When you are reserving a limousine for whatever occasion you may have in mind the last thing do you want to be worried about is if the cars gonna show up on time or if the cars going to show up at all. This company showed up 45 minutes before the time they were supposed to pick me up they gave me a piece of mine.

Excellent Service Great Night

I called Walter/Entertainment regarding my girls night out to New York to Cafe Wha. I rented a stretch Limo. The Limo was on time Our driver was Roderick, he was polite and kind. The limo was clean. We enjoyed the ride and the evening was a success. Thank Walter

Must book!

We booked Entertainment Express Limousine Service for our wedding day and could not be happier. From the beginning Walter worked with us to reasonably accommodate the needs of both transportation and budget. Our bridal party was in awe when the stretch Hummer arrived. The neon lights and ambiance was exactly what we needed to get the party started on our day. Our chauffer was professional and even assisted getting things in order at the church. They were on time, got us to our destination early and even finished things off with a champagne toast. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENTERTAINMENT EXPRESS LIMOUSINE SERVICE!

Excellent Service Provided

The service Entertainment Express was excellent. The driver arrived early and was so sweet due to the fact we were running a little behind. The car was just the right size for our party. I definately recommend Walter Young owner of Entertainment Express to anyone looking for a professional limousine service.

I have used this company twice in 10 years. The first time for my daughter's prom, and then 10 years later for her wedding. I thought the service was great then, but wow, at her wedding, it was exceptional. For anyone who is thinking of using a Limousine service for any function, whether a prom, wedding, or just something special, Express Limousine Service is the one! Walter & the entire staff of Entertainment Express limousine service was a joy to work with. They made my special day on 12/3/16 at the Empire Club heaven. They knew that I had a small budget and surprise me by upgrading my 10Passenger Chrysler (300) to a 20Passengers Cadillac Escalade at no additional cost which brought tears to my eyes. There service was nothing less than superb. Our driver Tyrone even provided a rose for myself and mother. Need I say Entertainment Express have a client for life. Thanks for job well done.

I had met Walter at a bridal expo and I couldn't be happier with the driver and the limo! The limo came on time to pick us up, the driver was so nice and helpful (and even helped my cousins clean up the Church after the wedding since we were responsible for that and not the Church). He even help me with my super long veil since it was so windy that day. Since I prefer not to make phone calls during work, I would email Walter with any changes and updates and he was quick to send me an updated contract. I must have sent him more than 5 update requests and I never once felt like he was annoyed with me. I'm so happy I came across Entertainment Express!

Entertainment Express Limo Service was great!I was so glad a coworker recommended me to this company. Walter was very patient with me everytime I called to make sure everything was set and good to go.( I was a very nervous bride lol). If you are on a budget he will work with you and give you the best deal around. Limo driver arrived earlier than expected and waited for us as we took pictures. He did not rush us and even helped me with my dress. Limo was very clean and beautiful inside. I would def recomend this company to future brides!

I met the CEO (Walter) at a bridal show and ended up winning an additional $75 off my order. After the show discount, prize discount & an additional discount for an error I noticed on their website, I was able to get a 10 passenger stretch Chrysler 300 for an incredible price. It was for 3 hours and I paid a small deposit to secure it. He was very accommodating in helping me figure out a timeline and making changes. Two weeks before the wedding he redid the contract to change the addresses for pick up and the timing. The drive on the day-of was very courteous and knowledgeable. We arrived at all of our destinations on time. The limo had a hard time getting down the hill to my ceremony venue due to the angle. After several attempts, the driver turned around & drove backwards down the hill to make it. Everything worked out well.

Walter and his drivers were all such a pleasure to work with. We booked them for the bachelorette party, wedding and even for the trip to the airport for the honeymoon, thats how great they were! Walter was easy to work with, responded to all my emails and returned my calls promptly. The limo we choose (Chrysler) was new, clean, modern and the drivers Larry and Tommy were a pleasure to work with. Very kind and punctual. I would definitely recommend Walter and his team for your wedding. They have a large fleet of limos available and their prices were the best in Northern NJ.

We were very please with the level of service that this limo company provided. The driver showed up an hour early (no charge) just to make sure he was there on time. He helped me in and out of the limo in the pouring rain and 50mph winds each time with grace! While we didn't get to enjoy the full limo experience due to the weather, they did everything they could to make sure everyone stayed dry and safe. Thank you!

Walter, Thank you very much for the Rolls Royce & Superb service. You truly added an element to our wedding that was a blessing. Truly you brought the Elegance, Style, & Fun. EE has always provided us with excellent service and we have used them several times. The owner is very friendly and accomodating. Our experiences have always been wonderful. Walter from Entertainment Express was a breath of fresh air. I found him at a Bridal Show and he proved himself to be quite a hard worker. He worked with me on the price and his limos were spotless. I had chosen an older limo for my father (and then husband) to drive in. Unfortunately the air didn't work on the drive to the church. Walter got me a new limo by the time my ceremony was finished.

Even though I was very upset that I didn't get the limo that I wanted, Walter came through with his promise of getting me a new limo. It could have been a mini disaster.

He was very responsible and his worker, Anthony, was a great guy too.

Great choice for transportation!

