off as planned. She also moved our decorations to Morton's for the reception and once again it was breathtaking! This is the place to go for any rental needs as you will not be disappointed!

Aileen with EOS is an Angel!!!! She went above and beyond her job describtion as a designer. She understood the type of person I am and completely decorated my ceremony and venue with me in mind. She went above and beyond to keep my decor simple, classic, exquisite and romantic. She elegantly incorporated polka dots into my decor as well.

When things went wrong, that were completely unrelated to her work, she offered a warm smile, a comforting hug, and beautiful words of encouragement and love. Aileen truly has an Angel's touch and is someone every bride needs involved in her wedding. Words will never truly express how thankful I am that Aileen took care of me and the floral details for my wedding.

EOS Events was the third decorator that I went to and Aileen made me so glad that I went through the first two! She was responsive, detailed, helpful, hands-on, and kind. She is a professional. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. The centerpieces that she and Victor designed were incredibly beautiful. They were also affordable. Aileen went above and beyond and I will always be so very appreciative, especially as a destination wedding bride who had to have a lot of trust in her vendors.

My husband and I just got married at La Concha Resort in San Juan, Puerto Rico. EOS Events made our dream wedding come true! We worked with Aileen and Victor and they are simply amazing. We thought it would be challenging to plan a wedding in Puerto Rico while we live in Arizona, but Aileen and Victor made it seem seemless. They were extremely responsive to our emails, text messages, and phone calls. I provided Aileen and Victor a few photographs of what I liked and they got a sense of our style. I knew in my mind what I wanted our wedding to look like, but when I saw what they did it was even better than I could have ever imagined. EOS Events is wonderful and I am so happy we selected them as our party planners. Thank you so much Aileen and Victor for making our dream wedding come true!

I sent EOS a few pictures (from Pinterest) of the sort of look I was thinking about and they ran with it. We met with them once in person before the wedding and Aileen provided gorgeous examples of the flower arrangements and great linen choices. Everything turned out exactly as I wanted it. The lighting, flowers, candles, linens, etc. were all perfect.
We weren't even thinking of doing anything besides a table at our ceremony as it was outside with the beach/ocean as a backdrop, but Aileen came up with a gorgeous awning of sheer white fabric with the flowers of our wedding. It was truly breathtaking.
Wonderful to work with and very responsive (which can be a bit difficult with some PR vendors).

Our hotel Caribe Hilton had recommended a few different vendors for our wedding day it wasn't hard for me at all to decide who to go with once i spoke to Aileen I just knew right away who we were going to use as our florist for our wedding day. As our wedding was a destination wedding it was very scary and stressful for me, but from day one Aileen made me feel so comfortable and she reassured me that everything would go smoothly and it did. EOS did an Amazing job with our wedding from our arch way to the chairs and set up at our ceremony to our reception everything was so Beautiful. All of our guest also gave us compliments on how beautiful the set up was. I would recommend EOS to all my friends and family. Aileen went above and beyond, she really is a pleasure to work with and made our Wedding day so special to us. Works cant describe how Thankful we are for all of her help.

Destination weddings are difficult. You don't know who to trust totally since you can't meet with them most likely until it's very close to your wedding date. EOS was a recommended vendor by one of the high end hotels. Of course after pricing and talking with several vendors they were so much more responsive than other vendors. They also didn't jack up the prices because of the venue or because we weren't from the area like some companies did when we requested quotes.

They were personable and helped us immensely by finding the perfect middle ground between staying in our budget yet providing breath taking decorations for our wedding. They were always accessible and prompt to answer calls. They were 100% honest and have integrity.

I would strongly recommend this vendor for someone who is looking for the best look, but at a price that will meet what you are looking for.

Ask for Aileen! She runs the show....

