Great Service and Beautiful Dress

I worked with Megan to find a dress about 9 months before my wedding date. She sat down and we talked for about 10 minutes about our budget and different styles/designs I wanted to try. I also showed her my wedding shoes. Megan was an absolute WIZARD, the first dress she pulled ended up being the one I bought, but we tried on about six in total, and every one of them could have been the one. My dress - Lea-Ann Belter's Emma - was an exclusive design/material to Emma and Grace in Denver (and it had pockets)!
The entire team was easy to work with and extremely accommodating to me as an out-of-state bride. I also got my dress altered at Emma & Grace and the process went very smoothly. I could not have been happier with my experience.

The best experience!

Had the absolute best experience at Emma & Grace. Danielle was a joy to work with and quickly helped me to narrow down my style. She has a talented eye and pulled options for me that I could not have picked off the rack that fit like a glove! I did not feel pressured at all during my appointment, and though I ended up getting my dress elsewhere, I chose to come back in for my reception look. The bridal pants I purchased are so elegant and the exact balance of luxury and comfort that I was looking for. The Emma and Grace team is a dream to work with and I felt so at home with them!

Easy wonderful experience

I was so happy with my experience with Emma & Grace. I've heard so many nightmare stories about other shops from former brides, so I was very nervous on what my experience would be. Thankfully from my first shopping trip, to going in multiple times to reassure myself before I purchased the dress, alterations, purchasing and pickup were all flawless. You have so many things to worry about on your wedding day. It was so nice and such a relief to not worry about my dress. Alterations were also great and I was able to tweak my dress exactly to my body how I had envisioned. Timelines were always on time if not early. Thank you E&G for allowing me to have such a great experience. I was able to be comfortable and dance all night! My dress truly felt like me! Zero dress regrets here!

Great dress buying experience

I had a wonderful experience working with Emma & Grace for my wedding gown. From our first appointment, my mother, sister and I felt well taken care of. The shop carries a huge number of options, which could feel overwhelming. I did not look much at the racks myself, but looked for help from my stylist. Krista listened to all the things I was looking for and pulled some amazing gowns. She also did an excellent job *not* listening, and finding some gems that were along the lines of what I wanted, but I never would have picked myself. My dress was one of those options! She also helped to provide customization options to make the dress truly my own. She was very communicative throughout the ordering (and waiting) process, and in handing me off to the in-house seamstresses, who also did an amazing job with alterations. I definitely recommend checking out Emma & Grace for a wide selection of dresses and excellent customer service, throughout the dress buying experience.

Amazing experience!

I called Emma & Grace in a panic when my local bridal salon informed me a dress I fell in love with was discontinued. I was greeted on the other line by Sarah who gave me hope we MIGHT be able to figure this thing out. And guess what? SHE DID!

Sarah went above and beyond for me calling the designer to see what was possible and making it happen. The dress was ordered and then we were up and running. I did my measurements via Zoom which I was oddly nervous about but Sarah easily walked me through it all. A few months later I had my dress and it was PERFECT. Thank you to Sarah for being easy to talk to, work with and making sure I had the best experience AND most importantly, got the dress I was told was not possible by several bridal boutiques when I called. You made the impossible, possible.

Rockstars!

Sarah was my amazing consultant and after having gone to a few other bridal stores, she was the first person to really listen to me and what I was wanting to look like on my wedding day. Her energy and calm, supportive manner were perfect.

Maddy was a phenomenal seamstress and the dress fit like a glove. I had no concerns in the entire process. I will always be so grateful to these lovely ladies for making me feel like the best version of myself on our wedding day!

Incredible customer service

I've been to a number of bridal boutiques in the Denver area, and Emma & Grace surpassed them all by miles. My consultant was Mireya, and she was incredibly encouraging, kind and helpful throughout both of my appointments. I returned to the boutique because I was seriously considering a sample gown and had questions about the alterations that would be needed. I also wanted to see other dresses by the same designer and explore whether or not I needed to consider increasing my budget to find what I truly wanted. I was hesitant to ask a ton of questions and take up much of her time because this was only for a discounted sample gown, but Mireya never blinked an eye! She made me feel respected and comfortable and helped me to find the dress of my dreams. I'm not quite financially able to afford it yet, but I'll head back to Emma & Grace for sure when I am! Thank you, Mireya!

Dream bridal boutique

My experience at Felicé bridal was truly amazing. At Felicé bridal you receive a one on one experience with the owner Robin. Robin takes time to listen to what you want, she does not pressure you, and has such a calming presence. I found my gorgeous gown there and Robin helped me through the entire alteration process. I am so thankful that I chose Felicé bridal! I do not think my experience would have been the same at other stores.

Saving Grace!

