From start to finish, I had an INCREDIBLE experience with Monica and her team at Envy Studio! When I first started inquiring about makeup and hair, I was met with immediate rejection from other vendors with full bookings , but when I reached out to Monica on a Friday night, I heard back first thing Saturday morning. The email exchange was almost like texting (Monica is AMAZING), and after a quick phone call with her, I knew I had found our dream team! Monica’s organization and responsiveness impressed me right away, and I could tell she was my kind of person.
Things only got sweeter with my bridal trial, where Abby and Hallie also proved they were amazing additions to my bride tribe on our special day!
And on our wedding day, Abby and Hallie absolutely killed it! They brought the calming vibes and made the morning so much fun! My hair and makeup were absolutely perfect, and it lasted through SO MANY happy tears (I’m not even exaggerating I was bawling all night) and hours of dancing. It looked flawless at the end of the night!
Not only did I feel gorgeous, but my bridesmaids and the mothers also looked stunning as well—these ladies truly know how to work with all skin tones and ages.

London, Nikki, Jen, & Hallie at Envy Studio created the perfect wedding look for me, the mothers, and my bridesmaids!! Everyone looked gorgeous and we even wrapped up ahead of schedule.
Monica the bridal coordinator helped the planning process go so smoothly, even reaching out to make sure I could have my bridal trial scheduled exactly when I wanted. We used the separate bridal studio that they offer and felt so comfortable sitting together hanging out while everyone got their hair and makeup done. We're so grateful for everyone's hard work and expertise!! -

I truly felt like a princess on my wedding day, and so much of that was thanks to Envy Studio. From the beginning of the booking process, Monica was a joy to work with and was so helpful in recommendations and answering my many questions.
The team handled over 13 girls over the wedding morning and knocked every girls' hair and makeup out of the park. I wish Hallie could do my makeup and hair every day; she is a wizard!! She even recommended airbrush makeup after learning about what I wanted and I loved the natural look so much. Best yet, everything stayed put after a full day of smiling, eating, and dancing!
The Envy Studio team are true professionals and I could not recommend them more for making you feel your absolute best. -

Bridal Party Hair & Makeup
We had a great experience at Envy for my wedding! I planned the wedding in three months, so I was lucky that they had availability. Monica was responsive and thorough, and made the booking process seamless.
Our hair stylist and makeup artist were lovely. I had my trial only two days before the wedding. The team listened to my comments and requests and made the improvements to make my look exactly what I wanted. We had six of us getting makeup, 7 for hair. (Plus a baby!) We had the suite to ourselves and the team finished earlier than expected. We all looked and felt amazing. The group pic is at the end of the night. Would definitely recommend!Envy Studio's reply:

We used Envy Studio for our hair and makeup and it was a great choice! We utilized their downstairs bridal suite and it was perfect for the ten of us. We were able to bring our own food and drinks (that they set up for us) and the ladies have a great system when working on hair and makeup. All of my bridal party enjoyed how amazing they looked and received compliments all night long! They also continuously spoke about how impressed they were with how well it stuck on despite how hot and humid it was outside. Myself and the mother of the groom both got the airbrush makeup which was a great choice. They were able to get all of us done much faster than I thought, and it truly did a great job to set the tone for the rest of the wedding day!Envy Studio's reply:

After choosing my venue, Cork Factory Hotel in Lancaster, PA I was looking for a salon nearby. Since I'm not from the area and a few hours away, I asked my wedding coordinator at the venue for any recommendations. She said Envy Studio was one of her favorites. Once I saw the beautiful work they do I knew I just had to have them as my salon for my big day. Kelly Shenk, the Bridal Coordinator at Envy was amazing from the start. She provided the different packages offered, organized what each bridesmaid & my mom was getting done the day of the wedding, set up my hair & makeup trials and helped with all the other questions that I had along the way. I also needed a haircut before the wedding as well and they were more than happy to give me a haircut the same day as my trials so I did not have to make two trips. The trials were a lifesaver as I was nervous about not looking like myself on my wedding day, but Rachel & Blanca were so nice and easy to work with and I felt so much better leaving the salon that day. As I wore the makeup the rest of the day there were a few tweaks I wanted to make on the day of my wedding, so I am very thankful for the trial. The day of my wedding, the Envy team was so organized with getting all the ladies done on time and everyone absolutely loved their hair & makeup. I ended up forgetting my hair pieces that I was going to use and that we used during my trial. I had gotten a new hair piece and would need to change my hair style. Rachel was so understanding and we worked to figure out something different on the spot. It turned out even better than what we had originally planned and I even looked more like myself which I loved. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with on my special day and each stylist did an amazing job. I would choose Envy Studio again and again, thank you for everything! I would highly recommend to anyone needing a haircut, hair & makeup done or for their wedding day! -

