    Flawless Execution and Peace of Mind

    Heidi and Belinda were a great team! We had planning calls 6 months out, 2 months out for a venue walkthrough, and 1 month out to finalize the timeline and take over communication with our other vendors. Heidi knew our venue incredibly well, which made the final prep seamless.
    On the wedding day, they helped execute months of our planning and hard work to make it a reality. From timeline management and moving guests to helping with setup and packing up our belongings at the end of the night, they handled it all. Heidi made quick executive decisions to keep the day running flawlessly, and they thoughtfully coordinated with our bridesmaids for quick questions so we could just relax and enjoy our day without being stressed by minor details. If you want to actually enjoy your wedding day knowing you are in expert hands, hire the Anchor and Lace team!

    Wedding Coordination

    We hired Anchor and Lace as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding in Philadelphia. I was a little nervous since they're not entirely local to the Philadelphia area and have never worked at my venue but when speaking with Heidi on the phone, I already felt like I could trust her and had so much confidence in her. Heidi and Nicole were phenomenal throughout the process and I so appreciate their help in coordination. They were both true professionals and you are in great hands if you need coordination help for your important day!

    Peace of mind

    Anchor and Lace really came through for me with my very last minute event. I was in contact with Heidi and she was quick to respond and always answered any questions I had. She was very kinds and personable to everyone one. Heidi was such a big help in so many ways. She went above and beyond my expectations. She was amazing. I could not thank her enough. Highly recommend.

    Peace of Mind from Start to Finish - Would HIGHLY recommend!!

    Heidi and her team at Anchor and Lace are truly amazing! From our very first phone call, I felt completely confident in our decision to work with them. We hired them for Wedding Management, but they provided so much more than that. With their years of experience (which absolutely shows), they helped us plan, asked thoughtful questions, and made us feel seen and validated in all the little things we were stressing about before the big day. Every time I spoke with them, I walked away feeling calm and reassured.

    On the day of our wedding, even when unexpected things came up, including a team member getting sick, Heidi’s team handled it with such grace and professionalism. Someone else seamlessly stepped in, and you would have never known it wasn’t the original coordinator. Everything went off without a hitch, and we were able to be fully present knowing they had it all under control.

    If you’re looking for a team that is not only organized and reliable but genuinely kind and invested in your day being everything you dreamed of, Anchor and Lace is the one. We’re so grateful for them!!

    Anchor & Lace was hired as the bar tending service for our wedding at Stone Ridge Hollow on 5-25-25.

    Heidi was a dream to work with from start to finish! She was incredibly helpful in suggesting what we needed to have on hand for our 100 guests. We opted for full bar, 2 signature cocktails, beer and wine. They provided two bartenders and a bar back. We did select for the mixer package as well. They prepped well minimizing wait times and keeping the drinks flowing! ;Would 10/10 recommend Anchor & Lace!

    I would HIGHLY recommend Anchor & Lace for Bar Service!

    We hired Heidi’s bartending service for our event, and she was fantastic from start to finish. Heidi was extremely professional and communicated clearly throughout the planning process. She offered helpful advice on drink quantities and was prompt and prepared on the day of the event. During setup, she provided great guidance and was a calm, pleasant presence throughout. I would use her again in a heartbeat!

    Can't recommend enough!

    Anchor and Lace made our wedding so so smooth! We got the 30-day/day-of package. Our original call with them made us feel like the day-of would be personalized and taken care of. Communication in advance was always prompt and helpful. We loved the forms we used to help plan the various aspects of our day and how the décor would be packed in advance and set up on site. We also really appreciated Belinda being at the final walk through with our venue and it definitely made things smoother. On the day of our wedding, we knew that we were in good hands and had nothing to worry about. Belinda took care of EVERYTHING! From set up, to breakdown, to keeping us on time, and everything in between. If there were problems, we didn’t even know about them! I know some of our family went to her with little things and magic was done behind the scenes (which I know isn’t easy!). I also really appreciated her honest opinion about other vendors that were less than stellar. It really made me feel like I was in good hands and her dedication to her work really allowed me to just be in the moment and enjoy our wedding.