So grateful for this Bridal Studio! I was my sister's maid of honor and, going into wedding planning, my sister didn't have a clear idea of what she wanted her dress to look like. We went to four other bridal boutiques before Emma and Grace. Their selections were pretty but nothing felt right or like "the one." When we got to Emma and Grace we were greeted with great service and the woman who helped my sister (Dana Hines) was so knowledgeable. She really got a good sense for my sister's style early on and helped pull and suggest dresses she thought Dana might like and would be flattering on her figure. We found the dress that day which was such a huge relief for both my sister and I and most importantly, Dana felt confident and beautiful in her choice! Just two weeks after my sister ordered her dress COVID hit and we went into quarantine. Emma and Grace was great at communicating timing and my sister's dress even came in ahead of schedule! Emma and Grace was great during her fittings, the only downside being that Dana couldn't take photos which was a bummer since I couldn't' attend due to COVID. We especially appreciated them filming how to bustle her dress. I saved this video on my phone and it made it SO easy to bustle after the wedding ceremony before the reception. So many aspects of my sister's wedding had to be changed due to COVID but one thing that stayed the same was the beautiful dress and great service we received from Emma and Grace. Thank you for making my sister's big day so special!

Perfection

My husband and I were lucky enough to win the Colorado Elopement Giveaway and Emma and Grace was kind enough to be a part of it!!! My dress was provided by Emma and Grace Bridal and when I tell you I felt like a goddessssssss. It’s unimaginable to be gifted a wedding dress, but then they also decided to have it tailored for me. The owners were beyond generous and I can’t even begin to thank them enough. Nicole was so patient and sweet while she helped me choose the dress of my dreams. Paige was my seamstress and I had multiple appointments with her and I came to find she was one of the coolest and kindest people around.

Simply amazing!

From the first time I walked into their bridal studio to the day I picked up my dress they went above and beyond. Their studio is immaculate. They have a wonderful selection of wedding dresses, accessories, and jewelry. When I first walked in, I really wasn’t sure what I was looking for, but they were so patient and helpful in finding my dream dress! They also offer many drawings and giveaways as an extra bonus! I was entered to win a free engagement photo session with Redden Photography just for buying my dress in the month of July and ended up winning! On top of that, they let me borrow a few of their special occasion dresses and accessories for the shoot free of charge! They also do alterations on site, which is a huge plus! During the wedding my bustle left a little rip in my dress, and Emma and Grace is going to fix it free of charge! I could go on and on about how great Emma and Grace Bridal is. Their entire staff is kind and professional, and I enjoyed every minute I spent there. I am so happy I purchased my dress here and would 100% recommend them to others.

Beautiful selection and great service!

I was one of those brides who went to at least 5 or 6 bridal boutiques until I found THE ONE. Emma and Grace had a great selection of beautiful dresses. Their alterations team was so accommodating and knew exactly how to tailor the dress to fit my body. Everything was done in a timely manner, and they did a great job of communicating everything--especially when it came to fitting appointments.

Amazing bridal experience

I went to Emma&Grace not knowing the type of dress or vibe I wanted for my wedding. The ladies there were patient and helpful when picking the perfect dress for me! They made me feel beautiful and once I found my perfect dress they didn't even pressure me into making the purchase that day- so that I made sure I loved my dress! However, I ended up buying my dress the same day as my appointment and received 10% off my dress! Amazing! I loved it!

Kirsten was so wonderful, and patiently helped me find my dream dress. My fiancé and I moved our wedding date up almost a year. Gorgeous selection, high quality dresses!

Robin has such a cute place with GORGEOUS dresses and an amazing selection, she really personalizes each visit and does one appointment at a time so you have the entire place to yourself to look through and try on as well as to come in for fittings and have one-on-one time with her and the seamstress for alterations. She was really understanding of my budget and kept my sights on only dresses I could afford so I wasn't tempted to overspend and still had a huge selection! She didn't try to sell me on anything I wasn't in love with and really encouraged me to keep looking until I found the perfect dress for me.

Emma and Grace was my one stop shop! I had 3 other appointments that afternoon and after the 7th dress at E&G and I was done! I loved the whole experience- my stylist was so sweet and really helped everyone focus on not just what we liked but what will be comfortable and my budget. The shop is beautiful and i loved the accessory appointment where I was able to try on jewelry and veils to see my vision come to life! I would highly recommend Emma and Grace!!

Felice Bridal was a dream to work with. They were patient & friendly when I first came in to try on all different styles of dresses... Once I found THE dress (Pronovias), they were so helpful & made the process so much less stressful. I cannot recommend Felice Bridal enough!!! They're unbelievably helpful and friendly, have gorgeous dresses, and they're very honest. They don't make money on alterations, which is crazy, and that means they don't order a dress that's too big so you have to pay more in alterations. They fought for me to get the perfect dress at a better-than-expected price. I love Felice Bridal and am so grateful I came here!!

I found Emma & Grace based on a recommendation of a friend who also got her dress there. I was absolutely blown away by the dresses they had to choose from. I ended up getting a completely custom made dress, for the same price as a dress at another boutique. I was involved in the entire design process, and anytime something needed to be changed or adjusted it was no problem. The girls who work there are the absolute best!!!! I couldn't recommend them more! You will not go wrong with Emma & Grace, I wish I could wear my dress again and again!!

I tried on dresses at three different shops. But ended up buying my dress at Emma and Grace.

They had a range of styles and prices that fit within my budget. The seamstresses I worked with to buy my dress and have it fitted were wonderful.

