Sorry this is long review! But OMGOSH! They were awesome. They communicated the entire time and we have so many pictures to look back on. And I mean A LOT! They are absolutely amazing. We used them for our wedding and I wouldn’t change a thing, our photographer was bubbly and got so many candid photos which are my favorite! Thank you encompass! -

Encompass was a wonderful decision to go with as our photographer for our wedding! I was able to bundle my photographer and videographer into one and this made it so convenient! Ashley who was a rep for Encompass stayed in contact with me the entire process leading up to my wedding. Finally they assigned my photographers and I was put in contact with all of the ones on my wedding team. They were wonderful and answered all my questions. The day of the wedding, these photographers were incredible. They hyped me up so hard the whole day and I could tell they knew what they were doing! I got a sneak peek within the first month and got my full album back in less than 2 months. These photos are BEAUTIFUL! I haven’t been able to stop looking at them. So if you are looking for a great experience with a wedding photo/video, this is where it’s at! I highly recommend Encompass!! -

My husband and I are newlyweds just married a month ago. On the evening of our wedding, our videographer was on time to start filming and knew exactly what to do, what to tell us, and what to capture. The final video of our wedding clip was absolutely gorgeous with the choice of the song I have chosen. I would recommend if you’re looking to keep within your budget and they also have package choices that will fit your needs for your wedding video or photo. -

Husband and I tied the knot on April 12,2025. I contacted encompass weddings after seeing their ad on Instagram. From the very beginning they were extremely communicative and helpful with all my questions. As the months went by I would get a reminder text or message about what I needed to provide their team which I appreciated so much since there was so much going on. A few days before I was contacted by the photographer and videographer assigned. They were extremely friendly and professional. My videographer Albert was super super flexible on our time arrangements/meetings. He gave us recommendations and he delivered exactly what we wanted. Our photographer Larissa was the absolute sweetest, her photos were amazing and I sincerely appreciated her patience throughout the entire day. We are so in love with how our beautiful day was captured. I would absolutely be a returning customer for all future special events. -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Encompass Weddings for our big day, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the very beginning, Lindy, who handled our Platinum Package, was amazing. Her response times were quick, and she truly made the planning feel effortless. Our photographer, Brittany Sheldon, was a dream to work with. She is so sweet, funny, and incredibly professional. Not only was she personable and easy to communicate with, but she also made sure we were comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire day. The photos are absolutely stunning, and we couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. Then there’s James Bristol, our videographer—he was so amazing! His direction and vision were top-notch, and he brought so much energy and creativity to the day. We are beyond thrilled with the video and the memories he captured. I found Encompass Weddings through my Wedding Wire app. That gave me my first sign that they were a real company. When I found out that they were based in another state (I'm in New York), I was extremely hesitant. However, the customer service and response time to my emails, made me feel like this company was right next door. Planning a wedding is a LOT of work! Encompass really took the guess work out of this part for me! I didn't meet the videographer or photographer until the day of my wedding, but they too, were in contact with me prior to the event to introduce themselves. The finished product was nothing short of AMAZING and more than I could have ever expected! I highly recommend Encompass Weddings! -

My wife & I booked with encompass because we liked their work for the price (really competitive pricing!). They were super helpful and cooperative throughout the process, but the day of shooting left us a little disappointed. With everything going on, the last thing we wanted was issues from our photographer and videographer. We felt rushed throughout the day, and by the time we got our pictures we were kind of unimpressed. The amount of photos was less than expected, and the angles and editing all felt very uninspired. The video they made us was really, really great, though! The biggest critique we have is that they didn't get a solid recording of our first dance, which was important to us. -

Encompass was amazing to work with. Even when I booked them long before our actual wedding day, they comminicated with me every step of the way. Shane was our videographer and he is an artist and the best to work with! He had some creative suggestions that even my photographer was taking pictures of his suggested poses. I highly recommend Encompass as a very affortable, yet professional and high quality videography! Now we have memories to last a lifetime. -

I'm very surprised by the quality we received on our photos and video. The photographers were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. Encompass was great at communicating with us throughout the whole process. I was skeptical with their prices at first but it was so worth going with them instead of spending over 10k. -

Amazing Photos and Video!
Encompass Weddings was amazing from beginning to end. From the management, to the photographer and videographer that was assigned to my wedding. I had Dereck as my photographer and Albert as my videographer. They were amazing to work with and very easy going guys. My wife and I had a scheduled meeting with them separately to give them the details of what we were expecting and they didn’t disappoint us at all on our wedding day. The photo and video edits were exactly what we wanted. There were a few changes in service that we wanted and Encompass was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend for budget friendly and amazing services. -

