I had my wedding on May 30, 2021 here and the venue is fabulous. Do not let the outside lot fool you. Although it is part of a multi unit business plaza, most people would be surprised when they enter the building. There are spacious rooms to choose from for a ceremony and reception. There are also numerous charming chandeliers, pretty water fountains, a new beautiful bridal suite, a long red carpet to walk on as if you’re royalty, and gorgeous table decor for your event. Don’t take my word for it— Go see it for yourself!
Joe, the sales representative, was of great assistance throughout the entire process and answered all of my questions promptly. He was also personable and helped my “day of coordinator” with wedding details, smaller things like bustling my huge dress train and the much bigger things like organizing the reception/ceremony rooms to my satisfaction.
I hope the venue manager and owner are appreciative of Joe’s work and all he does because the face of your company can make or break your business.
Side note to the owner that has nothing to do with the sales staff. It will help to grow revenue even more if you do some sort of online payment system. My generation and younger want technology, especially if they’re spending thousands of dollars and work long hours. There’s just not enough time for visits and many people are leery about mailing checks nowadays even if it is a cashier’s check. Plus it takes longer to process checks if you do business in different cities that have to be mailed. Just providing a little constructive criticism in a friendly tone.

Zena Sent on 05/31/2018My wedding day was absolutely amazing. The venue is breathtakingly beautiful. Everything was perfect from the beginning to end. Guests are still talking about how good the food was and how beautiful the chandeliers are. I am forever Thankful for Joe and all of his hard work, professionalism, and kindness. He was a pleasure to work with and communicated with me on a regular. He was always willing to answer my questions and ensure my wedding day was perfect. Thank you enchanted cypress for making my wedding day memorable and one of the best days of my life.

Jessica Sent on 04/18/2018I had my wedding here 4/8/18 and I absolutely loved it. Joe Reyna was a pleasure to work with and put me at ease when I felt overwhelmed. I started planning my weeding in January of 2017. Enchanted Cypress was the first venue I visited and 6 months later, after checking out 10 other venues, I ended up back where I started. It just seemed to fit my theme the best and the fact that pretty much everything was included in the package was a bonus. We had some hiccups the day of but Joe did what needed to be done to make it right. I was concerned about the DJ being able to keep up with my Mardi Gras style reception, lots of line dances and zydeco, but DJ Walt was awesome. Please don't let the shopping strip detour you from choosing this venue. Once inside, the ambiance and decor will make it worth it. I cannot thank them enough for a great experience.

Jennifer Sent on 04/05/2016We just had our wedding reception at Enchanted Cypress Ballroom over the weekend (April 2, 2016). So many of our guests told us how impressed they were with this venue. Don't be fooled by it being in a little shopping center - once you step inside, you're in a Vegas-grade venue. Major perks of this venue over others: 1. Beautiful decor - you won't need many decorations. 2. Bring your own alcohol. 3. Cake, food, vases, linens, serve and drinkware, DJ, security, and coordinator all included in the cost. 4. Their in-house vendors are top-notch! Shout-out to CakesHouston for putting together a gorgeous and delicious amaretto wedding cake exactly like the design we wanted. Also, big thanks to the chef for a very tasty chicken florentine, green beans, and garlic mashed potatoes for dinner. And THANK YOU to Joe Reyna - an awesome coordinator and DJ. He knows how to keep people dancing and things flowing smoothly. 5. AWESOME sound system and acoustic setup!
If you're looking for the best bang for your buck, WOW factor, and stress-free event planning - look no further! Thank you, Enchanted Cypress Ballroom, for making our wedding so enjoyable!

