I hired EMVBeauty for my wedding hair and makeup. Emily was great from the very beginning with getting a phone call set up to discuss my vision and details for the day. There were only three of us that were getting hair and makeup services so we had only one artist with us for the day. Kirstin was our artist for the day and she was amazing. She captured our vision of natural makeup as none of us are regular makeup wearers. We felt like we knew Kirstin before that day. We were so happy with the end result. -

We had such a wonderful experience with our hair and makeup team for our elopement. Oxana did our hair and Emily did our makeup, and both were absolutely incredible. They really listened to what we wanted and brought our vision to life perfectly. We wanted natural, soft, and got exactly what we hoped for.
They arrived on time, came fully prepared, and made the entire getting-ready process enjoyable. On top of being talented, they were so kind and easy to work with, which made the morning feel even more special.
We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend! -

Emily did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I truly felt like a princess! She took such care in perfecting every detail and made sure I was completely happy throughout the entire process. Beyond her incredible talent, Emily is also one of the sweetest, most genuine people you could hope to spend time with—she made me feel calm, comfortable, and totally at ease on what could have been a stressful day.
My hair and makeup turned out absolutely stunning. I don’t usually wear much makeup, so I was blown away by how natural yet elevated everything looked—my husband was speechless (in the best way!). I received so many compliments, with people genuinely amazed by her work.
I truly cannot recommend Emily enough. She is a rare combination of warmth, professionalism, and artistry. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else by my side that day. 100/10! -

MY GLAM QUEEN – I was referred to Emily by my wedding planner and was looking for a Latina who could transform me into a stunning bride and make my wedding party feel and look incredible. I had my hair trial with Emily on the day of my bridal shower and she did just that! She even made my mother feel comfortable, who has never styled her hair for an event. This meant a lot. From the trial, there were a few changes I wanted to have for my hair on the wedding day and Emily was able to take the changes and give me the EXACT look I was going for – glam Hollywood waves. We jazzed it up with pearls and I felt like a classy bride. The compliments on my hair were endless. My wedding party was also styled beautifully as Emily and her assistant, Jenni, collaborated to keep 8 ladies on time! Emily has great energy when styling a group and I would HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding 😊 -

All brides looking for an amazing person to do hair for your big day, you found your girl. Emily did my hair trial and wedding day hair (for myself- bride & bridesmaids). She did an amazing job in listening to exactly what I was looking for, giving advice for how to make my curls last longer prior to the wedding, and making us all laugh and feel like we had been friends for years. She showed up on time, everyone was so happy with her work, and my curls didn’t fall all night ( 12 hour day) . Thank you Emily!! -

Ever since I’ve been knowing that Emily started doing make up & hair I always said— I want Emily to do my hair and make up for my wedding day when the day comes. Well the day arrived on March 26, 2022. I was so EXTREMELY happy and thankful for Emily and her amazing team. From the make up and hair trial to the day of the wedding. Emily is such a sweetheart, she literally delivered to perfection what I wanted for my hair and make up. We got ready since 10 a.m and when I say my hair and make up lasted the FULL day & night— I mean it. If any bride is looking for a amazing experience for your wedding day or a special event I recommend Emily and her team 10/10. They make you feel so comfortable and so beautiful. Emily and her team are literally the best people for the job. Emily made everything so easy from the time we had to schedule the trial all the way to wedding day. She made me feel comfortable leading up to wedding day and and on wedding day I couldn’t avast for a better person to hang out with my girls and I and help us get ready. I actually ended up inviting her to my wedding bc she is that cool. I have never felt more beautiful in my life than I did on wedding day and I owe it all to EMV Beauty !!! Emily went above and beyond for us. She not only made us look more beautiful and feel more confident than ever, she was THE sweetest soul and had a very calming presence. She was in the middle of doing my hair when our photographer cancelled @ 11:30am with a 5pm ceremony time. She contacted someone she knew, showed me her pictures and had not only someone lined up for us within an hour, someone FANTASTIC lined up for us within the hour. She went above and beyond for us and I will forever be grateful for her. She is AMAZING! -

Emily and her team were absolutely incredible the day of my wedding! I was so happy with my hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids and both of my mom's hair and makeup. We all looked and felt beautiful! I met Emily during my trial run and I immediately felt like I had known her for years! She is so genuine and kind and so was the rest of her team. She makes you feel at ease and comfortable because she is so incredibly talented. You don't ever have to stress about how you will look because with Emily you're in great hands! My hair and makeup lasted all day long and even through all the crying and dancing everything stayed right where it was. Emily and her team went above and beyond for my wedding day! I was starting to get nervous and anxious when all my vendors started to arrive and she could tell and she looked me in the eyes and said, "Just breathe. You look absolutely beautiful and you're about to have the happiest day of your life." And in that instant I wasn't just with a talented hair and makeup artist, I was with a friend. Not to mention her and her team helped me put on my shoes and my jewelry! =)