    Use Anchor & Lace if you want a stress free wedding day!!!

    We worked with Heidi for day of wedding coordination and she nailed it. She kept the day organized and was always there to pull us away when needed for the next task throughout the day so that we didn’t have to keep watching the clock or schedule.

    She made my decor vision of the wedding come to life and I did not need to stress about it at all. My family was able to enjoy the day as well and not need to worry about the logistics because Heidi and her team had it.

    Our day was everything we had hoped for and I attribute a lot of that to Anchor & Lace!

    She knows what she's doing!

    We have nothing but nice things to say about Heidi and Anchor and Lace.

    From the minute we met Heidi, we knew we were in good hands. She has a way of making you feel like you're her friend and not just her client. Any time we texted or emailed her, she responded in minutes. She's on top of it!.

    We used her for month of coordination, but she's so dedicated that she was available and open to answer questions at any point throughout our process.

    She's also really good at keeping you calm throughout the entire process. When one of our flower girls started crying right before she was to walk down the aisle -- Heidi was there calming her down. The second we wrapped up the ceremony, she had martinis waiting for me and the groom. When our officiant needed help filling out the paperwork after the ceremony -- Heidi stepped in. There was a situation at our wedding where mirror we brought was broken by one of the venue staff. She waited until the right moment to let us know.

    We enjoyed our day and were worry free because of her. You won't regret booking her.

    Amazing Day Of Coordinator!

    Heidi at Anchor and Lace did an absolutely amazing job at being the Day of Coordinator for my wedding in November 2024. I was so thrilled from the moment I began to plan, her company was there ready to help with organization, ideas, constant communication, and planned meetings with the venue! I could not have done the wedding without this company. I was not stressed at all before, during, or after the wedding because of them. I think that everyone needs to hire a day of coordinator to have a seamless, stress free wedding, and they need to hire Anchor and Lace! Heidi deserves major kudos!

    A Must for every Wedding!!!

    As parents of the groom, we cannot say enough about Anchor and Lace!!!! Heidi, from the first meeting until we left the reception, made everything easy and we did not have to worry about anything!! She answers every text, question, and is an invaluable resource for anyone in the wedding party. I highly recommend hiring her to work with throughout the entire process, and not just the wedding weekend, it is worth every penny!!! She also has amazing bartenders who keep the drinks flowing with a smile!! Weddings can be so expensive, but Anchor and Lace is very reasonable and you won’t regret using them to make your big day successful!!!

    Wonderful! Couldn’t have done it without Heidi & the team!

    Heidi was absolutely wonderful! All the vendors loved her very organized and detailed spreadsheet. She was really on top of dealing with the different vendors and making sure I wasn’t stressed! During the wedding she was very attentive/detail oriented and made sure myself and my husband had everything and anything we could have needed. I didn’t have to worry about anything! Her bartenders were also amazing! They did a wonderful job and made sure we were happy with the signature cocktails before guests arrived. Everyone absolutely love the bartenders and their speed of service was great. I could not recommend Heidi and the team more!

    Made my wedding day a breeze

    I hired Anchor and Lace for day-of coordinating and I am so thankful I did! A few weeks out from the wedding Heidi was in contact with me making sure all my vendors and other details were in order. She helped finalize my schedule and made sure I wasn't missing anything. She's also super friendly, knows what she's doing, and was easy to work with! Come the day of the wedding, after weeks of stress, I was able to totally relax and simply enjoy our day knowing that Heidi and her assistant were taking care of all the details. It made the day easier not only on me, but also other family members. Worth every penny!

    Heidi is the best!!

