Elizabeth Sent on 07/02/2012Beth is amazing at what she does. She has a knack for creating wonderful bouquets and also playing out the brides vision. I loved my flowers--it just happened to be so hot that they didn't hold out so well so I wish I would have done silk, but that is not her fault!! I loved everything about her and her business. She was great about getting back to you and trying to honor and do anything she could to help. She also helped with a very last minute mishap that happened at the church. I am so thankful for her help! -

Emily Sent on 06/01/2010Absolutely beautiful flowers! I loved my bouquet and the bridesmaids' were exactly what I was hoping for. We were looking for with simple elegance and she was able to match it perfectly. Her albums are full of great ideas and intricate and gorgeous items she's created. Wonderful flexibility for appointments, choosing flowers and payments. I would highly recommend! -

User1167513 Sent on 05/19/2013I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I got married at a hotel resort close to our home. Beth was hired to do all of our center pieces and flowers. I had completely paid my flowers off months before my wedding. I had tried contacting her several times the weeks prior to my wedding, and did not hear back from her until 4 days before my wedding. She apologized for not returning any of my calls or texts and reassured me everything was set for my Friday wedding. On Friday I contacted her about 3 hours before my ceremony time, because I had not heard from her, and she told me she was setting up our reception area. I let her know that I was getting ready in a cabin on the property, (less than a two minute drive from the hotel) with all of my bridesmaids for when she was done with the reception area.
I was extremely busy all day , like a normal bride, that I realized about 45 minutes prior to my ceremony, that I still had not had my flowers. I was just starting to take some pre-wedding photos, and the sales coordinator of the hotel (who had been running around for me all day), had just advised me that Beth had left all my flowers on a couch in a hallway in the hotel and that she had left the hotel. I had to stop taking pictures and get up to ceremony area to get my flowers. Instead of my bridesmaids spending time with me right before my ceremony, they had ten minutes to run around and deliver the flowers to my groom groomsmen, parents, grandparents, etc. It was completely unfair. After my wedding was over I was told that Beth had gone to my fiance's room, prior to the wedding, and asked him where I was. He told her I was getting ready in a cabin (which I had already told) and she got fussy with him and told him she couldn't go to the cabin I was at (NEVER telling me this herself). I also found out that my maid of honor tried calling her several times and Beth sent her straight to voicemail. She is unprofessional and I DON'T recommend using her at all.Enchanting Flowers's reply:
Yes, it took me a while to get in touch with you. I believe I explained to you that my phone had busted and I had to send it out to get fixed. I wasn't receiving texts, voicemails or even phone calls. I also could not send texts or make phone calls. I was dealing with phone issues for over 2 weeks. When I finally received a new phone, I lost all of the texts and voicemails that were on my old phone. I had a start time of 5:30 for the ceremony on the contract. I finished the setup at the reception and left at 5:20. I was under the impression that you would be arriving any minute so I didn't want to leave with your flowers. I received a text around 4:30 asking if I was at Maumee Bay yet. I responded yes, and that I was stetting up the hall. I then received the response "okay, we are in the cabin". I was never told to bring them to the cabin. Every time I deliver to Maumee Bay the flowers get placed in the entrance to the reception. Also, I do not pass out the corsages and boutonnieres for any wedding unless you would like to pay a $30.00 fee for "wedding service". I will then make sure they get to the right people and pin on the corsages and boutonnieres. This is why I label every flower. I never sent anyone straight to voicemail. I was too busy setting up the reception. Even if I would have, which I did not, I wouldn't know who was calling anyway. I don't know phone numbers by heart. Plus, phone reception is horrible at Maumee Bay. I tried responding to your text 6 times before it finally went through. I also never got snippy with your fiance. When I got into the room I was carrying 2 very heavy buckets and I was dripping sweat from running back and forth from my van, the hall and the room. I was going to the room under the impression that it was your room. I asked the front desk where the brides room was and that is where they sent me. I was just rushing to make sure everything was finished on time. And one more thing... You were only charged for 28 centerpieces. I believe you had 34-36 tables. Luckily I bring extra vases with me because I made sure all of your tables had centerpieces. Therefore, you received 6-8 centerpieces for free. -
User1183337 Sent on 06/02/2013Definiately would think twice before I would ever recommend using this vendor for any event you may be planning. How disapointing is it to have your guests arrive to your reception hall and it is just starting to be decorated??? Or your cake not decorated with the flowers you purchased for it? Appauling that's what it is! We had an amazing wedding planner , April Gladieux- Your Perfect Day, who helped divert anxiety and disappointment.Enchanting Flowers's reply:
The flowers would have been delivered and set up on time if I was given the correct time. The time of 6:00pm was on the contract. I was unaware that the reception started at 4:00. Arriving at 3:30 to set up a reception that is suppose to start at 6:00 is plenty of time. As for, the cake, I just received an email from April that the drawing I had for the cake was incorrect. Even though the bride was sitting right there as I drew it. This would be the reason the cake was not done correctly.