Beyond impressed and grateful
I hired Emily for hair and makeup for my destination wedding. Because I live in Michigan, I didn’t have the opportunity to have a trial beforehand. That made me a little nervous but I trusted Emily and her previous work. I used hair extensions for some length since I have short hair and she did an incredible job making my hair look natural. The makeup looked flawless too. Emily is so sweet and kind and made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! You will not regret hiring her! -

My favorite vendor from our wedding!
I cannot say enough good things about EMV Beauty. From 3 minute into my prewedding trial I knew I absolutely had to have her as my MUA. Her positive energy was like a ray of sunshine, it literally lit up the room and I don’t know how else to describe it. This isn't anything I had experienced with my other MUA trials, but I'm so glad because on a day as stressful as your wedding you only want to be surrounded with good positive energy. She did an incredible job on all my bridesmaids and mother, but my hair absolutely stole the show. My makeup was exactly what I wanted and she needed very little instructions or guidance to absolutely nail the look I had envisioned. I was so happy to have a stress free wedding day thanks to her! -

I waited last minute to book a MUA for myself and was so glad to have found Emily! My bridesmaids and I ended up having a combination of hair and makeup services, and she totally nailed the looks we were going for!!! We looked and felt so glamorous on the day of my wedding. My makeup felt super lightweight, but flawless and lasted all night long. Not only does she do amazing work, but she's so easy to work with. She was very responsive, reasonably priced, and her warm personality put us all at ease. I'm so happy to have found Emily and would highly recommend EMV! -

I followed Emily on Instagram after finding her on wedding wire and immediately knew I needed her services for our wedding! Emily was so easy to get in contact with and made sure all of my questions were answered prior to booking. Planning a wedding from out of town during covid is stressful enough but Emily took away all that stress and even updated me on Sarasota’s covid restrictions during planning. Emily is so down to earth and so passionate about her work! Emily & Pam did amazing work, All of us were blown away by our hair and makeup. Emily is so patient and kind, she just made the morning of the wedding so relaxed! Would definitely recommend Emily's services! Thank you!

1000% recommend! Our photographer referred Emily and I am so grateful! I checked out her Instagram and immediately knew I needed her services for our wedding! Not only did she do amazing work, but she is so caring and passionate about her work. We had to postpone our wedding due to covid and she was so understanding. I also last minute added my mom and sister for hair and makeup and she was so accommodating. After working with Emily quite a few times I knew just by her passion and work that she would definitely be my go to for hair and makeup whenever I had a special event. FINALLY the day had arrived when I got to contact her for hair and makeup for myself and I can’t even begin to explain just how beautiful I felt. I’m usually not one to wear tons of makeup so I had absolutely no idea what I wanted as a look or what to expect for the day, but Emily literally made me feel like I was a freaking pro. All I did was show her my dress for that night, gave her some basic things on how I usually style my hair and she literally worked her magic (even taking the time to send my some inspo on what would looking amazing with my dress 🥺❤️). Her personality itself and love for this truly was shown from start to end and when it was finally time to see the final look I seriously had to stop myself from crying it all off because of how freaking beautiful I looked AND FELT! The look and hair style she did for me (all randomly by her btw) went absolutely PERFECT with the dress and I had non stop compliments from the moment I walked into the event. Oh, and did I mention she also took the time to style my little nieces hair and gave her a soft glam look for her first time down the aisle as a flower girl?! It’s so hard to find someone so in love with their passion who cares so much for their clients AND with such an amazing personality, that I will forever be so thankful to have found Emily and having her be a special part of these moments. I CANNOT wait for the next event!! 😍 -

Excellent MUA
Emily went above and beyond my expectations! The make up application was flawless. It lasted great too, I was at an outdoor event in humid Florida and still looked great at the end of the night. She has an endless supply of make up so I felt like she could match any mood or outfit I was feeling. She was great to work with. Very friendly and great attention to detail , you can tell she loves what she does. I will be using her again in the very near future! -

Emily does picture perfect work!
Emily is a true master at her craft. She takes the time to learn about your skin type and attire to make sure you feel as beautiful as possible. I got my make up done at 8:30am and still looked flawless for the wedding ceremony and photos without any touchups by 5-6pm. She's also super sweet, I'd highly recommend her! -

Took My Vision and Accelerated It
I wanted to book and support a local vendor and I am so happy with the results for EMV! Emily was assigned to my wedding and she knocked it out of the park. My sisters and I wanted simple-looking hair and an elevated natural look with makeup -- but obviously simple looking isn't simply done. We were all ecstatic with the outcome of this one-woman show.