The limo was on time & the driver was patient when we were running late. The driver was accommodating of some last minute changes in schedule, which we appreciated. He was polite and helped everyone get in & out. Overall the limo was clean & the ride was comfortable. It came with one bottle of Verdi champagne.

I have been using this company for many years, never had a problem. Excellent service, friendly and professional drivers that go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I used the Wedding Package for the Bridesmaids, really nice. The CEO, Walter Young has offered the best rates compared to other vendors. He has been gracious and kind enough to negotiate when necessary. I have used this service for both personal use and corporate use.

Walter was always extremely helpful. I did end up calling the company on the day of the wedding because I hadn't heard anything since a few weeks prior, just to check that we were still on (nervous, I suppose). One limo driver took very good care of us, the other was sluggish and not as helpful. They did open the church doors for me and helped with my dress, were patient while going for pictures, engaged in friendly conversation, etc. Would recommend.

I'd like to give these people a big fat 1 star but I'm going to try and be nice here. They showed up, I got to my wedding and to my pictures and reception without getting into an accident and on time, but that's about it. There was no AC in the car myself and my father and later my groom were in, mind you it was 90 degrees, and even though I was told there would be water I was never once offered water. Let me mention, the stretch limo my bridal party was in had AC, water, champagne, music and a good time. By the time we got to our picture location which was the historic Hoboken train terminal, the driver basically ditched me across the parking lot to walk across cobblestones in my heels. I was so thirsty and dehydrated at this point that my photographer and videographer actually had to purchase water for me inside the station. Afterwards I had to walk to the car once again and this time I refused to drive back with no AC. I had to switch with 2 others from the wedding party so we could have AC on the way to the reception. By the time we arrived (we had hit traffic) the driver had the nerve to approach my husband and ask where to bill the overtime to because we went 10 minutes overtime. SERIOUSLY? This guy had some nerve. Thankfully between our amazing venue and my father, the guy accepted his tip as his "overtime." I will never book this limo again and I urge others not to. I specifically asked about water and was told there would be, yet there was nothing offered to me and I was so dehydrated by the reception I had to be cooped up in the bridal suite for an hour with two nurses from my bridal party trying to rehydrate me and get my heart rate back down.

Terrible do not hire

If I could give this limo service a 0 I would. I had the worst experience on my wedding day I could have ever imagined. I ordered a “new” white rolls Royce for my wedding day to be picked up at my hotel and dropped off to the venue. No phone call from Walter the morning of to let me know there was any issue. To walk out my hotel to be in a state of shock that they brought a totally different vehicle. A vehicle that I could barley fit my dress into. With no apologies what so ever. At this point I had no choice but to take this vehicle to the wedding to get my wedding photos taken infront of. Which was not what I had dreamed of on my one and only wedding day not something you can redo. When all I dreamed of was having this rolls Royce on my wedding day. After the wedding we had reached out and we were promised whenever we needed a limo that one would be provided to pick up and drop off just a regular limo not a rolls Royce just anything to pick up and drop off to compensate for the mess up they did! Year and a half later non was provided. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my whole life!!! What a disgrace. Don’t be fooled by all the good reviews. You never know if this can happen to you. Pick a reliable limo company for your special day bc this sure wasn’t for me!

Worse Service

Worse service I ever had. The company canceled our reservation with minimal notice. We made the reservation over 30 days from the date of the event, the reservation was paid and with less than 48 hours to the date of our event, he simply canceled on us. They have not given us anything extra for the inconvenience nor cared or wanted to pay for another company to provide the service they agreed to do it. It truly ruined my daughter's day. Please do not take the chance to happen to you too. Walk away from them

In may 25/2016 mi daughter has a prom, she did ask for service to go at Englewood high school and this company charge $300 for a Cadillac scale my surprise when the day of the prom came y out side the house was a Ford Explorer really old waiting for take her to the prom so this company lay to mi daughter y she felt like she been raped because she call many time trying to get a fair price and the representative said he was going to return 100 dólares back and he never did, he is thinking the Maria Ochoa dose not have mom and he is completely wrong. You guys destroy my daughter prom day and I want to return the time back just for to make a best deal with uber.

The only vendor I has an issue with on my wedding day this past April. I STRONGLY URGE YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Unlike all other vendors who made my wedding day a dream, Walter and his driver had me crying right before i walked down the aisle, LITERALLY. In my correspondences with Walter (email and phone), I clearly stated that I wanted to be picked up with my bridal party at 2pm for pictures, ceremony at 5, and drop us at the royal manor after the ceremony. Minutes before i am supposed to head down the aisle, the driver puts me on the phone with Walter telling me “most limos are rented for 3 hours”. I am usually very articulate but in the very anxious moments before marrying the love of my life, this character is telling me it will be an extra $300 to drive us to the reception after the ceremony, a mere 30-40 minutes total! Not only did he insist on charging me for stipulations that were NEVER mentioned in the emails (while i clearly stated the timing and trip for the day), but he had his driver wait AND EAT at my reception until my cousin generously offered to pay. If i was in my right frame of mind i would have NEVER agreed to pay that. All in all, i am angered and the miscommunication and unprofessional demeanor this was handled. I wish I read these reviews before booking him.There are many other professional companies you can go to. It’s not worth the stress on your wedding day.
