Having my wedding at Eola was a dream come true. From beginning to end, Cat was organized and clearly communicated the components that are covered by the venue and which areas we would need to plan on our end. Cat is very hands-on during the planning process and is willing to help in any area where you might need some guidance. The venue itself is stunning and our guests were simply in awe of how smoothly the day went. I owe that entirely to Cat and the amazing bartenders at Eola for expertly managing our special day!

Like so many, my fiancé and I had to suspend our plans to travel for our wedding. I began to look around locally to see if we could have a small, intimate alternative with just a few guests. I was dismayed that most venues didn’t offer much but the standard packages. Then I discovered Eola Hills who were the only ones talking about “micro-weddings”. They even offered an Elopement Package! I got in touch with Events Manager, Cat Keller, who couldn’t have been more gracious or responsive. She helped to make sure every detail of our wedding reflected what we were hoping for and helped us coordinate with the preferred vendors. We had our ceremony in the Grove and had our reception at the Overlook Point which had a spectacular view of the Willamette Valley. Every aspect of our day was made extra special by Cat and the caring crew at Eola Hills. One more thing worth mentioning is that their wines are exceptional. All in all, our wedding at Eola Hills was just magical!

First and foremost, we just want to get this out of the way...If you are wavering on venues and this is an option, THIS IS YOUR SPOT! We could not have chosen a better venue to spend the most special day of our lives at. We will forever have the most fond memories of our wedding day thanks to Eola Hills. Everything from the planning process to the very end were perfect. They are easy to talk to, flexible, answer any and all questions (even if you have a million) and were there for us every step of the way with whatever we needed. Not only was the entire staff a delight, the venue itself is STUNNING! My one piece of advice is to know the space is a lot bigger than you think! We had a wedding of 200 people and did the ceremony and reception in the same spot, yet had two totally separate spaces. The space is very large and can be transformed into anything of your dreams. From simple to extravagant, it has all of the capabilities to be everything you want and more. We could not speak more highly of our experience. With that said, you won’t ever regret choosing this venue to share your day with, from the staff to the location..you won’t beat it!

The team at Eola Hills was amazing at supporting our outdoor wellness event! We look forward to having our summer event back at Eola again this year!

After 13years we decided to to get married. Gave ourselves only 1 month to plan it all! I messaged at least 12 places and Cathy was one of 2 people who responded.