I had a baby 2 months before the wedding, and didn't quite fit into the dress as I did when I first purchased it. The team reassured me that the dress will fit and will be beautiful. They were flexible with my fittings up until two days before the wedding, which allowed me lose maximum weight.

The dress ended up being perfect thanks to the team; the professionalism and skill set.

I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

I couldn't say enough about how wonderful Emma & Grace's staff were. Emma & Grace was the second stop on my tour to find a wedding dress. The deciding factor for me was Terri (one of the owners) - as an older bride I felt she was more in touch with what I was looking for - and that sealed the deal for me. It took two trips (maybe three?) to decide which one I was going to go with and place the order with them. The dress came in around Thanksgiving for my New Year's Eve wedding and we had several sessions with Myra and her team to get the alterations just right. In the end the dress fit perfectly and was everything I'd hoped it would be. I even chose an embellished belt during the last fitting and within an hour they had it ready to go for me so I didn't have to come back yet again to pick it up. Top notch service, communication and employees at this beautiful, beautiful location. Wonderful experience! Go there!

I was the bride who went to four or five different wedding dress boutiques and tried on more dresses than ANYONE in my bridal party could count, but my experience at Emma & Grace Bridal was unmatched! Much to my delight, I was helped by the assistant manager, Courtney. She was PHENOMENAL. When we were introduced, I immediately felt her sincerity, compassion, and excitement. She helped pull dresses off the rack that lived up to my imagination and every time I stepped out of the dressing room I felt beautiful. I needed time to make a decision (and we don't live nearby), so I asked if she would take my measurements and allow me to order something over the phone if I made up my mind. She said that wouldn't be a problem and wrote down all my information for me! I was so pleased with how attentive and thoughtful she was that I went back later that same day! She accommodated me for a second appointment and I tried on a dress I had fallen in love with earlier that morning. It was over my bridal budget, but Courtney spoke with the manager and they adjusted the price so my mom and I could go in on it together! They had to order the dress in my size, but it only took a few weeks for Courtney to call saying it had arrived! The quality of service went above and beyond all my expectations. Courtney made me feel as special as a bride on her wedding day! I LOVED her! I couldn't imagine shopping for my accessories with anyone else, so I went back to buy my cathedral-length veil, undergarments, and garter set! If you haven't been to Emma & Grace Bridal yet, you will LOVE their vintage furniture and elegant decor. Prepare to be pampered...and if you find your dream gown they will take a picture of you and your bridal party with a "I said YES to the dress" sign! My wedding day would not have been perfect without Courtney at Emma & Grace Bridal!

Wow. This was my first experience trying on wedding dresses yesterday, and I can't imagine topping it. From the moment I walked in the door, Taylor was warm, attentive and professional. She listened to my wants and pulled amazing dresses for me within the budget I gave her. While I had a vision of strapless and a-line, I was shocked to discover I actually liked myself in a more fitted silhouette. I never would've realized this without Taylor guiding me.
After feeling like I found THE dress, I was elated. However, I had another appointment booked I felt I needed to honor. Taylor was respectful and understanding.
A few hours (and dresses) later, I called Taylor back to say yes to the dress! She had a champagne toast for us as we walked back in the door and allowed me to put the dress, veil and accessories back on (for probably the 5th time that day!). This was a fun, personal, natural and comfortable experience.
Felice is small and intimate, and you will have their undivided attention when you are there. If you're looking for amazing gowns, professional and knowledgeable stylists and an experience to remember, then I highly recommend you go to Felice!

From the day I walked into Emma and Grace I was fully confident that I was going to find my perfect wedding dress. The girls that worked there were so polite and listened with great detail about what my dream dress should look like. The dresses at this store are expensive, but so beautiful and beautifully made! Robin and her mother run the shop as I would expect a high-end shop to be run- only two brides at a time trying on gowns, individual attention, champagne, and great knowledge of which dresses will fit my body best.
My friends could not stop talking about how beautiful I looked in my gown!

Emma & Grace Bridal is a wonderful salon, in funky RiNo! It's a wonderful place to try on dresses and feel like a movie star, with large windows and excellent lighting. Terri was our consultant, and she even came in to assist us a day they were closed (Wednesdays) because we were coming down from the mountains on my only day off. The dresses are unique and beautiful, from up and coming or indie designers. They have many different styles, from sheath to ballgown, and the dresses have fantastic texture. They're also very unique and customizable, so you will be one of a kind on your wedding day. Although I ultimately decided on a different dress from a different salon, my Emma & Grace dress was a close contender, and I might actually go back to purchase a belt I fell in love with while wearing said contender. I highly recommend Terri, and Emma & Grace!

Emma and Grace was such a fun wedding dress shop! After having visited a couple of shops in Denver that were stuffy, trying dresses on at Emma and Grace was a breathe of fresh air. The girls truly seemed to enjoy their job and helping me find my dream dress. They allowed me to try a variety of styles and pulled some styles that I would have never tried on, but somehow were amazing. I absolutely loved my experience at Felice with Robin. She was so accommodating, patient, and insightful. I loved the way she worked with me to ensure I had the best experience possible, and she knew what to look for in my emotions and expressions and really paid attention to my feelings and reactions. I went to a few different stores, and I can honestly say that Robin and the crew at Felice were the best. I never felt rushed or pushed in any way, and she had a calming presence that was essential! She let me explore options but was able to really select dresses that suited me and my style. It was incredibly how well she did her job. I felt like I hardly had to think and instead could concentrate on how I felt in each dress. I could not have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience, and I am so grateful I found them!!