EOS Events was great!! I had my destination wedding in San Juan Puerto Rico and they were absolutely great helping me from afar. After I met them 6 months before my wedding, I knew right away that they were the perfect choice, especially since Aileen is a native NYer like us!! When we came back for the wedding last weekend, they were super helpful in every aspect of the ceremony and reception. It was exactly how I envisioned everything!! It was gorgeously elegant in every single way. Even the guests loved the simplistic but stunning decor for the outdoor ceremony and reception. 5 Stars all the way!! If you want class, you want EOS!! :)

All I can say is that Aileen and Victor did an amazing job for my wedding. When you imagine an outcome, it sometimes doesn't exactly mirror your expectations, but EOS Events, got it down to the "T". Even went above and beyong with the flowers for the church pews! They were VERY FLEXIBLE and understanding when we wanted to make changes to the arrangements. Some may think they are a little overpriced, but you get what you paid for. I sincerely, recommend EOS events for you wedding or any other engagement you may need their services for.

EOS Events is a first class company! When we saw our beautiful decorations the day of our wedding we were so happy and excited that it was so us, they had really captured all our ideas and made them a reality. EOS exceeded our expectations. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful! From the very beginning Aileen and Victor were on the same page as us. They were very flexible with switching things up, and had great ideas to help save us money. I would definitely recommend using Eos Events if you are looking for a designer/florist, they get the job done right!

Beautiful tropical arrangements!

They were very responsive to my requests and created beautiful arrangements! I sent inspirational photos, but didn't go into much detail about what I wanted, and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful flowers! We didn't have any problems with delivery or clean up. They also set up an arch for our ceremony. It was all done perfectly!

Victor provided our event decor, lighting and floral for our destination wedding. We met him at his warehouse and he provided a sample table setup and was able to accommodate and make changes on the fly where needed. He even picked my mom up and brought her to the flower market so she could pick out flowers for the rehearsal dinner. When it came to the reception, everything was setup perfectly and the room looked amazing. The only minor issue that happened was after an in person meeting we agreed to a few changes to the details. However, when we received the updated contract, those changed were not reflected so we had to make the update ourselves and go back to Victor to make the changes where appropriate. Other than that, everything turned out perfectly and we would use EOS Events every time.

Eileen at eos was simply amazing--liked working with her so much. Her and her team went above and beyond for us, helping to make our wedding in Vieques simply spectacular. She understood both our vision and our budget and delivered. Not that I'm biased, but we were told by locals that photos of our event were being circulated because it was so tasteful and beautiful. EOS Events brought the vision I had of my wedding to life. Despite much stress on my part about not being in Puerto Rico to actually see the flowers and linens, everything was exactly as I asked for. Aileen responded to various requests for changes and helped us pull together the right linens, plates and flowers to make perfect tables. Victor was great to work with, and we ended up with a beautiful wedding and reception. He was responsive, flexible, and accommodating. Our wedding took place a few months after hurricane Maria hit and he was responsive and flexible throughout the planning (and re-planning) process. I did not have a clear vision for what I wanted, but for the quote, he provided basic questions for me to answer that helped spark ideas and give me an idea of what decisions I had to make (canopy, centerpieces, flowers, etc.). I really liked the quote he provided (decoration ideas, types of flowers since I had none in particular in mind), and he was responsive and flexible for the things we did want to change. I came home just a week and a half before the wedding and he still offered to do a sample table presentation the day after I got home so I could see his plan for the centerpieces. For the one thing I did not like he provided an alternative that was exactly what I pictured. I had put together a document of types of bouquets, décor that I liked and I think he did a good job of bringing that to life. He is a nice and friendly person to work with, I would recommend working with him for a wedding (or any special event).

I got this florist through my wedding planner, Karishna. I must say the decor was beautiful and I was very impressed. The florist is a bit MIA but his assistant Aileen and Karishna had it under control. They were a pleasure to work with and they did a great job.

I used EOS and was REALLY pleased with all the flower arrangements. They were so pretty and exactly what I was looking for. Aileen was very responsive to any changes I made and worked closley with me throughout the planning process to ensure I stayed within (or close to) my budget. EOS is the best!

Victor ensured that our wedding day was special. He made sure that every detail I asked for was just like I asked. I can't say thank you enough for how beautiful our centerpieces were. All our guests raved about how gorgeous they were. Victor during the entire ndire process communicated well and kept me informed.

While the decorations were beautiful, I feel like they were overpriced for what they were. Also, the guy who actually set up the decorations on the day of our wedding did not speak English (not too big a deal since most people in PR are bilingual, but we did have to scramble to get a translator). Ran a bit late too, stressing out my bridesmaids.

