  Perfect Experience!

  I am SO thankful that Endless Treasures was apart of our beautiful day! I knew what I wanted for decor, but I didn't want to have the hassle of finding it, buying it, storing it and then figuring out what to do with it after - and Endless Treasures made it all happen seamlessly! Customer service is TOP NOTCH, as I made some changes along the way and everything was still perfect. It was a splurge but well worth it, with delivery and pick up making it easy for my coordinator as well! Couldn't recommend more, takes so much stress off your day!

  Highly Recommend! Super responsive, kind, and great quality items!

  I loved working with Endless Treasures to help bring my wedding reception vision to life. Michelle was super helpful and responsive to all my wants and needs. Even when I was indecisive I never felt pushed to a decision and I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. While planning my wedding from out of state I learned how important communication with vendors was and not all vendors would respond in a timely manner or even at all. That was not the case with Endless Treasures. Michelle quickly responded to all my questions and requests and really helped lower my stress of planning a wedding.

  Magical Decor

  Experience with Rental place

  I love Endless Treasure there stuff was absolutely beautiful I'm so glad I used them for my wedding and if I have any other big events come up I'm definitely using them again!

  Endless Treasure review by Daisy Duncan

  Endless Treasures is absolutely amazing. They were our saving grace when we had to move our wedding to an indoor venue last minute due to an incoming storm on our wedding day. They quickly helped us find some indoor decorations to use for our wedding. They had a wide selection to choose from and were really able to understand our vision and help us make the right selections for our ceremony and reception. I highly recommend Endless Treasures for any event or wedding!

  They have been nothing but amazing throughout the entire process. They have beautiful options available and go the extra mile to make sure your day is exactly what you want. I ran into a few issues with my vendor allowing outside rentals, and their customer service went far beyond what I expected. Highly recommended!!

  All of there items really put the finishing touches on our reception. They were so friendly and easy to work with. There warehouse is easy to navigate and pick out your items. I really enjoyed my experience using there services!

  Outstanding Service and loved what we rented!

  We loved using Endless Treasures for our daughter's wedding. The items we rented were setup and ready to go when we got the venue to decorate and they came at the end of the night to pick up. We also rented all of our linens from them too. They came ready to use and easy to put in sacks to return. Great job Endless Treasures!

They were so responsive when I came back not only once, but TWICE after my initial visit to rent more that I didn't think about beforehand. The ladies at Endless Treasures gave me and walk through, showed me what I had asked to see, and suggested pieces that made our day beautiful. They delivered morning of and were there to clean up after the wedding. They were so responsive and such a joy to work with. I could not thank them enough!

  Very Easy to Work With

  We didn't have a large amount of rental items but the things we did get were absolutely perfect. The hardest part was deciding what I wanted. After that point they make it beyond easy, and if you have a wedding planner or day of coordinator then its pretty much completely hands off as a bride which is perfect for the day of your wedding !

  Refuse refund during COVID19

  Severely disappointed in their customer service. My wedding was canceled due to coronavirus and they refuse to refund. My venue refunded me because they could not reschedule me for a Saturday in the near future, yet my rents vendor refuses to give me back any of my $1,600. Even a PARTIAL refund?! I understand the average contract calls for no refunds, but I didn’t cancel my dream wedding 12 days before because I wanted to, I was forced to due to world wide pandemic!!

  Lacking in compassion, customer service, and professionalism

  The previous review referencing the terrible customer service and “zero empathy” is spot on. We also had to cancel our event due to the COVID-19 pandemic and gave two months notice to Endless Treasures. When we reached out to notify and request reimbursement for some portion of the items we had rented (and already paid in full) we were met with no compassion and told no refunds were to be offered. On one of the items, we had a contract and while felt it was poor form, understood their position. However, we also rented linens through Endless Treasures with NO CONTRACT and they refused to reimburse us. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you do work with them, please be wary: terrible customer service and not pleasant to work with.