I worked with Emma and Grace to get my wedding and they were amazing thru out the entire process. To begin with I was not excited about picking out a dress; I do not like trying on clothes. At Emma and Grace they made me feel very comfortable. They urged me to try on all different styles of dresses. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted but I ended up with something completely different. It was absolutely PERFECT!!!!! I loved the space that they are in also. In the front there is excellent lighting and in the back it can more personal and quiet. When it came to alterations it was a very easy process. They have so much experience that they saw exactly what needed altered and gave wonderful suggestions. I am in love with my dress and it all due to Emma and Grace!!! I am so happy I went with them, they are the best!!!

Emma & Grace bridal was (and continues to be, until my wedding) such a wonderful bridal gown experience! Nathalie was my attendant, and she was so patient, helpful, and encouraging. She was on point with style selections/recommendations, listened to what I wanted, and kept me in my price range. The entire staff is SO nice and helpful! I found my dress here, and I cannot WAIT to wear it for my upcoming wedding. It is seriously, one of the most beautiful dresses I have ever seen...while remaining unique and classic at the same time. You will find SUCH a variety of gorgeous gowns here. I can't say enough good things about this bridal salon. Nathalie even emailed back and forth with me chatting about shoe options and her personal opinion. Awesome. Bonus--the atmosphere here is really nice. The salon is decorated with such good/cute taste and you really feel special just being here. :) My best friend who lives in Chicago even said SHE might fly back here for her dress shopping experience one day!

I am not the girl that had a vision of THE dress so I was not overly excited about the process. I made three appts around Denver at wonderful boutiques on the same day, starting with Felice. Robin, Karen and Brea were so lovely and made the event more fun! Inadvertently, I was there on a trade show day, so those were the gowns we started with. Not everyone is able to say they met the designer of their dress and she was open and willing to change up the dress for you! Let's be honest, all wedding gowns are beautiful, some are just better on different bodies. We found the one and I couldn't have been more happy! A cheers, toast, and a few happy tears - it was a winner! I cancelled the remaining appointments for the day!
I wasn't sold on a veil and walked out without one, freaking out a few months later deciding that I needed one and the only one I wanted was matching from the trade show (not carried in the store), Robin took care of it. She's a gem! It arrived a few weeks before the event.
I loved my dress and wish I could wear it all of the time! Thank you ladies of Felice for making the experience so lovely.

At first I was apprehensive about the store when I tried to find it. It's in an interesting location, but once you step inside the studio it was very inviting. My consultant was super sweet and incredibly patient while I tried on dress after dress, and made several follow up appointments. We even did a custom consultation with the owner when I wasn't finding exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately the price for the custom was a bit more than I wanted to spend, and I ended up finding a different dress, but I would definitely recommend as their customer service was as amazing as their dress selection.

After trying on dozens of dresses at multiple shops throughout Denver, I found the perfect dress at Felice. Robin was so helpful and even stayed beyond closing with me as I tried on a few finalists another time. She was efficient, helpful and found the perfect dress to meet my budget. Emma and Grace was the first bridal store I visited when searching for my wedding dress in Denver. Upon walking in, the studio is open, beautifully decorated, and has tons of natural light. They do not overbook appointments, and every time I have been there there have only been two other people in the studio trying on dresses (max). All staff members are extremely helpful, kind, and ready to help you find your dream dress! The seamstress I worked with (Ashley) was absolutely incredible. My dress was very fitted and therefore required a lot of alterations. Ashley went above and beyond to make the dress custom for me and was open to all of my ideas/suggestions. We ended up having 3 final fittings, and their flexibility and desire to make each dress perfect for it's bride really impressed me. This is a perfect store for a romantic bohemian bride like me!

Wow I can't say enough about them, I had chosen a gown in Dallas TX and it came in completely wrong! I stopped in to Felice without an appointment explained my wedding was in 2 months and she did not even bat an eye. She pulled several gowns for me and the very first one she thought was perfect for me was the gown of my dreams!!! Everything happens for a reason and this was an absolute blessing!!! Shopping for my dress at Felice was an amazing experience. I worked with Karen and she took so much time and really listened to what I wanted and the look I was going for. Felice Bridal is simply amazing! The boutique is trendy and friendly! I was blown away by the hospitality that they showed me. I was fortunate enough to work with Robin, who took my views on the things I liked about dresses and her expertise and found me the perfect dress! The ladies here listen well to your needs and wants. They are very helpful trying on dresses, picking out dresses, and do not pressure me into any dresses or purchases. Love this bridal shop! Their selection of dresses are beautiful and very unique. You won't find your mainstream typical wedding dress here. The shop's atmosphere is very cute and girly and sets the tone for an awesome appointment. Terri the owner is very knowledgeable and listens well to what a bride likes and doesn't like. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Felicé was to work with. After a full day of wedding dress shopping, my mom, sisters, and I stepped into Felicé, and while we had good experiences elsewhere, I was immediately taken aback by the elegance of the gowns in Felicé.

