Would give more stars if i could

Amazing!!! You would not believe how many compliments we got on the music and flow of the night and I owe it to Empire Sound, and of course our incredible MC Rock. They were so easy to work with, so professional, great price point, and I'm not kidding even before dinner people were already coming up to me saying this was the best wedding they had ever been to and I know it was a lot of Empire Sound's doing. Book them, you won't regret it.

The whole experience with Empire Sound was amazing! From Jamielyn's amazing customer service to Joey our DJ the day of! They both calmed my worries and were honestly great to work with! Highly recommend using this company for any type of party/wedding!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jamielyn and Dom. They perfectly captured our vision for the music we wanted playing throughout our wedding. The best dance floor ever!

Empire created a dance floor all of our guests are still talking about. Beyond that, they made every step of planning SO easy. They were responsive, kind and supportive from start to finish. Our ceremony was seamless, even with uncooperative weather. Our photo booth was a HIT. We could not have asked for a better team!

Professional and a Pleasure!

Empire Sound did an awesome job providing the DJ and MC for our wedding! They took care of everything from welcome music before the ceremony to our last private dance. Dominic and Jamielyn made sure we were happy with the music selections and kept the vibe going even when our guests were tired from a long hot August day. They made things easy and seamless from our first phone call. They even edited our first dance song so it fit our timing and still included the verses we liked best. They’re awesome to work with and fun to party with!

The perfect package

Empire Sounds absolutely exceeded our expectations! They handled our DJ and MC services, videography, and photo booth for our wedding and everything was amazing! They truly listened to all my suggestions and matched the vibe perfectly all night long. The team was professional, organized, fun, and so easy to work with. Excellent Team to work with

Had a wedding recently and hired Empire Sound - they were excellent and made our event fantastic.

Empire Sound was not the cheapest on our initial list, but the price was very reasonable, plus they were one of the few that offered flexible options and did not pressure us for extravagant add-ons.

Jamielynn, the coordinator, was always pleasant, responsive, and easy to work with. She was very communicative. Most importantly she kept us informed.

Helping us on our day were DJ Rock and Dominick. We had special arrangements planned, and they were well prepped and responsive to our unique needs. Rock and Dom were active and engaging, and at no point did we have a dull moment. Our guests fully enjoyed what they brought to the dance floor: music and energy. Needless to say, their choice of music was spot on for our guests.

One special note we want to add, and one that drove us to make this review: They were incredibly adaptive and seamlessly made the music and announcements an integral part of a seemingly well-rehearsed event. We had themed tables for our guests, and DJ Rock and Dom, without needing any instructions, tailored music to each table, making guests at each table feel unique. They also played theme songs referenced in each speech, showing they were really paying attention to our event. These guys are not just there to work an event; you can feel it is their passion. Our guests even commented that it felt like they were part of the party and not just working at it. That to us, was very important and appreciated. We also liked that they can make a party fun without depending on expensive extras.

Empire Sound was excellent throughout the whole process. They are professionals with passion in the art. They made a few minor mistakes but valiantly corrected and adapted to feedback quickly. They will work with you from start till finish. Don't just take our word for it: our guests have told us they really liked the DJ/MC and some even asked us for their names.

If you are looking for a passionate DJ/MC Team with high energy, ability to adapt to good/bad situations, and amplify the fun, we think you found them. Solid 5 out of 5.

Dominick and his Team at Empire Sound made our wedding day so special. From start to finish they kept in contact and were responsive with any questions we could think of throughout our planning process.

For the day of, they made sure all of our requested songs were played at the perfect time. DJ Rock was great and our dance floor was active all night long!

Highly Recommend

Highly recommend empire sound for your wedding or events. Booked them for our wedding in June 2024 and they delivered exactly what they said they would. Very professional and communicative. They offer several packages to fit your budget. If your budget allows, add in the photo booth, it was a hit. Personalized wedding videos came out excellent, great DJ’s & cinematography as well.

Highlight of the wedding!

