Sweet and attentive
They were so attentive and encouraged me to try on different styles so I would know for sure that was the dress I wanted. They don’t rush you to buy they want to make sure you love it and their alterations lady is talented. The store may not be as fancy as other boutiques but they have the exact same dresses every other expensive boutique has and they don’t overcharge. I didn’t like the top mesh part of my dress so they altered it perfectly and just the way I envisioned it -

The amount of dresses they have to choose from is outstanding.. not to mention the prices! BEST PRICE IN TOWN! Also he can design pretty much the dress of your dreams! -

Mark totally knows what he's doing and he clearly enjoys his job. He is fabulous at finding dresses that flatter your figure and make you feel beautiful. He is incredibly creative too and knows just what to add to make a dress feel complete. I love English's so much that I also ordered my bridesmaids dresses from them. Give English's a shot. You won't regret it! -

User1603939 Sent on 05/01/2014I have loved working with English's. Mark may seem all over the place but this husband and wife team do an amazing job and can remember more than I could ever imagine. They have an onsite seamstress (Kim) that has been very receptive to my needs as well. I can't wait to see the final outcome. Going into English's is like stepping into a family, even with the other brides that are there.

User965892 Sent on 10/09/2012Mark was a wonder! We tried on about 2 dozen gowns and was pleasant throughout! Kim, the seamstress made last minute alterations with grace and ease. I tried on a "sample" gown that cost $1400, my cost $400 plus alterations, it was stunning!

Melissa Sent on 06/16/2012I went to the "chain" bridal stores first and found a dress I really liked. Unfortunatly there customer service was terrible and I left without a dress. I went to English's showed him the picture and he pulled almost the same dress, excpet this one was made much better and was priced cheaper!! I was so pleased, Mark and his wife were great! Kim also did a wonderful job with alterations on my dress and my cousins bridesmaid dress. Very please!! -

After running all over the state looking for the 'perfect' dress ( I probably tried on 100 dresses) the owners at English's found the one, and it was absolutely perfect. Such a gorgeous dress and very unique. I was torn between the one at English's and one at Bridal Mart but what made me purchase the one at English's was the service, quality, and responsiveness of the owners. Very nice, professional people. I also ordered the bridesmaids dresses through English's and they were so perfect. The dresses were extremely unique, my girls loved them and can absolutely wear them again, which made me oh so happy. And the advice the owners gave me on both my dress and the bridesmaids dresses were worth every dime we spent.
The ONLY issue I had was that, like the other reviewer, I was told in the beginning that alterations were included, only to find out after I purchased the dress that alterations were not, in fact, included. Not a big deal, since the deal we got on the dress made up for the money we spent on alterations, but the biggest issue were the bridesmaids dresses: I was told that these, too, had the alterations included, and they didn't. But that was my one and only issue with English's- this place is amazing and I highly recommend. -