I explained to Robin that my fiancé and I are having a very short engagement. From other stores, I had quickly learned that I should cringe while sharing this information, as consultants will shake their heads and tell you that there may not be much to work with. What a relief when Robin replied with, "We can do that!" without one hint of annoyance in her voice! Robin took me to the sample dresses, making sure to stay true to my vision while also helping me consider things I hadn't thought of, but that her expert eye is trained to see.

I had so much fun trying on the dresses at Felicé, and never felt any pressure or anything that would make me uncomfortable. Robin was careful to stay within my budget and I ended up buying the very first dress she pulled for me to try on. It was a beautiful dress and you would never know that it was a sample! While sample dresses that I had tried on at other boutiques tended to have very dirty hems and snags everywhere, all the samples that I tried on at Felicé were in absolutely pristine condition and I felt so confident in buying a dress the perfectly encompassed everything I had ever envisioned and made me feel so beautiful.

I should also mention that Felicé took wonderful care of my mom and sisters while they waited for me through the entirety of the shopping. Felicé and Donna Beth also stayed open late for me the following Tuesday for my first fitting, as I am a teacher in Colorado Springs and couldn't quite make my appointment time when I hit Denver traffic on my way up. They were so gracious and accommodating and made my entire experience better than I ever imagined it would be. Thank you, Felicé, so much!

Robin & Karen are amazing! Felice was the last boutique I visited on a full day of wedding dress shopping. From the moment I walked in the door (of the original boutique,) I knew my dress was there. They have such an array of classic, romantic, designer gowns in various price ranges. Both Robin and Karen made me feel so special and worked with me (on numerous occassions) to make a final decision on the gown, belts, veils, hair pieces, etc. Their new boutique makes Felice even more amazing, but even through they have more space, they don't book multiple appointments at the same time. You will always have their complete attention and you will never feel overwhelmed or rushed. If you're looking for an outstanding Denver bridal boutique with unique designer gowns, I cannot recommend Robin, Karen and Felice Bridal enough.

I LOVE THIS STORE!! I want to get married again so I can shop here again! They have so many beautiful gowns and a ton of selection for all budgets! My budget was $2000 and they ONLY pulled gowns at this price or under. I ended up finding my dream dress for just $1200!! I even went back for accessory night, where I found the most beautiful veil and they even had the designer make me a custom hair piece. On top of all of that, they were super friendly, and flexible with my crazy work schedule. They were willing to work with me on the days I showed up late to my appointments because of work. They even gave me a little extra discount for being in the military. I have already recommended them to every girl I know getting married!

Found my dress at Felice on the very first day I was looking and only the third shop. My maid of honor and I did not have a pre-scheduled appointment but they had a cancellation and were so nice about letting me try on dresses. They listened to my wants and my budget and I found the perfect dress - couldn't have been happier and never regretted my spontaneous decision one bit. My experience at Emma and Grace Bridal exceeded my expectations of wedding dress shopping above and beyond. The space is absolutely beautiful, with huge windows, brick walls and exposed beams you walk in and never want to leave. I had a general idea of the dress I wanted, but Courtney really helped me hone in on what would work for me. She was very knowledgable about all of the designers and aware of what I wanted, what would look good on me and what I was willing to spend. Not pushy at all, just genuinely helpful.

One of the owners, Terrie greeted me at the door and showed me around. She is SO nice and genuinely interested in you, your life, and your wedding. Myra, the owner and seamstress is also wonderful! So friendly and talented at what she does. I would trust her 100% with any alterations to your dress.

In a world where weddings can be overpriced, stressful, shallow and competitive I was VERY thankful to find Emma and Grace. They are unique, care about you at a person, reasonable priced, and hands down the ideal place to shop for your wedding dress in Denver. Thank you Emma and Grace!!

I originally found the wedding dress I wanted online. It was actually an evening dress by Theia from Fall 2013, and I was having trouble locating it as it was sold out everywhere. I contacted Emma & Grace because I know they carry Theia wedding gowns, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful.

As it turned out, the dress I had found was out of production, but Daralynne contacted the designer personally to see if there was any way I could get it. We weren't able to get the original dress, but Daralynne helped me pick a very similar dress from Theia's Spring 2014 collection before it was even debuted by convincing the designer to send advanced pictures from the Spring 2014 line. It was service that was truly above and beyond!

E&G special ordered the dress I wanted, even though it was not a bridal gown and was less expensive than most of the gorgeous gowns they carry. I am pretty new to the area, so I didn't have anyone to go to fittings and such with me, but the girls at E&G made me feel so special and taken care of. I used their in-house seamstress, and she was great as well! E&G have an amazing selection of gowns and bridal accessories, and the feel of the store is upscale, but the staff is very down-to-earth and not snooty. I could not imagine a better experience!