Pj and I am honestly blown away at the fantastic job Empire Sound did at our wedding. We were referred by Pj’s sister who had Empire Sound do their wedding. First, on the front end, Jamielyn had us fill in some paperwork about what kinds of songs we wanted and didn’t want. Everything was really specific in order to give us the wedding we had envisioned. The ceremony went off without issue when all I gave them were YouTube links to song covers I wanted. Dj Joey and MC Dom took all of our requests and made a FLAWLESS set of songs. They got people up and dancing, especially the older people with some oldies but goodies at the beginning dance set. They honored our wildest requests like “No Ron No” Harry Potter Club Mix and I2I from A Goofy Movie, mixing them seamlessly into our other chosen music. They kept everyone dancing so much that we didn't want to stop the vibes to do our cake cutting!
I honestly cannot recommend them enough! Everyone raved about the music and said it was the best wedding they’ve been to. Empire Sound truly made the night special. HIRE THEM. YOU WON’T REGRET IT!!!

Great Communication, Personalization and Wedding Day Vibes!

Dom and his team were extremely organized and managed everything including our song list, intros, special accommodations, and last-minute adjustments with ease and utmost professionalism. He created great vibes from the intros and first dances to the dinner hour and cake-cutting, and read the room all night like a pro. (Not to mention he went the extra mile to make sure I always had a drink in my hand!). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a blast!

I am SO happy to have had Dominick from Empire Sound as our wedding DJ! Throughout the process of booking vendors, planning and follow through, Empire Sound went above and beyond! Jamielyn, is a fantastic office administrator who was helpful and quick to respond. I appreciated the forms they had us fill out in prep for the wedding as well. Prior to the reception, Dominick was so gracious to double check our forms and make sure everything was correct. And when I tell you the vibes were poppin’ I mean it!! So much so we added an additional hour at the end for a very reasonable cost. Jamielyn even took great videos and posted to their instagram that I’m so excited to look back on! Over all, my husband and I were extremely happy with Empire Sound and wish we were able to truly take advantage of all the songs we wanted to hear but were pulled a few times that I’m sure we just missed a couple of our favorites. Thank you SO much Empire Sound!!!

Great wedding DJ/AV/ Video

Empire sound did the video and DJ/ AV at our wedding!

Super great and straightforward communication, willing to put together a custom package.
DJ Joey was super great and willing to download obscure songs from a playlist we sent him.

The video was super super fast turn around and just what we wanted, low key documentation of the day! (If you wanted a more cinematographic movie, maybe not for you, but we love our video for the memories!)

Empire sound was so communicative and responsive leading up to our wedding which allowed our day to go so smoothly! 10.15.23 the best night ever

It’s been almost 3 weeks and we still have people reaching out tell us how amazing the night was and we owe a huge thank you to empire sound. From day 1 the entire team was extremely helpful and responsive. The photobooth was constantly packed and every single person was out on the dance floor the entire night. The team helped keep every up all night and having a blast. We can not recommend them enough and can’t wait to get our video back

Amazing!

Empire Sound did an amazing job DJing our wedding. They were so responsive from the beginning of the planning process all the way to the day of. So many of our guests raved about the music from the youngest guest (5 years old) to our oldest guest (85 years old). The only bad part of the night was when it ended. We highly recommend Empire Sound to anyone who is looking for a DJ.

If you are thinking about hiring Empire Sound for your wedding or event, don't hesitate! We found Dom/Empire Sound after they did a friend’s wedding and it was incredible so we hired them for ours. He did such a great job, the dance floor wasn’t empty for a minute. We got so many comments from our guests about how great the music was. 10/10!!

10/10 amazing company!

I used empire sound for my wedding on Saturday for DJ, Photobooth and Videography. 10/10. Everybody was so wonderful! Jamielyn, who is the office administrator, would answer my emails faster than I could send them! The DJ was incredible, Photobooth was incredible, and videographers were incredible. And not to mention you can’t beat their prices. I 100% will be using them again for future events.

Fantastic Service

We met Empire Sound at a Wedding show and having been a DJ before I was being pretty picky when it came to who was doing our wedding. The people at the booth gave us a great pitch, were very enthusiastic, and legitimately connected with us. (When I told them we liked this indie band he pulled out his phone and showed us a picture of him with their horns section.)

Their reviews don't lie. They sent us a bunch of forms where we could request what we wanted played, they set up mics for us for the ceremony even though we had live music for that part and didn't need them. Then their DJ and MC kept the energy up the whole night! The MC always checked with us if someone made a request and kept us on schedule checking in every now and then.

