  All of the guests at my wedding were raving about how delicious the food was! We couldn't have been happier with how it turned out and the quality of service provided! I would definitely recommend Derry and the Englund's catering staff for any large event!!

  Derry Englund and Englunds catering were AMAZING! From our initial sit down and full meal meeting and tasting, we knew this was our caterer. A few months before our wedding we met with Derry at the venue and he helped us coordinate where everything would go and offer great suggestions as far as timing and layout. On our wedding day, Derry was there for the setup and his staff were amazing in the execution. Our guests loved the food and service! The prices are very good for a full service catering company. One thing I especially loved and appreciated when choosing Englunds was the fact we could choose any color linens and napkins (other companies were only white or black). I also appreciated how there were no hidden costs- for example, we chose to do ice cream Sundays instead of cake, and they scooped and set that up for no additional cost to us, and even bought the great ice cream for us at their cost. I have already highly recommended Englunds to friends and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great full service catering company.

  I cannot say enough good things about our caterer. From the beginning of the process all the way through the end they were the BEST! They helped us determine a menu on a very low budget. They set up food tastings not once but twice. Offered advice on how and where to cut the budget. They were totally flexible. One service they offered us which was really awesome is that they let us bring our own alchohol AND let us drop off all of the alchohol and drinks a day or two before the wedding which they stored in their own walk in refrigerator. Then they carted it all to the wedding venue and set it all up for us. The food was beyond good it was excellent! It was also HOT! Something very hard to do since our venue did not have a kitchen to heat items up. We had a buffet but they served people. They poured champange for our guests and helped us with the cake cutting even though they did not provide the cake. They handled all of the clean up and even packed up all the leftovers for us to take home. I received so many compliments on the food from my guest. I highly recommend them to anyone!

  Derry is the best! Derry and his staff took care of everything on my wedding day. My guests could not stop raving about the food! Their service, professionalism, value and flexibility is outstanding!

  Englund's is the best! Derry has been very warm and helpful from the very beginning. He was a preferred caterer for my venue (Preservation Park), which is how I found him, and was so happy I did. His prices are extremely reasonable, especially when it comes to catering for weddings. He offers free tastings (I think we had 2), helps you pick out all the linens, can help you with other rentals you may need and really gives you the personal attention you want when planning your wedding. Oh and of course the food is amazing! I got so many compliments about how good the food was from my guests and even though we didn't get to finish our food at the wedding, they gave us take home tri tip sandwiches that lasted us that night and into the next morning! We ordered the chicken a la kiev, grilled tri tip, garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans almandine. Everything was perfect. Use their bar services as well, you can buy all your own liquor and they will chill it and serve for you. Would recommend Englund's for any catering event, especially your wedding.