Dress came out perfect. It is a mother-daughter owned shop so it was a really fun experience going there with my mother. Felice is a smaller shop in the Cherry Creek neighborhood but the consultants there offer excellent service. I bought my first dress there but because I bought it so early, I ended purchasing four more dresses. The selection is not extensive but they carry a very nice variety of lines. There are only two fitting rooms but the shop doesn't get too busy. I prefer the service I received at Felice and Priscilla more than the service at some of the larger shops.

Small, family owned shop. Mother and daughter team - along with several others - but they were lovely to work with. Didn't stick you in a room and just bring in their choice of gowns - they let you look through every dress in the store and try on anything you liked. It's a small shop and was a bit "crowded" without much room to sit and relax, but definitely a good experience.

I had the best experience with Felice! First of all I loved my dress....they put me in a dress that I cannot imagine making me look more beautiful. They made the dress process simple and easy. They connected me with the best dress cleaner in the area and they walked me through every step of the fitting process, on schedule and without a hitch! I was packed up and ready to go for my destination wedding in New Orleans and it was a day perfect beyond my dreams...the dress was beautiful!

Oh my gosh, I bought the most beautiful dress here. Originally I was going to have my dress made by a woman who designs wedding dresses. However, TWO MONTHS before the wedding she called to tell me that my dress had been lost. We did get reimbursed, but I only had two months to find a dress.

So, I called Felice Bridal and told them the situation. They said they could help me even though my budget was only around $2000 max. I came in on a Friday, and they pulled every sample they had in the store. The samples were in FABULOUS shape, and I ended up purchasing the second one I tried on. It was 50% off because it was a sample, and it was made entirely of silk taffeta. The seamstress they use for alterations comes into the store on Tuesdays, and she altered the dress to perfection. The store is so friendly, and they have the most beautiful dresses! The seamstress had the alterations done, and the dress bustled in time for the wedding, and the dress looked fantastic!

This mother-daughter team is fantastic. They have an exquisite assortment of dresses and took incredible care of me. You see, I picked out my dress in september for a July wedding. When I found out in November that I was pregnant and would be pushing the wedding up to January, they hopped to it and made sure that I had a dress that was ready in time and kept altering it to fit my changing physique! We are still friends and I would recommend them HIGHLY to anyone!

My sister and I both got our wedding dresses there and we loved the service and became friends with the owners. They are mother and daughter and very lovely down to earth women. The atmosphere was homey and very quiet.

I was NOT the bride who knew exactly what her wedding dress would be. Felice Bridal was my last appointment of a very long, very tiring, disappointing day of searching for a dress. When I walked in, they asked my budget, what I was looking for, and pulled a few dresses for me. The girls at Felice Bridal are attentive, experienced, and they know what looks good. Their advice is catered to you.

I ended up finding my dress after about an hour, and it was perfect for my wedding. I also bought my veil and belt there, and couldn't be happier with how it turned out. They have a smaller selection of dresses than most places I visited, but every dress I tried on was beautiful. Make an appointment here!

I am so glad I ended up shopping at their Denver location. Many other salons had virtually no hours available outside of 9-5 (when I'm always at work), or were booked up on weekends for weeks. Felice worked with my schedule, and even stayed a little late on several occasions to accomodate my schedule.

I think I found them because they are the only provider in Colorado of gowns by Romona Keveza, an amazing designer. I had homed in our her gowns because I was determined to wear a dress of a color (like blue or silver) other than white or off white, and the Romona Keveza gowns can often been ordered in colors.

Anyhow, ended up finding the perfect dress there, and they were able to give us a good discount on it. The seamstress associated with the shop is rather expensive, but does an amazing job.

Great experience overall, plus they give you a lovely little gift when you purchase your gown-- nice touch!

The best wedding dress experience

I tried on dresses at around 6 stores in Denver and had a pretty negative experience with many pushy sales women or one place that would not work in my 2000 dollar budget. My experience with Robin was the opposite of all of this. She was understanding, honest, let me make a choice and was incredibly patient with me.

I was able to find a unique and beautiful dress here! I worked with the stylist, Amy, and we had a blast. When it came to fittings/alterations, everything was smooth and easy in-house.

Just like their dresses, Felice Bridal is one of a kind! Robin knew the exact questions to ask about the dress of my dreams and with just a couple of seconds pulled my 'it' dress directly off the rack. Unlike every other bridal salon Robin and her team were ready to help me as soon as I walked through the door. I felt like I was the only client in the salon and as if everyone was helping me. Robin and her mom took the time to let me try on several dresses, even tho we all knew I loved the first one i put on. I cannot thank Robin and her team enough for giving me the greatest bridal experience and a wedding dress that far surpasses what I could have ever imagined.
Simply put, this shop is by far the best and more then worth the trip!

A few weeks after I was engaged I searched through the many bridal shops throughout the Denver metro area and was immediately struck by Emma and Grace Bridal. To my pleasant surprise they were about to have a sample sale and I immediately made my first wedding dress appointment. The appointment was for 45 minutes and I brought my two best friends, my mom and brother. I was not expecting to necessarily find anything at my first shop, but was eager to start the process. The shop itself is amazing, such a cool place to look for a dress. Then ensued the quickest 45 minutes of my life trying on 10+ dresses with little idea entering the day what I wanted. I walked out purchasing the first wedding dress I had ever tried on at an outstanding price. On my wedding day I received far more compliments on my dress than I anticipated and my husband absolutely loved it. That is all I could ask for on my wedding day! I felt absolutely beautiful and I have Emma and Grace Bridal studio partially to thank.