We had a special cut version of our song for the first dance which they took from us on a thumb drive and were able to play, which was awesome. We also ordered a Photo booth which was a big hit and the attendant actually took care of everything and helped people use it which was very much appreciated.

These guys were great and we can't recommend them enough!

Best DJ, videographers and photo booth

Empire sound was amazing to work with! It was amazing having all these things packaged together. They listened to everything we requested and delivered! DJ and MC were great they got people up and dance the whole time. Photo booth was perfect, plenty of props and people lined up ready to have their pictures taken! The videographers were great. They were punctual and so professional. We were blown away by our same day edit and our teaser (cant wait for the full video)! We even got a custom monogram to display on the dance floor, extra music time and music/mics for the ceremony. Everyone loved that they could actually hear the entire ceremonies and vows etc! Can’t recommend Empire sound enough!

Punctuality, personality, performance, follow through, execution, everything about Empire Sound was A+++. Dom & his team are the absolute best in the business. Dom stayed in constant contact with me through the months leading up to the big day. He executed on all the music and vibe we discussed. Dom and team even let myself, my best man, and the bridemaids all make special requests to make our wedding unique and special. If you want to have an absolute banger, just let Dom know you want it to be a “horse head on the dance floor” kinda night. Entrances and the way Dom Mc’d everything was perfect. Can’t thank you all enough! The photo booth, the music, the setup, the flexibility to extend the wedding by 30 mins, I can’t say enough about the Empire Sound team! 2 guests from my wedding already asked for a referral to them, and it’s only been 24 hours since the big day!

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

The team at Empire Sound is amazing. They made our wedding day very special and caught it all on camera for us to view later. The entire night the DJ and MC kept the reception flowing perfectly and the dance floor alive. We had a smaller wedding and that is not always easy to do with a smaller crowd. Perfect night

Empire Sound Dj’d my wedding and I am so happy they did !!! They were at my friends wedding years ago and I remember thinking that this is exactly how I want my wedding. I rarely remember the music or how it was at a wedding but I remembered them! I keep getting compliments after our wedding about how good of a job they did. I decided to go a bit untraditional and somethings on my part were last minute. Joe and Dominick were able to make it happen and I am so Grateful for them. The photo booth was a perfect addition! I have been waiting for our wedding for two years due to COVID and I kept saying I was going to dance all night, and that was fully accomplished. Amazing DJ!!

Empire DJ was great to work with! We hired Empire DJ for our wedding on June 12th 2021, and worked with Frankie and Rock. Rock was an incredible MC and always knew how to get the crowd moving, and met with us beforehand to make sure he knew exactly what we were looking for. Frankie was amazing as he catered to all our song requests while perfectly reading the room and knowing what songs to compliment what we wanted played. We got tons of compliments afterwards on how great the music was. We coordinated with Jamielyn beforehand who answered all our questions and was always available to speak with us. They also provided a photobooth which was a huge hit! Cannot recommend enough!

High energy, fun, flexible!!

We got married on 6/20/21 after multiple reschedules due to Covid. Dominick was so responsive and understanding with the situation and made it so easy for us to rebook each time. After a long 15 months and a much anticipated wedding, Dominick and Frankie were amazing! Kept the party going!

First off: YOU WANT TO BOOK EMPIRE SOUND. Just do it. You won’t be disappointed!!! April 24th wedding

First let me start by saying I have intensely watched many wedding videos and by far empire sound was my favorite so I knew I wanted them for my special day. I reached out and Dominick was incredibly helpful with helping me pick the perfect package. He answered all my questions and promptly. We did have to reschedule due to Covid from 2020 to 2021 and Dominick handle the situation with compassion and made it super easy for us. Kashawn and Marcus came 30 minutes early and were incredibly professional and funny, they immediately felt like friends. They did such a good job at getting all the key moments we wanted and many we didn’t even know we wanted! We had our teaser literally WITHIN DAYS of the wedding. It blew all my expectations out of the water. Now we have our highlight reel and let me just say it was AMAZING! it will be something I cherish forever. If I could give Empire sound more than 5 stars I would!