We had the most amazing experience with Encompass Weddings on our wedding day, 6/8/24. Alijah was our photographer and Tyler our videographer. They both went above and beyond and made everything with them so natural on our special day. They fit right in with our friends and family, made us laugh so much and made the whole experience that much better. We honestly cannot even imagine having anyone different on that day. They got photos and videos of everything, even some things we may not have thought of. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend spending the extra money to get all of the raw footage as well. Being able to see every photo and video from that day is so worth it, especially our entire wedding ceremony, first dance, speeches, etc. I still cry every time I watch all of it! The highlight video is perfect and the photos are so beautiful. Communication with their inside team has been top notch as well, every single step of the way. We couldn't have chosen anyone better than Encompass and will recommend them any chance we get. In fact, the morning after our wedding we went back to the restaurant where we had our first date for breakfast. Our regular server is getting married this summer and after telling her about our experience and then showing her our photos and highlight video, she booked with Encompass! Not sure if you can ask for certain people but we specifically told her to ask for Tyler and Alijah! Thank you both for such an amazing experience and going above and beyond on the most special and beautiful day. THANK YOU SO MUCH ENCOMPASS TEAM! -

Magical Wedding Experience
Encompass was not only cost-effective but really truly gave us such a memorable experience. The level of professionalism but fun provided by both our Photographer and Videographer were unmatched. Encompass Weddings was truly the best decision we made for our wedding photography and videography. From the very start they were accommodating, helpful, responsive, patient, professional and went above and beyond all of our wants and needs. They contracted a perfect photographer and videographer in our area that we couldn't have been more happy with. The photo editing was absolutely perfect and beautiful. Encompass was truly an amazing company to work with, throughout our entire wedding planning process as we had about a year from the date we booked with them to our actual wedding date. The booking agent was constantly giving us updates and let us feel like we weren't forgotten about. We seriously couldn't be happier with the 7 minute highlight video we received, it captured every special moment perfectly and got all the footage we would possibly want in a video highlight. We would highly recommend Encompass (and have to friends getting married in the future). Best decision
Choosing Encompass Wedding for our wedding was truly the best decision we could have made. With a limited budget, we didn’t have high expectations for photos and video, but they exceeded all our hopes and created such stunning work.
Since we had no prior experience with photoshoots, we felt a bit awkward at first, but the photographer and videographer made us feel so comfortable and created a natural atmosphere, for which we are incredibly grateful. Despite the cloudy weather on our wedding day, they edited the photos to create the bright and cheerful vibe we had requested, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
Their prompt responses and regular updates throughout the process made everything so smooth and stress-free. We’ve even received so many compliments from friends and family, who keep asking about our amazing photos and videos.
I absolutely recommend them to anyone—I can’t thank them enough! -

Amazing Experience!
We had such an amazing and seamless experience with Encompass Weddings. They were very responsive the entire time, and connected us with our photographer and videographer in plenty of time to connect before the big day, which definitely helped remove some of the normal wedding planning stress. Our photographer even got sick right before the wedding day and Encompass Weddings connected us with a new one before I could even think about stressing over it. Encompass Weddings was definitely a big help when it came to planning our big day. They have amazing packages at really reasonable prices. We had a two year engagement and one of the first things we did was reach out to them. We gave them the date and answered a few select questions and we were ready to go. They were so helpful in letting us know when they found the team that would work our event. They were very professional and kept in contact until the day of our wedding. I just had to give Encompass a shout-out about my buddy's wedding. I gotta say, the photos were nothing short of amazing. From the get-go, the photographer was on point. He made sure he didn't miss a single moment and was friendly, punctual, and very professional. And the pics were fire! The colors, angles, and emotions he captured were all spot on. The candid shots were pure gold, showing off what an amazing day it was. I've shot a few weddings before (as a side hobby, haha) and know how stressful it can be, so what really blew me away was how he managed to be everywhere without being intrusive. It felt like he was part of the wedding party, not just the photographer. The post-processing work was top-notch too and they turned the pics around super fast, which was a bonus.
My friend and his wife couldn't be happier, and everyone who saw the pics was in awe. If you're on the hunt for wedding photographers who nail it every step of the way, Encompass is the way to go. You guys rock! -

High quality and affordable
These days, wedding photographers cost an arm and a leg. It’s understandable that it’s their profession, but sometimes it gets ridiculous. Tolman media has excellent photographers for a fraction of the price. And the person we got was so kind and worked so well with everyone at the wedding. We are so glad we found tolman media! -

Was skeptical of them after reading some of the reviews online. Booked with them anyways because they seemed like the most affordable option, and I loved the style of their work. Was pleasantly surprised how smooth it went. Ran into some logistical challenges, but their team was really responsive and got things sorted out. We got married in December and were super happy with how they captured our big day. -

This wasn't review I ever wanted to write, but I'd like to hope that it prevents other brides from the same experience I had. The initial conversation was great, we were sent various examples of photograph styles and asked to choose what we like. We were really excited, but the trouble started right after that. Not only did we have our photographer reassigned due to him having a scheduling conflict, we also had our videographer reassigned and the videographer wasn't confirmed until days before the wedding. The amount of stress that caused was awful. I will give the credit of saying we liked our videographer, but we didn't care for the photographer at all. He made no effort to listen to the poses or photos that we wanted. That being said I was hopefully we'd still love out photos and unfortunately I cannot say that. The editing style was nothing like what we wanted and it's honestly just sad. -

If I could give zero starts I would. The videographer was amazing, super nice so they get one star for a good choice of videographer. However, the team who put together my wedding video didn't listen to anything I asked them to do. When I asked them to fix it they changed it but it was basically a slap in the face, almost worse than the first video. Ridiculous amount of money for a terrible job. I want my money back.