I was lucky to work with Robin at Felice and I am so happy to have done so! She was the only consultant during my search that felt like she was on my side and working with me. She kept my budget and style in mind and supported me when my mom was pushing for something else. In the end, she picked a dress none of us had chosen and it was PERFECT. I wish I had more occasions to wear it to. It was beautiful and I got so many compliments on it. The boutique is very clean, intimate, and inviting. I also loved the seamstress Felice recommends, who was very easy to work with, too.

As an older bride it can be a bit intimidating walking into bridal salons searching for a dress. The ambiance at Emma and Grace is modern and comfortable. The exposed brick and large windows with natural lighting makes one feel very special and creates a uniquely New York chic setting. The staff went above and beyond for me in selecting a dress for my outdoor mountain destination wedding. I found them to be extremely welcoming and helpful in choosing and creating a dress specifically for me and not just off the rack. After I found my unique dress, the alteration process and their guidance was invaluable in making my day perfect to be comfortable and beautiful. Thank you ladies at Emma and Grace!

When I walked in to Felice Bridal, it just felt right. I had gone to a lot of bridal salons. Some seemed to snooty (like Priscilla of Boston), and some felt a little too "common" or mass produced. I knew we were going to spend a lot of money (up to $5k-ish was my budget) and I wanted that money to go to the right place!
I wanted a dress that would be striking and beautiful, but that would not take me over. I tried on a few growns at Felice and described to the mother/daughter duo that run the place, what I had envisioned. Robin, the daughter of the duo and the owner, immediately scooped up a gown that I hadn't even considered because it did not have the kind of neckline that I wanted. She told me to try it on, that the the fit of the bodice would be just right for my body-type. I reluctantly tried it on and came out of the dressing room. She was right. It was gorgeous. Fit me like a glove and had the exact bodice and moderate poofiness that I wanted. She said the neckline was no problem - they'd alter that for free! Can't beat that, right? Once they pinned the neckline to show me what it would look like - my mom and I both had tears in our eyes and new that this was the gown I would walk down the isle in. And I hadn't even noticed it. Robin had a great eye for fabrics and body-types and knew what would work for me.

At my wedding, of course I got tons of compliments on the gown, but beyond that - the best thing that most people said, was that the gown was beautiful, but I wore the gown, the gown didn't wear me. I had tried on some gowns that were much more extravagent, but when I put them on, you noticed the gown, not me! This one, was gorgeous but classic and it complimented ME. The fabric was silk-satin and very high-quality. It was actually comfortable, even! I can't thank Felice Bridal enough for finding my perfect gown and making design changes specifically for me! It was a Ramona Kaveza - just gorgeous.

My mom and I walked into Felice and shortly after walked out with the perfect dress. The women were fantastic and helped me change in and out of a few dresses as I couldn't make up my mind. They gave us a deal on the veil that went with the dress and the price for the dress was great. While buying it off the rack, you know it has been worn by a couple people. There were a couple rips in the dress that needed to be fixed and when paying $2k you would hope to get a dress in great condition but overall loved the store and the ladies helping!

Felice has BEAUTIFUL wedding dresses! Mine was very reasonably priced, although they did have some higher-end gowns. They also have rack sales (I think a few times a year) for brides on a budget. Karen is super sweet and went out of her way to make me happy. She was very honest and helped me find my dream wedding dress.

Robin was an absolute blast to have leading me through my first shoot at trying on dresses. I came in with a few examples of what I was looking for and a tight budget and she easily navigated all of the dresses and pulled a bunch that fit within my style and price point and few outside of what I though I wanted. I loved having someone there that pushed my comfort zone in terms of what style I wanted. Her pick ended up being my second choice and completely different than what I was thinking. Overall, it was a great morning!

Great store but terrible alterations service

I would love to give five stars just to the studio and the amazing help they give in finding your dress, but the experience with their seamstress ruined my wedding dress.

First, a huge thank you to Cami for being so kind and lovely during my dress shopping. The dress I found I truly loved in the beginning!

However, the seamstress insisted I needed to take in the top of my strapless dress even after we'd already done so. She explained to my friend that she would need to "smooth out my skin" which I expressed concern over because no one wants back bulge hanging out of their wedding dress. She then proceeded to say we needed to take it in MORE. However she insisted, and I went with her advice. I cannot say how much I regret that now. We didn't have time to adjust again since we'd already gone through three rounds because they had done the incorrect length and needed to fix their own measurements. When I picked up my dress a few days before the wedding, I burst into tears. The dress I loved so much and made me feel beautiful when I tried it on the first few times became something I dreaded to wear in front of anyone. In all of our pictures, I have skin bulging out the top of the dress across my back and it ruined the photos, videos, and was so embarrassing to have to wear in front of people. The seamstresses advice ruined my wedding dress.