Dom and his crew set the mood for an amazing wedding and aimed to impress. The first meeting Dom set the tone that this was our day and he was there to deliver. He did not disappoint. From the personalized playlists to strategically placing our songs throughout the night. The whole evening was perfect. The role he played was more than that of a DJ. Throughout the night, he would check in with us to make sure we were ok, and to see if he could get us anything. He was there for us and he made that known. The video crew that he came with was magnificent to work with. From the banter in the hotel room and venue with the wedding parties to capturing the intimate moments that we shared throughout the day. They did everything in their power to not only capture every moment on camera but to also make sure our day was flawless. We appreciate them for this. They did so much more than just produce a flawless final project. In the end, we considered them guests at our wedding. We already have them in mind for the birth of our first child.

So much fun!

Empire Sound was recommended to us by our venue, Chalet on the Hudson. They were absolutely fantastic to work with for our wedding on 10/19/19. Dominick responded so quickly to messages and was really easy to work with when planning everything. Our DJ and MC were so much fun. They brought us drinks, danced around, and played excellent music all night. People didn't sit down all night because they really read the room and knew what to play next. We had planned a specific last dance song, but we ended up telling them to pick instead, because they were doing such an amazing job. And, of course, the last dance song was perfect! Highly, highly recommend Empire Sound. They are all really nice, laid back people who help you have a blast at your wedding!

Book Empire Sound for your all your DJ, cinema and photobooth services for the day of your wedding ASAP. You will not be disappointed. Being in the wedding business already we've worked with Dominick, Frankie, Rock, Jamielynn and the cinematographers multiple times and every single one of them has always been phenomenal.
Starting with the ceremony the DJ did a fantastic job, right on the music cues and everything was played perfectly.
Dominick (the owner) was so attentive throughout the entire process. He was quick to answer my multiple emails. I was struggling with a song to be introduced to during the reception and after sitting with Dominick and talking a bit he recommended and put together The Greatest Showman (we're big fans) and we LOVED it.
We requested DJ Frankie and he came down from Oneonta on a Friday night after his morning classes just for our wedding. We've known him for years and our wedding day would not have been the same without him. He knew what we wanted to hear, when we wanted to hear it and the music was amazing all night.
MC Rock was fantastic and kept the dance floor full all night. He was always on the dance floor with us and engaging everyone to get up and dance. Great high energy and always moving and making sure we were having a good time.
Jamielynn and the Photobooth were a huge hit! Guests were lining up all night and she kept the prop table clean and neat and also had no problems printing extra photos for us to take home! We decided to not go with an album and made a shadowbox frame for ourselves instead.
If you're questioning whether to do cinematography/videography there is no question about it. DO IT. They were a last minute add on and I'm so happy with just the teaser trailer I got a week after the wedding! They did such a great job already I can't wait to see the end result.

Incredible - we didn't leave the dance floor!

Dominick & the Empire Sound team beyond exceeded our expectations! He was fantastic to work with and as soon as I met him, I trusted that our wedding would be a blast. Incredible Wedding DJ

I don't even know where to start....My husband and I knew we were hiring Dominick and his crew right after our fist phone call with him. With out a doubt Empire Sound was the best DJ and Cinematography crew for us! Dominick was wonderful at understanding what we envisioned and making it come to life. Dominick answered every text, call and email without every making me feel like a pest. He was also reassuring and so accommodating with last minute additions! We received so many compliments on the music selection and our DJ.
The Video crew was the absolute best! We received so many compliments how incredible the videographers were at being part of everything and not in the way!

The Dancing Never Stopped

Where do I even begin to thank Dominick and his team at Empire Sound? From the minute we met Dominick we knew he was the DJ for us. He was able to blend two songs together seamlessly on the spot when I asked him about putting mine and my Father's requests together for our dance. He was super responsive to emails and when we met to go over our wedding song list he really just got us. He had the dance floor going from the very first song to the very last. Dominick was such more than a DJ and MC. He truly became a part of the party which was great. He constantly checked in on my husband and I and honored all of our requests. Out of This World

I don't even know where to start. When we first met Dominick about a year ago we knew he was the DJ for us. The first question I asked him was if he could mesh two songs together for the father/daughter dance and he did it in the spot. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He answered all of my emails and questions very quickly. On our wedding day this past November 11th, Dominick more than delivered all we asked for. Our pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music was perfect. He kept us all o the dance floor until the bittersweet end of the night. He not only was a great mc and DJ it he joined right in with the party and that was awesome. He was super attentive to my husband and I and honored all of our requests. He was more than a DJ he was a part of our day. We highly recommend Empire Sound.