Envy Studio and my stylist Hallie Stuber were fantastic! My hair and makeup was incredible for the big day. The hair and makeup trials were also super helpful, it was nice going into the big day having already worked out the kinks (and also knowing Hallie and Kelly Shenk, the Bridal Coordinator at Envy). We used their bridal studio downstairs and got some great getting ready photos! And everyone there really built us up - I feel like we all walked out feeling really good. I am so thankful to have found Envy Studio for my wedding! From the moment I walked into the salon on the day of my trial I knew I was going to be taken care of. Valerie is so sweet and calmed my nerves when I was running late on the day of my trials. The bridal coordinator Kelly was so professional & easy to work with! I first met my hair stylist Rachel through a video consult for my hair extensions months prior to my wedding and I knew from then she was going to be awesome to work with. She made all my hair dreams come to life for my wedding plus some! I am so thankful to have met her! Hallie my makeup artist was so sweet and the perfect person to make what I envisioned my makeup to be for my wedding day come to life! Blanca was so good with my 5 year old daughter, she did such a great job with her hair- it was still in place the next day! The whole bridal team was a pleasure to work with, it was so fun to start my day with all of these ladies. Not to mention you get a complimentary bottle of champagne the day of! You wont regret booking Envy Studio for your wedding day, they all make you feel/look so beautiful!

Where to even begin - I would like to start with Blanca because she is absolutely Studio Envy's super star! I swear she has magical powers! She is so good at knowing what looks good on certain people and can do hair and make up for all types, ages and styles!
She did a really beautiful soft and elegant look for my mother in-law and a fun boho look for me! My mother in-law was glowing!
It was so nice having Blanca and two other stylists there the day of the wedding! (I think it was Mary and Rachel) They were all so sweet and amazing at make up and hair! Everyone absolutely loved their looks and felt so comfortable with the Envy team! It made the day of a breeze, we didn't have to start getting ready until 10am and then we were all ready by 1 or 2pm! And, we had 9 people they did hair, make up and lashes for!
Speaking of lashes - definitely go to Blanca for lash extensions - it has been 3 weeks since my wedding and my lashes still look fierce!
I would chose Studio Envy again and again and truly cannot thank them enough for making our wedding so amazing! The wedding planner Kelly was so professional, caring and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable along the way. The customer service Kelly provided is hard to find and I really appreciated her!Envy Studio's reply:

Enjoyable and Beautiful Experience
I found Envy Studio after researching salons near my venue, Cork Factory Hotel, in Lancaster. Stacey and her team of stylists were amazing! I don't normally wear make-up, so I was extremely nervous being done-up and not feeling like myself on my wedding day. That was absolutely not the case! Stacey did an amazing job being receptive to my concerns and making me feel beautiful. I received so many compliments! Envy Studio also has an organizer/planner specifically for weddings, I worked closely with Kelly to set-up everything we needed leading up to my wedding day. The stylists were ready for us as soon as we walked in the door that morning- and they got all 13 of us ready in record time. The entire team at Envy Studio is down to earth and super friendly. 10/10 recommend Envy Studio for all your styling needs! -

Katie Sent on 01/18/2018Envy Salon was absolutely impressive on the day of my wedding. Our group consisted of one bride, two flower girls, two mothers, and 9 bridesmaids. Everyone (except for flower girls ) had BOTH hair and makeup done. We arrived at 9 and the very last girl was done around noon. It is truly amazing that they were able to get everything done so quickly AND so beautifully. The bridal party gets to enjoy a private room (which is adorable) with complimentary mimosas. All services are done in this room so your party can spend the entire time together without having girls spread all over the store. Every single staff member was kind, professional, and fun. The prices may seem a bit on the steeper side compared to others, but I believe we absolutely got what we paid for. I would recommend Envy to any bride who is looking for a salon that will do a fabulous job on the services and provide a memorable experience without taking up half of your wedding day.

They were so easy to work with in every aspect: scheduling, trial, professionalism, fun, and quality. When we came in on wedding day, they had mimosas for myself and the girls. They were quick to get us in and made each of us feel important. I chose airbrushed makeup, and it was more than worth the slight extra fee. I would tell every single bride to get her makeup airbrushed. It lasted through rain, humidity, tears, dancing, cake, more dancing, and good-byes. Stacey, the owner, did my hair and makeup and all I can say is it was perfection. She is truly an artist! If I lived in the area, Envy Studio would be my salon. Not only is the studio itself beautiful (making a nice background for photos), but the staff is friendly and excellent at what they do. Myself (the bride), my wedding party, mothers and grandmother all looked fabulous for my big day. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Envy and everyone who works there. Thank you to Destiny for coordinating the days events and Ciara for my awesome wedding 'do and make up!! Angie Sent on 11/16/2013Stacey and her team of professionals from Envy are awesome. I was an out of town bride who was very leery about going to a new hairdresser. Stacey won me over during our initial consultation - she grasped my concept immediately and delivered! Although we changed things up a bit on my wedding day, I still loved my hair and so did my husband. He still tells me how much he loved my hair! Stacey specializes in bridal hair and has a dedicated assistant, Danielle, who handles scheduling, questions, and payment. It really made it easy to work with Envy by having Danielle always available and so responsive. Envy was very flexible with us as well when we had to bump up our schedule at the last minute. Stacey went out of her way to ask another staff member to come to help us get done faster, and she really didn't have to do that for us contractually. Bottom line, Stacey provides great customer service, amazing hair, and she is a genuine pleasure to work with! I truly enjoyed my "downtime" with her on the morning of my wedding. I would highly recommend Envy to anyone future brides! -