I would definitely recommend the store - but take your dress literally anywhere else to get altered.

This bridal studio is gorgeous and the staff is super nice. I absolutely loved my dress, but on the day I went to go pick up my gown, my veil (my mother's wedding veil) was not with my dress. One of the owners lied to me and said that they forgot to steam it and it would be ready soon so I waited. But I later found out that they had accidentally put my veil in another brides bag and she left with it. It all got sorted out and the owner drove the veil to my house later that day. However, I found it very unprofessional to lie to me about the veil in the first place and I feel that they should have refunded a portion of my alteration fees to make up for a devastating mistake, especially because it was my mothers veil and would have been irreplaceable.

BRIDES DO NOT SHOP HERE. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. Danielle was great and helped me pick out a dress that I loved. When it came in it fit alright but was definitely ordered in the wrong size (which I expressed concerns about initially during the ordering process). The alteration lady assured me she would take care of it. When I came back the dress was completely ill fitting. From then on, every alteration appointment was spent telling me why I was wrong or why they couldn’t make it fit me instead of LISTENING to my concerns. I feel completely disappointed and I do not look forward to wearing this dress. This is NOT how buying your wedding dress should be. I expressed this to them and they basically told me “too bad”. Go somewhere where they will listen to your vision and work with you to make that happen.

Major Issues

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with Emma and Grace. I bought a wedding dress from them. Sadly no one made me aware of how the process worked. I immediately had regret about the dress and after thinking about it, I called and spoke to my Sales representative. She said that there was nothing they could do, as the dress had been ordered and was already being made. I know this is not true, as I ordered this on a weekend and it was four hours later. They just didn't want to give me my money back. Who wants to wear a dress they don't like on their special day? After pleading with them, they offered to let me pick a different dress and have that money goes towards it. This sounds nice, but I realized there was not a dress there for me. I cried to the sales representative, but they wouldn't do anything. They ended up keeping my deposit, which was over $500. How nice of them. They didn't even do a store credit. I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone.

I know of other friends that have returned dresses and the wedding dress company didn't keep their money. They were lucky they didn't go to Emma and Grace.

This was a horrible salon and a traumatizing experience. I went here based on a recommendation and positive reviews, but I had such a terrible time that I felt like I needed to warn other brides. I will start by saying that Kathryn, my consultant, was great and did everything she could to salvage the appointment. It was the other women (I believe they are mother and two daughters) who were awful. I wear a street size 10-12, which no other salon has had any problem accommodating me. However, Felice stocks a lot of sample sizes that are 2-4 (saying that's "how bridal is," but no other salons I've been to carries this small of sample sizes), which obviously would not fit. They kept having me try on dresses in their sample sale, despite the fact that they were too small for me, telling me that I could "corset" the dress. When we asked about alterations that would be needed, they avoided the question and simply told us that "every dress will need at least $500 in alterations regardless" (which is obviously not true because it depends on the dress). They pulled dresses that were not good for my body type and not what I wanted, but that they liked. When my mom tried to pick out a dress for me, the owner said that I could not try it on because it was "over budget," however, it was over budget by only a few hundred dollars over the range we told them and I feel that it is my decision as to whether I could afford the dress or not. They also said that I couldn't try on certain dresses because of how they were "cut" and that I would look fat in it. They were rude, condescending, and had a small selection. I would never, ever buy a dress from here and would never recommend it to anyone. If you must go, ask for Kathryn because she is the only sweet/normal one there.

Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!! Felice staff was horrible to deal with and I would never recommend them to anyone. Bridesmaid dresses were ordered in the wrong size, strings and defects in the dresses, had to send back and returned just a few weeks before the wedding. Staff was clueless and unable to help or show any sympathy. No offering of refunds or discount. Rude and clueless. They showed a complete lack of concern for the issues. HORRIBLE!

I would NOT recommend buying your dress at this store. I know she has a great selection - but she is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I ordered my dress at the Fort Collins location because I was going to school & working in Fort Collins & wanted to be close for fittings. Only after buying my dress did I find out I would have to drive to Denver at least 3 times for my fittings. Very frustrating.

Second - at first my dress was ordered in a size 16. I was told, WHEN I BOUGHT my $3100 dress, that I could come back in for a re-size in 2 months. I worked REALLY hard to lose weight & when I was re-sized I was a size 14.

When I went to pick up my dress & pay the balance, the store owner was not there (I was in Ft. Collins - she was in Denver) & was pressued to pay the balance before even seeing my dress. I said I wanted to see it first - and that was when I realized it was the WRONG size. I paid $3100 for my dress & expected TOP NOTCH service. When I tried the dress on, it was way too big - I started to CRY & HATED my dress. This was the worst feeling in the world. The owner's father (who is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as well) told me that everything would be fine & I needed to get over it. I left the store incredibly frustrated & CRYING. About an hour later, the owner called me. She was apologetic about her dad, and offered to re-order the dress. I came to the store 2 weeks later & since it kind of fit we decided not to re-order the dress. BIGGEST MISTAKE! My dress is not flattering in any of my wedding pictures.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! There are soooooooo many others!