Dominick and his team were absolutely fabulous. From the moment cocktail hour began they had the music going. Dominick made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and was consistently asking us if we needed anything. DJ that reads your crowd!

We booked Dominick and Empire Sound as for our DJ, videographer, and photobooth. During the wedding, Dominick did a great job reading the crowd and selecting songs to get everyone out there on the dance floor. We did not have the time (or music knowledge) by the end of our planning process to select a playlist of songs. Dominick stepped in and really kept our wedding guests engaged with his song selections. The photobooth was a huge hit and at the end of the night, we got to take home a scrapbook/wedding guest book of all those who took photobooth pictures with their personalized notes to us. Adding the videographer services was something that we weren't initially going to do. It ended up being one of the better decisions we made. So far we have only seen a teaser video from our wedding day. If the actual video is anything like the teaser, it will not disappoint! We cannot wait to see the full video and relive the moments. Dominick is lively and fun to work with. We would use him again for all of the services mentioned above and could not recommend Empire Sound more highly!

Best dj, videographer, photo booth ever!

We could not have been more thrilled with our decision to go with Empire Sound on our wedding day! We chose them as our DJ, videographer and also for our photobooth. Dominic and his team were phenomenal to say the least! Dominic was there whenever we needed him throughout the whole process, was very patient with us and also super helpful when it came to picking songs! On the day of our wedding everyone was prompt and professional, and Dominic was by our side and rolled with everything unexpected that came up! He was also great at reading the room and choosing music accordingly that would please the crowd which ranged in age from 15-95! The videographers were also very professional and laid back, which made me very comfortable throughout the day since I was nervous about being in front of the camera. The staff running the photobooth were also amazing, engaging and so much fun! My only regret was not spending more time in there! I would book Empire Sound over and over again, and recommend not looking anywhere else for a DJ, videographer or photobooth for your wedding or event, because you cannot do any better!

Great experience with Dominick and his team. They were very responsive during the pre wedding process. I met with the DJ and MC a few months out to make sure we felt comfortable with everything. Dominick and his DJ basically saved my wife and I. We came in late from our photography session and didn’t have the sequence for the reception set. These guys jumped in and seamlessly worked their way into hosting the entire event. I went from panicking to completely cool as Dominick introduced the bridal party into the reception.

They were the first people to respond to our contact (within the same day too), and kept great contact throughout the process. Even when we needed last minute equipment for the ceremony, they pulled through. Extremely professional and good at their job.

And they know how to keep a party moving! Never a dull moment; their mixes and knowledge of how to keep a party classy but fun made everyone (ages 5-75!) happy.

Cannot recommend strongly enough. Don’t even consider other DJs in the Hudson area.

Dom and Frankie did such an amazing job DJing our wedding on Sunday!! Dom made the entire planning process easy by responding to all of my emails in a timely manner. He was extremely patient and flexible when it came to last minute changes, and he even trimmed some of my song choices for special dances. What to say about Dom and Empire Sound! We originally were in a scramble for a DJ after our first choice become unresponsive. After interviewing a few options local to our venue, we talked to Dom and immediately felt like it was the right fit. Dom was responsive, professional, and listened to our needs every step of the way. The wedding itself went off without a hitch, and that was in large part to Dom running the show. The music at my wedding was fantastic. I still hear from friends and family about how so-and-so's wedding was nice but the music wasn't nearly as good as my wedding. To be fair I did give them a list of what I thought would play well but there were a lot of good songs that weren't on my list and everything flowed well. There were all sorts of genres coming and going and even an impromptu karaoke (which was confirmed with me beforehand). I was very happy with their DJ service. I also booked them for cinematography and I like the video I received. They had no problems making some changes I requested and I also received all of the footage/audio taken. I would hire them again.

When choosing a wedding DJ and cinematographer, theres no choice. Empire sound is your only option. Dom and his team were great! A couple of weeks out from the wedding he reached out and sent over some info for songs and timing and stuff like that. It was all very organized and helped us make sense of our crazy day. My wife had one special request... "keep people dancing" and Dom and his team did just that.

Everyone had a great time. The music sounded great even in a half outdoor-half tent situation, not over bass-y or loud. I cannot say enough good things about the music. He really paid attention to what we wanted, as well as the timing of the event. At one point the Wedding Planner came up to me and asked for the DJ's card was because Dom was reaching out to her making sure everyone was on schedule. She was blown away by his promptness, and professionalism.

The photobooth was a huge hit. Very high quality prints, using a high quality camera. It was a proper DSLR running off of a tablet, with correct lighting. Images all looked very crisp, and were well printed. They had also brought along a ton of props, which were all very clean, maybe even brand new.

We simply couldn't have picked a better DJ/Photobooth team for our wedding. We have a few friends with weddings coming up, and have suggested them to all couples.

Empire Sound is amazing! They are so easy to work with. DJ was on point...everyone LOVED the music, EmCee was super personable and entertaining, PhotoBooth ran super smooth, and the Cinematographers were extremely nice and willing to work around our timetable both at the hotel and venue.

I would recommend Empire Sound to anyone! We were so happy with all 3 facets, DJ/PhotoBooth/Cinematography, of Empire Sound. I cannot thank them enough for making our wedding so memorable!

The best in the biz!!!!!! I don't know where to begin with my love and gratitude for having Empire Sound at our wedding! We had the triple package of DJ, Videography and Photo Booth - all which were beyond perfect and made our day the unforgettably amazing day that it was. Dominick's crew is professional, prompt and accommodating. From the videographer capturing footage of the bridal party on our party bus while taking requests to ask the driver to stop for some spare beverages. To the DJ accommodating all ranges of ages and genres in the most smooth manner possibly, to the PhotoBooth being so popular people were fighting to get in there...quite literally ;) Seriously, Empire Sound, we <3 you!!! Thank you for everything!!!!!!

Dominick and his crew were amazing! We used them for d.j and video, everyone raved about the variety of music he played and how great the videographers were! Dominick was very attentive and checked in with me frequently throughout the night to make sure I was happy with everything. They had everyone up and dancing, loved it!

You went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. We have heard so many excellent things from our guests! Especially the fact that right from the get go people were up and dancing and the music didn't just jump into club songs, so everyone felt comfortable getting up to dance! We were very pleased with Dominick with Empire Sound. He was very helpful during our planning process. We had many questions, and he was happy to answer them all and was very patient with us. Whenever we had questions, we would email him and he would respond quickly. He did a wonderful job as an MC and was very accommodating. He was constantly checking in to make sure everything was going how we wanted. He did a good job keeping every one dancing. He even came to dance on the dance floor with us! The Photo Booth was a huge hit. We chose the package including the album which was wonderful. The staff was very nice and ensured all the photos got into the album. There was a large selection of props also. Overall, we would definitely recommend Empire Sound to anyone!

Already knowing the owner of Empire Sound - I knew he would do a great job. What I didn't know was that he would do an AMAZING job! Dominick not only provided me with awesome music... he made sure I had a glass of water, back up prosecco for my toasts, kept my guests happy and entertained, advised me of my other vendors statuses..... I could go on and on. Empire Sound was so detail oriented it made me feel extremely comfortable allowing them to just "do their thing." If you want a DJ (and other services) to listen to what you want, choose Empire Sound. My wedding wouldn't have gone as smooth as it did without them. And, despite the fact he was my friend, he remained professional throughout it all.

These guys are awesome! The DJ played a great mix for everyone to enjoy, the MC was so much fun and kept making sure we were okay, if we were happy, and kept refilling our beverages all night!! Such sweet guys, amazing job, recommend to anyone and everyone!!

Dominick and the Empire Sound staff were truly amazing! They were so easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. They provided music during our ceremony and our reception! We also used their photo booth which was a huge hit with our guests!! The guests have been raving about how great the music was and how they danced all night! Dominick was able to get the crowd going and danced with us! He helped me surprise a guest with a dance off too! I would highly recommend Empire Sound!!

Empire Sound did a PHENOMENAL job at our wedding. We had a wide age gap between our youngest and oldest guests and they did a great job playing a wide range of music to get everyone up and dancing. They helped create an ambience at the venue that couldn't be beat! Dom did a great job as MC and helped keep us on track throughout the reception. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to in a long time. Thank you Dom and Tom for being part of our story and helping make our day that much more enjoyable. Cheers Guys!

Dom and his crew did everything we wanted and more. They went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect for not only us but for our guests as well. They blended our eclectic song list flawlessly and our dance floor was never even close to empty. They transitioned from country to classic rock to club music to 80s and knew what to do to pump up the crowd. The photo booth crew had fun with our guests and we received endless compliments on Empire Sound.

Empire Sound is absolutely amazing. Planning a weddding from out of state is never easy and at times was stressful. However, when working with Dominick all that was put at ease. He made sure everything was in place and had no problem asking me questions to be sure we were ALWAYS on the same page. The day of my wedding was worry free with Dominick and his crew there. My family and friends are still talking about the amazing time they had at my wedding and I didn't even sit down to eat with how much fun I was having (thanks to Empire Sound). Choosing Emprie Sound for my music and cinematography was an easy choice and I'm so happy I went with them! Love you guys!!!

Dominick Difilippo with Empire Sound was awesome. We were so happy with him and his company! During the entire day Dominick was beyond helpful!! He played music that had everyone up and dancing wether it was guests of our parents or our age bracket. He didn't skip a beat in making our day move as smooth as possible. He even grab us a glass of wine or two which was incredibly sweet!

We also used his Photo Booth services and were so glad we did!! He was also kind enough to warn us right before the Photo Booth was taken down. This allowed us a few last minute shots with our guests!!

We were so please with this company and happy for the recommendation from the Chalet on the Hudson!

Dominick and his team were on their game from start to finish. We met him at our catering tasting and had discussed our wedding date and needs. We were a bit slow to get back to him, but when we did he remembered us from that meeting and had held our date for us. We had some fairly specific musical requests and Dominick worked with us to make sure everything could be included as we imagined. Even on the day of the event when due to weather, last minute changes needed to be made, he and his team made everything work flawlessly. As an MC he had the right touch knowing when to get people's attention and when to let people do their own thing. Seriously, everyone at the wedding was up and dancing pretty much most of the time. The photo booth was a huge hit too and we got an album at the end which is now a much beloved and often looked at (thanks to some ridiculous photos from friends) keepsake. We've been to other weddings where the photo booth felt very restrictive or not well run. Not the case here. The photo booth staff were helpful in inspiring folks, but also let them have fun and do their thing. We couldn't say enough nice things about the Empire Sound team. Thank you for making our wedding the fun and dance-filled event we were hoping for. We would recommend Empire Sound to anyone looking for a great DJ/MC/photo booth.

Dom and the entire Empire Sound team was amazing to work with. They kept my guests on the dance floor the entire time. I asked that they play unique music that you wouldn't typically hear at a wedding and they came though! My guests noticed and loved the variety! The night flew by and I don't remember much from that night, but I will always remember the amount of people on the dance floor having a good time.

Dominick was wonderful, very engaging and full of energy. The whole staff was fantastic from the photo booth that was incredibly organized and the videographers were wonderful as well. I would recommend empire sound for any special occasion and can't wait to hire them for another event.

Dominick was super professional and kept his cool no matter what crazy requests and OCD emails we sent him. We needed a hawaiian song, no problem. We wanted the remastered version of our first dance song, no problem. He also was a fantastic MC, kept the energy up and the dance floor full all night. He kept in constant contact with my wife and I during the reception, which was really so helpful. In short, these guys were great!

Dom and Tom were our DJs for our September wedding and they were amazing! We met with Dom to review details and he was very accommodating and easy to work with to plan our day. The day of the wedding Dom was so helpful, constantly checking in with myself and my husband to make sure everything was going well or if we needed anything. My wedding was a Super Mario Brothers themed-wedding in which I had a bride & groom trivia. Empire Sound has never done this themed wedding before and they give us a shot. They played the corresponding music for the winners and losers exactly the way I wanted. I certainly appreciated the humor that Dom added when presenting the trivia questions. I would highly recommend Empire Sound as the DiFilippo brothers did an awesome job on the music from ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. As a demanding bride, I am very satisfied that they were as flexible because I could not make up my mind. As long as you tell them in detail what you desire, they will accommodate you as much as possible! When I told the DJ that I had a magic trick to be performed involving my pet bunny, he certainly kept that confidentiality from my banquet manager as the manager was a stickler about not allowing my bunny at all. Their pricing is certainly worth every penny!