Dealing with Aileen was a a pleasure. i met with her initially and felt comfortable instantly. There is a problem when you ask for something 3 times and they still give you what they want at your table presentation. I had to order a particular flower I wanted because they were unable to get them???? My only issue with this company is Victor. Very unprofessional. When a problem occurred because of the destination he was not willing to help solve the problem, but became an instant unprofessional and stubborn person to work with. This is not the type of energy any bride wants for her wedding. They forgot one of the details I requested from the beginning with them and I had to send my bouquet back twice because of flowers being closed. The flowers were nice for the centerpieces and canopy.

Extremely Disappointing

I hired victor 6 months before my wedding. In total for decor and flowers I paid 5 grand. What I received was worth probably closer to 2 grand… in the end I had a wonderful wedding day full of love and surrounded by my favorite people but there is really no way to describe how deeply disappointed I was when my bouquet was delivered, partially dead, and pretty sparse (a ton of greenery, much of the flowers unopened, some already brown, and missing some of the colors agreed upon). all of my pictures and my memories will forever have these flowers. Not to mention what a huge amount of time I spent on the phone with victor, the florist, to talk out my vision, to avoid this very issue. And all the time spent on Pinterest, collecting pictures, to figure out the specific details I wanted for my special day. And all that money lost. Here are only SOME of the mistakes made with decor/ florals on my wedding by this vendor:

1) I specifically asked for NO PURPLE FLOWERS. I do not like the color. They comprised about 1/4 of the flowers at my wedding. I’ll never understand how such a big mistake was made.

2) We contracted for a partial flower arch, with ALL WHITE FLOWERS: The arch ended up with NOT ONE SINGLE white flower. Instead they were ALL just orange and purple and blue. How did this happen? We discussed these details so many times.

3) The contract included 2 PINK roses wrapped in PINK ribbon for a memorial chair for my Grandmother who passed away. This was important to me since her favorite color was pink. I explained that to victor multiple times and it was in the contract. Instead, he decided to provide two WHITE roses in WHITE ribbon. This one was especially upsetting because of the sentiment behind the memorial chair.

4) victor texted my planner a few days before the wedding asking if he could drop off the flowers the night before. I have never heard of a wedding florist try to do this. The flowers are supposed to be fresh on the wedding day, to look their best. Why would I want day old flowers for my wedding? There was a lot of back and forth about this and it was extremely frustrating considering I was very busy working out other details during this time.

5) my bouquet was deeply disappointing. It arrived to my hotel as I was getting ready with my bridal party. Some of the flowers were already dying and brown! And about 1/3 of the flowers (all delphinium) hadn’t bloomed, they were still fully green and closed so there were no petals. My planner texted victor about this and he said they would open up during the day. They never did. so instead of the big, full bouquet I had asked for, mine was just this pathetic, weird looking bouquet. It was majority greenery. I expected victor, a florist, would realize the importance of this bouquet (it’s in most of my wedding pictures) and would have at least made sure he did this part correctly. He didn’t.
I also told victor I did not want any white flowers in my bouquet because I was going to get it preserved and white flowers do not preserve well. about 1/5 of the flowers were white.

6) I asked for no vases on my sweetheart table bc I’m short and was worried I couldn’t see over them. I explained this SO many times. I just wanted a garland of flowers with skinny candlesticks on corners. Instead he put 5 vases of flowers lined up at front of table without candlesticks. Just votives. Again, I am just confused about where this discrepancy came from. I had to move the vases during the ceremony while I should have been eating dinner.

7) We were missing a bouttoniere on the morning of the wedding. Victor ended up making one at the last minute but only after some back-and-forth (which I had to deal with while I was getting my hair and makeup done on the day of my wedding).

8) this was a destination wedding. About 3 months before the wedding I came to PR to see the venue and meet vendors, and I asked to see a sample of the table settings. The flower arrangement he prepared for this visit had SO many more flowers and was MUCH bigger than the ones he used for my actual event. I truly feel scammed by this— this is exactly what a bait and switch is.

9) Even the flowers he did provide were so sparse it was laughable. Men’s boutonnières were beautiful I’ll give him that. But the bridesmaid bouquets were falling apart upon arrival. Why did I pay so much money for leaves.

