I've worked with Seanna before and so when it came to decide who would be doing my wedding make up - obviously the choice was CLEAR.
We met and discussed my vision. She offered suggestions that she should that would compliment me and what I envisioned.
On the day, she was PROMPT, arrived and set up and worked straight from 8am - 4pm! The day certainly was chaotic and certain things unplanned - as is to be expected. She kept her cool, she remained professional and everyone was pleased with their outcome. Even my mother-in- law who was adamant she didn't want make up left Seanna's chair happy.
I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

Shanna did an amazing job with my make-up. She was so attentive to details and was quick to make any adjustments if I had any issues. She really went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and relaxed and what I love the most is that the make-up lasted all day until the night when my husband and I took pictures at the crack of dawn. Her partner in crime Shelly, did my hair and it was amazing, especially because I booked her last minute because I had a bad incident with another hairdresser. Shelley made the experience so comfortable as well and I was able to make changes based on my preferences without her looking offended or feeling as if I was doing too much. Both girls made my wedding day truly one of a kind and I would recommend them 10 out of 10 every time. -

My simple review
I loved my make up look. I had a great experience. The vendor was very professional and pleasant. She did my makeup and styled my hair. We laughed and had fun. I got a lot of compliments, my makeup lasted all night. Let the pictures speak for themselves. I highly recommend them. -

Despite a rough start to the morning — including some unexpected delays with resort access — Seanna and Shelly handled everything with professionalism, patience, and a smile.
Seanna absolutely nailed my makeup, giving me exactly the look I envisioned — flawless, radiant, and perfect for my big day. Shelly executed my hair beautifully, exactly how I had pictured it, and it stayed gorgeous through the entire celebration.
They didn’t just take care of me; they also worked their magic on my mom, my three sisters, and even my “never ready” crew, making sure everyone looked amazing and was ready on time despite the late start.

I first worked with EnhanceU as a bridesmaid for a good friend's wedding in 2019. Seanna and her team did such an amazing job that when I was getting married 4 years later it was a no-brainer who I wanted to do my makeup and they delivered againnnnn! Seanna is an absolute professional and is so talented at what she does. She also has always helped me feel very comfortable in her chair to let her know what I like and what I don't, and even when I wasn't sure, her suggestions have been spot on. Seanna-Kaye did my makeup for my wedding engagement and did such an amazing job I simply had to work with her for my wedding. She’s very professional, helpful, efficient and her work speaks for itself. She did my makeup as well as my bridesmaids and even stuck around a bit after to help us finish getting ready. She made the necessary arrangements to ensure we were finished on schedule and I’m so grateful. Special thanks to Shelly as well for the wig installation ( done prior to the day) and beautifully styling my bridal updo.
I’ll definitely be booking her going forward for any major event. One Enhance U ❤️

Absolutely Amazing Work!
Seanna-Kaye did my wedding makeup along with 5 bridesmaids and 2 moms and she managed to get all of us ready in good time, it was stress free and everyone looked stunning. A lot of us barely wear any make up so having it professionally done was different for us but Seanna and her crew took that into consideration and made us all feel comfortable! We were unable to do any trials before-hand due us having a destination wedding so she came in blind but quickly assessed everyone and worked her magic. Exceptional
Getting married was on my bucket and my mind was made up years ago that EnhanceU would have nern the service provider. From the get go communication was great. On the day, my make up artists made me feel soooo relaxed especially for someone like myself who is not used to getting dolled up. I was pleased with the outcome and the best reaction was when my daughter said "mommy you look so pretty"

Top Tier Service & Longevity of Make Up
My make up artist was Nas, she was professional, on time and very very chill with all the ladies. We felt completely at home with her by our side as we prepped for the wedding day. She came, got straight into prepping her station and had the ladies in and out her chair in record time. Asked our needs and wants beforehand and wow did she make the ladies look stunning. The make up lasted all day, needed no touch up at all, the most we needed was a pat down (because I have oily skin) and a reapplication of the lips because of all the kissing. She works efficiently and listens to what you want and delivers.
She even waited a bit for my mom to arrive because my mom was running late. She meshed really well and brought me through the day that had me up and down in emotions - great make up artist - 10/10 would recommend.Enhance U- Jamaican Makeup Artist's reply:

I booked Danielle with EnhanceU Beauty for my wedding on 10/15/22. She did the makeup for me, my mother, and 3 bridesmaids. The virtual consultation was held about 5 days before the wedding and was a great experience. She asked about my inspiration looks, allergies, and skin regiment. She gave me some tips to get ready & we came up with an agenda/schedule for the big day. She arrived early on Saturday and had makeup for every complexion. One of my bridesmaids called back home to TX to show her family how good she looked. The makeup lasted all day long w/o touchups and in the JA heat! I received sooo many compliments. If you are looking for a make up artist for your wedding I definitely recommend booking with Enhance U. I was worried choosing a artist that wouldn’t be able to color match for me but the artist definitely exceeded my expectations. Top Quality Makeup Application
Seanna-Kaye was very professional throughout the makeup application for the bride,bridesmaids and additional family. She single handed oh did the application for all 7 persons as well as hairstyling for the bride without missing a beat. Everyone was pleased with the final results and the pictures stand as proof. Im really disappointed. When I booked her I was so excited and couldn’t wait for my wedding day to arrive. Unfortunately, when the big day came, she sent another people that I haven’t met to do my makeup because she was busy, and she never informed me beforehand. I found that very unprofessional and disrespectful, especially for such an important occasion.
We also all paid $15 each for a touch-up kit, expecting something useful and worth the price. Instead, it was only a sponge and a mint candy. Honestly, that was shocking and felt like a complete waste of money.
To make matters worse, the makeup artist brought a child on-site and was even the one putting together the touch-up kits. That was highly inappropriate and unprofessional for a wedding booking.
When I tried to explain that I was disappointed and asked for a refund for the touch-up kit, there was no care or concern shown. It’s not about the $15, it’s about the principle and the poor customer service. I truly cannot understand why refunding $15 per person for something so inadequate was such an issue. Knowing that when on my wedding day I said “is this is the touch up kit we paid 15 $ for “ and the makeup artist laugh saying “you paid 15$ for that ?” Ridiculous
On top of that, one of my bridesmaids had her under-eye makeup done so badly that she had to fix it herself. The products used also looked cheap and low quality.
What makes this even more upsetting is that now she has the audacity to repost videos and content from my wedding as if they did a great job.
Overall, it did not match the price, the hype, or the expectations that were promised. I’m truly disappointed with the entire experience, and I would never recommend booking this service for such an important event.