Ashley Sent on 02/19/2016My husband and I recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at Enchanted Cypress and it was AMAZING!!!! From the first time I stepped into Enchanted I fell in love with the gorgeous venue! This place is truly magical and fit the look we were going for. Joe, who is the venue's sales manager went above and beyond to make sure our big day was perfect, and it truly was that and more!! He served as our day-of coordinator/DJ/Superman (lol.) I never thought I'd be so calm throughout the planning process of my own wedding, but Joe, Shelly, and the OUTSTANDING staff at Enchanted cypress made everything so easy. We used their catering and I'm so glad we did because the food was another highlight of the night! Everything was so delicious. I highly recommend using Francisco for your wedding cake. He was a pleasure to work with and the cake was beautiful and delicious!. We can't say THANK YOU enough to Enchanted Cypress for bringing the vision we had for our wedding day to life. Anything we requested, they provided without any hesitation. Keep making couples happy! :) -

User2453394 Sent on 12/04/2015I absolutely loved this venue from the 1st day I saw it. Everything about it screams Fairy Tale which was exactly the theme I wanted. Once you walk down the red carpet, you fall in love instantly with the beautiful chandeliers and fine details. I loved how Angela and Joe worked with me and my husband throughout the process to make it how we envisioned it. They were always there for us if we had any questions and let us come in to practice our dances before the wedding. The food to choose from is so delicious and the cake is one of the best cakes I've ever had. When I saw the cakes at the wedding I screamed for joy as it was exactly what I wanted. Our friends and family kept saying how this was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. This makes me feel so wonderful that all this hard work paid off and I am so blessed that I got to work with Angela and Joe to make my dream wedding come true! Thank you all so much!

Nicole Sent on 02/15/2013My experience with Enchanted Cypress Ballroom was amazing. I had my dream wedding and had so much help from the planner that was provided, Maygen. She did everything and was very prompt at responding to all of my questions. The venue is so beautiful and perfect for a wedding of any size. There are separate areas for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception...all with beautiful chandeliers. My day was perfect there were no problems, and it was everything I had dreamed and more. The food is also excellent, the guests loved the appetizers that were passed during the cocktail hour, especially the beef wellington. The waitstaff and bartenders were so nice and very attentive. The meal was also wonderful, we had a plated diner and the staff was very efficient at getting the meals out quickly. The ballroom is gorgeous and has an amazing sound system, if you like to dance this is the place for you. I would recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding! -

Diana Sent on 02/02/2012Absolutely the most BEAUTIFUL Ballroom!! Words cannot describe what an amazing place this is. Everyone was breathless as they walked into our reception. I must say, I had an unforgettable wedding thanks to the beautiful venue. Our pictures there are just AMAZING. Andrea did a great job at helping organize our event, the owner of the venue is extremely reasonalbe and kind, and the staff is on top of everything. Every single memeory of our wedding reception is great. All of our guests continue to share with us what an amazing time they had there. I guarantee you, once you see it, you will not want to leave without booking this place. Def a dream come true. . . . . Thank you, Enchanted Cypress!!!!
Oh, and def go to the spa next door for hair & makeup (same owner). Nandana Day Spa is the best!

Kimberly Sent on 10/25/2010We had our reception at Enchanted Cypress Ballroom on October 16th and it was AMAZING! Not only is the venue absolutely GORGEOUS, Andrea and everyone else at Enchanted Cypress, did an amazing job coordinating everything and making sure our reception went off without any problems. I just wish I knew you could have your ceremony upstairs and reception downstairs before I booked the church for the ceremony. If I had to do it all over again, I would have booked them for both the ceremony and reception. I 100% recommend Enchanted Cypress Ballroom for weddings or any events. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the reception was and how great the food tasted. Enchanted Cypress is amazing and I am so blessed to have been able to have our reception there and to have worked with an honest, professional vendor. Thank you so much, Enchanted Cypress!!! -

Amaris Sent on 06/15/2012Enchanted created a wonderful environment and experience for my guest. They were flexible and fair. We received a fantastic deal from them. Their staff was wonderful. The food was delish!!!! I was somewhat dissappointed in the quality of the cake the venue set up. The cake tasted wondeful but it was poorly constructed. The DJ they supplied was fantastic as well. We brought in a DJ to handle the Nigerian part of our ceremony. Their DJ worked fantastic with our the other DJ. I was overall very impressed with the planning process and the outcome. Enchanted is defintely a wonderful venue. -