    Heidi with Anchor & Lace was a fantastic day of coordinator for us. Her service was impeccable and even though we only did "day of" we had a great open communication line and she handled every situation that came up. Heidi came to walk thru the venue a month before, we had multiple calls, and I texted her any time I had a question or concern. Trust Heidi! She'll take care of you!!!

    Bartending Services - Wedding Reception

    From initial communication to the goodbye at the end of our reception , Heidi and team were fantastic! We booked our reception at the Bel Air Armory that allows alcohol with a licensed bartender. When I started researching and found Anchor and Lace I was so excited to find Heidi! She was flexible and so helpful in planning. She had suggestions for servings per number of guests in terms of drinks and ice, and made sure to provide a list of all necessities since we opted to provide all drinks/servingware/etc and just use her services to serve as the bartender for guests. She was so kind and fun during our event! Cannot recommend Anchor and Lace enough for all of your bartending needs.

    Must hire!

    Heidi went above and beyond the call of duty! In the lead up to our wedding, she was super-responsive (via both text and email... it was honestly shocking how quickly she replied. It's like she's psychic). During the wedding, she made sure that we were focused on the fun aspects while she handled the hiccups that came up (such as some of our cake not coming!). When you're a professional, this role seems easy. Well, Heidi is a professional.

    Heidi, Nicole, and bartenders were amazing!

    I can’t rave enough about the Anchor and Lace team. Heidi from the start was so responsive, honest and organized. She helped me think through things I had not even thought about before! I could always expect a response from her within minutes - even months prior to our wedding.

    Nicole was our day of coordinator and she was phenomenal. So organized, emailed all my vendors without me even asking and stayed on top of all the little details. Everything flowed at our wedding without a single issue and I am sure it was because of her attention to detail and hard work. She even enlisted the help of her family to set up and clean up - so nice!

    Bartenders Jacquie and Judy - omg INCREDIBLE!! Most fun bartenders of all time. They were literally dancing the night away behind the bar! They made sure there was a drink in my hand at all times and made the most delicious shooters. I don’t think I ever saw a line for drinks!

    Thank you entire Anchor and Lace team - I am so incredibly impressed!

    Couldn’t have asked for more

    Heidi was incredibly responsive throughout the process and it truly felt more like working with a friend. I cannot imagine finding a better value for the money. She did all our day-of DIY setup and handled our vendors with care and efficiency.

    Seamless and perfect day of coordination!

    Working with Heidi and team was one of the best decisions we made! Our Day of Coordinator, Nicole, and her assistant Melissa made the day come together so easily and really helped our wedding vision come to life. Our day far exceeded any expectations and Anchor and Lace had a huge part in that! After a call to set up with Heidi and 6 week walk through with Nicole, we looped Nicole into emails with vendors and the rest was history in terms of execution and everything coming together to plan.

    Day Of Coordination for our 8.20.2022 Wedding

    Heidi was amazing to work with and ensured our day went perfectly as planned. We had a a virtual zoom, a few calls, and a venue walk through together prior to our wedding day. Heidi ran our rehearsal which went super smooth and our day of was even more smooth. She ensured I didn’t have an ounce of stress and set everything up perfect to our vision. She packed EVERYTHING up at the end of the night and loaded our cars for us. Thank you Heidi and team for helping us have to most beautiful, amazing wedding!

    Heidi and our bartenders were great!

    Heidi was a fantastic day of coordinator! She was available to answer questions through out the wedding planning process and provided great recommendations. Heidi made us feel at ease with any questions or concerns we had. It ended up raining all morning and we forgot to drop off some of the decorations but Heidi was able to pivot and make the day run smoothly. She was also great about making sure we had food and drinks during the wedding! We also used Anchor and Lace for bartenders and they were a hit! They were super efficient and kept the lines moving fast! All of our guests were complimenting the bartenders. They were very friendly and super quick in taking drink orders. 100% recommend both Heidi and her bartending team!

    Nicole is wonderful!!

    We hired Nicole as our day of coordinator, but she went above and beyond that role! Not only did Nicole truly bring our vision to life, but she made it so that my husband and I could really just relax and enjoy the event with our loved ones. Knowing that Nicole was handling the details and flow of the day gave us the opportunity to be fully present and there is no way to adequately thank her for that. We sincerely do not know what we would have done without her. She was attentive, thoughtful, and so kind throughout the entire process. On the morning of the wedding, she showed up at the hotel room with a giant plastic case of every possible item a bride could possibly need – from headache medicine and snack bars to hairspray (which came in handy!) and extra bobby pins. My husband and I are so grateful for her and don’t think our wedding would have been the same without all of her help.

    Stress Free Wedding!

    Heidi and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with!! We had a few calls and venue visits prior to our wedding day to make sure everything was in line, and Heidi also attended our rehearsal to help out with that. The day-of the wedding went better than I could have imagined- Heidi made sure I was stress free and having a good time. She also dropped off our belongings to our hotel afterwards so we could go straight to our after party. I can not thank her or recommend her enough!

    Best Bartending Service

    We hired Anchor & Lace to bartend our wedding reception. Every part of the process was wonderful in working with both Heidi, the owner, and our bartenders, Jacquie & Stacey. We were able to supply our own beer / liquor to save money, but they provided all the ice, mixers, cups, etc. We had an orange/Grapefruit crush bar which was a huge hit. Our guests commented on how wonderful the drinks and the staff were. If you’re thinking about hiring this company, DOOO IT!

    Great Day of Coordinator & Bartending Experience!

    My *husband* (EEK!) and I hired Heidi as our day of coordinator for our 4/23/22 wedding after spending about an hour on a zoom call introduction. Heidi had a fun, laid-back demeanor, but was quick to answer all the questions my husband already had for her. During the 8 months or so leading up to our wedding, I reached out to Heidi multiple times for recommendations, random questions, VENTING, and she was extremely responsive and helpful every time. Heidi helped our rehearsal run smoothly and efficiently and day of . As a planner I was very anxious about not being around to watch the set-up of the reception, but I had nothing to worry about because Heidi took care of it all! (She even had someone pick up desserts we had left behind at our hotel in the middle of the reception so as not to disappoint my MIL). We also used Anchor & Lace's bartending services and I heard nothing but compliments! Thank you for rocking our day!

    Baby shower

    Heidi was an amazingggg bartender. All of our guest loved her, from the making of the delicious drinks to the creativity of the bar menu. The best bartender service ever from, pricing, promptness and communication. So many people reached out to me after the invite inquiring to hire her. We will definitely be hiring her for every event we have. Originally I hired her for an event that got canceled due to inclement weather so I had to change to a different date and Heidi made herself available to me for the new event date.

    Great bartending service!

    Heidi bartended for a small 40th birthday party I hosted in my home the day after Thanksgiving. Although it was a very small party, she was just as attentive and responsive as if she was organizing a much larger event. During the planning, she responded to every question and request extremely quickly. During the party itself, she came early, had a professional setup, and was friendly but still professional with all of the guests, even pouring endless Shirley temples for the kids. All of my guests had great things to say about Heidi after the party! I would definitely recommend her to others.

    Excellent Bartending Service from Anchor and Lace!

    I can't express enough how much Heidi and her team at Anchor and Lace did such a wonderful job bartending for our wedding. Heidi was extremely responsive and helped with any questions we had. She was so easy to get in touch with and this was one of their first times doing bartending services (as they normally doing wedding coordinator services but have started bartending services additionally).     Best wedding coordinator possible!!!

    Heidi & her team are absolutely amazing! I couldn't imagine the wedding without her, and if we didn't have her the wedding wouldn't have gone as smooth. Heidi takes care of every single detail and helps the planning process seem so easy! I don't know what we would have done without them. Heidi took care of anything that could have been an issue, so much so that I didn't even know there was anything wrong! She is with you every step of the way and truly helped make the wedding day the best day of my life! The only thing I would change would be hiring her earlier on to benefit from her services earlier in my planning process- she is that good! If you want to have a dream wedding and not have to worry about anything going wrong- work with Anchor and Lace- you won't be disappointed!

    Heidi was amazing! We ran into several tough situations and she guided us perfectly. She also was great at taking charge to get things done exactly how I wanted so there was no need to fret over if decor was set up, if things were cleaned up, etc. Heidi really listened to my wishes and I didn't have to worry about anything. She didn't hestitate to do anything that needed done and touched base regularly to see if we needed anything, like food, drinks, etc. Heidi is very personable and felt more like a friend helping out than a vendor. I would use her again for any large parties and def recommend her for weddings. Overall...Heidi simply went well above and beyond.

    We only hired Heidi for our ceremony services. We wanted to make sure we had a coordinator to help during the ceremony (catholic ceremony). Heidi was awesome. She was professional and very easy to get along with. It was definitely worth getting her to help out. If I had wanted a wedding coordinator for my whole day, I definitely would have gotten Heidi – I didn’t need one which is why I didn’t get her but I would recommend her to anyone. She was always quick to respond to my million questions and was there when I needed her for something. You won’t regret booking her!

    I can not say enough great things about Heidi and her staff. Whatever you do...HIRE HER!! I initially believed I did not need a wedding planner but many told me I should hire a day of wedding planner. This was one of the best decisions in my wedding planing process. Entertain Me Event Planning was always ten steps ahead of me and was the reason, I believe, the day went off without a hitch. Heidi and her staff helped me to create a beautiful classy welcome board for guests to see as they arrived at the hotel during the wedding weekend. They also created beautiful wedding programs for the ceremony. Heidi reached out to all the vendors before hand and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of. She even made sure that the bride and groom ate all their dinner and enjoyed the reception!!     Heidi and her team were in one word phenomenal! We had our wedding 10-30-10 and everything ran so smoothly! If there were any problems, and I don’t believe that there were, Heidi and her team handled it with professionalism and quickly solved the issue. We actually had to postpone our original wedding date because my husband’s brother was deployed overseas; Heidi was so great about it and so understanding and gave us no problems at all with switching the dates. I can’t say enough good things about her, she was a lifesaver and allowed me to enjoy my day and not have to worry about a thing.

    Heidi assembled our centerpieces (which was no easy task), sweetheart table, cake table, escort card table; I had a lot of DIY projects. Heidi and her team executed everything better than I had imagined. They also made sure everything was pack up and put it in the cars at the end of the night. The simple fact that I could enjoy my night and not have to worry about anything was so beyond what words can explain. I had guest came up to me before they were leaving and actually said to me “I’ve never seen a bride so relaxed and enjoy herself so much at her own wedding before”. If it wasn’t for Heidi there is no way I would have enjoyed myself as much as I did. If you want an easy and carefree day where you do not have to worry about a thing except enjoying yourself, then I highly recommend Heidi and her team.

    One of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding was getting a day-of coordinator (DOC), and we could not have been happier with who we chose- Heidi Kern was fantastic! When we met with her the first time, we knew immediately that this was someone who would get things done! She clearly knows what she is doing, and was both encouraging and honest! (if there was something she wasn't sure would work, she'd let us know, and would offer suggestions about how to make everything go perfectly without squashing our style!)
    A few weeks before the wedding we met again, to sort out all the details. She created a timeline for the wedding, kept in contact with all the vendors to make sure they were on top of everything (and we knew we were in good hands when our other vendors were excited to be working with Heidi again), and generally made our day free of stress. The best way to know if your DOC did a good job is if you never had a moment of stress or worry- we never had to think for a second about whether our vendors were on top of everything, we did not have anyone come to us with any problems, Heidi took care of everything.
    Further, she went above and beyond on the day of the wedding! We had to make changes due to the weather, as we arrived a huge storm began, but we did not have to spend a minute worrying about what to do, Heidi and our other fantastic vendors made everything work! Heidi also found me stomach soothers for my nervous stomach, made sure we had a ton of food to take back to the hotel with us, even drove me and my new husband back to the hotel so we didn't have to take the shuttle bus back! Her husband was her assistant for the day, and he did a great job too ! (we thought of him as our secret service agent, with sunglasses and walkie-talkie, making sure our day went perfectly). They both were professional, made sure that everything went smoothly, and had fun doing it!
    Heidi clearly loves her job and does it fantastically well, we recommend her whole-heartedly.