Stacey did a great job with everyone’s hair on my wedding day. We did have a hiccup with my stylist getting the wrong timeframe to arrive and she ended up coming an hour later than I was expecting her. We had a hard time reaching the salon’s wedding coordinator and the salon was not open until 9 therefore we couldn’t reach them either. Luckily were still able to get everyone done in time but it was definitely a scare there for a moment. Stacey was apologetic and she didn’t stress a bit and did everyone’s hair beautifully. In the end I was very happy with my bridal updo and my bridesmaids hairstyles. -

I only had a 2 hour slot for a bridal makeup and hair trial. I showed the stylist a photo along with a video of step by step how to do the hairstyle I wanted. She stated there are other ways to get the same product and did it her own way. I got nothing like the picture showed. She was rushing, ran out of time, and it was literally thrown together and looked horrible, but she stopped because she had another client waiting. I spent 300$ on something that a 12 year old could have done better. She put a structure in my hair to hold a veil. I’m not even wearing a veil. She didn’t ask me and the photo/video didn’t show this structure. I am very upset and displeased. The stylist then said she would do a second trial and just charge me for a blow out. I don’t think I should have been charged for the first trial at all with my hair looking the way it did. I would not recommend. -

I would not recommend Envy Studio to anyone, especially brides looking for hair and makeup services for their wedding. While their pricing is higher than other options in the area, I was willing to pay it because they appeared professional, and their Instagram portfolio looked impressive. The bridal coordinator assured me that their “best team” would be assigned to my wedding, with London handling makeup and Blanca handling hair.
Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. During my trial, my makeup was just okay, but some details were off like poorly applied false lashes that lifted almost immediately, uneven lip liner, and foundation with the wrong undertone—even though I specifically emphasized that finding a shade with the correct undertone was my biggest concern. My hair was even worse—it looked messy, uneven, and rushed. I took it out as soon as I got home. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the unprofessional behavior. London and Blanca gossiped about coworkers and complained about “difficult” customers right in front of me, which felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I had to pay for the trial (including mandatory gratuity) regardless of the quality of their work. I left feeling worried and unsure of how things would turn out on my wedding day. I had little faith in them at this point. When I reached out to the bridal coordinator to share my concerns, she told me they were “easy fixes”. She assured me that my bridal party and I would receive an “elevated experience” on the wedding day and that she’d pass my feedback along to London and Blanca.
The day of my wedding, my experience was very inconsistent. While some of the girls’ hair and makeup turned out okay, others were poorly done. I felt like I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy the experience because I had to constantly keep an eye on what was happening. At one point, London applied a foundation shade with the completely wrong undertone to one of my bridesmaids. She has very fair, cool-toned skin, but he chose a foundation that was extremely yellow. When I pointed this out, he explained that he applies slightly darker shades to avoid the makeup looking too light after applying highlighter. However, the issue wasn’t the darkness of the foundation—it was the undertone being completely wrong and looking ridiculous. I experienced this same issue at my makeup trial, and was told that this feedback would be passed along to him. A bridal makeup artist should have a solid understanding of undertones. Other issues included uneven eyebrows, lip liner, and eyeliner that smudged onto eyelids within an hour—despite claims it was waterproof. Several girls had to leave Envy and go home to fix their makeup before heading to the venue.
In our wedding photos, you can clearly tell who got their makeup done at Envy. Faces looked washed out—even for those with naturally tan skin—due to camera flashback from the products they used. Those who did their makeup on their own at home didn’t look washed out. For a studio specializing in bridal makeup, I expected them to use products suited for photography since weddings are highly photographed events, but that wasn’t the case.
Envy seems to prioritize maintaining their image as a high-end studio and getting paid over providing quality services. After my disappointing trial, I talked to colleagues and family members that had also had negative experiences with them. At that point, I wanted to go elsewhere, but their contract made it impossible without losing nearly $1,000 (the non-refundable deposit plus trial costs, including mandatory gratuity). After collecting their final payment on my wedding day, I never heard from anyone at Envy again. I would not recommend them to any bride looking for reliable and professional hair and makeup services.Envy Studio's reply:
