    Emily was so wonderful to work with! She is so fun and you feel like you have know her for years when you meet here! She made my wedding so fun with her creative desserts. We decided to not do a cake but do a variety of mini desserts! She was so fun and even was able to make our most fav dessert, puppy chow/muddy buddies! I just loved working with Emily and would highly recommend her!!!

    Working with Emily was amazing! she was so accommodating in every way! She is so fun and is an amazing baker!!! I would recommend her for ANY event!!

    Emily of Emmicakes creates wonderfully creative and beautiful cakes with knock out flavors executed perfectly. She combines her great baking skills with a whimsical and imaginative approach to weddings - making sure that it truly fits "you" for your event. For our ski wedding in Steamboat, she created a working miniature ski lift with cupcake "chairs" that ran over a "hill" of cupcakes underneath. I would recommend Emmicakes to anyone looking for delicious cakes with character!!

    I got married almost 6 years ago and I still CRAVE the taste of my wedding cake by Emmicakes! It's rare to find wedding cakes that are both tasty and beautiful!! Emily was easy to work with- I had an idea of what I wanted for my cake and she really spent a lot of time talking to me and ended up creating the perfect cake for my wedding. Her communication is second-to-none and she was patient and kind- working with me as an over-stressed bride!!

    Emiy mady wedding cake and it was more then what I could have ever dreamed for. It was incredible! Not only was it gorgeous but it tasted just as incredible. I gave her my idea and she brought it to life! So personable and really cared. Would highly recommended any time!