    Heidi made my wedding day absolutely perfect! She coordinated with all vendors and made sure that the worst blizzard on record didn't cause an ounce of trouble on our big day. She let me send decorations and other things for the reception to her home address and then set everything up at the reception site exactly as I'd have doen it if I'd been there myself. Heidi even stepped up and offered to pick up all of the alcohol for us when our first source fell through due to the storm. Heidi was always available by phone and email and really kept me calm, especially during that last week. Thanks to Heidi, my husband and I and our family and friends were truly able to enjoy our wedding day and not worry about a thing. Hire her-- you won't regret it!!

    I hired Heidi as my DOC, but she really went above and beyond what a day of coordinator needs to do. She met with me several times in person to help me iron out all of my DIY details and she was always available by phone or email. I had some major issues on our wedding day (including an out of control bridesmaid and a very late cake delivery) and she handled them all. The best money I spent for our wedding was in hiring Heidi!

    We hired Heidi for DOC services. She was, however, accessible by e-mail. She coordinated the set-up of our reception venue. I gave her very specific details, layouts, and tons of "little things" that had to be set-up and she did an excellent job. Walking into the reception area took my breath away. She also went above and beyond her duty to coordinate the reception and getting things back to our house. I would recommend her to any bride without reservation.

    I found Heidi through my local board on the Knot. My husband and I met with her and didn't bother meeting with anyone else. She instantly understood that our wedding was going to be more like a party than a wedding, and was right on board with our board game theme.

    We booked Heidi in January and didn't really contact her much until about two months before the wedding. She would send me occasional e-mails asking if I needed anything, but I just didn't! I met up with Heidi twice before our wedding, once to go over details and to discuss matters with her, and finally with our caterer about three weeks before the wedding. At both meetings she was helpful and not shy on offering her opinion or telling the vendor what I wanted. I was waffling on whether or not we should have a bar at our wedding since it was a lunch reception. She convinced me that we should, and you know what? She was right!

    On the day Heidi was the first vendor I saw in the morning and the last before I left. She and her assistant were very friendly and the day ran very smoothly. We had a very small wedding so I know ours was easier for her than most she does, but she still did a wonderful job.

    I highly recommend Heidi and her team! If you think you don't need a DOC, trust me, you do. Having Heidi around to do set-up and take care of any last minute problems was worth what I paid her and more!

    I had a lot of trouble with my reception venue leading up the big day. However I was totally at ease knowing that Stephanie & Kurt would handle everything. Kurt was awesome at the picture location; he kept us on schedule & ensured we took very artistic shots. Stephanie made the reception venue look better than I could have ever imagined.     Using Heidi was one of the best decisions I made with my wedding! I was not stressed at all on the day of because I felt so confident that she had everything under control, and she did!     I don't even know where to begin with Heidi. She is unbelievable. I used her as my day of coordinator and she went above and beyond any call of duty. In the middle of the reception, we had run out of raspberry vodka. Before we had realized it, her assistant was already back from the liquor store with more. At the end of the reception, it was brought to our attention that the uncle who's car was supposed to be the gift/etc. car, had left without packing up the car. Heidi took our house keys, dropped all of our stuff off at our apartment and made sure everything was put away as she saw fit. The countless big and little things she did were off the charts. She genuinely cares about the outcome of your wedding.