10) I asked for blue napkins for the tables, which is what victor used during the table sample when I came to visit. This was in our contract. He ended up using all white napkins. Again, due to a lack of care.

I am shocked at what a huge waste of money and time my flowers and decor were. I spent so much effort and time writing out so specifically everything I wanted for my wedding. It didn’t seem like a language barrier to me but instead it seemed like victor did not care. Never once in our conversations did Victor seem confused or unable to understand me. He truly just wanted his money and did the minimum amount of work, cutting corners and disregarding the agreements we contracted for. I was shocked by this because I have seen his Instagram and those pictures show weddings with gorgeous flowers, tons of beautiful, full arrangements. I really don’t understand why he chose not to do the same for my wedding— It was certainly not a budgeting issue because I never gave him a budget, I only asked for certain things and he told me their cost. Not to mention, some of these mistakes had nothing to do with money. For example the wrong color napkins and the wrong color memorial flowers for my grandma— these issues were just due to carelessness. I’ve emailed him 3 times to discuss these issues but only once did he respond and in that single response he just said he had been busy. Never heard from him again, no resolution discussed. He was really good at communication when I owed him money, though.

Hands down the absolute worst vendor on my wedding day and very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I requested turquoise/ocean blue and coral flowers for the canopy,received blue and red,asked to NOT have a bouquet of roses and received all roses,asked for groom's boutonniere to be white and it was red,asked for best man's boutonniere to be coral,it was red. Asked for groomsman boutonniere to be turquoise,it was RED. Bridesmaid flowers were supposed to be a mix of flowers but they were all red. Paid for aisle petals and never received aisle petals. Boutonnieres were so small and flimsy that they broke off before people even noticed them. Contacted vendor on the wedding day,day after and twice after that and vendor didn't respond, didn't apologize and didn't offer a resolution. I would stay far away from this vendor. My clue that I should've ran when they couldn't add or subtract and kept increasing my price when I needed less bouquets and Boutonnieres should've been my sign to run along with them lying saying bouquets were included with the canopy and later having me pay for them. Just horrible and unprofessional then wants to argue and have an attitude through emails. Save your money and hire someone who can count, knows their colors and is truthful. What a waste of money!!!

I engaged EOS events to provide my flowers and decor for my outdoor wedding including chairs, table, aisle runner, etc. The flowers were excellent and the chairs were acceptable but they forgot to bring the table and aisle runner. My wedding planner had to scramble at the last minute and eventually borrowed a rough looking table from a nearby restaurant. As for the aisle runner, I ended up having to wear tennis shoes since we got married in the grass so my $200 heels were a waste of money. I am extremely flexible and forgiving and could have let the missing items go but the handling of the situation was very unprofessional. After my wedding planner complained multiple times, I was assured (via email) by EOS that we would receive a refund. Six weeks later, I have still received no refund and no folllow up communication. I can only recomend EOS for flowers. If you need additional services, I recomend you look elsewhere.

We used this vendor for flowers and decor. First, they are VERY DELAYED in answering your phone calls or emails because they claim they are very busy. I don't believe you should take on more business that you are capable of providing if that is the case. Secondly, they do not keep an organized folder of emails or ideas. When we first met up with the designer, they claimed not to have seen our most recent emails though some of the pictures they possessed were from the most recent email. Please note that on our first meeting they were almost 2 hours late, which should have been the first sign for us to look another vendor. Lastly, on my wedding day, they were not picking up phone calls from our wedding planner and my husband was forced to call them personally every five minutes. They did not show up to the ceremony on time, they were setting up a few arrangements while the guests were being seated and they did not even set up all the arrangements we discussed. In addition, I almost walked down the isle without a bouquet because they did not show up until a few minutes before I was scheduled to walk. The wedding was an hour and they still had not managed to run to the reception venue and set up for the cocktail hour or reception on time. They were still setting up as guests were walking in. This vendor caused us so much stress and embarrassment-it was awful. While their reception centerpieces were beautiful, I would NEVER recommend anyone this vendor. Their customer service is TERRIBLE, they are very IRRESPONSIBLE, are NOT ATTENTIVE and are UNORGANIZED. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, please dont let them ruin your day like they almost ruined mine.