    Hiring Heidi was the best decision we ever made! It was so fantastic to be guests at our own wedding and not have to worry about anything! She set up, she cleaned up, and made sure we had food and drink at every moment! My friends were able to enjoy themselves because Heidi did everything.     My fiancee thought I was crazy for hiring a day of Coordinator until he saw Heidi in action on our wedding day...he realized in about 5 minutes that he was wrong, Heidi was needed not wanted!

    To quote my father "Heidi was a godsend" (and he's not an easy man to please). Heidi did everything right - she was a huge help throughout the planning process, the week of the wedding she coordinated all the vendors and set up the master schedule, and on the day of she took care of everything that I did not want to deal with. My wedding day was vastly improved because of Heidi - I could focus on the important things and not worry about the details at all. The band started playing the wrong song - Heidi was there to fix it. My drink needed a refill - she was there to refill it. But when everything was going smoothly, I didn't even notice she was there - which is how it should be! She also took care of setting up the reception room and taking it down afterwards - and she even delivered all of the presents and leftover favors to my hotel room!

    On top of being professional, organized, and helpful without being pushy, Heidi paid for herself with all of her money-saving tips. I would have spent MUCH more money on flowers and printing costs - but Heidi helped me out and saved me more money than it cost to hire her! I highly recommend Heidi for any bride!

    We hired Entertain Me "officially" as our day of coordinator. This span of time however stretched quite a while! From Heidi's help finding vendors (a makeup artist mixup and a stressed out bride 5 days before is not a pretty sight!) to being at the walkthrough 2 weeks before the wedding and all her help at the rehearsal dinner and our wedding day, we couldnt have been happier. Her presence and knowledge and "I'll handle it" attitude, made all the difference to allow us to really enjoy our wedding. I used to be a professional event manager so I was no ordinary or easy bride so please know that she really earned this fabulous rating! I had the experience to plan my own wedding so didnt use her for that but would gladly recommend her and her team for either full planning services or day of coordination. If you dont think you need it - YOU DO! Trust me.

    We used Heidi as both a day-of-coordinator and also for some wedding planning. She was great with ideas and steering us to vendors. Along with her sister-in-law, she did our flowers for a very reasonable price and they were beautiful. I didn't worry once the day of my wedding that everything would be done when I got there. She was great at making sure that we had everything we needed at every moment. My bustle got ripped twice and both times she easily pinned it back. She had a massive box of fix-it stuff for every type of emergency. Our only frustration during the process was that we would drive to her house for meetings and the meetings wouldn't always be what we thought they would be about. I'm not sure if it was a confusion on our end or her end. Overall though she was amazing and I would use her again.

    Would not recommend. Not the professional service we hoped for.

    We hired Anchor and Lace for our day-of wedding coordination for help setting up our venue, rehearsal support, and working with vendors on site. I am a very detail-oriented person who spent a year carefully planning all the details of our wedding so our guests would have the best time possible. Unfortunately, Anchor and Lace didn't read the pre-wedding materials I sent with all the setup details I took time to write out so when I arrived at the venue, I had to redirect much of the decor setup and our table numbers to match what I had planned and worked on with the venue. I also asked Anchor and Lace to lead our wedding rehearsal the day before our wedding since our ceremony was being officiated by a friend who had never done this before. This didn't go well - the rehearsal was rushed, poorly coordinated, lacked leadership, and we really did not appreciate the attitude given to our officiant or our wedding party. I initiated all of the pre-wedding communication and thought it was odd that the coordinator didn't reach out with any requests other than for a wedding day timeline. Guests remarked on Anchor & Lace's unprofessionalism and it soured some of our guests experience. That was really unfortunate for such a joyous day. I would not recommend hiring Anchor and Lace since there are many quality, kind, and motivated coordinators out there for a detail-oriented bride.
